Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车上使用的调节制动液压的电力液压联动装置,它拥有一个液压块(10),在其一侧安装着一个电机(12),其电接线(14)穿过液压块(10)从另一侧(20)凸出,并在那里与电接线(28)相连接,这些电接线(28)隶属于一个附加控制仪(58),并且被它封盖在其内部。为简化电接线(14)的连接,本发明建议:接线(28)环导向杆(50)绕成螺旋状,而为附加控制仪(58)安装于液压块(10)上定位用的导向杆(50)伸入到液压块(10)的单向孔(52)中去,从而使得电接线(28)的自由端(26),在附加控制仪(58)封盖接线(14)之前,能落到接线杆(14)的分叉尾端上去。因此在装配过程中,这些接头部位可以接触到,从而完成导电连接工作。

Description

电力液压联动装置
现有技术
本发明涉及一种电力液压联动装置,用于汽车制动装置中的制动液压调节,其类型见主权利要求。
这种类型的联动装置已为人所知。已有的联动装置拥有一液压块,它是一个加工有液体管道和液腔以作为缓冲腔室或存储腔室,并且装备有电磁阀的构件,其作用是实现制动装置的构件的机械固定及液压开关。在一种已知的联动装置中,液压块的一个端面安装有电机,以驱动位于液压块中的液泵。电机的电接线是僵硬的,它穿过液压块到达其另一侧,那里安装着电磁阀。这样组成的这种已知联动装置的构件的电接头就都处在了液压块的同一侧。
电接头被一个联接部件封盖,此部件可以安装到液压块上,并且通过它构件可与其它的构件实现电连通。联接部件基于其作用目标可拥有多个插接口。它位于液压块上可以转动。在转开的位置上,可以触摸到电接头,并且可以将联接部件的软导线锡焊上去。联接状态可以目测监控。接着可以将联接部件转入液压块中并固定,这样它就将电磁阀及电机的电接头封盖,并与液压块联接起来。
在锡焊之前,已有的联动装置中,联接部件的软导线必须要与安装于液压块上的构件的电力接头连接好,这就带来了大量的工作。本发明的优点:
本发明的电力液压联动装置,具有主权利要求的特征,其优点是:其联接部件的电力接线沿联接部件在液压块上的安装方向布置,此方向则由装配导向器预先给定。这样当联接部件进入到装配导向器之中时,它的电接线至少已与电机的电接头连接好了。在联接部件的某个装配位置上,连接节点处均可接触到,可以进行焊接并且可目测监控。连接过程可以简单地顺利进行,适合于过程自动化。这里,联接部件的导线的敷设工作很少。接下来联接部件将被放入到液压块上的相应位置上并被固定在它上面,从而封盖住电接头。
电机的僵硬的电接线被安置于一个密封环内。该环位于电机上与液压块挨在一起的那个端面上。在联接部件内,电机的电接线被布置于压靠于液压块上的联接部件的自身所封闭的空间内。这样的结构的优点在于:不再需要另外对电机的电接线进行密封。
此外,电机的电接线与联接部件的接线的连接也不需要额外的结构空间,因为它就处于联接部件内部及电机的端面内。
从属权利要求提到了使主权利要求所给的发明进一步的完善及扩充其优势的措施。
根据权利要求3,联接部件的电力接线环绕联接部件的导向杆成一螺旋线圈状,而导向杆则探入到液压块中的钻孔中去。这样接线沿联接部件在液压块上的安装方向布置,而此安装方向是由伸入到液压块的钻孔中去的导向杆给定的。
根据权利要求4,接线上与电机的电接头相连接的自由端,将穿过导向杆的纵向缝。因而,联接部件上的接线的布置可以更准确一些。图例
以下借助于图例中所示的实施例对本发明进行详细说明。图例中:
图1所示为一个本发明的电力液压联动装置的侧视图及其局部剖面,其中图的左半侧是其处于最终状态下的情况,而图的右半侧是尚未装配时的位置;以及
图2为图1中电力接线区的局部透视图,未按比例绘制。实施例的说明
图例中示出了本发明的用于调节汽车制动装置中制动液压的电力液压联动装置。它拥有一个液压块10,在其一个侧面上安置着一个电机12,它驱动位于液压块10内、图例中未予以示出的液泵。电机12的电力接线14位于它朝向液压块10的端面16上。电力接线14是一些金属杆,垂直地从端面16上竖起,长度大于液压块10的厚度。它们穿过液压块10中的两个通孔18,并从液压块10背对电机20的端面20上凸出出来。接线杆14处于液压块10内部的区域里,二者之间要实现电绝缘,为此可以装加塑料套管22或者用塑料喷覆。接线杆14在其凸出到液压块10之外、没有塑料套管22,且远离电机12的末端24呈分叉形,其作用是电机12的电力接头。由接线绕成的线圈28,其伸直探出的一端26被放入到上述分叉的末端24中,二者被焊接起来。
线圈28的另一端30也同样呈伸直状,它与一个冲压栅32焊接在一起。后者平行于液压块10背向电机12的端面20,并与之有一定间距。而电机12的接线杆14的分叉端24正是从液压块10的这个端面20上凸出出来。冲压栅32拥有数个相互电绝缘的冲片层,它们构成了本发明的电力液压联动装置的电构件的导电轨。冲压片32被塑料34喷覆,后者实现了冲压片32中各个导电轨彼此间的电绝缘。
图2示出了将线圈28与冲压栅32的导电轨连接的两种可能性。在接触区域导电轨不被塑料34所包覆。图2左边所示的线圈28的尾端30挨靠到冲压片32上并与之焊在一起。而图2右侧所示的线圈28的尾端30则穿过塑料34中的孔36,基本上垂直于冲压栅32所在的平面。冲压片32的一条导电轨的舌头38被弯成垂直向上竖起状,线圈28的尾端30挨靠到该舌头38上并与之焊在一起。线圈28与冲压片32之间的所有电连接都采用相同的方法,如图1所示的那样。
借助于接触脚旗40,冲压栅32的导电轨与灌注于塑料中的电子控制或调节开关42相接通,后者在冲压栅32的上方,但相互间距很小。图2中为了表达清楚起见,将电子开关42省略掉了。与冲压片32的导电轨相互间电连通的还有液压块10上安置的电磁阀的磁线圈44。
包覆冲压栅32的塑料34上,还喷覆出两个圆柱形的导向杆50,两者是一个整体。导向杆50伸入到圆柱状单向孔52中。后者平行于液压块10中承接电机12的接线杆14的通孔18,因而它垂直于液压块10背向电机12的端面20。两个线圈28环绕着导向杆50,由导向杆50导向。导向杆50的自由端54有一条纵向缝56,线圈28上与电机12的接线杆14焊在一起的伸直尾端26横向地从该缝56中穿过。缝56构成了线圈28的尾端26的导向器。
磁线圈44与电子开关42共同构成了一个电附加控制仪58,它被安置于壳60内,被一个粘结上的盖62封盖。借助于导向杆50,附加控制仪58定位于液压块10上,并通过螺钉64拧固在它上面。
本发明的电力液压联动装置的装配过程如下:首先将电机12安装于液压块10上,其中电机的绝缘接线杆14需穿过液压块10,之后附加控制仪58被安装到液压块10的另一侧面20上。这里,首先要使导向杆50的自由端54进入到液压块10中的单向孔52中,从而实现附加控制仪58相对于液压块10的定位。另外当控制仪58的壳60与液压块10尚有一段距离时,应使此前自由的线圈28的尾端26进入到电机12的接线杆14的分叉端24中去(图1的右半侧)。
这个位置上,线圈28和接线杆14上需彼此连接的端头24和26,可以很容易地从附加控制仪58的壳60的边上触及,因而可以简单地借助于焊接头66将它们焊接起来。此时焊接可以目测监控。焊接完毕后取走焊接头66,将附加控制仪58压紧到液压块10上并与之用螺钉拧紧。线圈28可以保证安装附加控制仪58所必需的距离。
所有的电接线都被控制仪58的壳60所封盖,而后者自身又借助于一个密封圈68相对于液压块10密封。通过本发明获得了简单、可靠的电接头。
可以选用多孔插座替换附加控制仪58,以相同的方法与电机12的接线杆14相连接,并安装到液压块10上去。

