Description
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pigment spots and acnes, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Ultraviolet light has a strong skin irritation and when exposed to ultraviolet radiation for a long period of time, it causes pigmentation and plaque formation on the face, commonly known as sunburn. The traditional Chinese medicine disease name corresponding to chloasma is liver spots, and the liver spots are related to liver failure due to one of the pathogenesis reasons of the liver spots. In addition, it is also related to endocrine, post partum and sun exposure. Since liver spots are called, the traditional Chinese medicine can be used for treating the liver spots by using the medicines of nourishing blood, softening liver, soothing liver and regulating qi of the traditional Chinese medicine; the conventional treatment comprises applying vitamin C and vitamin E to relieve symptoms, applying Chinese medicinal powder, taking SANBAITANG for treatment, and laser or freezing for treatment, or applying hydroquinone cream for external use. The Yu-containing powder needs to be prepared by white spirit, strong smell is not acceptable to most people, and excessive vitamin taking has adverse effect on health, and laser cryotherapy obviously causes damage to skin. Cyasma is common in gestation and occurs due to increased melanin production stimulated by estrogen, resulting in yellow brown spots. Cyasma is usually caused by endocrine dyscrasia, is particularly obvious during pregnancy, and can be relieved or eliminated after production. When female is suffering from cyasma, medicines with the functions of activating qi and blood, nourishing yin and expelling toxin and maintaining beauty and keeping young are usually used for treatment, such as oral ease pills, black chicken white phoenix pills, six-ingredient rehmannia pills, chinese aster Liangfang Yuyan pills, qiju Dihuang pills, taohong four-ingredient soup and the like, and the medicines have relatively stable treatment effects, but for pregnant women, the worry that the fetal development is influenced by the medicines is inevitably caused by the oral traditional Chinese medicine preparation. Acne is a skin disease which is common in clinic, is usually called acne, is well developed on the face, and is mainly represented by acne formed by seborrhea or red inflammatory pimples, nodules and even cysts, and the sequelae of acne comprise post-acne rosacea, post-acne pigmentation and post-acne scar. The pathogenesis of acne is mainly considered to be that hormone secretion disorder, namely androgen level is high in western medicine, bacterial infection, and dietary stimulation or genetic factors are caused, and antibiotics and external application of dovudine and tretinoin are mainly used for treatment. However, dialectical differentiation is needed in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, which considers that acne is mostly affected by skin dampness, heat, toxin and the like and pathological changes occur. In young people, qi and blood are exuberant, while the head and face parts are the regions of the face, and many yang meridians are distributed on the face, which are the meridians of qi and blood, so that the problems of dampness, heat and toxicity are easy to occur, and if the viscera function of a patient is abnormal, such as liver depression and qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and failure of transportation, and disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels, the pathological problems of dampness, heat and toxicity, even blood stasis and phlegm can also be caused. The disease is well developed in young people, and for some patients, the effect on life of the disease is even more than that of acne lesions due to post-inflammatory pigmentation caused by acne. Because of the difficulty in treating pigmentation, it is significant to find safe and effective treatments and daily care.
Aiming at pigmentation caused by the reasons, the inventor researches from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, considers the purposes of convenient use and reduction of toxic and side effects, and aims at pathogenesis and symptoms similar to the symptoms of the symptoms, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a group of medicines for detoxification, anti-inflammation, pus discharge and detumescence are selected, and the medicines are ground, mixed into paste with purified water for external application or purified for external application, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is beneficial to patients unsuitable for oral medicines, such as pregnant women or women in lactation; or grinding, and mixing with warm boiled water for oral administration. The traditional Chinese medicine composition contains active ingredients such as volatile oil, and can fully integrate the effects of the medicines, thereby achieving the treatment effects of fading spots, removing acnes, diminishing inflammation and moistening facial complexion.
