The button or/and the male and female button has the specific structure that: a button hole 921 is sewn at the lower part of the connecting piece 92, a hook surface 922 of the fastening tape is sewn below the button hole 921, a straight button 931 is sewn at the top of the wiping cloth 93, and a hair surface 932 of the fastening tape is sewn below the straight button 931. When the connecting piece 92 is connected with the wiping cloth 93, the straight button 931 penetrates through the button hole 921 and then is tensioned up and down, the hook surface 922 is attached to the hair surface 932, and the wiping cloth 93 can be hung below the connecting piece 92 in a quick detachable mode.
The pulling rope 64 is a steel wire core, a spool 641 is sleeved outside the steel wire core, the steel wire core can slide freely in the spool 641 when moving due to tension, one end of the spool 641 is fixed on the hanging rod 913 near one side of the fixing sleeve 914 of the pulling rope 64, and the other end of the spool 641 is fixed on the fourth limiting block 60.
The swinging device realizes the reciprocating swinging of the drying unit with the amplitude less than 180 degrees around the rotating shaft 2. The first ratchet 51 has only one ratchet, the spool 641 is made of a material which can be bent but is difficult to stretch or compress in the spool direction, and the moving frame 13 is provided with the blowing device 7, and the blowing port of the blowing device 7 is aligned with the middle lower part of the side surface of the vehicle body 4. The wiping cloth 93 is sewn with a strip-shaped water-absorbing cloth strip 94. The N pieces of wiping cloths 93 are partially overlapped between the adjacent wiping cloths 93 in a natural hanging state.
When the vehicle finishes the dewatering process of the dewatering part and is driven away from a dewatering area, residual water on the surface of the lower part of the vehicle body and in gaps is further swept by the floor type fan 8, the floor type fan 8 is arranged on two sides of the dewatering area close to the outlet of the vehicle, an air outlet 81 of the floor type fan 8 is aligned to the middle lower part of the side surface of the vehicle body and is deviated to the dewatering area, a vehicle wiping cloth strip 82 is arranged on the air outlet 81, and when the vehicle is driven away from the dewatering area and passes through the front of the air outlet 81, the air outlet 81 discharges air flow and guides the vehicle wiping cloth strip 82 to the vehicle body 4, so that the vehicle wiping cloth strip 82.
The spray heads comprise a pre-washing spray head 31, a cleaning spray head 32, a high-temperature water vapor spray head 33, a cleaning water spray head 35, a windshield cleaning spray head, a hub cleaning spray head 30, a reclaimed water spray head 34, a chassis cleaning spray head 36 and a cleaning spray head for cleaning the front part of the automobile; the cleaning spray head 32, the high-temperature water vapor spray head 33 and the cleaning water spray head 35 are arranged on a movable frame 13 which can move back and forth relative to the machine frame 1, the movable frame 13 is connected with a driving device of the movable frame 13, and the driving device is connected with the control module 11 through a circuit; the prewashing spray heads 31 are arranged on two side surfaces close to the driving position of the vehicle in the vehicle cleaning area, and the prewashing spray heads 31 are connected with a prewashing agent conveying device through pipelines; the cleaning spray head 32 is connected with a cleaning agent delivery device through a pipeline; the high-temperature water vapor spray nozzle 33 is communicated with an air source conveying pipe of the high-temperature water vapor generator 331, and the high-temperature water vapor generator 331 is connected with the control module 11; the cleaning water spray head 35 is communicated with a clean water source through a pipeline; the windshield cleaning spray head is arranged at the front upper part in the vehicle cleaning area and is connected with the glass cleaning agent conveying device through a pipeline; the wheel hub cleaning nozzles 30 are connected with a wheel hub cleaning agent conveying device through pipelines, the number of the wheel hub cleaning nozzles 30 is two, the two wheel hub cleaning nozzles 30 are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of a vehicle cleaning area, the chassis cleaning nozzle 36 is positioned on the bottom surface of the vehicle cleaning area, the chassis cleaning nozzle 36 is connected with reclaimed water treated by the sewage treatment device 12 through a pipeline, and the cleaning nozzle for cleaning