Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将标记载体安装在导电芯线的设有压接触头的端部上的方法。
背景技术
压接触头通常用于将导电芯线的被剥皮的端部与插接连接器的触头连接。当由多个芯线构成的导线束被连接到插接连接器上时,通常适宜的是,在各芯线处分别安装标记载体,在该标记载体上可以说明,涉及的芯线具有何种功能以及其如何正确地连接。
已知的例如呈具有两个孔眼的标签形式的标记载体例如借助电缆绑带紧固在芯线的一个区段上。
德国专利商标局在本申请的优先申请中检索到了以下现有技术:JP H03-155086A、JP H06-36143 U和WO 99/28918A1。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,简化在芯线上安装标记载体。
该目的根据本发明这样实现,即在将压接触头压接到芯线的端部上之前或期间,将标记载体的由电绝缘材料制成的紧固凸片紧固在压接触头上。
因此根据本发明,使用压接触头来固定标记载体,从而可以合理地在一个工序中实现标记载体的安装和压接触头的压接。
本发明的有利的设计方案和改进方案在从属权利要求中给出。
可以用任何已知的方式将紧固凸片机械地与压接触头连接。如果标记载体或者至少其紧固凸片由塑料构成,则例如可以在紧固凸片上成型一个或多个铆钉,它们接合到压接触头的相应的铆钉孔中,从而通过压缩铆钉(例如通过热压)可以在标记载体与压接触头之间建立牢固的连接。因为压接触头通常本来就是冲压件,所以在冲压所述压接触头时可以合理地制造铆钉孔。
在一种有利的实施方式中,紧固凸片被这样定位在压接触头上,使得它与该触头一起被压接到芯线的端部上。然后,标记载体和芯线通过压接被保持在一起并且牢固地相互连接。可选地,紧固凸片仍然可以设有铆钉或其他紧固机构,其最初能够实现临时的紧固,然后在压接时建立最终的连接。
为了压接所述触头,通常使用自动压接机,呈触头带形式的相互连接的压接触头自动地被输送给该自动压接机。在这种情况下,标记载体也可以呈连续带的形式,在两个带共同输送给自动压接机之前,该连续带与触头带机械地结合。由此简化了标记载体在压接触头上的紧固,并且特别是有利于该过程的自动化。在自动压接机中,不仅切断了连续的压接触头之间的连接,而且切断了各个标记载体之间的连接。可选地,所述连接的切断也可以在单独的程序中进行。
标记载体可以直接由可标记的材料组成。在另一种实施方式中,标记载体设计成允许可标记介质的可释放或不可释放的安装。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了两个所谓的混合触头10,它们分别由压接触头12和接触销14构成,该接触销已经机械地并且导电地与压接触头连接。
接触销14是由金属制成的车削件,而压接触头12通过由金属板制成的冲压件形成,这些冲压件在图1中示出的状态下还是触头带16的一部分,该触头带形成原则上连续的压接触头12序列,这些压接触头经由预定断裂点18与载体带20连接。载体带20在每两个相继的压接触头12之间具有用于带运输的开口22。
每个压接触头12构成两个压接翼24,它们在图1所示的状态下V形地相互分开,并且随后在自动压接机中围绕着导电芯线28的被剥皮的端部26(图5)闭合。两个应力消除翼30邻近于压接翼24布置,这两个应力消除翼在图1中同样V形地彼此分离并且之后在自动压接机中围绕芯线28的绝缘部32(图5)闭合。在每个压接触头12的底部,例如在应力消除翼30之间的中心,形成至少一个铆钉孔34,其用于将图2所示的标记载体36紧固在压接触头12上。
如图2所示,标记载体36分别构造为扁平的长形条,其在一端逐渐变细成伸入到压接触头12中的紧固凸片38。标记载体36也通过载体带39相互连接并且是由柔性塑料材料制成的连续带40的一部分,该连续带平行于触头带16延伸。
在图3中以放大的从下方看的视图示出了压接触头12之一。可以看到载体带20的一个区段以及压接触头12的其中一个压接翼24和其中一个应力消除翼30以及标记载体36的一部分和放置在压接触头的底部上的紧固凸片38的一部分。铆钉头42成型到该紧固凸片的下侧上,该铆钉头穿过铆钉孔34。图3示出了铆钉头42处于未压缩状态,而图4示出了铆钉头已压缩之后的状态。此外,在图4中可以看出,紧固凸片38在其下侧在触头带的预定断裂点18的高度上具有凹口44。该凹口防止了工具(以后利用该工具在预定断裂点18处将压接触头12与载体带20分离)与紧固凸片38接触并且损坏该紧固凸片。
图5示出触头带16处于这样的状态,在该状态中各个标记载体36之间的连接已经被切断。在两个压接触头12中的一个中已引入芯线28。该芯线以其绝缘部32放置在标记载体36上。
在图6中可以更清楚地看出,芯线28的被剥皮的端部和标记载体的紧固凸片38如何放置在压接触头12的底部上。在紧固凸片38的下侧上的凹口44在此也可以更清楚地看出。
