Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating acute gouty arthritis, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Acute gouty arthritis is an inflammatory joint disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate in joint capsules, bursa, cartilage, bone and other tissues, is directly related to hyperuricemia caused by purine metabolic disorder and uric acid excretion reduction, and is clinically frequently manifested as acute, rapid and asymmetric red, swelling, fever and pain of joints, with 60-70% of patients first originating in the first metatarsophalangeal joint. In recent years, the incidence of gout rises year by year and has a tendency of younger, and the incidence of gout in China is incompletely counted to be 1% -3%.
The drugs currently used for the acute onset of gout are mainly nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, colchicine and glucocorticoid. All three medicines play a role in resisting inflammation, and although the medicines take effect quickly, the medicines have obvious damages to liver and kidney functions and digestive tracts of human bodies, and some patients cannot tolerate the medicines even, especially for a plurality of patients with acute gouty arthritis complicated with digestive tract ulcers, digestive tract hemorrhage and chronic liver and kidney insufficiency, therefore, the development of the Chinese patent medicine for treating the acute gouty arthritis with safety, reliability and good curative effect is very necessary. The external treatment method of the traditional Chinese medicine is used for treating the acute gouty arthritis, so that the application of the medicine can be reduced or even abandoned, the problem of red swelling and hot pain of joints can be rapidly solved, and the intermittent treatment is carried out.
The existing Chinese patent medicine for treating gouty arthritis is generally complex in preparation process, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN116173129A discloses an external Chinese medicinal ointment for treating acute gouty arthritis and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation process of the ointment is complex and has higher requirements on equipment; chinese patent publication No. CN114712434a discloses an ironing agent for treating acute gout and acute gouty arthritis, and the preparation process of the ironing agent requires repeated decoction of the medicine to extract a concentrated solution, which makes the preparation difficult. In addition, some of the traditional Chinese medicines also relate to traditional Chinese medicines or rare medicinal materials with high toxicity, so that great difficulty exists in popularization and application.
