技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种用于手部湿疹的中药组合物。
背景技术
手部湿疹是指主要发生在手部不累及或很少累及体其他部位的皮炎，常与手部皮炎作为同义词。发病率高、女性多见、病因复杂、治疗困难。流行病学研究反复证实手部湿疹是一时常发生的皮肤病，一年患病率约10％，一生患病率约20％。症状轻微到严重影响生活和工作质量，慢性趋势是一特点，症状或持续很多年或者好转后复发。
临床上大部分手部湿疹患者都能通过皮肤保护措施和局部治疗来处理。目前西医治疗手部湿疹仍以外用皮质类固醇激素为主，可在短时间内有效，但容易对药物产生依赖性，停药后易反复发作,并有可能诱发皮肤感染等局部不良反应，甚至产生全身性的副作用。而中药外治具有疗效好，副作用小，专利CN112933237A公开了一种用于慢性湿疹的中药组合物，其能有效的改善慢性湿疹，但经临床应用研究发现其对于手部湿疹改善效果较差，停止使用后手部湿疹易复发。因此寻找出有效的中药复方，以期能够更好的治疗手部湿疹。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种用于手部湿疹的中药组合物，它是含有如下重量配比的原料制备而成：
桂花5～15份，乌梅20～40份、丹参10～30份、马齿苋5～15份、姜黄5～15份、冰片2～7份、白矾5～15份，猪油5-35份。

1.1一般资料：选取2022年4月至2023年4月我院门诊患者42例，随机分为两组。治疗组21例。对照组21例，两组一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。
1.2诊断标准：参照《中国临床皮肤病学》中手部湿疹的诊断依据、证候分类标准制定。
1.3纳入标准：符合上述诊断标准；排除近3个月内接受过系统糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂治疗者。
2治疗方法
2.1对照组：保持手部湿疹处皮肤清洁、干燥，每天三次大宝牌SOD蜜涂抹。
2.1治疗组：在对照组基础上同时使用桂香润手膏(按实施例1制备)，直接涂于患者手掌心湿疹处，厚度以1～2mm为宜。每天涂擦3次。共治疗4周。
3疗效观察
3.1评定方法：参考《中医病证诊断疗效标准》进行评定。临床痊愈：皮疹全部消退，瘙痒症状消失，疗效指数≥95％；显效：皮疹大部分消退，瘙痒症状有所改善，95％＞疗效指数≥70％；有效：皮损部分消退，瘙痒症状有所改善，70％＞疗效指数≥30％；无效：皮损消退不明显，瘙痒症状未见减轻或反见恶化，疗效指数＜30％。总有效率＝痊愈率+显效率。
3.2治疗结果：治疗组总有效率为85.71％，对照组为38.10％，治疗组明显高于对照组。两组之间差异有显著性(P＜0.01)。本发明桂香润手膏具有自然芳香，患者依从性高，经1月的使用手部湿疹治疗效果显著。回访统计，治疗组手部湿疹复发率为14.19％，对照组63.2％。治疗组远低于对照组的复发率。

综上，本发明中药组合物能有效治疗手部湿疹，防止手部湿疹复发，消除手部皲裂带来的痛苦。本发明中药组合物中各原料价格低廉，制成的膏剂自然芳香，可作为日常护手霜使用，具备实际推广应用价值。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于手部湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：它是含有如下重量配比的原料制备而成：
桂花5～15份，乌梅20～40份、丹参10～30份、马齿苋5～15份、姜黄5～15份、冰片2～7份、白矾5～15份，猪油5～35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：它是含有如下重量配比的原料制备而成：
桂花10份，乌梅30份、丹参20份、马齿苋10份、姜黄10份、冰片5份、白矾10份，猪油30份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述桂花为桂花蕾。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：它是由原料药的药粉、或原料药的水或有机溶剂提取物为活性成分，加上药品或化妆品上可接受的辅料制备而成的制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述制剂为外用制剂；所述外用制剂为溶液剂、膏剂、喷雾剂、贴剂，优选膏剂。
6.权利要求1～5任一项所述中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：它包括以下步骤：
(1)按配比称取原料；
(2)取乌梅、丹参、马齿苋、姜黄、冰片和白矾研为粉末，加水煎煮，煎煮液加猪油煎煮成膏状，再加入桂花蕾，拌匀冷却，即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(2)所述粉末加20～30倍量的水煎煮至滴水成珠。
8.权利要求1～5任一项所述的中药组合物在制备用于手部湿疹的药物和/或化妆品中的用途。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途，其特征在于：所述药物是治疗手部湿疹的药物。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用途，其特征在于：所述化妆品是修复手部湿疹皮肤的化妆品。
