Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌防霉塑胶,所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛14-18份、POE18-28份、铜2-5份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2-3份、聚乙烯酯4-7份、硫酸镁3-7份、聚丙烯3-12份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯6-10份、活性树脂粘接剂5-8份、三乙醇胺6-12份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-6份、干燥剂8-16份。由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,生产原料简单易得,成本低廉。添加干燥剂能够保持塑料表面相对干燥,破坏微生物生长的环境,有效抑制微生物的滋生,防止发霉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑胶,具体涉及一种抗菌防霉塑胶。
背景技术
塑料是日常生活用品最常用的生产材料,为合成的高分子化合物,其本身相对较为稳定,不会因微生物而劣化。然而实际上,常用的塑料制品时常会遭受微生物的侵害,在适当的温度与湿度条件下,微生物很容易滋生繁殖,造成塑料制品潮湿起霉,不但影响其使用,还会对使用者的身体健康造成严重的危害。因此,研制具有防潮防霉功能的塑料势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种抗菌防霉塑胶,有效抑制微生物的滋生,防止发霉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌防霉塑胶,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛14-18份、POE18-28份、铜2-5份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2-3份、聚乙烯酯4-7份、硫酸镁3-7份、聚丙烯3-12份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯6-10份、活性树脂粘接剂5-8份、三乙醇胺6-12份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-6份、干燥剂8-16份。
进一步的,所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛 15-17份、POE20-25份、铜3-5份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2.2-3.5份、聚乙烯酯4-6份、硫酸镁3-6份、聚丙烯5-10份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯7-9份、活性树脂粘接剂5-7份、三乙醇胺6-8份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、干燥剂10-12份。
进一步的,所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛16份、POE22份、铜4份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2.4份、聚乙烯酯5份、硫酸镁5份、聚丙烯7份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯8份、活性树脂粘接剂6份、三乙醇胺7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5份、干燥剂12份。
进一步的,所述的防霉剂由苯酚与甲硝唑混合而成,混合质量比为0.5~0.8∶1。
本发明的有益效果:由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,生产原料简单易得,成本低廉。添加干燥剂能够保持塑料表面相对干燥,破坏微生物生长的环境,有效抑制微生物的滋生,防止发霉。

实施例1
肉桂醛16份、POE22份、铜4份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2.4份、聚乙烯酯5份、硫酸镁5份、聚丙烯7份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯8份、活性树脂粘接剂6份、三乙醇胺7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5份、干燥剂12份,其中防霉剂由苯酚与甲硝唑按照0.6∶1的质量比混合而成。
实施例2
肉桂醛14份、POE18份、铜2份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2份、聚乙烯酯4份、硫酸镁3份、聚丙烯3份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯6份、活性树脂粘接剂5份、三乙醇胺6份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2份、干燥剂8份,其中,防霉剂由苯酚与甲硝唑按照0.7∶1的质量比混合而成。
实施例3
肉桂醛18份、POE28份、铜5份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯3份、聚乙烯酯7份、硫酸镁7份、聚丙烯12份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯10份、活性树脂粘接剂8份、三乙醇胺12份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6份、干燥剂16份,其中,防霉剂由苯酚与甲硝唑按照0.8∶1的质量比混合而成。

1.一种抗菌防霉塑胶,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛14-18份、POE18-28份、铜2-5份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2-3份、聚乙烯酯4-7份、硫酸镁3-7份、聚丙烯3-12份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯6-10份、活性树脂粘接剂5-8份、三乙醇胺6-12份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-6份、干燥剂8-16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉塑胶,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛15-17份、POE20-25份、铜3-5份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2.2-3.5份、聚乙烯酯4-6份、硫酸镁3-6份、聚丙烯5-10份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯7-9份、活性树脂粘接剂5-7份、三乙醇胺6-8份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、干燥剂10-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉塑胶,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉塑胶包括下列重量份数的物质:肉桂醛16份、POE22份、铜4份、丙三醇三甘油酸酯2.4份、聚乙烯酯5份、硫酸镁5份、聚丙烯7份、双酚A型聚碳酸酯8份、活性树脂粘接剂6份、三乙醇胺7份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5份、干燥剂12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防霉塑胶,其特征在于:所述的防霉剂由苯酚与甲硝唑混合而成,混合质量比为0.5~0.8∶1。