the front part of the automobile is connected with a front face cleaning agent conveying device through a pipeline; the conveying devices are respectively provided with a heating device capable of heating the conveying liquid, the high-temperature water vapor generator 331 is provided with a heating module, and the heating module can generate high-temperature water vapor mixed liquid with the temperature exceeding 100 ℃; the chassis cleaning spray head 36 is divided into a chassis atomizing spray head and a chassis washing spray head, control valves for opening and closing pipelines are respectively arranged on corresponding pipelines of the chassis atomizing spray head and the chassis washing spray head, the control valves are connected with the control module 11 through lines, the chassis atomizing spray head is positioned at the rear part of a vehicle cleaning area, and the chassis washing spray head is positioned at the middle part and the front part of the vehicle cleaning area; the reclaimed water spray nozzle 34 is installed on the movable frame 13, and the reclaimed water spray nozzle 34 is also communicated with reclaimed water treated by the sewage treatment device 12 through a pipeline. The reclaimed water is formed by treating sewage by a sewage treatment device, partial particulate matters and pollutants are removed after the reclaimed water is treated, and the quality of the reclaimed water is between that of the sewage and that of clean water and can be used as a cleaning water source.
And after the third step is finished, the spray head sprays wax water to the vehicle body so as to protect the vehicle body paint and improve the surface brightness. The nozzle comprises a wax water nozzle 37, the wax water nozzle 37 is positioned above a vehicle cleaning area, and the wax water nozzle 37 is connected with a wax water conveying device through a pipeline. The various nozzles can be respectively communicated with an air source conveying device through pipelines, the air source conveying device is provided with air control valves communicated with the nozzles, and the air control valves are connected with the control module 11 through lines.
Hereinafter, the specific operation of the cleaning process will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 1, the movable frame 13 is provided with power and transmission devices and can reciprocate above the vehicle to be washed along the track; the control module 11 is composed of a PLC, an infrared measuring device and an ultrasonic ranging sensor, can measure profile parameters such as the height of each part of an automobile body, the position of a side plate, the position of a tire, the position of a head and a tail of the automobile and the like, and controls the opening and closing of necessary components such as a pump, a pipe, a valve and the like; the wheel hub cleaning nozzle 30 is communicated with the wheel hub cleaning agent storage tank and the clear water source and respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the vehicle cleaning area close to the vehicle entrance position; the prewashing spray head 31 is arranged on two side faces of a vehicle washing area close to a vehicle driving-in position and connected with a prewashing agent storage tank and a clear water source, the cleaning spray head 32, the high-temperature water vapor spray head 33, the intermediate water spray head 34 and the clear water spray head 35 are arranged on the movable frame 13 and move along with the movable frame 13, the cleaning spray head 32 is connected with the storage tank of a cleaning agent and the clear water source, a heating device is arranged on a liquid supply pipeline of the prewashing spray head 31 and the cleaning spray head 32, a high-temperature water vapor mixture which can generate water vapor with the temperature close to 200 ℃ and forms a fog drop shape after being mixed with hot water is sprayed out at high speed through the high-temperature water vapor spray head 33, the intermediate water spray head 34 and the chassis washing spray head 36 are respectively connected with a water storage tank of the sewage treatment device 12 through pipelines, the clear water spray head. The reclaimed water and the clean water are pumped by a centrifugal pump or a high-pressure plunger pump to supply water.
The sewage treatment device 12 is used for simply filtering, separating oil, precipitating and the like on sewage generated in the previous car washing process, and treated reclaimed water is injected into a water storage tank, is pumped by a centrifugal pump, and is conveyed and supplied to a reclaimed water spray head 34 and a chassis cleaning spray head 36 through a water pipe.
