技术领域
本申请涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌真空压缩袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
真空压缩袋是将包装袋内的空气抽出密封,维持袋内处于高度减压状态的一种包装袋。真空压缩袋内空气稀少相当于低氧环境,使微生物较难生存,以达到食物保鲜的目的。随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,以及人民对生活质量要求的不断提升,真空压缩袋在当代人们的生活中已经占据了举足轻重的地位。
但在实际使用过程中,真空压缩袋仍然存在霉变现象,主要是由于真空压缩袋内的低氧环境不利于好氧细菌繁殖,厌氧细菌或兼性厌氧菌仍然可以继续繁殖。食物被装入真空压缩袋时表面已经带有好养细菌和厌氧细菌,随着时间推移,厌氧细菌或兼性厌氧菌开始大量繁殖,真空压缩袋内仍然会出现霉菌。因此,真空压缩袋在抑制好氧细菌繁殖的同时仍然需要抑制厌氧细菌或兼性厌氧菌的繁殖。
发明内容
为了解决现有真空压缩袋难以有效抑制厌氧细菌或兼性厌氧菌的繁殖的问题,本申请提供一种抗菌真空压缩袋及其制备方法,该抗菌真空压缩袋既有较高的抗菌能力,又有较好的韧性。
第一方面,本申请提供一种抗菌真空压缩袋,采用如下的技术方案:
一种抗菌真空压缩袋,包括外层、中层和内层;
所述外层包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯A 95-105份,PPA 0.07-0.12份;
所述中层包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯B 165-185份,PPA 0.07-0.12份;
所述内层包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯C 140-160份,PPA 0.07-0.12份,艾纳香油3-5份。
通过采用上述技术方案,内层结构需要与食品直接接触,所以要在内层中加入抗菌成分,抑制食物表面的细菌;艾纳香油中含有萜类、脂肪酸、酚类、酮类等多种化合物,其中萜类化合物能够抑制微生物的电子传输,质子移位,磷酸化和其他酶依赖性反应;酚类化合物破坏微生物能量产生和细胞成分合成的酶促基质,改变养分吸收和电子传输,并影响遗传物质的合成从而抑制微生物生长;内层组分中添加了艾纳香油能够有效保证抗菌真空压缩袋的抗菌能力;另外艾纳香油中的脂肪酸,能够对聚乙烯C起到软化作用,增加聚乙烯C的韧性,从而增加抗菌真空压缩袋的抗穿刺性能。
优选的,所述外层的聚乙烯A包括以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯70-80份。
通过采用上述技术方案,真空压缩袋的外层多用来印刷,需要具有良好的印刷性能和抗穿刺性能;低密度聚乙烯是一种非极性聚合物,其分子结构呈随机分支形态,具有较高的耐撕裂性、耐冲击性和韧性;线性低密度聚乙烯的分子结构较为均一,呈线性链状结构,具有较高的强度、硬度和韧性,低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯相互配合,能够使真空压缩袋具有较好的抗穿刺性能。
优选的,所述中层的聚乙烯B包括以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯120-130份,茂金属聚乙烯20-30份。
通过采用上述技术方案,真空压缩袋的中层属于阻隔层,保护袋内的物品不受外界影响;茂金属聚乙烯是指通过茂金属催化剂聚合而成的聚乙烯,其分子结构比线性低密度聚乙烯更加均一,分子链的质量分布更加窄,因此茂金属聚乙烯具有更好的强度、硬度和韧性,因此将低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和茂金属聚乙烯三者混合在一起,能够有效满足真空压缩袋中层的抗穿刺性能要求。

通过采用上述技术方案,当艾纳香油含量过低时,难以进一步软化中层的各种聚乙烯,从而难以进一步提高真空压缩袋的抗穿刺性和抗菌性;当艾纳香油含量过高时,中层的各种聚乙烯的韧性已经提高到一定限度,真空压缩袋的抗菌性和抗穿刺性已经提高到一定限度,为了减少生产成本,无需继续增加艾纳香油的含量;为此申请人经过大量研究和实验验证后最终确定,本申请的中层的低密度聚乙烯与艾纳香油的质量比以上述为宜。
优选的,所述内层的聚乙烯C包括以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯95-105份,茂金属聚乙烯20-30份。

