对于肿瘤患者,良好的营养状况是维持肿瘤患者生活质量及抗肿瘤治疗顺利实施的基础。以肿瘤为研究对象,以代谢和营养为研究内容,以肿瘤的营养预防、营养治疗为切入点,在营养支持的基础上实施营养疗法,可以达到减低肿瘤发病率、延长生存时间、提高生活质量的目的。因此,营养治疗,特别是肠内营养治疗对肿瘤患者的综合治疗起到十分重要的支撑作用。目前,我国市场上为肿瘤患者提供营养支持的产品主要为保健食品、普通食品或营养科自行配制的营养餐,其多是将具有抗肿瘤功能、提高免疫力等功能成分配料经简单混合配制得到。目前,虽然也有数十款获得药字号批文的肠内营养乳剂产品在市场上销售,如“安素”、“能全力”、“瑞素”等,但这些产品多是一些普适性产品,特别适用于肿瘤患者的肠内营养制剂种类较少,并且截至目前仅有一款符合要求的特殊医学用途肿瘤全营养配方食品产品上市。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明充分依据GB 29922《食品安全国家标准 特殊医学用途配方食品通则》、《特殊医学用途配方食品注册申请材料项目与要求(试行)(2017修订版)》等法规标准要求,参考《食品安全国家标准 肿瘤全营养配方食品(征求意见稿)》、《特定全营养配方食品临床试验技术指导原则肿瘤》、《恶性肿瘤患者膳食营养处方专家共识》、《肿瘤患者特殊医学用途配方食品应用专家共识》、《ESPEN肿瘤患者营养指南(2017)》等标准、共识和指南要求,并依据肿瘤患者的代谢特点和营养需求、生理病理特征等,科学论证与营养配比,开发提供一款具有高能量、高ω-3和ω-6类脂肪酸、维生素和矿物质配比科学全面、特别添加益生菌和膳食纤维等特点的特殊医学用途全营养配方粉,更加符合现代医学关于肿瘤的营养支持与治疗指南要求,更符合国人长期饮食习惯和认知,能够较好满足肿瘤患者人群的能量及各类营养需求,改善营养不良状况和生活质量。
本申请提供了一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,由下列重量份的原辅料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉50~250份、植物蛋白粉30~150份、麦芽糊精150~600份、复合油粉50~300份、复合维生素2~15份、复合矿物质2~15份、益生菌粉1~10份、膳食纤维粉5~50份、三氯蔗糖0.05-0.5份以及食用香精0.5~10份。
所述乳清蛋白粉为脱盐乳清蛋白粉、非脱盐乳清蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉和分离乳清蛋白粉中的一种及多种组成。
所述植物蛋白粉为大豆蛋白粉、花生蛋白粉、大米蛋白粉、马铃薯蛋白粉、豌豆蛋白粉和小麦蛋白粉中的一种及多种组成。
所述复合油粉中复合油包含复合植物油和鱼油或鱼油提取物,复合植物油来源于大豆油、玉米油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、花生油、芝麻油、红花籽油、亚麻籽油、油茶籽油、椰子油、棕榈油、藻油、元宝枫籽油中的一种及多种,以及中链甘油三酯;所述复合植物油和鱼油或鱼油提取物的质量比1~8:1。
所述复合油粉中ω-3类脂肪酸占所述粉剂特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的总能量的2%~8%,ω-6类脂肪酸占所述粉剂特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的总能量的2%~8%,所述ω-3类脂肪酸与所述ω-6类脂肪酸的能量比为0.25~4:1;所述ω-3类脂肪酸包括EPA以及DHA,所述EPA与DHA的供能比为1~10:1。
所述复合维生素包含维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、 维生素K1、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸(烟酰胺)、叶酸、泛酸和生物素,并可添加胆碱、肌醇、牛磺酸和β-胡萝卜素中的一种及多种;所述复合矿物质包含钠、钾、铜、镁、铁、锌、锰、钙、磷、碘、氯、硒,并可添加铬、钼、氟中的一种及多种。
所述益生菌粉中益生菌为青春双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌乳亚种、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、凝结芽孢杆菌中的一种及多种。
所述膳食纤维粉中膳食纤维来源于菊粉、酵母β-葡聚糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、多聚果糖、聚葡萄糖、抗性糊精、变性淀粉、大豆纤维、燕麦纤维中的一种及多种。
本发明还提供一种所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉的制备方法,其特征在于,采用干法多级混合工艺制备而成;制备方法包括将上述成分按照一定的顺序混合均匀,包括以下步骤:按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精5~50份、复合维生素2~15份、膳食纤维粉5~50份,三氯蔗糖0.05-0.5份以及食用香精0.5~10份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料1;按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精5~50份、益生菌粉1~10份、复合矿物质2~15份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料2;按重量份称取剩余麦芽糊精140~500份、乳清蛋白粉50~250份、植物蛋白粉30~150份,过筛、通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料3;将混料1、混料2投入混料3中,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料4;对混料4进行金检、称重、分装、喷码和包装后得到所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉。
所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,能够作为单一营养来源较好满足肿瘤患者人群的能量及各类营养需求,也可作为营养补充使用,改善肿瘤患者人群营养不良状况和生活质量。