The corresponding procedures are as follows:
1) the vehicle to be cleaned is driven forward into the vehicle cleaning area. In the process of entering the automobile, executing the step a, measuring a tire position signal in the control module 11, and enabling the hub cleaning nozzle 30 to be aligned with the hub to spray a hub cleaning agent, so that the severe dirt on the hub has enough time to be dissolved; and b, according to the measured head position signal, the prewashing spray head 31 is aligned to the middle lower part of the automobile to spray the silt loosening agent, so that the thicker silt at the lower part of the automobile body becomes soft, and the absorption and reaction of the cleaning agent sprayed in the subsequent step b are facilitated.
Simultaneously, step k is performed for the moving car: the fog-like reclaimed water is sprayed to the chassis of the vehicle body, so that the chassis and parts above the chassis are properly cooled, and the risk of vehicle damage caused by temperature sharp drop caused by subsequent chassis water flushing and cleaning is reduced.
2) And c, after the automobile is stopped stably in the automobile cleaning area, executing the step b, spraying a glass cleaning agent to the windshield of the automobile body, and spraying a front face cleaning agent to the automobile head by a cleaning nozzle for cleaning the front part of the automobile. In addition, the moving frame 13 travels over the parked car while the cleaning spray head 32 sprays the cleaning agent to the entire car body.
The hub cleaning agent, the silt loosening agent, the glass cleaning agent and the cleaning agent sprayed in the steps a and b are subjected to heating treatment to accelerate the processes of permeation, absorption, emulsification and the like, so that the chemical agents react more fully, and waste and unnecessary consumption are reduced.
3) The infrared measuring device of the control module 11 measures the body contour data of the vehicle to be washed to obtain the height of each part of the body, the side position of the body and other data. Therefore, in the subsequent step two and the step three, the high-temperature water vapor spray nozzle 33, the reclaimed water spray nozzle 34 and the clear water spray nozzle 35 can keep proper distances from the outer surface of the vehicle body as required, and a good liquid spraying effect is realized.
4) And (5) executing the step two: the high temperature steam is sprayed to the vehicle body by the high temperature steam spray head 33. The high temperature water vapor can reach over 150 deg.c and may be used as effective heat source. The high-temperature water vapor is generally a gas-liquid mixture, the liquid drops of the high-temperature water vapor are in a fine-particle fog shape, the heat transfer effect is good, the temperature of the surface of the automobile can be quickly raised, and the concentration of the automobile washing liquid covered on the automobile body cannot be greatly diluted. Meanwhile, the problems of high turbidity of the active agent, high specific energy consumption and the like which are faced by directly heating the car washing liquid to the high temperature of more than 50 ℃ are solved. Generally, the data measured in the previous step is relied on in this step, and the control module 11 ensures that the high-temperature water vapor spray nozzle 33 is kept as close as possible to the vehicle body, so as to reduce heat loss and improve the operation effect.
5) And step l is executed: the vehicle body is washed with the reclaimed water supplied from the sewage treatment device 12. The function of the device is that the vehicle can be washed by the large-flow reuse water, so that the use amount of the subsequent clear water is greatly reduced. Secondly, if large-flow and low-pressure water is adopted in the step, most of gravel hard dirt on the vehicle body can be removed, so that the subsequent clear water washing is suitable for adopting higher washing force, and the problem of vehicle paint scraping caused by the fact that the hard dirt slides on the surface of the vehicle body along with high-speed water flow can not be caused.
While the vehicle body is being flushed at step l, performing step m: water is sprayed to the chassis of the vehicle body to wash dirt such as mud, dust and the like attached to the bottom of the vehicle. The reclaimed water obtained after the sewage recycling treatment is also used in the process.
