本发明公开了一种耐磨耐刮板材及其制备方法,该耐磨耐刮板材自下而上依次包括基材层、印刷图案层和UV耐磨层,UV耐磨层的上表面内嵌有耐磨耐刮粉体,UV耐磨层的表面平整。本发明涂布UV漆后在其表面喷撒耐磨耐刮粉体,保证粉体分布均匀,随后经过膜压处理将耐磨耐刮粉体压入UV漆层内,避免耐磨耐刮粉体裸露在表面,形成表面平整、接近光滑的耐磨层,不影响后续表面处理的效果呈现。本工艺形成耐磨层时只需涂布一次UV漆,减少了UV漆的用量和涂布时间,降低了成本,所制得的板材其耐磨等级能达到AC4级以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于地板技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨耐刮板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的地板如塑胶地板通常是在UV漆中加入三氧化二铝粉后涂布于基材上来提高耐磨性能,但这种方法存以下问题:由于三氧化二铝的量会影响UV漆的流动性和涂布的均匀性,因此单次添加三氧化二铝粉的量不能太多,为了获得足够的耐磨效果,通常做法是少量多次涂布,这种工艺的涂布时间长,UV漆用量多,生产成本较高。
中国专利CN 111644360 A公开了一种耐磨地板的成型方法,是在基材的印刷层图案上涂布胶层,并趁胶层未干燥时在其表面撒上透明粉体,接着再涂布UV胶层使其干燥或半干燥,最后进行压纹;该工艺克服了上述提到的均匀性及多次涂布的问题,但工艺仍有不足,其撒上透明粉体后,再涂布UV胶层,这种处理方法使得粉体无法嵌入到漆层内部,多裸露在漆层表面,导致产品表面较为粗糙,即使后续第二次涂UV胶层,也无法完全克服粗糙问题,此外粗糙的表面对后续表面处理的效果也造成一定程度影响,限制了板材的应用。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种一种耐磨耐刮板材及其制备方法,能够获得表面较光滑的耐磨层。
根据本发明的一个方面,提出了一种耐磨耐刮板材,自下而上依次包括基材层、印刷图案层和UV耐磨层,所述UV耐磨层的上表面内嵌有耐磨耐刮粉体,UV耐磨层的表面平整。需要说明的是,耐磨耐刮粉体集中在UV耐磨层的上表面附近,但不凸出、不裸露在UV耐磨层表面,位于表面以下,所述表面平整的程度为表面不具有外凸的颗粒和内凹的微孔,无粗糙感。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述耐磨耐刮粉体是通过膜压处理被压入所述UV耐磨层中。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述印刷图案层和UV耐磨层之间还包括透明层。透明层为透明膜材,透明层的材质根据基材材质确定,如基材为PVC,则采用PVC透明层,如基材为PP,则采用PP透明层。透明层能增加板材的耐刮性能。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述基材层为挤出或热压而成的单层或多层板材;所述基材层的材质为塑料、木材或无机材中的一种或几种组合。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述印刷图案层的施加方式为:通过塑胶白膜或白色涂漆以印刷、转印、喷印或数码打印的方式作用于基材上。其中塑胶白膜可通过热复合或胶水粘合的方式作用于基材上,也可以直接在基材上热复合或粘合带图案的膜材。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述耐磨耐刮粉体为三氧化二铝粉、玻璃粉、二氧化硅粉或尼龙粉中的至少一种。耐磨耐刮粉体可选择有机材料或无机材料,无机材料可选金属氧化物或硅酸盐。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述耐磨耐刮粉体的粒径为500nm-20μm。具体根据板材性能要求确定耐磨耐刮粉体的尺寸和种类。例如,所述耐磨耐刮粉体的粒径为500nm-1μm、1-5μm、4-10μm、8-14μm、12-18μm、15-20μm。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述耐磨耐刮粉体的用量为20-80g/m2。
本发明还提供所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在基材上施加印刷图案层,在所述印刷图案层上涂布第一UV漆,然后在UV漆层上喷撒耐磨耐刮粉体,再进行膜压处理使得所述耐磨耐刮粉体被压入UV漆层以形成UV耐磨层。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,在涂布第一UV漆之前,还包括在印刷图案层上复合透明层。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述第一UV漆的涂布量为10-80g/m2。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,还包括在所述UV耐磨层上进行表面涂层处理。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述膜压处理采用膜压设备,内设离型膜。进一步地,所述离型膜的材质为PET或铁氟龙布。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述表面涂层处理的过程为:在所述膜压处理后形成的UV耐磨层上涂布第二UV漆,再经过准分子灯和UV灯表面亮雾度处理,即得。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述膜压处理还可以做压花。
