Abstract
本发明涉及在液体处理设备(1)的分配器部分(2)上连接管道的装置,液体处理设备有一些组合成平行六面体板叠并被液体流过的处理元件,以及有一个沿板叠端面延伸的箱形液体分配器部分(2),分配器部分在一个角区设削平部分(3),在削平部分内设一液体通道,与此同时设一个可装在此削平部分(3)上基本上棱锥形的空心转接座(6),转接座有一个底面和在其一个端面内有一个管道连接口(9),底面上有一个与削平部分的液体通道对应的液体通道。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于将管道连接在液体处理设备尤其是油/空气冷却器的分配器部分上的装置,油/空气冷却器通常插接在油工作循环的回油路中。冷却器的被油流过并组合成平行六面体板叠的冷却元件通常用铝板或铝杆制成,它们被空气散热片围绕并与沿板叠上侧延伸的箱形分配器部分连接。此外,装在附近的风扇向冷却元件吹风。
在迄今已知的此类油/冷却器中,平行六面体的冷却器分配器部分或头部有预定连接横截面的用于输入和输出管道的接管,在冷却器端部与分配器部分的外侧成直角地伸出。这就要求必须在仓库中储存有不同尺寸接头的各种油/空气冷却器型号,而且在许多情况下难以安装油/空气冷却器。此外,必须要有比较大的空间用于连接管道。在用于其他不同于油的液体的液体分配器中,例如在处理牛奶等用的分配器,同样产生上面所论及的问题。
本发明的目的是克服提及的缺点,创造一种前言所述类型的连接装置,其中,用于不同的管道接头只须储备唯一的一种型号的液体处理设备。
本发明的对象是一种用于将管道连接在液体处理设备的分配器部分上的装置,此液体处理设备有一些组合成一个平行六面体板叠并被液体流过的最好用铝板和铝杆制的处理元件,以及有一个沿板叠端面延伸的箱形液体分配器部分;按本发明此装置的特征为,液体处理设备的平行六面体分配器部分在一个角区设削平部分,在削平部分内设一液体通道;以及,设一个可装在此削平部分上基本上棱锥形的空心转接座,转接座有一个底面和在其一个端面内有一个管道连接口,底面上制有一个与削平部分的液体通道对应的液体通道。
本发明允许将转接座以不同的取向装在角区削平部分上,使管道接头根据需要朝向后方、朝向上方或朝向侧面。同样,在本发明的范围内可以储备不同转接座,它们与要连接的具体管道的直径及其连接口的螺纹相配,所以在经济上有利地只须生产和在仓库内存放单一型号的液体处理设备。
下面参见附图借助于油/空气冷却器的一种实施例进一步说明本发明,附图中:

图1表示一种油/空气冷却器,它通常由彼此隔开间距的铝板组成的平行六面体板叠1构成,铝板带空气散热片,其中为板叠配设一图中未表示的风扇,此冷却器设有一个分配器部分或头部2,用于在冷却器上连接图中没有表示的输入和输出管道并起油分配器的作用。
同样为平行六面体或箱形的分配器2在角区设一将此角截去的削平部分3,它过滤到分配器2的端面2′、纵侧2″和上侧2。
削平部分3制有一个流量较大的油通道4和三个螺钉孔5。
在削平部分3上安装一个基本上棱锥形的空心转接座6,它在图2中表示的是一个侧视图。转接座6有一个底面6′,它放在削平部分3上并从削平部分突出。按图5,底面6′设计为对称的六角形,它有一中央通道7,中央通道7与削平部分3的油通道4相对应。
由图5还可见三个装配孔8,它们与螺钉孔5相对应并按图4所示通入转接座6的三个棱边中。
由图3和4可以看出,从分配器部分2各侧面突出的转接座6在一个侧壁内制有管道连接口9,它有规定的直径和规定的螺纹。转接座6以要求的连接口9的取向装配在分配器2上。
如图6至8所示,连接口9也可以不设在油/空气冷却器的前面,而是设在油/空气冷却器1的后面(图6a、6b)、它的端面(图7a、7b)或上面(图8a、8b)。
在本发明的范围内可以储备许多有不同尺寸和螺纹类型的连接口的转接座6,它们可以方便地装在同一种类型的油/空气冷却器或别的液体处理设备上。
Claims (2)
1.在液体处理设备的分配器部分上连接管道的装置,液体处理设备有组合成平行六面体板叠并被液体流过的处理元件,以及有一个沿板叠端面延伸的箱形液体分配器部分,其特征为:液体处理设备的平行六面体分配器部分(2)在一个角区设削平部分(3),在削平部分(3)内设一液体通道(4);以及,设一个可装在此削平部分(3)上基本上棱锥形的空心转接座(6),转接座(6)有一个底面(6′)和在其一个端面内有一个设有螺纹的管道连接口(9),底面(6′)上制有一个与削平部分(3)的液体通道(4)对应的液体通道(7)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征为:上述处理元件的平行六面体板叠(1)用铝板或铝杆构成。
