On the basis of the embodiments 1-3, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 16, a hot air blower 801 is further included; at least three air heaters 801 are arranged above the cleaner 3; when the fastener enters the spin-drying area at the rear side of the cleaner 3 after cleaning, the spin-drying area is formed into a drying chamber through the hot air blower 801, so that the cleaned fastener is quickly dried when passing through the spin-drying area, and the subsequent processing of the fastener is prevented from being influenced by residual moisture on the fastener when the fastener is processed.
