Abstract
本发明公开了一种芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:酵母葡聚糖钠0.1‑50份、薄荷提取物0.1‑30份、蒲公英提取物0.1‑30份、姜黄根提取物0.1‑30份、纳米银溶液0.1‑1份、板蓝根提取物0.1‑20份、果粉0.5‑10份、茶多酚0.1‑20份、乳酸钠0.1‑20份、甜菜素0.1‑20份、甘油0.2‑20份、烷基聚葡萄糖苷0.1‑20份、UB生物酸0.1‑30份、纳米微胶囊香料0.1‑1份和纯净水10‑90份。本发明可广泛用于手部、身体、餐具、室内和交通工具消毒,还可用水质中的灭毒抑菌。本发明还公开了该芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂的制备方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,此外,本发明还包括该芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂的制备方法。
背景技术
消毒剂用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物,使其达到无害化要求。其与抗生素的不同之处在于,使用时在外界环境中就可以将病原微生物消灭于人体之外,切断传染病的传播途径,达到控制传染病的目的。日常生活中涉及的消毒方法很多,包括臭氧消毒法、紫外线消毒法、福尔马林甲醛消毒熏蒸法、浸泡法、洗涤法和喷洒法等等。然而传统意义上的消毒方式都存在着一定的固有缺陷,例如传统消毒剂成本较高,并且具有较弱的穿透有机物的能力,消毒效果受环境温度影响大,其有效使用浓度高、消毒效果不理想、对周围环境造成持久性污染甚至二次污染等缺陷。更重要的是传统消毒剂对人体有伤害。随着今年来疫情席卷和持续,人们越来越多的懂得了安全高效广谱消毒的重要性。在生活、工作、生产中使用食品级安全型的消毒剂消毒,逐渐取代传统含氯消毒液成为主流的消毒方式。
目前对消毒剂的诉求涉及选用具备对人体及宠物没有伤害、无色无味、无残留、无刺激性、无腐蚀性、无毒害等基础特性的无氯消毒剂。甚至进一步要求其具备能迅速溶解于水并能快速释放出有效的杀菌成分,这样的消毒剂对于天然水中所含的各种类型的致病微生物都有强烈的杀灭作用。与此同时,消毒剂最好具备不与水中的各种有机、无机物起反应或产生有毒的化合物的性能。除此以外,操作简单方便、气味芬芳、具有长效消毒抗菌的能力也是诉求的一部分。
发明内容
针对现有方法和上述技术的不足,根据本发明的实施例,希望提供了一种在新车内、新装修室内、养殖场、吸烟室、宠物养殖等环境中抗菌消毒的无氯无毒消毒剂,芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,并提出其制备方法。
根据实施例,本发明提供的一种芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其组分按照重量份数计包括:
酵母葡聚糖钠0.1-50份、薄荷提取物0.1-30份、蒲公英提取物0.1-30份、姜黄根提取物0.1-30份、纳米银溶液0.1-1份、板蓝根提取物0.1-20份、果粉0.5-10份、茶多酚0.1-20份、乳酸钠0.1-20份、甜菜素0.1-20份、甘油0.2-20份、烷基聚葡萄糖苷0.1-20份、UB生物酸0.1-30份、纳米微胶囊香料0.1-1份和纯净水10-90份。
优选地,还包括重量份数1-10份的食品级透明增稠剂。进一步,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠、明胶、瓜尔胶中的至少一种。
优选地,所述醋酸的浓度为1-99wt%。
优选地,所述的香料为市售的上海沪正实业有限公司生产的纳米微胶囊香料,包含薰衣草香、玫瑰香、茉莉香、柠檬香、西柚香中至少一种。
优选地,所述的纳米银溶液为市售的上海沪正实业有限公司生产的无色透明纳米银溶液。
根据实施例,本发明提供的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:在20-35℃的室温条件下,先将酵母葡聚糖钠、薄荷提取物、蒲公英提取物、姜黄根提取物、纳米银溶液、板蓝根提取物、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素加入搅拌罐,再加入纯净水搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入乳酸钠、甘油、烷基聚葡萄糖苷、UB生物酸、纳米微胶囊香料,搅拌至水溶均匀得到。
与现有技术相比,本发明属于复合型消毒剂,摒弃了以往传统消毒技术的一系列缺陷,比如具备了在动态情况下持续杀菌的能力、对宠物及儿童无毒无害、在高湿、高异味的禽舍或孵化场持续消毒使用而不损坏等优秀性能。
随后的实施例和试验例将证明,本发明芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂对白色念珠菌(真菌)、金黄色葡萄球菌(致病微生物)、大肠杆菌等菌类的杀毒灭菌率高达99%以上。可以本发明芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂作为主料,结合不同的辅料结合可以制成不同形态的抑菌消毒剂,包括但不限于喷雾、泡沫、凝胶等。本发明可广泛用于手部、身体、餐具、室内和交通工具消毒,还可用于水质中的灭毒抑菌,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明中使用的主要原料为多糖消味素、多糖钠盐、特种纳米银溶液、纳米微胶囊香料,具有无毒、无氯酸、无腐蚀、长久抑菌自净化的特点。