实施例1提供了一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,该配方粉由下列重量份的原辅料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉100份、植物蛋白粉50份、麦芽糊精550份、复合油粉140份、复合维生素10份、复合矿物质10份、益生菌粉5份、膳食纤维粉30份、三氯蔗糖0.1份以及食用香精5份。
实施例的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、复合维生素10份、膳食纤维粉30份,三氯蔗糖0.1份以及食用香精5份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料1;按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、益生菌粉5份、复合矿物质10份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料2;按重量份称取剩余麦芽糊精450份、乳清蛋白粉100份、植物蛋白粉50份,过筛、通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料3;将混料1、混料2投入混料3中,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料4;对混料4进行金检、称重、分装、喷码和包装后得到所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉。
实施例2
实施例2提供了一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,该配方粉由下列重量份的原辅料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉100份、植物蛋白粉100份、麦芽糊精500份、复合油粉140份、复合维生素10份、复合矿物质10份、益生菌粉5份、膳食纤维粉30份、三氯蔗糖0.1份以及食用香精5份。
实施例的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、复合维生素10份、膳食纤维粉30份,三氯蔗糖0.1份以及食用香精5份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料1;按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、益生菌粉5份、复合矿物质10份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料2;按重量份称取剩余麦芽糊精400份、乳清蛋白粉100份、植物蛋白粉100份,过筛、通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料3;将混料1、混料2投入混料3中,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料4;对混料4进行金检、称重、分装、喷码和包装后得到所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉。
实施例3
实施例3提供了一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,该配方粉由下列重量份的原辅料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉150份、植物蛋白粉50份、麦芽糊精500份、复合油粉140份、复合维生素10份、复合矿物质10份、益生菌粉5份、膳食纤维粉30份、三氯蔗糖0.1份以及食用香精5份。

实施例4
实施例4提供了一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,该配方粉由下列重量份的原辅料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉150份、植物蛋白粉50份、麦芽糊精500份、复合油粉140份、复合维生素10份、复合矿物质10份、益生菌粉5份、膳食纤维粉30份、三氯蔗糖0.2份以及食用香精8份。
实施例的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、复合维生素10份、膳食纤维粉30份,三氯蔗糖0.2份以及食用香精8份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料1;按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、益生菌粉5份、复合矿物质10份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料2;按重量份称取剩余麦芽糊精400份、乳清蛋白粉150份、植物蛋白粉50份,过筛、通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料3;将混料1、混料2投入混料3中,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料4;对混料4进行金检、称重、分装、喷码和包装后得到所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉。
实施例5
实施例5提供了一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,该配方粉由下列重量份的原辅料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉150份、植物蛋白粉50份、麦芽糊精500份、复合油粉140份、复合维生素10份、复合矿物质10份、益生菌粉5份、膳食纤维粉30份、三氯蔗糖0.4份以及食用香精10份。
实施例的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、复合维生素10份、膳食纤维粉30份,三氯蔗糖0.4份以及食用香精10份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料1;按重量份称取部分麦芽糊精50份、益生菌粉5份、复合矿物质10份,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料2;按重量份称取剩余麦芽糊精400份、乳清蛋白粉150份、植物蛋白粉50份,过筛、通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料3;将混料1、混料2投入混料3中,通过混料机混料均匀后得到混料4;对混料4进行金检、称重、分装、喷码和包装后得到所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉。
肿瘤适用的全营养粉感官试验
分别称取上述五组实施例产品,每组20g,加入4倍质量、55℃~75℃的热水,匀速搅拌2 min后,由10个人组成评审小组,对产品从色泽(0~20)、滋味(0~30)、气味(0~10)、组织状态(0~10)、冲调性(0~30)5个方面进行评定,全营养粉的感官评分为5个指标得分的综合。
根据评审小组的感官评分结果汇总后实施例1~5样品的评分平均值分别为72、64、81、92和79,实施例4的评分最高。

Claims (8)
1.一种肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,由如下原料制备而成:乳清蛋白粉50~250份、植物蛋白粉30~150份、麦芽糊精150~600份、复合油粉50~300份、复合维生素2~15份、复合矿物质2~15份、益生菌粉1~10份、膳食纤维粉5~50份、三氯蔗糖0.05-0.5份以及食用香精0.5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,所述乳清蛋白粉为脱盐乳清蛋白粉、非脱盐乳清蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉和分离乳清蛋白粉中的一种及多种组成;所述植物蛋白粉为大豆蛋白粉、花生蛋白粉、大米蛋白粉、马铃薯蛋白粉、豌豆蛋白粉和小麦蛋白粉中的一种及多种组成。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,所述复合油粉中复合油包含复合植物油和鱼油或鱼油提取物,复合植物油来源于大豆油、玉米油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、花生油、芝麻油、红花籽油、亚麻籽油、油茶籽油、椰子油、棕榈油、藻油、元宝枫籽油中的一种及多种,以及中链甘油三酯;所述复合植物油和鱼油或鱼油提取物的质量比1~8:1。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,所述复合油粉中ω-3类脂肪酸占所述粉剂特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的总能量的2%~8%,ω-6类脂肪酸占所述粉剂特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的总能量的2%~8%,所述ω-3类脂肪酸与所述ω-6类脂肪酸的能量比为0.25~4:1;所述ω-3类脂肪酸包括EPA以及DHA,所述EPA与DHA的供能比为1~10:1。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包含维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、 维生素K1、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸(烟酰胺)、叶酸、泛酸和生物素,并可添加胆碱、肌醇、牛磺酸和β-胡萝卜素中的一种及多种;所述复合矿物质包含钠、钾、铜、镁、铁、锌、锰、钙、磷、碘、氯、硒,并可添加铬、钼、氟中的一种及多种。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,所述益生菌粉中益生菌为青春双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌乳亚种、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、凝结芽孢杆菌中的一种及多种。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一所述的肿瘤适用的全营养配方粉,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维粉中膳食纤维来源于菊粉、酵母β-葡聚糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、多聚果糖、聚葡萄糖、抗性糊精、变性淀粉、大豆纤维、燕麦纤维中的一种及多种。