在这种状态下,将压接触头12分别连同引入的芯线输送给自动压接机,在该自动压接机中,将压接翼24向回弯曲到芯线的被剥皮的端部26上,并且将应力消除翼30向回弯曲到芯线的绝缘部32上,从而芯线的导体和绝缘部通过与压接翼和应力消除翼的压接连接抗拉地固定。芯线28的引入和可选地标记载体36之间的连接的切断可以自动地在自动压接机的输入阶段中进行。各个压接触头12之间的连接也自动地被切断。
图7示出了在压接过程结束之后的具有芯线28和标记载体36的单个压接触头12。压接翼24和应力消除翼30现在紧密地围绕芯线28和紧固凸片闭合。
图8示出图7中的压接触头处于相反的位置,使得标记载体36现在位于上侧。此外,这里示出了透明的覆盖型材46,该覆盖型材可以以其翻边推到标记载体36上,以便将印刷的纸条48(图9)固定在标记载体36和覆盖型材46之间,从而保护其不受污染或损坏。
如图8所示,覆盖型材46可以在内侧具有卡锁突起50,它们在将覆盖型材推到标记载体36上之后卡锁到该标记载体的卡锁孔52中,并因此将覆盖型材沿轴向方向固定在标记载体上。
如图9所示,印刷到纸条48上的标记54穿过透明的覆盖型材46明显可见。
此外,在图9中示出插接连接器56的端部区段,所述端部区段在端侧上具有多个以规则的栅格布置的接触开口58。每个接触开口58容纳一个未示出的插孔,混合触头10的接触销14(图1)可插入到该插孔中。如在图9中可以看出的那样,芯线28的端部(在该端部上紧固了这种混合触头)和标记载体36的紧固凸片从接触开口中伸出。标记载体36的宽度这样确定尺寸,使得当接触开口58中的每个接触开口容纳一根芯线时,标记载体36良好可见地并排布置。芯线和标记载体的柔性允许将芯线和标记载体的上层稍微向上弯曲,从而在下层中的标记也变得可见。
标记载体36和芯线28的柔性也允许标记载体略微弯曲离开芯线28,以便推进或拔出覆盖型材46。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于将标记载体(36)安装至导电芯线(28)的设有压接触头(12)的端部的方法,其特征在于,在将所述压接触头(12)压接到所述芯线(28)的端部上之前或期间,将所述标记载体(36)的由电绝缘材料制成的紧固凸片(38)紧固至所述压接触头(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述紧固凸片(38)铆接到所述压接触头(12)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,将所述紧固凸片(38)与所述芯线(28)一起压接到所述压接触头(12)中。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中多个彼此平行定向的压接触头(12)是连续的触头带(16)的一部分,并且其中,相关联的标记载体(36)也通过至少一个连接条(39)连接成连续带(40),所述触头带(16)和所述连续带(40)这样彼此平行地被引导,使得所述标记载体(36)的所述紧固凸片(38)分别伸入到其中一个压接触头(12)中,并且使得各个压接触头(12)之间的连接以及各个标记载体(36)之间的连接最迟在压接之后被切断。
5.一种用于执行根据权利要求4所述的方法的连续带(40),其特征在于多个条状的、彼此平行布置的标记载体(36),所述标记载体通过连接条(39)彼此连接并且形成所述连续带(40),并且所述标记载体分别在一个端部上具有用于紧固至压接触头(12)的紧固凸片(38)。
6.一种触头组件,其具有压接触头(12)、导电芯线(28)和标记载体(36),其特征在于,所述标记载体(36)具有紧固至所述压接触头(12)的紧固凸片(38)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的触头组件,其中,所述紧固凸片(38)被铆接到所述压接触头(12)上。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的触头组件,其中,所述紧固凸片(38)被压接到所述压接触头(12)中。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的触头组件,其中,所述压接触头(12)机械地且导电地与销状的接触元件(14)连接。
10.根据权利要求5至9中任一项所述的触头组件,具有插接连接器(56),所述插接连接器具有多个彼此并排的接触开口(58),与压接触头(12)和标记载体(36)连接的接触销(14)能分别引入到所述接触开口中,其中,沿所述芯线(28)的纵向方向延伸的所述标记载体(36)的宽度不大于所述接触开口(58)之间的间距。