Claims (6)

1、汽车的制动装置中调节制动液压的电力液压联动装置,具有一个液压块;一个电机,该电机被安装于液压块的一端,其电接线呈僵硬状且穿过液压块;一个联接部件,用于将电机的电接线与其它电构件连接起来,它将电机的电接线封盖住并使之安装于液压块中;以及装配导向器,它为联接部件在其安装于液压块上时导向,其特征是:联接部件(58)拥有电接线(28),它在联接部件(58)在液压块(10)上的安装方向上可以变形;联接部件(58)拥有接线导向器(50,56),通过它们电接线(28)在安装方向上被引导;在联接部件(58)封盖电机(12)的电接线(14)之前,当联接部件(58)被安装于液压块(10)过程中,电接线(28)已与电机(12)的电接头(14)连接完毕。
2、如权利要求1的联动装置,其特征是:电机(12)的电接线(14)的自由端(24)呈分叉形。
3、如权利要求1或2的联动装置,其特征是:联接部件(58)的电接线(28)环绕导向杆(50)绕成螺旋线圈状,而导向杆则伸入到液压块(10)的孔(52)中去。
4、如权利要求3的联动装置,其特征是:电接线(28)的自由端(28)横向穿过导向杆(50)中的纵向缝(56)。
5、如权利要求1至4之一的联动装置,其特征是:联接部件(58)有一个附加控制仪和一个罩壳,后者封盖着电机(12)的电接线(14)。
6、上述权利要求之一的电力液压联动装置的装配方法,其特征是:联接部件(58)和液压块(10)的装配导向器(50,52)彼此相接合,联接部件(58)被保持在相对于液压块(10)敞开的某个位置上,联接部件(58)的电接线(28)与电机(12)的电接线(14)相连接,联接部件(58)被安置到其封盖电机(12)的电接线(14)的位置上并与液压块(10)联接在一起。
