A portable intelligent cleaner applied to a roll shaft of a coating machine comprises a cleaning frame (1), a motor (2), a cleaning roller (3) and a moving wheel (4); two motors (2) are fixedly connected on the cleaning frame (1); the output shafts of the two motors (2) are respectively fixedly connected with a cleaning roller (3); the lower part of the cleaning frame (1) is fixedly connected with a moving wheel (4) respectively; the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a mounting plate I (6), oil absorbing cotton I (7) and an upper top unit; the inner side of the cleaning frame (1) is connected with two mounting plates I (6) in a sliding way; the opposite sides of the two mounting plates I (6) are detachably connected with an oil absorption cotton I (7) respectively; the lower part of the cleaning frame (1) is connected with an upper top unit which is used for sucking and removing greasy dirt in the brackets of the two cleaning rollers (3).

The portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roller according to claim 1, wherein: the upper top unit comprises an air cylinder II (11), a mounting plate II (12), a mounting rack (13) and oil absorbing cotton II (14); the front side and the rear side of the cleaning frame (1) are fixedly connected with a cylinder II (11) respectively; the telescopic ends of the two cylinders II (11) are fixedly connected with a mounting plate II (12) together; the upper side of the mounting plate II (12) is fixedly connected with a mounting frame (13); the mounting frame (13) is in sliding connection with the cleaning frame (1); the upper side of the mounting frame (13) is detachably connected with an oil absorbing cotton II (14).
3. The portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roller according to claim 2, wherein: the cleaning roller (3) is provided with brush hair for enhancing the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller (3) on the roll shaft (10) of the coating machine.
4. A portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roller according to claim 3 wherein: also comprises a handle (5); the rear side of the cleaning frame (1) is fixedly connected with a plurality of grips (5).

The portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roller according to claim 4, wherein: the lifting unit is also included; the lifting unit comprises a cylinder I (8) and a connecting frame (9); the left part and the right part of the cleaning frame (1) are respectively fixedly connected with a plurality of air cylinders I (8); the telescopic end of each cylinder I (8) is fixedly connected with a connecting frame (9) respectively; all the connecting frames (9) on the same side are fixedly connected with one mounting plate I (6) together.

8. The portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roller according to claim 7, wherein: the upper part of the scraping block (23) is arranged in an inclined shape.

The portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roll according to any one of claims 7-8, wherein: the device also comprises a limiting unit; each scraping unit is respectively connected with a limiting unit; the right limiting unit comprises a mounting plate IV (31), a connecting rod (32), a pressing plate (33) and a spring I (34); a mounting plate IV (31) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the mounting plate III (22); a plurality of connecting rods (32) are connected to the mounting plate IV (31) in a sliding manner; the right sides of all the connecting rods (32) are fixedly connected with a pressing plate (33) together; a plurality of springs I (34) are fixedly connected to the left side of the mounting plate IV (31); the left end of the spring I (34) is fixedly connected with the corresponding connecting rod (32).

The portable intelligent cleaner for a coater roller according to claim 9, wherein: the device also comprises a blocking unit; the left part and the right part of the cleaning frame (1) are respectively connected with a blocking unit; the right blocking unit comprises a mounting plate V (41), a spring II (42), a mounting plate VI (43) and oil absorbing cotton III (44); the left part of the inner front side and the left part of the inner rear side of the cleaning frame (1) are respectively detachably connected with a mounting plate V (41); the lower sides of the two mounting plates V (41) are fixedly connected with a spring II (42) respectively; the lower ends of the two springs II (42) are fixedly connected with a mounting plate VI (43) together; the lower side of the mounting plate VI (43) is detachably connected with an oil absorption cotton III (44).
