When a user cleans a vehicle, the user can send a control instruction to the signal receiving module through mobile phone software APP on one hand, the signal receiving module transmits the control instruction to the controller after receiving the control instruction, the controller analyzes the control instruction, activates and starts a corresponding cleaning mode unit, a common mode unit or a compound mode unit according to the content of the control instruction, and on the other hand, the user can send a corresponding control instruction to the controller through the control panel 2, and the controller synchronously analyzes and activates and starts operation after receiving the corresponding control instruction.
Since the electric slide rail 28 is used in cooperation with each cleaning mode, the control state of the controller for the electric slide rail 28 is normally open, so that the electric slide rail 28 is independent of each cleaning mode.
When the cleaning mode unit is started, the infusion pump 16 supplies water to the first spray head 5 on the mounting rod 3 and the second spray head 9 in the mounting groove 6 through the first shunt pipe 10, the first spray head 5 and the second spray head 9 clean the bottom and two sides of a vehicle along with the entering of the vehicle, and meanwhile, the delivery pump 19 supplies water to the third spray head 30 on the arc-shaped spray rod 12, so that the cleaning treatment of the top of the vehicle is realized.
When the normal mode unit is started, the infusion pump 16 and the delivery pump 19 firstly perform the same operation as the cleaning mode unit, after the operation is finished, the conduction direction of the shunt pipe II 20 is switched through the three-way electromagnetic control valve 23, so that the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage box 21 is sprayed out through the delivery pump 19, after the cleaning liquid spraying is finished, the conduction position of the shunt pipe II 20 is switched to the clean water storage box 22 through the three-way electromagnetic control valve 23, and finally the cleaning liquid sprayed on the surface of the vehicle is washed through the spray head III 30 on the arc-shaped spray rod 12.
When the composite mode unit is started, the infusion pump 16, the transfer pump 19 and the three-way electromagnetic control valve 23 perform the same operation as the common mode unit, after the operation is completed, the fan 27 inputs gas into the heating box 26 through the connecting pipe, the gas entering the heating box 26 heats the heating box through the heating wire 32 on the mounting column 31 to form heating air, the air after the heating treatment enters the transfer seat 25 through the connecting pipe, and then the heating air in the middle transfer seat 25 enters the arc-shaped spray rod 12 to be sprayed out through the spray nozzle III 30 on the arc-shaped spray rod, so that the drying treatment of the surface of the vehicle is completed.

The rotary car washer with the fixed rotating shaft comprises two side supporting frames (1) and two guide rail rods (13), and is characterized in that the guide rail rods (13) are provided with electric sliding rails (28), the electric sliding rails (28) are respectively arranged in the middle of two ends of the inner side of a box body (15), a middle rotating seat (25) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the box body (15), an arc spraying rod (12) is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the box body (15), one end of the arc spraying rod (12) close to the box body (15) penetrates through the box body (15) and extends to the inside of the middle rotating seat (25), a rotary supporting ring (33) is arranged on the arc spraying rod (12), the bottoms of the rotary supporting rings (33) are fixedly connected to the bottom end of the inner side of the box body (15), a plurality of spray nozzles (30) are respectively arranged at equal intervals on the arc spraying rod (12), a cleaning liquid storage box (21) and a cleaning liquid storage box (22) are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of one side of the inner side of the box body (15), a cleaning liquid storage box (19) is respectively communicated with a clean water storage box (20) through a water diversion pipe (19), a three-way electromagnetic control valve (23) is arranged on the shunt tube II (20), a liquid outlet of the conveying pump (19) is communicated with the inside of the transfer seat (25) through a connecting pipe, a conical ring (34) is arranged on a part of the pipe body of the arc-shaped spray rod (12) penetrating into the box body (15), a driving motor (24) is arranged at the middle front part of the bottom end inside the box body (15), and a bevel gear (35) is arranged on a rotating shaft of the driving motor (24);
The middle part of one side of the transfer seat (25) is provided with a one-way valve (29), the other side of the middle part of the inner bottom end of the box body (15) is provided with a fan (27) close to the edge, the other side of the middle part of the inner bottom end of the box body (15) is provided with a heating box (26), a plurality of mounting columns (31) are arranged in the heating box (26), heating wires (32) are arranged on the mounting columns (31), an air outlet of the fan (27) is communicated with the inside of the heating box (26) through a connecting pipe, and the inside of the heating box (26) is communicated with the inside of the one-way valve (29) through the connecting pipe;
The middle upper parts of the two side support frames (1) on the same side are connected through a connecting rod (14), the middle upper parts of the two inner sides of the side support frames (1) are fixedly connected with support fixing rods (18), and one ends, far away from the side support frames (1), of the support fixing rods (18) on the same side are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the middle parts of the outer sides of the corresponding guide rail rods (13).