第二方面,本申请提供一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,用于制备上述抗菌真空压缩袋,包括以下步骤:
外层制备:称取配方量的聚乙烯A和PPA混合均匀,得到甲混合料,将所述甲混合料挤出流延成膜,得到外层膜;
中层制备:称取配方量的聚乙烯B和PPA混合均匀,得到乙混合料,将所述乙混合料挤出流延成膜,得到中层膜;
内层制备:称取配方量的聚乙烯C、PPA和艾纳香油混合均匀,得到丙混合料,将所述丙混合料挤出流延成膜,得到内层膜;
热压复卷:将外层膜、中层膜和内层膜热压后,进行复卷裁切,并安装密封拉链和真空抽气孔。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请的抗菌真空压缩袋的外层膜、中层膜和内层膜采用流延的方式成型,省去了胶水复合的步骤,简化了生产步骤;并且流延成型的方式使其韧性更强;内层添加了艾纳香油,使得抗菌真空压缩袋拥有良好的抗菌能力。
优选的,在中层制备的步骤中,若中层膜中还包括艾纳香油,将艾纳香油、聚乙烯B和PPA一起混合均匀,得到乙混合料。
通过采用上述技术方案,中层膜中添加了艾纳香油,既能进一步提高中层膜的聚乙烯B的韧性,又能通过抵抗外界的病菌侵入以及对内层的艾纳香油进行补充,从而提高抗菌真空压缩袋的抗菌能力。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1.由于本申请采取在与食品接触的内层成分中加入艾纳香油,既能有效保证抗菌真空压缩袋的抗菌能力,又能够提高抗菌真空压缩袋的抗穿刺性能;
2.本申请采取在中层中也加入艾纳香油,能够进一步提高了抗菌真空压缩袋的抗菌能力,同时也提高中层的抗穿刺性能。
具体实施方式
本申请中原料包括以下部分:
低密度聚乙烯:采用型号2426H的市售产品;
线性低密度聚乙烯:采用型号7042的市售产品;
茂金属聚乙烯:采用型号1018MF的市售产品;
PPA(聚邻苯二甲酰胺):采用型号为A-4122LS WH678的市售产品;
艾纳香油:采用有效成分含量≥99%的市售产品。
以下结合实施例和对比例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
外层制备:称取低密度聚乙烯25kg,线性低密度聚乙烯80kg和PPA 0.1kg混合均匀,得到甲混合料,将甲混合料在50rpm下挤出流延成膜,得到外层膜;
中层制备:称取配方量的低密度聚乙烯25kg,线性低密度聚乙烯125kg,茂金属聚乙烯30kg和PPA 0.1kg混合均匀,得到乙混合料,将乙混合料在50rpm下挤出流延成膜,得到中层膜;
内层制备:称取配方量的低密度聚乙烯25kg,线性低密度聚乙烯100kg,茂金属聚乙烯25kg、PPA 0.1kg和艾纳香油5kg混合均匀,得到丙混合料,将丙混合料在50rpm下挤出流延成膜,得到内层膜;
热压复卷:将外层膜、中层膜和内层膜热压后,进行复卷裁切,并安装密封拉链和真空抽气孔。
实施例2-3
实施例2-3在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,将外层膜中聚乙烯A的各种聚乙烯含量和PPA的含量进行调整,具体调整如表1所示。
对比例1-2
对比例1-2在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,将外层膜中聚乙烯A的各种聚乙烯含量和PPA的含量进行调整,具体调整如表1所示。

性能检测试验
将实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的抗菌真空压缩袋进行如下性能测定,检测结果参见表1。
1.抗菌性
按照ISO 22196-2011《在塑料表面抗菌活度的测量》的标准进行测定,试验菌种分别是大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,得到抗菌活性值A(对应大肠埃希氏菌)和抗菌活性值B(对应金黄色葡萄球菌)。
2.穿刺强度
按照GB/T 8809-2015《塑料薄膜抗摆锤冲击试验方法》的标准进行测定,得到穿刺强度。穿刺强度越大,抗穿刺性能越好。
参见表1,对比实施例1-3和对比例1-2可知,相比于实施例1,实施例2-3的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能都略低于实施例1,对比例1的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能都低于实施例1,对比例2的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能与实施例1的基本相当;由此说明,为了节约成本,实施例1的抗菌真空压缩袋性能更好。
实施例4-6
实施例4-6在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,将内层膜中聚乙烯C的各种聚乙烯含量、PPA含量和艾纳香油含量进行调整,具体调整如表2所示。
对比例3-5
对比例3-5在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,将内层膜中艾纳香油含量进行调整,具体调整如表2所示。
将实施例4-6和对比例3-5的抗菌真空压缩袋进行如上的性能检测,测试结果见表2。