6) And step three, washing the whole vehicle with clean water. The water pressure in this step is related to step l. And if the design goal of the step I is to completely remove the dirt of the vehicle body, the step III is mainly a rinsing function, and low-pressure water is used for removing the residual reclaimed water stain of the vehicle body. If the step I only removes the granular dirt on the surface of the vehicle body, the step I uses high-pressure water for washing, and the dirt is damaged, peeled and washed away by the impact force of the step I, so that a more thorough decontamination effect is realized.
After the above steps are finished, the decontamination work in the cleaning stage is finished.
And according to the automobile maintenance requirement, next executing the step c: the wax water is sprayed to the vehicle body by the wax water spray head 37, so that the paint of the vehicle body is protected, the surface brightness is improved, and the antistatic and antifouling effects of the vehicle body are enhanced. Then, the vehicle body is wiped, the deflector rod 5 of the water removing part drives the wiping cloth 93 to swing back and forth, and the sleeve 914 reciprocates to drive the wiping cloth 93 to swing left and right, so that the wiping and water removing of the vehicle body are realized.
Finally, the driver drives the vehicle away from the water removing area, and residual water on the surface of the lower part of the vehicle body and in gaps can be further removed in an air drying mode by the floor type fan 8 in the driving away process.
Therefore, the whole car washing operation flow including washing and water removal is completed.
The present invention is a technical improvement to equipment with automated cleaning capabilities. Various options are available for the technical implementation of automation of the cleaning process, which can be performed by a person skilled in the art and are not described in detail here. Without affecting the spirit of the invention, the following changes are within the scope of the invention:
1) except for the situation that the reclaimed water and the clean water of the embodiment respectively adopt a centrifugal pump and a plunger pump, the purpose of water supply can be achieved by using the same pump through reasonable model selection and pipeline design;
2) through reasonable nozzle type selection, fluid parameter selection and pipeline switching design, different sprayers such as a high-temperature water vapor sprayer 33, a reclaimed water sprayer 34 and a clear water sprayer 35 can be shared, so that the arrangement mode of the sprayers is simplified;
3) the high temperature steam generator 331 may be based on various principles and structures, and the high temperature steam sprayed by the high temperature steam generator may be mist water droplets, or a gas-liquid mixture of the mist water droplets and the high temperature steam, such as: it can be mist-like liquid drops of hot water with the temperature below 100 ℃, or can be a mixture of water vapor and hot water with the temperature far exceeding 100 ℃;
4) the invention can be used on a non-contact car washer with a suspended machine body, and can also be widely applied to other types of car washers such as a floor type gantry car washer and the like;
5) the cleaning process can be used for cleaning automobiles, high-speed rail carriages and other vehicles.
Compared with the conventional cleaning steps: 1) the invention does not wet the car body with water at first, but directly sprays the car washing liquid, ensures the concentration of the car washing liquid and the absorption capacity of dirt gaps to the car washing liquid, strengthens the absorption and reaction capacities of the car washing liquid, and ensures the dissolving time; 2) the sequential arrangement of all the processes is beneficial to the full absorption of the car washing liquid and the heating treatment of the car washing liquid. The chemical reaction speed of the car washing liquid is normally positively correlated with the temperature, so the decontamination effect of the car washing liquid is further improved; 3) after the surface sprayed with the car washing liquid is heated by adopting high-temperature water vapor as a heat source, the decontamination effect of the car washing liquid is improved again; 4) the chassis is cleaned by a step-by-step treatment method, wetting is carried out first, and then washing is carried out, so that thermal shock of cleaning operation is greatly reduced, and vehicles are protected to the maximum extent; 5) the chassis and the vehicle body are timely cleaned by the reclaimed water, so that the treatment requirement of the corresponding reclaimed water is greatly reduced, the process requirement on a water circulation system is greatly reduced, and the consumption of the reclaimed water is reduced. Therefore, the invention is based on the engineering practice of vehicle surface cleaning, adopts reasonable steps, makes the chemical reaction of the vehicle washing liquid more sufficient, and reasonably utilizes the reclaimed water, thereby not only improving the vehicle cleaning effect, but also effectively reducing the consumption and the discharge of the vehicle washing liquid, greatly saving the use amount of the clear water, achieving the multiple purposes of synergy, environmental protection and water saving, and being convenient for realizing the whole-process automation.

