背景技术
汽油化浆是V带生产过程中非常重要的一个配方,传统的做法是将胶料在密炼机里混炼均匀,然后用汽油将胶料溶解。在车间使用时,先将溶解的浆料倒入浆料槽,线绳穿过浆料槽后表面附着浆料从而达到和薄皮胶的操作粘性。
目前主流的包布V带生产时候均要用到汽油化浆浆料,而浆料在使用过程中会出现一些问题;(1)浆料是由汽油溶解,汽油在运输、存储和使用过程中存在一定的安全隐患。配浆车间在之前多次发生起火等消防安全隐患。(2)由于浆料的使用,下道使用车间有很浓的汽油味,汽油中的铅、醚、烷等化学物质长期被工人吸入,容易导致职业病。(3)线绳过浆液时易产生飞絮,飞絮飘出导致车间环境恶化,严重影响车间5S。(4)人工配制化浆浆料时,汽油易挥发导致浆液浓度控制不好,在过线绳时导致纤纱张力不稳,影响纤纱后线绳长度的稳定性。(5)同时使用的汽油也是一种能耗,占据能耗、碳排放指标等。
故提供一种无需汽油化浆步骤的水胶浆线绳就显得重要。
发明内容
本发明希望提供一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆及其使用方法,具体方案如下:
一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,包括一浴活化浸渍液、二浴RFL浸渍液和水胶浆三浴浸渍液;
所述一浴活化浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:水性异氰酸酯1-10份,环氧树脂1-10份,去离子水80-100份;
所述二浴RFL浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:氨水1-10份,间苯二酚-甲醛缩合物1-10份,甲醛1-5份,丁吡胶乳30-50份,天然胶乳1-10份,液体炭黑5-10份,去离子水50-100份;
所述水胶浆三浴浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:水性氧化锌1-5份,水性硫磺1-5份,水性促进剂DM,水性增粘树脂1-5份,天然胶乳20-50份,丁吡胶乳20-50份,液体炭黑1-10份,去离子水40-80份。
所述一浴活化浸渍液的制备方法如下:将去离子水加入反应釜中,搅拌中速依次加入环氧树脂和水性异氰酸酯,搅拌至原材料完全溶解待用。
所述二浴RFL浸渍液的制备方法如下:将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入氨水,间苯二酚和甲醛缩合物,搅拌至原材料完全溶解,制得溶液A,将水加入到反应釜中,加入甲醛,搅拌1-5分钟,制得溶液B,将水加入到反应釜中,将氨水、丁吡胶乳、天然胶乳依次加入到反应釜中,制得溶液C,先将溶液A加入到溶液C中,然后将溶液B加入到溶液C中,然后将液体炭黑加入到液体C中,搅拌10-30min后最终制得RFL浸渍液。
RFL浸渍液置于20-30℃下熟化8-24H后使用。
所述水胶浆三浴浸渍液的制备方法如下:将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入水性氧化锌,水性硫磺,水性促进剂DM和水性增粘树脂,低速搅拌下搅拌10-30min,制得溶液A,将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入天然胶乳、丁吡胶乳,低速搅拌下搅拌1-5min,制得溶液B,将溶液A加入到溶液B中,在将液体炭黑胶乳到溶液B中,最终制得水胶浆三浴浸渍液。
一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆的使用方法,将涤纶纤维加捻后,浸入一浴活化浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在200-230℃,在浸入二浴RFL浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在220-260℃,在浸入水胶浆三浴浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在100-150℃烘干即可。
目前V带行业使用的线绳在制备成V带的过程中需要经过汽油化浆浸渍工艺,经过汽油化浆浸渍工艺后的线绳具有一定的操作粘性,在成型、牵纱过程中可以和橡胶进行沾合到一起,进而可以进行下一步的工艺操作。水胶浆线绳可以通过水胶浆三浴的配方,即满足和橡胶的粘合又能满足和橡胶的操作粘性,从而可以去掉汽油化浆的工艺步骤。
水胶浆线绳可以去除汽油化浆工艺,达到和橡胶的操作粘性和粘合效果,去除汽油化浆工艺,可以在环保、能耗以及减碳等作用,且通过调整配方可以提高粘合性。
水胶浆线绳与橡胶的粘合主要通过一浴活化浸渍液和二浴RFL浸渍液和橡胶之间进行反应从而形成粘合效果,水胶浆三浴中的水性氧化锌、硫磺和促进剂,可以使得水胶浆线绳在与橡胶进行粘合效果时,起到相应的作用,水胶浆三浴中添加的乳胶可以提供一定的粘合作用,其中通过调整丁吡胶乳和天然胶乳的配比实现操作粘性和粘合的最优值,水性增粘树脂可以给线绳表面提供一定的操作粘合,从而在下道使用过程中满足操作粘性的要求。