参见表2,对比实施例1、实施例4-6和对比例3-5可知,相比于实施例1,对比例5的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能远低于实施例1,说明艾纳香油能够有效提高抗菌真空压缩袋的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能。
相比于实施例1,实施例4-6和对比例3的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能都低于实施例1,对比例4的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能与实施例1的基本相当;由此说明,为了节约成本,实施例1的抗菌真空压缩袋性能更好。
实施例7-8
实施例7-8在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,将中层膜中聚乙烯B的各种聚乙烯含量和PPA含量进行调整,具体调整如表3所示。
对比例6-7
对比例6-7在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,将中层膜中聚乙烯B的各种聚乙烯含量和PPA含量进行调整,具体调整如表3所示。
将实施例7-8和对比例6-7的抗菌真空压缩袋进行如上的性能检测,测试结果见表3。

实施例9-11
实施例9在实施例1的制备方法的基础上,在中层制备时将8kg的艾纳香油和其他成分混合得到乙混合料,其他条件不变,制备新的抗菌真空压缩袋。
实施例10-11在实施例9的制备方法的基础上,将中层膜中的艾纳香油的含量进行调整,具体调整见表4。
对比例8-9
对比例8-9在实施例9的制备方法的基础上,将中层膜中的艾纳香油的含量进行调整,具体调整见表4。
将实施例9-11和对比例8-9的抗菌真空压缩袋进行如上的性能检测,测试结果见表4。

参见表4,对比实施例1、实施例9-11和对比例8-9可知,相比于实施例1,实施例9的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能都高于实施例1,说明中层膜中添加艾纳香油能够有效提高抗菌真空压缩袋的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能;
相比于实施例9,实施例10-11和对比例8的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能都低于实施例9,对比例9的抗菌性能和抗穿刺性能与实施例9的基本相当;由此说明,为了节约成本,实施例9的抗菌真空压缩袋性能更好。

Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:包括外层、中层和内层;
所述外层包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯A 95-105份,PPA 0.07-0.12份;
所述中层包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯B 165-185份,PPA 0.07-0.12份;
所述内层包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯C 140-160份,PPA 0.07-0.12份,艾纳香油3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:所述外层的聚乙烯A包括以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯70-80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:所述中层的聚乙烯B包括以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯120-130份,茂金属聚乙烯20-30份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:所述中层还包括艾纳香油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:所述中层的低密度聚乙烯与所述艾纳香油的质量比为25:5-8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:所述内层的聚乙烯C包括以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯25份,线性低密度聚乙烯95-105份,茂金属聚乙烯20-30份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌真空压缩袋,其特征在于:所述内层的低密度聚乙烯与所述艾纳香油的质量比为25:4-5。
8.权利要求1-3及6-7任一项中的抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
外层制备:称取配方量的聚乙烯A和PPA混合均匀,得到甲混合料,将所述甲混合料挤出流延成膜,得到外层膜;
中层制备:称取配方量的聚乙烯B和PPA混合均匀,得到乙混合料,将所述乙混合料挤出流延成膜,得到中层膜;
内层制备:称取配方量的聚乙烯C、PPA和艾纳香油混合均匀,得到丙混合料,将所述丙混合料挤出流延成膜,得到内层膜;
热压复卷:将外层膜、中层膜和内层膜热压后,进行复卷裁切,并安装密封拉链和真空抽气孔。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗菌真空压缩袋的制备方法,其特征在于:在中层制备的步骤中,若中层膜中还包括艾纳香油,将艾纳香油、聚乙烯B和PPA一起混合均匀,得到乙混合料。
