Abstract
本发明涉及以固化油脂为基质的固态化妆品组合物,由于其具有类似蜡的特性和透明度,在与各种添加剂相结合的情况下,特别适用于制成化妆品棒。所述组合物的特征在于基于该组合物的总量,含有40-95重量%的化妆品用油脂或油脂混合物,1-10重量%的羊毛甾醇和0-58重量%的化妆品活性物质或添加剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及以固化油脂为基质的固态化妆品组合物。由于这类组合物具有类似蜡的特征及透明性,它们特别适用于含多种添加剂的棒状化妆品。
背景技术
以往透明的固态化妆品配方的基质通常为脂肪酸的皂类,例如硬脂酸钠,椰子酸钠或那些有其它长链的脂肪酸根如硬脂酰基,异硬脂酰基,棕榈基或脂肪基的介质。碱性离子如钠离子,锂离子,三乙醇胺离子通常作为抗衡离子。得到的固态透明配方尤其适用于皂粒,芳香剂或抗汗剂,例如硬脂酸单乙醇酰胺就作为商品为人所知。
此外,多羟基化合物与二亚苄基糖或二亚苄基单山梨醇组成的多羟基化合物的重量百分比一般超过50%的混合物因其胶凝作用而闻名。但是,高含量的多羟基化合物成分会导致高度的透皮失水。
EP-A-291331描述的是含有水合氯化铝,非离子性表面活性剂,润肤剂及水的透明抗汗棒。
EP-A-451002描述的是含有抗汗剂,二羟基醇,二苄基单山梨醇缩醛,N-甲基吡咯烷酮,以及含润肤剂和稳定剂的透明抗汗棒。
EP-A-665007描述的是由于对形成透明凝胶基质的选择范围的限制从而导致的生产透明抗汗凝胶的难度,以及一种含特殊硅油和12-羟基硬脂酸或其盐且同时含芳香剂的特殊组合物,其中所有组合物必须具有1.48~1.53cSt的折射率。
EP-A-636359描述的是以α-ω烷二羧酸和羊毛蜡酸为基质的具有除臭作用的活性成分的混合物,采用常规的辅助剂也可将其制成固体棒。
在皂基质芳香剂中,活性成分溶于醇,或在无醇配方中溶于多羟基化合物中。但是高的皂类比例不易转化成其它配方,如除臭棒。
GB-A-88468公开了非必须地利用甾醇与脂肪酸甘油三酯,蜡和C10-C60烃类一起所形成的组合物用于调理皮肤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题就是改进一种固态化妆品组合物,使其能用于各种类型的皮肤,而不会由于其基质的不同而导致皮肤发炎问题,并且完全或基本透明。
一个更独特的任务是提供添加了活性成分或香料的透明或半透明的化妆品棒。
该以固态油脂为基质的新型固态化妆品组合物,其特征在于基于该组合物的总量,化妆品可采用的油脂或油脂混合物占重量的40~95%,羊毛甾醇占重量的1~10%,并且该组合物是透明的。
本发明的基本特征为所述组合物是透明的,即完全透明和最大程度的清澄。其它具体实例可能是半透明的,即根据所用的具体添加剂而具有较低的透明度。
本发明的另一个具体实例是通过添加大量的颜料或添加剂也可产生不透明的暗色的效果。
优选的本发明的组合物含有0.1~58%重量,特别是含有0.1~50%重量的一种或多种活性化妆品物质或添加剂。
令人惊奇的是,发现在一般的化妆品油脂中添加羊毛甾醇会形成固态蜡状产品,根据羊毛甾醇含量及油脂类型的不同其滴点达到60℃以上,这使其极适于制成化妆品棒及其它固态化妆品组合物。
羊毛甾醇是一种甾类醇,羊毛甾-8,24-二烯-3β-醇或4,4,14α-三甲基-5α-胆甾-8,24-二烯-3β-醇,主要来源于羊毛脂,例如通过分馏结晶得到。羊毛脂来源于绵羊的羊毛蜡,被认为是化妆品油膏的基质。关于获得羊毛甾醇的分离方法的进一步信息见E.V.Truter的论文Woolwax(Interscience,1956),这里作为参考文献使用。羊毛甾醇分子量为426.7,为无色晶体,熔点138~140℃,可溶于氯仿和乙醇。
羊毛甾醇可作为商品以同样的名称从不同供应商处购买,例如Croda Chemicals Ltd.,East Yorkshire,England。
由于其与胆甾醇的关系,羊毛甾醇在治疗代谢系统紊乱方面具有重要意义,并作为乳化剂而闻名。
至今没有任何专家指出为达到所要求的固体状态和化妆品性质的进一步改进而将化妆品油脂与羊毛甾醇,橡胶的共聚物和高聚物混合能得到类似于传统的唇膏而又透明的固态产品。
本发明中所使用的油脂可以是一般的化妆品用油脂,例如矿物油脂;氢化聚异丁烯;合成的或天然的角鲨烷,例如:Synthesqual或Cosbvol;带支链或不带支链的,饱和或不饱和的化妆品用酯或醚;植物油或其两种及多种的混合物。
适用的酯或醚包括(INCI名称):双季戊四醇基六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯/1,2,4-苯三酸三癸基酯/硬脂酸十三烷基酯/新戊基二醇二辛酸酯,二癸酸酯,丙二醇二辛酸酯5,丙二醇二辛酸酯2,30二癸酸酯,硬脂酸十三烷基酯/新戊二醇二辛酸酯,肉豆蔻酸异丙基酯,二异丙基二聚二亚油酸酯,三甲基丙烷三异硬脂酸酯,肉豆蔻醚,十八烷基醚,丁醚,二辛醚,PPG1-PEG9十二烷二醇醚,PPG15十八烷基醚,PPG14丁醚,fomblin HC25.