根据本发明的一种优选的实施方式,至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明涂布UV漆后在其表面喷撒耐磨耐刮粉体,保证粉体分布均匀,随后经过膜压处理将耐磨耐刮粉体压入UV漆层内,避免耐磨耐刮粉体裸露在表面,形成表面平整、接近光滑的耐磨层,不影响后续表面处理的效果呈现。本工艺形成耐磨层时只需涂布一次UV漆,减少了UV漆的用量和涂布时间,降低了成本,所制得的板材其耐磨等级能达到AC4级以上。

实施例1
本实施例制备了一种耐磨地板,参照图1,自下而上依次为基材层、印刷图案层和UV耐磨层,UV耐磨层的上表面内嵌有三氧化二铝粉,三氧化二铝粉是通过膜压处理被压入UV耐磨层中。具体制备过程为:
在PVC基材上贴合白膜,通过数码打印将图案喷印于白膜上形成印刷图案层,在印刷图案层上涂布第一UV漆,涂布量为60g/m2,然后在UV漆层上喷撒三氧化二铝粉,其用量为80g/m2,随后用PET膜压机进行膜压处理,膜压过程伴随UV固化,将三氧化二铝粉压入UV漆层内,得到UV耐磨层,最后在UV耐磨层表面涂布第二UV漆,经过准分子灯和UV灯表面亮雾度处理,即得耐磨地板。根据EN 13329-2000标准测得耐磨地板的耐磨等级为AC5级。
实施例2
本实施例制备了一种耐磨地板,参照图2,自下而上依次包括基材层、印刷图案层、透明层和UV耐磨层,UV耐磨层的上表面内嵌有耐磨耐刮粉体,耐磨耐刮粉体是通过膜压处理被压入UV耐磨层中。具体制备过程为:
在PVC基材上贴合白膜,通过数码打印将图案喷印于白膜上形成印刷图案层,在印刷图案层上先复合PVC透明层,再涂布第一UV漆,涂布量为40g/m2,然后在UV漆层上喷撒三氧化二铝粉,其用量为20g/m2,随后用PET膜压机进行膜压处理,膜压过程伴随UV固化,将三氧化二铝粉压入UV漆层内,得到UV耐磨层,最后在UV耐磨层表面涂布第二UV漆,经过准分子灯和UV灯表面亮雾度处理,即得耐磨地板。根据EN 13329-2000标准测得耐磨地板的耐磨等级为AC4级。
对比例1
本对比例制备了一种耐磨地板,与实施例2的区别在于,撒三氧化二铝粉后未经膜压处理,直接涂第二UV漆,具体过程为:
在PVC基材上贴合白膜,通过数码打印将图案喷印于白膜上形成印刷图案层,在印刷图案层上涂布第一UV漆,涂布量为40g/m2,然后在UV漆层上喷撒三氧化二铝粉,其用量为20g/m2,然后在表面涂布第二UV漆,经过准分子灯和UV灯表面亮雾度处理,得耐磨地板。测得耐磨地板的耐磨等级为AC4级,该耐磨地板的表面较粗糙,达不到表面亮雾度处理的预期效果。

1.一种耐磨耐刮板材,其特征在于,自下而上依次包括基材层、印刷图案层和UV耐磨层,所述UV耐磨层的上表面内嵌有耐磨耐刮粉体,UV耐磨层的表面平整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨耐刮板材,其特征在于,所述印刷图案层和UV耐磨层之间还包括透明层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨耐刮板材,其特征在于,所述印刷图案层的施加方式为:通过塑胶白膜或白色涂漆以印刷、转印、喷印或数码打印的方式作用于基材上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨耐刮板材,其特征在于,所述耐磨耐刮粉体为三氧化二铝粉、玻璃粉、二氧化硅或尼龙粉中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在基材上施加印刷图案层,在所述印刷图案层上涂布第一UV漆,然后在UV漆层上喷撒耐磨耐刮粉体,再进行膜压处理使得所述耐磨耐刮粉体被压入UV漆层以形成UV耐磨层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,在涂布第一UV漆之前,还包括在印刷图案层上复合透明层。
7.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一UV漆的涂布量为20-80g/m2。
8.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述UV耐磨层上进行表面涂层处理。
9.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述膜压处理采用膜压设备,内设离型膜。
10.根据权利要求8所述的耐磨耐刮板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述表面涂层处理的过程为:在所述膜压处理后形成的UV耐磨层上涂布第二UV漆,再经过准分子灯和UV灯表面亮雾度处理,即得。
