Abstract
本发明提供一种防疫香薰组合物及其用途和制作方法,涉及中药技术领域。一种防疫香薰组合物,包括如下中药材原料:菖蒲、艾叶、枇杷叶、柴胡、黄芪、柚子叶、白芍、白术、紫苏、丝瓜络、白豆蔻、丁香、山奈。本发明对传染性强,传播迅速,易引起大流行的疫病及感染后机能修复有较好的防治作用,可达到防病于未然,治病于未发的目的,还可解毒辟秽,扶正固阳,祛风散寒,清肺止咳;化湿开胃,降逆止呕,开窍醒神,养心解郁,行气理血,通络止痛;并且原料比较易得,制备方法也简单,使用方便,都是中药成分,无刺激性消毒等药物添加,对人体刺激性小,无副作用,可长期广泛应用于家庭及公共场所。

本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体为一种防疫香薰组合物及其用途和制作方法。
背景技术
新型冠状病毒感染是一种流传快、危害广的急性感染性疾病,其病原体是新型冠状病毒,该病流行必须具备以下三个基本环节:传染源、传播途径和易感人群,缺少其中的任何一个环节,不可能形成流行,在中医学角度看来,新型冠状病毒感染属中医疫病范畴,是一种通过呼吸道传播的急性传染病,属温病中具有强烈传染性、病情进展快并具有大流行特性的一类疾病。
对于疫病,中国古代医学非常注重预防的重要性,并通过使用香薰精油、熏香、熏蒸剂和喷雾剂等剂型的方法来预防疫病发生、演变。其香薰精油、熏香、熏蒸剂和喷雾剂消毒防疫法具有方法简便、药物比较易得、使用安全、效果理想等特点,容易推广应用,并能避免常见消毒措施如紫外线、过氧乙酸、含氯消毒剂等消杀刺激性强,容易对皮肤和黏膜造成损伤的弊端。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防疫香薰组合物及其用途和制作方法,解决了目前常见的防疫消毒方法紫外线、过氧乙酸、含氯消毒剂消杀刺激性强,容易对皮肤和黏膜造成损伤的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种防疫香薰组合物,包括如下中药材原料:菖蒲、艾叶、枇杷叶、柴胡、黄芪、柚子叶、白芍、白术、紫苏、丝瓜络、白豆蔻、丁香、山奈。
所述中药材按如下重量进行配比:菖蒲8~10g、艾叶5~8g、枇杷叶3~5g、柴胡3~5g、黄芪3~5g、柚子叶1.5~3g、白芍1~2g、白术1~2g、紫苏1.5~3g、丝瓜络3~5g、白豆蔻0.5~1g、丁香0.5~1g、山奈0.5~1g。
本发明是防疫香薰组合物,可以制备多种香薰制品,包括香薰精油、熏香、熏蒸剂和喷雾剂。
本发明的中药原料:菖蒲、艾叶、枇杷叶、柴胡、柚子叶、白术、紫苏、丁香、黄芪、白芍、丝瓜络、白豆蔻、山奈,配方主要功效:解毒辟秽、扶正固阳;祛风散寒、清肺止咳;化湿开胃、降逆止呕;开窍醒神、养心解郁;行气理血、通络止痛。
菖蒲:为天南星科禾草状多年生草本植物菖蒲的根茎。根茎常作药用,性温,味苦、辛;归心、脾、胃经。具有化湿和胃,开窍豁痰,醒神益智,祛湿辟秽的功效。临床用于治疗湿阻中焦,脘腹胀闷,痞塞疼痛,神志昏迷,癫痫,头昏,嗜睡,健忘,耳鸣,耳聋,声音嘶哑,风湿痹痛,痈疽疥癣,跌打损伤等症。
艾叶:为菊科植物艾草的叶,植株有浓烈香气。《本草》载:“艾叶能灸百病。”现代药理发现,艾叶挥发油含量多,主要成分以小分子挥发性萜类化合物为主,此外还有脂肪族化合物,小分子芳香族化合物。叶入药,性温,味苦、辛;归脾、肝、肾经。具有止咳祛痰、平喘、温经止血、散寒调经、安胎的功效。现代研究,还有抗菌、抗病毒、抗过敏、镇静、护肝利胆等作用。临床用于治疗寒性咳喘、虚寒出血、月经不调、痛经、胎动不安等症。外洗可以治湿疹瘙痒。
枇杷叶:为蔷薇科植物枇杷的叶子,多为栽培或野生。叶入药,气微香,性微寒,味苦、微辛;归肺、胃经。具有清肺祛痰止咳,和胃降逆止呕,止渴的功效。临床用于治疗肺热痰嗽,咳血,衄血,胃热呕哕等症。
柴胡:为伞形科多年生草本植物柴胡(北柴胡)或狭叶柴胡(南柴胡)的根或全草。根入药,性微寒,味苦、辛;归肝、胆经。具有疏散退热,疏肝解郁,升阳举陷,退热截疟的功效。现代药理发现,柴胡根含有挥发油,具有抗感冒病毒、增强机体免疫的作用。临床用于治疗感冒发热,寒热往来,疟疾,肝郁气滞,胸胁疼痛,久泻脱肛,月经不调,胃下垂,子宫下垂等症。