1. A vehicle washing method characterized by: comprises the following steps:
firstly, spraying car washing liquid to a car body by a spray head;
secondly, a high-temperature water vapor spray head (33) in the spray head sprays atomized high-temperature water vapor to the vehicle body;
thirdly, spraying clean water to wash the whole vehicle by a spray head; after a vehicle is cleaned, residual cleaning water on a vehicle body is removed by a water removing part on a frame (1), the water removing part comprises a movable frame body (14) which is positioned on the top of the frame and can move back and forth relative to the frame (1), a wiping unit which is arranged on the movable frame body (14), a rotating shaft (2) which is arranged in the movable frame body (14) and can rotate relative to the movable frame body (14), the rotating shaft (2) is connected with a rotating shaft driving device (21), the upper part of the wiping unit is linked with the rotating shaft (2), wiping cloth (93) in the wiping unit can automatically droop under the action of gravity and contact with the vehicle body (4) stopped at a water removing area, the movable frame body (14) is also provided with a swinging device of the wiping cloth (93), the swinging device comprises a deflector rod (5) which can pull the wiping cloth (93) in the wiping unit, and the deflector rod (5) is U-shaped, the U-shaped ends of the deflector rod (5) are respectively provided with a cam (52), the cams (52) are respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the rotating shaft (2) and can rotate together with the rotating shaft (2), a bottom rod (510) in the deflector rod (5) can be attached to one side surface of the wiping cloth (93) to raise the wiping cloth (93) during rotation, and a separation mechanism which can enable the deflector rod (5) to automatically droop by separating the cam (52) from the rotating shaft (2) when the cam (52) rotates to a set position is arranged at the joint of the cam (52) and the rotating shaft (2); a. spraying a pre-washing agent to the middle lower part of the vehicle body by a spray head;
b. the sprayer sprays glass cleaning agent to the windshield of the vehicle body;
c, the spray head sprays the cleaning agent to the whole vehicle body.

4. The vehicle washing method according to claim 2, characterized in that: the main component of the pre-washing agent is a silt loosening agent; the temperature of the steam leaving the high temperature steam spray nozzle (33) is not lower than 50 ℃.

The vehicle washing method according to claim 2, characterized in that: the sewage that produces after the shower nozzle washs the automobile body passes through sewage treatment plant (12) and collects and handles, and the well water of formation passes through the shower nozzle and washes the automobile body, and the step that well water washed the automobile body is:
k. spraying fog-shaped reclaimed water to a chassis of the vehicle body in the process that the vehicle enters the cleaning area;
spraying medium water to flush the vehicle body after spraying high-temperature water vapor;
m, washing the vehicle body chassis with high-flow medium water;
and the steps k, l and m are selected for use according to parameter setting of the control module (11), and when the control module (11) closes a switch control valve on a connecting pipeline between the sewage treatment device (12) and the spray head, the effluent water of the steps k, l and m is provided by a clean water source.

The vehicle washing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: when the vehicle finishes the dewatering process of the dewatering part and is driven away from a dewatering area, residual water on the surface of the lower part of the vehicle body and in gaps is further swept by the floor type fan (8), the floor type fan (8) is arranged on two sides of the dewatering area close to an outlet of the vehicle, an air outlet (81) of the floor type fan (8) is aligned to the middle lower part of the side face of the vehicle body and is deviated to the dewatering area, a vehicle wiping cloth strip (82) is arranged on the air outlet (81), and when the vehicle is driven away from the dewatering area and passes through the front of the air outlet (81), the air outlet (81) discharges air flow and guides the vehicle wiping cloth strip (82) to the vehicle body (4), so that the vehicle wiping cloth strip (82) shakes along with.