特别适用的油脂包括矿物油脂,氢化聚异丁烯,聚异戊二烯,角鲨烷,1,2,4-三苯酸三癸基酯,三甲基丙烷三异硬脂酸酯,异癸基柠檬酸酯,新戊基二醇二庚酸酯,PPG15十八烷醚,金盏花油,西蒙得木油,鳄梨油,昆士兰果油,或上述几种的混合物。油脂的选择将影响到所述固态组合物的化妆品特征,例如透明度,柔软程度,稳定性,覆盖性等。例如重量百分比为50-70%的角鲨烷或氢化聚异丁烯得到完全透明的固态组合物。
本发明中适用的活性化妆品的成分包括聚合物,共聚物,二氧化硅,维生素,有机油溶性色料,无机颜料,抗氧化剂,芳香剂,防晒剂,香料及其它活性化妆品用物质,如高岭土和WO96/17588所述用SiO2改性的高岭土。
根据本发明的组合物,其中只含油脂和羊毛甾醇即可得到具有令人满意的固态化妆品组合物,并可应用于化妆品棒。使用以上所列及下述活性辅助成分时可能会进一步改进化妆品的固态特性及其它化妆品特性。
根据本发明的组合物的固化性,尤其是在化妆品棒中的固化性可通过高聚物或共聚物得到改进,例如,氢化苯乙烯/甲基苯乙烯/茚共聚物如Hercules Regalite R101;乙烯基吡咯烷酮和长链α-链烯如Antaron V220,Antaron V216,Unimer U15的共聚物;脂肪酸酯的盐类如异硬脂酰乳酸钠,(Rita Corp.Pationic ISL);PEG120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯(如Glucamate DOE120)及它们的混合物,也可是橡胶,如聚异戊二烯。聚异戊二烯尤其适用。
氢化苯乙烯/甲基苯乙烯/茚的共聚物由于其减小断裂强度而又不导致透明棒的浑浊而成为特别优选。另外,氢化烃类树脂可保证更好的唇膏及其它细棒的成形和灌注特性。
根据本发明,一种优选的组合物是含40-95%重量的化妆品用油脂或油脂混合物,1-10%重量的羊毛甾醇及0.1-30%重量的一种或多种化妆品用共聚物或高聚物和合适的香料,色料及它们的混合物。
通过添加无机物如二氧化硅,例如Aerosil、Cab-o-Sil或Syloid、颜料、高岭土或用SiO2改性的高岭土TiO2等可进一步使所述组合物固化。其中可能含有的羟基能成键使产品固化而不破坏其透明度,同时可降低使用化妆品棒时皮肤的油腻感。
该化妆品组合物中的其它添加剂或活性成分可以包括维生素,如维生素A或A的衍生物,有色植物提取物,如脂溶性的栀子提取物,脂溶性胡萝卜提取物,辣椒粉LS提取物,β-胡萝卜素,硬种子提取物,有机防晒剂如甲氧基肉桂酸辛基酯,甲基gluceth 10或甲基gluceth 20以及活性芳香剂如Triclosan或去味剂如Grillocin。
添加香料是特别令人感兴趣的一点。本发明所述的固态组合物具有可添加通常溶于乙醇的或浓缩的大量香料而不导致该组合物失去其透明度的优点。根据所述组合物的总重可添加重量百分比为0.1~15%的香料。能够大量生产的透明香料棒会使使用特别方便而令人愉快,例如用于颈部,面部,腋窝等处。
本发明所述组合物另一点特别令人感兴趣的是添加色料及颜料。所有商用的有机色料及无机颜料均可使用。必须注意到的是,为维持组合物的透明度需要使用有机脂溶性色料,而在半透明或不透明组合物中也可使用无机颜料。
向组合物中添加有机油溶性色料并不困难。添加无机颜料时最好将颜料或颜料混合物在油中碾碎再向组合物中添加。低的颜料含量,即重量百分比在0.1~0.3%范围内得到有色的近乎透明的固态组合物。高颜料含量例如重量百分比在3~4%范围内得到浑浊或不透明的组合物。也可制成唇膏,化妆棒,唇油,胭脂或粉底,它们是本发明中颜料含量高达8%重量的特殊形式。
颜料,颜料混合物及那些具有颜料作用的粉末均适用,包括那些具有珠光作用的粉末,如氧化铁,(二)氧化钛,云母,高岭土,滑石,云母/氧化钛,云母/氧化钛/氧化铁,氯氧化铋,尼龙晶球,陶瓷晶球,扩张或非扩张性合成高分子粉末,粉状天然有机化合物如地面固藻,网状或非网状谷物淀粉及云母/氧化钛/有机色料。
本发明所述这些基本添加了香料(例如香料棒)的固态组合物当然也可以添加颜料;反之,含有各种浓度的颜料的组合物也可以添加香料。
组合物中也可添加液晶如Merck Licritherm。