黄芪:是豆科多年生草本植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的根。根入药,性微温,味甘;归肺、脾经。具有补气升阳,益卫固表,止汗,利水消肿,托毒排脓,生肌敛疮的功效。临床用于治疗脾胃气虚及中气下陷诸证,如脾虚泄泻,久泻脱肛,内脏下垂,表虚自汗,气虚外感,气虚浮肿,疮疡痈疽等症。
柚子叶:是芸香科植物柚子的叶片,叶表面黄绿色,背面浅绿色,对光透视,可见无数透明小点(油室)。柚子叶含油量丰富,可以用来提取柚子叶精油。叶入药,气香,性温,味微苦、微辛;归脾、肝经。具有行气止痛,解毒消肿的功效。临床用于治疗头风痛、寒湿痹痛、食滞腹痛、乳痈、扁桃体炎、中耳炎等症。
白芍:为毛茛科多年生草本植物芍药的根。根入药,性微寒,味苦、酸、甘,归肝、脾经。具有养血调经,平肝止痛,敛阴止汗的功效。临床用于治疗肝阴不足、肝阳偏亢或肝气不舒的头痛、眩晕、胁痛、腹痛、四肢挛痛,血虚或阴虚有热的月经不调、崩漏,自汗、盗汗等证。现代药理发现白芍含有芍药甙、羟基芍药甙、芍药内酯甙、苯甲酰芍药甙、挥发油等,所含芍药总甙具有一定的镇静、镇痛、抗惊厥、降压、扩张血管等作用。
白术:属于菊科多年生草本植物白术的根茎。根茎入药,性温,味苦、甘,归脾、胃经。根茎含挥发油,油中主要成分为苍术酮、苍术醇、白术内酯等。具有补气健脾,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效。临床用于治疗脾虚食少、腹胀泄泻、痰饮、水肿、自汗、胎动不安等症。
紫苏:是唇形科一年生草本植物紫苏的茎叶,其叶称紫苏叶,其茎称紫苏梗,茎叶均可以入药,紫苏叶性温,味辛,归肺经;紫苏梗性微温,味辛、甘,归肺、脾、胃经。紫苏叶发汗力较强,具有解表散寒、宣肺止咳的功能,用于治疗风寒感冒,咳嗽痰多等症;紫苏梗断面中部有髓,气清香,可以醒脾宽中,行气和胃、止呕,理气安胎,用于治疗胸腹气滞、胸闷呕吐、胸胁胀痛、胎动不安、鱼蟹中毒、腹痛吐泻等症。
丝瓜络:为葫芦科一年生攀援草本植物丝瓜的成熟果实中的维管束,属于植物体的营养组织,气微,性平,味甘,归肺、胃、肝经。有祛风通络止痛,解毒消肿化痰的功效。临床用于治疗风湿痹痛、胸痹、咳嗽多痰、胸胁疼痛、乳腺炎、疮疖肿毒等症。
白豆蔻:为姜科多年生草本植物白豆蔻的成熟果实。果实入药,性温,味辛,归肺、脾、胃经。具有化湿行气,温中止呕,开胃消食的功效。临床用于治疗湿阻中焦及脾胃气滞的脘腹胀满,不思饮食,湿温初起之胸闷不饥,胃寒呕吐,小儿胃寒吐乳等症。
丁香:为桃金娘科常绿乔木植物丁香的花蕾,习称公丁香,质坚实,富油性,气芳香浓烈。现代研究,花蕾含挥发油即丁香油,油中主要成分为丁香酚、乙酰丁香酚及少量丁香烯等。花蕾入药,性温,味辛,归脾、胃、肾经。具有温中降逆,散寒止痛,温肾助阳的功效。临床用于治疗脾胃虚寒,呃逆呕吐,胃寒脘腹冷痛,肾虚阳痿,宫冷等症。
山奈:为姜科多年生宿根草本植物山奈的根茎,别名:沙姜、三柰、山辣,根茎入药,性温,味辛,归胃、脾经。具有温中除湿,行气消食,止痛的功效。临床用于治疗脘腹冷痛,寒湿吐泻,霍乱,胸腹胀满,饮食不消,牙痛,风湿痹痛等症。从根茎中提取出来的芳香油,可作调味香料,定香力强,为芳香健胃剂。
本发明提供了一种防疫香薰组合物及其用途和制作方法。具备以下有益效果:
本发明对新型冠状病毒感染及感染后机能恢复有较好的防治作用,可达到防病于未然,治病于未发的目的,还可解毒辟秽、扶正固阳,祛风散寒、清肺止咳,化湿开胃、降逆止呕,开窍醒神、养心解郁,行气理血、通络止痛;并且原料比较易得,制备方法也简单,使用方便,都是中药成分,无刺激性消毒等药物添加,对人体刺激性小,无副作用,可广泛应用于各家庭及多种公共场所。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种防疫香薰组合物,中药材按如下重量进行配比:菖蒲8~10g、艾叶5~8g、枇杷叶3~5g、柴胡3~5g、黄芪3~5g、柚子叶1.5~3g、白芍1~2g、白术1~2g、紫苏1.5~3g、丝瓜络3~5g、白豆蔻0.5~1g、丁香0.5~1g、山奈0.5~1g。
