when the air filter works, the rotating door 18 is closed, the negative pressure fan 12 and the water pump are started, the water pump pumps liquid in the water tank 15 and slowly sprays out of the spraying device 17, the sprayed liquid slowly flows along the surface of the upper guide plate 2 to form a water film, meanwhile, a small part of liquid drops downwards through the micropores to form a water film on the surface of the lower guide plate 2, the negative pressure fan 12 works at the same time, air is sucked from the air inlet 19, and the air is contacted and dissolved with the water film on the surface of the guide plate 2 when rising through the guide plate 2 after entering the shell 1, so that dust particles in the air are filtered into the water; because the groups of guide plates 2 are circularly arranged in a Z shape, the flowing distance and the retention time of the liquid along the guide plates 2 are prolonged, so that the contact dissolution time of air and water is prolonged, and the air purification effect is enhanced; the air purified by the water rises, is further purified by the purification unit 13 and then is discharged through the air outlet 11; meanwhile, along with the increase of the working time, the liquid at the lower end of the guide plate 2 is increased, the pressure applied by the liquid to the sliding plug 22 is increased, when the force applied by the liquid to the sliding plug 22 is greater than the force applied by the elastic rope 23 to the sliding plug 22, the sliding plug 22 moves downwards, the liquid is discharged downwards and impacts the guide plate 2 below, and the sliding plug 22 returns to the initial state under the action of the tensile force of the elastic rope 23 after the liquid is discharged; the liquid intermittently impacts the guide plate 2 to clean the guide plate 2 by repeated movement, and dust particles are prevented from adhering to the surface of the guide plate 2, so that the service life of the guide plate 2 is prolonged; meanwhile, as the guide plate 2 is made of elastic material, when liquid above the movable plug is increased, the force applied by the liquid to the movable plug is increased, and the sliding plug 22 moves downwards, the sliding plug 22 stirs the side wall of the conduction groove 21 through a tooth-shaped structure, so that the guide plate 2 is driven to vibrate to shake off materials on the guide plate 2, dust precipitates are further prevented from adhering to the surface of the guide plate 2, and the self-cleaning capability and the service life of the guide plate 2 are effectively improved; similarly, when the sliding plug 22 moves upwards, the guide plate 2 is driven to vibrate again, so that the self-cleaning effect of the guide plate 2 is improved;
finally, the liquid flows to the partition plate 14 along the guide plate 2 and enters the space below the filter plate 32 through the hose 33, meanwhile, as the liquid is intermittently discharged below the filter plate 32, after the liquid enters the space below the filter plate 32, the pressure on one side of the waste liquid tank 3 is increased, one side of the waste liquid tank 3 moves downwards and inclines, so that the liquid filtered by the filter plate 32 enters the feeding cylinder 16 and the water tank 15 from the conduit 36 on the side of the waste liquid tank 3 moving downwards, and the filtered dust and residue are collected below the filter plate 32, thereby accelerating the liquid discharging speed and the dust and impurity separating and filtering effect; after the liquid in the waste liquid tank 3 is discharged, the pressure applied to the waste liquid tank 3 is reduced and returns to the initial state under the elastic force of the first elastic piece 35, and the liquid entering the water tank 15 is sprayed out of the spraying device 17 again through the water pump, so that the resource utilization rate is improved; meanwhile, intermittent liquid feeding in the waste liquid tank 3 enables the waste liquid tank 3 to swing, the floating plate 41 is pulled to move up and down through the pull rope 43, when the floating plate 41 moves down, the floating plate 41 drives part of air to move down, and the air is contacted with the water film on the surface of the guide plate 2 below the floating plate 41 again, so that the purification efficiency is improved; when the floating plate 41 moves upwards, the floating plate 41 moves upwards to impact the upper guide plate 2, so that the vibration frequency of the guide plate 2 is further enhanced, the self-cleaning capability of the guide plate 2 is improved, and dust precipitates are prevented from adhering to the surface of the guide plate 2; meanwhile, the sponge layer 44 is arranged on the surface of the floating plate 41, when the floating plate 41 moves upwards to be in contact with the guide plate 2, the sponge layer 44 can play a role of buffering, damage caused by collision between the floating plate 41 and the guide plate 2 is reduced, the service lives of the floating plate 41 and the guide plate 2 are prolonged, meanwhile, the sponge layer 44 absorbs a large amount of moisture, the contact area and the contact time of air and water are improved, the purification effect is enhanced, when the floating plate 41 moves upwards, the floating plate 41 and the guide plate 2 extrude the moisture in the sponge layer 44 to spray downwards, the sprayed liquid falls onto the guide plate 2 below, and the guide plate 2 below is further impacted and cleaned; meanwhile, intermittent liquid feeding is carried out in the waste liquid tank 3, when the waste liquid tank 3 feeds the liquid, the waste liquid tank 3 inclines to one side and moves downwards, meanwhile, the vibration ball 39 rolls to the inclined side, after the liquid in the waste liquid tank 3 is discharged, the waste liquid tank 3 returns to the initial state, meanwhile, the vibration ball 39 is driven to roll to the other side, the vibration amplitude of the waste liquid tank 3 is effectively improved through continuous rolling of the vibration ball 39 in the cavity 37, and therefore the floating plate 41 is driven to move quickly; and play the buffering guard action to waste liquid case 3 through setting up rubber layer 5, take place the striking with feed cylinder 16 when preventing that waste liquid case 3 from swinging, reduce the harm that causes waste liquid case 3 and feed cylinder 16, improve waste liquid case 3 and feed cylinder 16's life.