本发明的组合物以直径为0.5-5cm的化妆品棒的形式存在。
本发明的另一特征是组合物不含水相,也就是说不含任何另加入的可视为添加相的水。组合物只含有极少量的使成分间产生物理结合的水。但其含量小于重量的5%。
本发明所述的固态组合物通常在升温至40~90℃条件下混合搅拌油脂和羊毛甾醇制得。当使用具有较高熔点的树脂高聚物或共聚物作为添加剂时温度可以更高。熔化有利于向组合物中添加这些物质。然后在适宜温度下搅拌加入其它活性化妆品用物质或其它添加剂,该温度为本领域的专家所知。该均相混合物先通过缓慢搅拌去除空气,然后倒入适宜的模具内冷却。
本发明优选的具体实施例如下:
1)透明固态化妆品形式的固态组合物;有色或无色,含有或不含香料,活性物质,防晒剂或液晶;
2)透明香味组合物,有色或无色,含香料,含有或不含活性物质,防晒剂或液晶;
3)透明防晒组合物,有色或无色,含有或不含香料,含有或不含活性物质或液晶;
4)透明除臭剂和/或抗汗剂组合物,有色或无色,有香味,含有或不含活性物质或液晶。
具体实施方式
下面将举例详述本发明。如无特别指出,百分比均为重量百分比。
实施例1
无色透明棒(1)
产品通过在约115℃下混合所有成分制得。该蜡状物熔化后将均相产物冷至70℃倒入模具。

组合物按实施例1方法制造。

红Ca++色淀(CI 15850:1) 0.02
红33铝色淀(CI 17200) 0.01
将羊毛甾醇,共聚物,1,2,4-苯三酸三癸基酯和氢化聚异丁烯在最高约115℃下熔化,同时以约每分钟300转的速度搅拌。完全熔化后,降温至95℃,加入事先与苯三酸酯混合的颜料。接着以约每分钟350转的速度搅拌下加入二氧化硅。加入二氧化硅后缓慢搅拌同时降温以去除均相混合物中的空气。然后在65℃下将混合物倒入模具。

Claims (12)
1.一种以固化油脂为基质的固态化妆品组合物,基于所述组合物的总量,该组合物中含有40~95%重量的化妆品用油脂或油脂混合物和1~10%重量的羊毛甾醇,并且该固态化妆品组合物不含任何蜡,是透明的。
2.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中的油脂选自由矿物油脂,氢化聚异丁烯,聚异戊二烯,角鲨烷,植物油脂,化妆品用酯类,化妆品用醚类及其它们的混合物所组成的组中。
3.按照权利要求2的组合物,其中所述油脂是:氢化聚异丁烯,聚异戊二烯,角鲨烷,1,2,4-三苯酸三癸基酯,三甲基丙烷三异硬脂酸酯,异癸基柠檬酸酯,新戊基二醇二庚酸酯,PPG15十八烷醚,金盏花油,西蒙得木油,鳄梨油或昆士兰果油或它们的混合物。
4.按照权利要求1的组合物,该组合物含有40~95%重量的化妆品用油脂或油脂混合物,1~10%重量的羊毛甾醇和0.1~30%重量的一种或多种化妆品用高聚物或共聚物。
5.按照权利要求1的组合物,基于所述组合物的总量,该组合物中含有0.1~58%重量的一种或多种活性化妆品成分或添加剂,该活性化妆品成分或添加剂选自由高聚物,共聚物,二氧化硅,维生素,有机脂溶性色料,无机颜料,抗氧化剂,芳香剂,防晒剂,香料,高岭土,用SiO2改性的高岭土,有色植物提取物,有机防晒剂,活性芳香剂,液晶及其它们的混合物所组成的组中,并且该组合物中不含有水相。
6.按照权利要求5的组合物,该组合物中含有0.1~50%重量的一种或多种活性化妆品成分或添加剂。
7.按照权利要求5的组合物,其中的高聚物和共聚物选自由氢化苯乙烯/甲基苯乙烯/茚共聚物,乙烯基吡咯烷酮和长链α-链烯的共聚物,脂肪酸酯的盐类,PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯及其它们的混合物所组成的组中。
8.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中所述组合物以直径为0.5~5cm的化妆品棒的形式存在。
9.按照权利要求1的组合物,其中所述组合物以不含水相的透明的带香味的化妆品棒的形式存在。
10.按照权利要求8或9的组合物,其中所述的棒是有色的或有颜料的。
11.按照权利要求1-8之一的组合物,其中所述组合物以一种化妆品配方的形式存在。
12.按照权利要求1-7之一的组合物,其中所述组合物以一种防晒剂配方的形式存在。