一种防疫香薰组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.取配方量的艾叶、枇杷叶、柴胡、柚子叶、白术、紫苏和丁香,加入清水进行蒸馏,收集蒸馏得到的挥发油,同时蒸馏所得的药渣备用;
S2.将药渣与菖蒲、黄芪、白芍、白豆蔻、丝瓜络、山奈首先使用冷水浸泡0.5~1h,加水煎煮,提取得到水提液,再将水提液浓缩至45~55℃下相对密度为1.1~1.2,得到中药流浸膏;
S3.再将中药流浸膏中加入药用填充剂混合均匀,得到混合流浸膏,混合流浸膏的固体含量为15~25wt%,药用填充剂选自预胶化淀粉、糊精和微晶纤维素中的一种或多种;
S4.将混合流浸膏首先进行微波真空干燥,干燥温度为80~90℃,真空度为-0.05MPa以上,微波频率为2300~2500MHz,微波真空干燥的时间为40~60分钟,干燥品的含水量≤6wt%,然后进行粉碎处理,得到干燥品,最后将干燥品中加入辅料和步骤S1中蒸馏制得的挥发油进行混合,得到中药组合物。
辅料由羧甲淀粉钠、交联聚维酮和低取代羟丙纤维素组成,辅料的制备方法为,首先将羧甲淀粉钠和交联聚维酮混合,然后边混合搅拌边加入低取代羟丙纤维素,辅料与干燥品和挥发油的质量比为(0.25~0.35):(2.5~3.5):(3.2~3.7),羧甲淀粉钠、交联聚维酮和低取代羟丙纤维素的质量比为(1~1.25):(0.5~0.8):(1.6~2.2)。
实施例一:香薰精油的制备
中药原料:菖蒲8g、艾叶5g、枇杷叶3g、柴胡3g、黄芪3g、柚子叶1.5g、白芍1g、白术1g、紫苏1.5g、丝瓜络3g、白豆蔻0.5g、丁香0.5g、山奈0.5g。
制备方法:将中药组合物装入萃取罐中,在解析压力为5.5×103kPa,萃取压力为22×103kPa,温度为45℃,以20L/h的流量通入CO2,萃取120分钟后,从解析罐中放出香薰精油。
实施例二:熏香的制备
中药原料:菖蒲9g、艾叶6g、枇杷叶4g、柴胡4g、黄芪4g、柚子叶2g、白芍1.5g、白术1.5g、紫苏2g、丝瓜络3.5g、白豆蔻0.7g、丁香0.7g、山奈0.7g。
制备方法:在每100g中药组合物中加入100g木炭粉和50g榆树皮粉,充分搅拌成泥状,放入压模机中挤压成型,脱模,烘干即可得到熏香。
实施例三:熏蒸剂的制备
中药原料:菖蒲10g、艾叶8g、枇杷叶5g、柴胡5g、黄芪5g、柚子叶3g、白芍2g、白术2g、紫苏3g、丝瓜络5g、白豆蔻1g、丁香1g、山奈1g。
制备方法:将中药组合物利用水提法进行有效成分提取,剩余的药渣干燥至水含量10%以下,粉碎成粒径小于25mm的颗粒物,继续干燥至水含量8%以下,再粉碎成粒径不超过100μm的超细粉末,然后与提取的有效成分混合,再加入蜂蜡加热熔化至沸,冷却后即可制得熏蒸剂。
实施例四:喷雾剂的制备
中药原料:菖蒲9.5g、艾叶7g、枇杷叶3.5g、柴胡5g、黄芪4g、柚子叶3g、白芍1.8g、白术1.5g、紫苏1.5g、丝瓜络4.5g、白豆蔻1g、丁香1g、山奈0.5g。
制备方法:将中药组合物装入萃取罐中,在解析压力为5.5×103kPa,萃取压力为22×103kPa,温度为45℃,以10L/h的流量通入CO2,萃取80分钟后,从解析罐中放出萃取液,再将萃取液用蒸馏水稀释2~3倍,灌装入喷洒容器内即可。
为进一步验证本发明中药防疫香薰组合物的抑菌消毒效果,本发明以实施例二:中药熏香为例,进行抑菌活性实验,实验内容如下:
为了验证添加的辅料计量与中药组合物的计量比对抑菌效果的影响,分别取不同质量(50g、60g、70g、90g、100g)的中药组合物与辅料(木炭粉100g和榆树皮粉50g),作为实验组,将实施例二的成分配比作为对照组,混合,干燥,统一挤压成直线型进行试验,试验对象采用相同浓度菌的培养基,置于25℃的室内,室内密闭空间18m3,在点燃熏香后,在10min、20mi n、30mi n,观察培养基中的菌落生长情况,试验结果如下表所示:

