本发明公开了新型阳光面料,包括编织线,编织线包括若干相互交缠的PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束,PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束之间夹持有金属氢氧化物颗粒;所述PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束包括内芯,内芯为聚酯纤维,内芯外包覆有PVC网纱层。本发明具有以下优点和效果:通过改变传统阳光面料添加金属氢氧化物的方式,能够在保持金属氢氧化物阻燃性能的同时,减少对其拉伸、压缩、弯曲、扭转、摩擦等机械性能方面特性的降低效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,特别涉及新型阳光面料及其制作设备。
背景技术
阳光面料,简而言之就是用来遮挡阳光和日照,是功能辅助性面料,通常与其它面料一起,用来遮盖物品起到避免与强光接触的作用,具有阻挡强光和紫外线以及其它方面的功效。
按照细分功能不同,阳光面料有的专注于阻燃性能,有的专注于抗菌性能,有的专注于抗紫外性能,有的专注于色牢度性能,有的专注于环保性能。
现有技术上的阳光面料,在对于阻燃性能方面,传统的做法是加入金属氢氧化物,例如金属氢氧化钠或金属氢氧化镁,其是最常用的无卤阻燃剂,价廉易得、且不含卤素,能够减少对环境的污染。
但该类添加金属氢氧化物的阳光面料,其拉伸、压缩、弯曲、扭转、摩擦等机械性能方面与未添加金属氢氧化物的面料之间具有较大差距,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供具有较好机械性能的新型阳光面料以及制作该面料的制作设备。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:新型阳光面料,包括经线和纬线,经线和纬线均包括若干相互交缠的PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束,PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束之间夹持有金属氢氧化物颗粒;所述PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束包括内芯,内芯为聚酯纤维,内芯外包覆有PVC网纱层。
进一步设置为:金属氢氧化物颗粒上设置有多道与PVC包覆聚酯纤维延伸方向一致的嵌槽。
进一步设置为:所述金属氢氧化物颗粒为金属氢氧化物,与粘合阻燃剂的组合物。
进一步设置为:粘合阻燃剂包括金属氢氧化物、环氧树脂和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物。
进一步设置为:金属氢氧化物、环氧树脂和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物的比例在2比7比1。
进一步设置为:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量在15-25wt%之间,熔融指数在6-40g/10min之间。
本发明还公开了新型阳光面料的制作设备,包括机架,机架上设置有转动盘,转动盘上设置有至少三根输线管;转动盘中部设置有竖直向下的颗粒管;机架中部设置有抵触环,抵触环上方设置有转动座,转动座上设置有对应输线管的包覆杆;转动盘上向下延伸设置有用于输送PVC网纱层的输出轨道;机架下部一侧设置有收卷结构。
进一步设置为:PVC网纱层为片状输送。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:通过改变传统阳光面料添加金属氢氧化物的方式,能够在保持金属氢氧化物阻燃性能的同时,减少对其拉伸、压缩、弯曲、扭转、摩擦等机械性能方面特性的降低效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
新型阳光面料,包括经线与纬线,径向与纬线均为若干根相互交缠的PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束1制成。
其中,PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束1之间夹持有金属氢氧化物颗粒4,优选采用在交缠过程中添加金属氢氧化物颗粒4。金属氢氧化物颗粒4为金属氢氧化物与粘合阻燃剂的组合物,金属氢氧化物与粘合阻燃剂之间的比例优选设置为1:1。金属氢氧化物为氢氧化钠或氢氧化镁。
金属氢氧化物颗粒4上设置有多道与PVC包覆聚酯纤维延伸方向一致的嵌槽,嵌槽可以供PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束1中的若干纤维贴合,以增加两者的契合度。
粘合阻燃剂包括金属氢氧化物、环氧树脂和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物,三者的比例在2比7比1。乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量在15-25wt%之间,熔融指数在6-40g/10min之间。
其中,PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束1包括内芯2,内芯2为聚酯纤维,内芯2外包覆有PVC网纱层3。PVC网纱层3采用传统编织工艺,然后成卷状包覆在内芯2外。
新型阳光面料的制作设备,包括机架5,机架5上设置有一根主轴,主轴向外延伸的端部设置有一个转动盘6。转动盘6通过电机驱动转动。
转动盘6上设置有优选三根的输线管7,输线管7用于将PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束1的内芯2,即聚酯纤维输送至下方,内芯2的储料可以设置在转动盘6上,并且输线管7随着转动盘6转动,从而能够令三根内芯2能够相互交缠形成绕制。
转动盘6中部设置有竖直向下的颗粒管8,颗粒管8与输线管7一样,储料设置在转动盘6上,用于将金属氢氧化物颗粒4向下输送至三根内芯2之间。并在三根内芯2交缠的过程中,被包覆至内部。
其中,金属氢氧化物颗粒4在落下过程中,介于熔融与冷却状态之间,从而能够在表层形成一定的嵌槽。
转动盘6上向下延伸设置有用于输送PVC网纱层3的输出轨道12,PVC网纱层3在下落时是长条形的片状,且落到内芯2的相对内侧位置。
机架5中部设置有抵触环9,抵触环9上方设置有转动座10,转动座10受电机驱动转动。转动座10上设置有对应输线管7的包覆杆11,包覆杆11用于将落到内芯2相对内侧位置的PVC网纱层3进行扭转,在相邻的两根内芯2上成S形设置。
机架5下部一侧设置有收卷结构13,用于收卷包覆好的PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束1。
即,该制造设备通过三根内芯2下落过程中,在相对内侧添加PVC网纱层3,并利用包覆杆11推动PVC网纱层3在相对外侧进行推动,令相邻两根内芯2之间形成S形的PVC网纱层3。
其中,PVC网纱层与内芯之间的连接可以采用传统的面料用胶体进行连接。粘合过程可以在包覆过程,也可以在包覆的后道工序进行。

1.新型阳光面料,包括经线和纬线,其特征在于:经线和纬线均包括若干相互交缠的PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束,PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束之间夹持有金属氢氧化物颗粒;所述PVC包覆聚酯纤维线束包括内芯,内芯为聚酯纤维,内芯外包覆有PVC网纱层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型阳光面料,其特征在于:金属氢氧化物颗粒上设置有多道与PVC包覆聚酯纤维延伸方向一致的嵌槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型阳光面料,其特征在于:所述金属氢氧化物颗粒为金属氢氧化物,与粘合阻燃剂的组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型阳光面料,其特征在于:粘合阻燃剂包括金属氢氧化物、环氧树脂和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型阳光面料,其特征在于:金属氢氧化物、环氧树脂和乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物的比例在2比7比1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型阳光面料,其特征在于:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物的醋酸乙烯含量在15-25wt%之间,熔融指数在6-40g/10min之间。
7.制造如权利要求1-6所述的新型阳光面料的制作设备,其特征在于:包括机架,机架上设置有转动盘,转动盘上设置有至少三根输线管;转动盘中部设置有竖直向下的颗粒管;机架中部设置有抵触环,抵触环上方设置有转动座,转动座上设置有对应输线管的包覆杆;转动盘上向下延伸设置有用于输送PVC网纱层的输出轨道;机架下部一侧设置有收卷结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制作设备,其特征在于:PVC网纱层为片状输送。