(2)本发明提供的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂的pH为4-7,对皮肤无灼烧隐患,安全温和。
(3)本发明提供的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂对白色念珠菌(真菌)、金黄色葡萄球菌(致病微生物)、大肠杆菌等菌类的杀毒灭菌率高达99%以上。
(4)以本发明的组分作为主料,结合不同的辅料结合可以制成不同形态的抑菌消毒剂,包括但不限于喷雾、泡沫、凝胶等。
(5)本发明的产品广泛用于手部、身体、餐具、室内和交通工具消毒,还可用水质中的灭毒抑菌。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例应理解为仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。在阅读了本发明记载的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等效变化和修改同样落入本发明权利要求所限定的范围。
本发明以下实施例中所使用的原料如无特别标示均为市售产品。
香料为市售的上海沪正实业有限公司生产的纳米微胶囊香料,包含薰衣草香、玫瑰香、茉莉香、柠檬香、西柚香中至少一种。
纳米银溶液为市售的上海沪正实业有限公司生产的粒径2-5nm的无色透明纳米银溶液。
实施例1
称取酵母葡聚糖钠200g、薄荷提取物20g、蒲公英提取物60g、姜黄根提取物100g、纳米银溶液1g、板蓝根提取物30g、果粉50g、茶多酚50g、乳酸钠20g、甜菜素30g、甘油70g、烷基聚葡萄糖苷10g、UB生物酸10g、纳米微胶囊香料3g和纯净水600g。
按照如下步骤制备芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液:
在25℃的室温条件下,先将酵母葡聚糖钠、薄荷提取物、蒲公英提取物、姜黄根提取物、纳米银溶液、板蓝根提取物、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素加入搅拌罐,再加入纯净水,搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入乳酸钠、甘油、烷基聚葡萄糖苷、UB生物酸、纳米微胶囊香料,搅拌至水溶均匀,得到芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液。
实施例2
称取酵母葡聚糖钠300g、薄荷提取物100g、蒲公英提取物70g、姜黄根提取物150g、纳米银溶液5g、板蓝根提取物20g、果粉30g、茶多酚50g、乳酸钠100g、甜菜素10g、甘油20g、烷基聚葡萄糖苷10g、UB生物酸20g、明胶8g、纳米微胶囊香料2g和纯净水700g。
按照如下步骤制备芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒凝胶:
(1)加入400g温水,然后加入海藻酸钠8g,低速搅拌形成凝胶备用;
(2)将150g酵母葡聚糖钠、100g薄荷提取物、70g蒲公英提取物、150g姜黄根提取物、5g纳米银溶液、20g板蓝根提取物、30g果粉、50g茶多酚、10g甜菜素加入搅拌罐混合,再加入700g纯净水、甘油20g、UB生物酸20g,搅拌机中低速搅动,水溶均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物加入步骤(1)的凝胶中,低速搅拌,混合均匀;最后加入纳米微胶囊香料2g、烷基聚葡萄糖苷10g,低速搅拌至产品形成透明均匀凝胶,静置2天得到芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒凝胶。
实施例3
称取酵母葡聚糖钠400g、薄荷提取物100g、蒲公英提取物150g、姜黄根提取物150g、纳米银溶液5g、板蓝根提取物100g、果粉50g、茶多酚50g、乳酸钠60g、甜菜素60g、甘油20g、烷基聚葡萄糖苷80g、UB生物酸100g、纳米微胶囊香料3g和纯净水500g。
按照如下步骤制备加湿器用芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液:
在25℃的室温条件下,先将酵母葡聚糖钠、薄荷提取物、蒲公英提取物、姜黄根提取物、纳米银溶液、板蓝根提取物、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素、乳酸钠、甘油、烷基聚葡萄糖苷加入搅拌罐,再加入纯净水,搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入UB生物酸和纳米微胶囊香料,搅拌至水溶均匀,得到加湿器用芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液。
实施例4