由试验数据可知,中药组合物与辅料的配比为1:1.5时抑菌效果最佳,在熏香燃烧10~20分钟时培养基中的菌落繁殖速度减缓,当燃烧至20分钟以后培养基中的菌落停止繁殖、缓慢失去活性,当燃烧时间达到30分钟时菌落停止繁殖并失去活性,并且熏香的烟雾分子还能有效附着空气中的病毒等微粒,有效抑制部分致病微粒在空气中的传播。
尽管已经出示和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种防疫香薰组合物,其特征在于,包括如下中药材原料:菖蒲、艾叶、枇杷叶、柴胡、黄芪、柚子叶、白芍、白术、紫苏、丝瓜络、白豆蔻、丁香、山奈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防疫香薰组合物,其特征在于,所述中药材按如下重量进行配比:菖蒲8~10g、艾叶5~8g、枇杷叶3~5g、柴胡3~5g、黄芪3~5g、柚子叶1.5~3g、白芍1~2g、白术1~2g、紫苏1.5~3g、丝瓜络3~5g、白豆蔻0.5~1g、丁香0.5~1g、山奈0.5~1g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防疫香薰组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.取配方量的艾叶、枇杷叶、柴胡、柚子叶、白术、紫苏和丁香,加入清水进行蒸馏,收集蒸馏得到的挥发油,同时蒸馏所得的药渣备用;
S2.将所述药渣与菖蒲、黄芪、白芍、白豆蔻、丝瓜络、山奈首先使用冷水浸泡0.5~1h,加水煎煮,提取得到水提液,再将所述水提液浓缩至45~55℃下相对密度为1.1~1.2,得到中药流浸膏;
S3.再将中药流浸膏中加入药用填充剂混合均匀,得到混合流浸膏,所述混合流浸膏的固体含量为15~25wt%;
S4.将所述混合流浸膏首先进行微波真空干燥,干燥温度为80~90℃,真空度为-0.05MPa以上,微波频率为2300~2500MHz,然后进行粉碎处理,得到干燥品,最后将干燥品中加入辅料和步骤S1中蒸馏制得的挥发油进行混合,得到中药组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防疫香薰组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述药用填充剂选自预胶化淀粉、糊精和微晶纤维素中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防疫香薰组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述微波真空干燥的时间为40~60分钟,所述干燥品的含水量≤6wt%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种防疫香薰组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述辅料由羧甲淀粉钠、交联聚维酮和低取代羟丙纤维素组成,所述辅料的制备方法为,首先将羧甲淀粉钠和交联聚维酮混合,然后边混合搅拌边加入低取代羟丙纤维素。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防疫香薰组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述辅料与干燥品和挥发油的质量比为(0.25~0.35):(2.5~3.5):(3.2~3.7),所述羧甲淀粉钠、交联聚维酮和低取代羟丙纤维素的质量比为(1~1.25):(0.5~0.8):(1.6~2.2)。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种防疫香薰组合物通过制作成香薰精油、熏香、熏蒸剂和喷雾剂等剂型进行应用,所述香薰精油通过对中药组合物进行萃取后制得,所述熏香通过在中药组合物中添加熏香常规助剂后制得,所述熏蒸剂通过对中药组合物进行水提有效成分,并与粉碎后的药渣混合,在加入常规辅料加热后制得,所述喷雾剂通过对中药组合物进行萃取和稀释后制得。