称取酵母葡聚糖钠500g、薄荷提取物50g、蒲公英提取物100g、姜黄根提取物50g、纳米银溶液10g、板蓝根提取物80g、果粉100g、茶多酚50g、乳酸钠2g、甜菜素1g、甘油3g、烷基聚葡萄糖苷5g、UB生物酸20g、纳米微胶囊香料10g和纯净水800g。
按照如下步骤制备车用芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液:
在25℃的室温条件下,先将酵母葡聚糖钠、薄荷提取物、蒲公英提取物、姜黄根提取物、纳米银溶液、板蓝根提取物、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素、乳酸钠、甘油、烷基聚葡萄糖苷加入搅拌罐,再加入纯净水,搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入UB生物酸和纳米微胶囊香料,搅拌至水溶均匀,得到车用芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液。
试验例
以上各实施例的抑菌性能测试参照GB 15979-2002一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准-附录C4溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能试验方法,测试菌种为白色念珠菌ATCC 10231,金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538,大肠杆菌8099。
具体步骤为:
1.将试验菌24h斜面培养物用PBS洗下,制成菌悬液(要求的浓度为:用100uL滴于5mL实施例样液内,回收菌数为1×104~9×104cfu/mL)。
2.取被试实施例1样液(5mL)和对照样液(与试样同质材料,同等大小,但不含抗菌材料,且经灭菌处理)各4管(置于灭菌平皿内)。
3.取上述菌悬液,分别在每个被试样液和对照样液内滴加100ul,均匀混合,开始计时,作用2、5、10、20min,用无菌镊分别将样液(0.5mI)投入含5mL PBS的试管内,充分混匀,作适当稀释,然后取其中2~3个稀释度,分别吸取0.5mL,置于两个平皿,用凉至40~45℃的营养琼脂培养基(细菌)或沙氏琼脂培养基(酵母菌)15ml作倾注,转动平皿,使其充分均匀,琼脂凝固后翻转平板,35℃士2℃培养48h(细菌)或72h(酵母菌),作活菌菌落计数。
4.试验重复3次,按式X4=(A-B)/A计算抑菌率。其中X4为抑菌率(%),A为对照样品平均菌落数,B为被试样品平均菌落数。
试验结果如表1所示,其中抑菌率按照公式计算得出。经过18小时的测试时间,实施例1制得的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液对于三种菌种的抑制率均高于99%。
用实施例2制得的芳香型纳米银抗菌凝胶、实施例3制得的加湿器用芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液、实施例4制得的车用芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒液作为被试样液,分别重复上述试验,试验结果显示,其对于三种菌种的抑制率均高于99%。
综上,本发明芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂对于致病微生物、细菌、真菌均具有良好的抑制效果。

1.一种芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其特征是,其组分按照重量份数计包括:酵母葡聚糖钠0.1-50份、薄荷提取物0.1-30份、蒲公英提取物0.1-30份、姜黄根提取物0.1-30份、纳米银溶液0.1-1份、板蓝根提取物0.1-20份、果粉0.5-10份、茶多酚0.1-20份、乳酸钠0.1-20份、甜菜素0.1-20份、甘油0.2-20份、烷基聚葡萄糖苷0.1-20份、UB生物酸0.1-30份、纳米微胶囊香料0.1-1份和纯净水10-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,还包括重量份数1-10份的增稠剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自海藻酸钠、明胶和瓜尔胶。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述醋酸的浓度为1-99wt%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的香料为市售的上海沪正实业有限公司生产的纳米微胶囊香料,包含薰衣草香、玫瑰香、茉莉香、柠檬香、西柚香中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的纳米银溶液为市售的上海沪正实业有限公司生产的粒径为2-5nm的无色透明纳米银溶液。
7.一种芳香型纳米银抗菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在20-35℃的室温条件下,先将酵母葡聚糖钠、薄荷提取物、蒲公英提取物、姜黄根提取物、纳米银溶液、板蓝根提取物、果粉、茶多酚、甜菜素加入搅拌罐,再加入纯净水搅拌至全部溶解,最后加入乳酸钠、甘油、烷基聚葡萄糖苷、UB生物酸、纳米微胶囊香料,搅拌至水溶均匀得到。