具体实施方式
水胶浆配方
一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,包括一浴活化浸渍液、二浴RFL浸渍液和水胶浆三浴浸渍液;
一浴活化浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:水性异氰酸酯1-10份,环氧树脂1-10份,去离子水80-100份;
二浴RFL浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:氨水1-10份,间苯二酚-甲醛缩合物1-10份,甲醛1-5份,丁吡胶乳30-50份,天然胶乳1-10份,液体炭黑5-10份,去离子水50-100份;
水胶浆三浴浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:水性氧化锌1-5份,水性硫磺1-5份,水性促进剂DM,水性增粘树脂1-5份,天然胶乳20-50份,丁吡胶乳20-50份,液体炭黑1-10份,去离子水40-80份。
水胶浆制备
一浴活化浸渍液的制备方法如下:将去离子水加入反应釜中,搅拌中速依次加入环氧树脂和水性异氰酸酯,搅拌至原材料完全溶解待用。
二浴RFL浸渍液的制备方法如下:将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入氨水,间苯二酚和甲醛缩合物,搅拌至原材料完全溶解,制得溶液A,将水加入到反应釜中,加入甲醛,搅拌1-5分钟,制得溶液B,将水加入到反应釜中,将氨水、丁吡胶乳、天然胶乳依次加入到反应釜中,制得溶液C,先将溶液A加入到溶液C中,然后将溶液B加入到溶液C中,然后将液体炭黑加入到液体C中,搅拌10-30min后最终制得RFL浸渍液,RFL浸渍液置于20-30℃下熟化8-24H后使用。
水胶浆三浴浸渍液的制备方法如下:将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入水性氧化锌,水性硫磺,水性促进剂DM和水性增粘树脂,低速搅拌下搅拌10-30min,制得溶液A,将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入天然胶乳、丁吡胶乳,低速搅拌下搅拌1-5min,制得溶液B,将溶液A加入到溶液B中,在将液体炭黑胶乳到溶液B中,最终制得水胶浆三浴浸渍液。

将涤纶纤维加捻后,浸入一浴活化浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在200-230℃,在浸入二浴RFL浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在220-260℃,在浸入水胶浆三浴浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在100-150℃烘干即可。

在具体实施过程,通过不同的配方试验案列,例如水胶浆三浸中天然胶乳:丁吡胶乳,随着天然胶乳的比例减少,丁吡胶乳的比例增大,水胶浆线绳表现出和线绳的粘合增加但下道工艺和橡胶的粘性降低,反之,当天然胶乳的比例增加,丁吡胶乳的比例减少,水胶浆线绳表现出在下游工艺中优秀的粘性但和线绳的粘合降低,两个极端也即是乳胶全部是天然胶乳,表现出最佳的操作粘性,全部是丁吡胶乳,表现出最优的和橡胶的粘合力(实验得到权利要求的比例是最佳的)。
水性增粘树脂占比做了几轮试验,从1%含量-3%含量,试验结果表明1%含量即能满足工艺要求,随着含量增加,线绳表面附着的水胶浆三浸量变多,对整体的加工有影响,故1%的含量即可满足相应要求。
水性氧化锌、硫化、促进剂DM等,是必要的助剂,没有这些原材料,水胶浆线绳和橡胶之间的粘合极差,但这些助剂也不能太多,通过多轮试验可以得出其具体的添加量(即权利要求所述范围)。
经过测试本发明的产品各项检测结果表明其粘合性能和常规的配方接近(不过本申请环保,且能耗),且在后道的加工过程中粘性情况好于常规配方。
以上内容叙述了本发明的技术原理、有益效果以及本发明的特点,应当指出,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,但不受上述实施例的限制,对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明内容的前提下,可以做出一些改进和优化,这些应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,其特征在于:包括一浴活化浸渍液、二浴RFL浸渍液和水胶浆三浴浸渍液;
所述一浴活化浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:水性异氰酸酯1-10份,环氧树脂1-10份,去离子水80-100份;
所述二浴RFL浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:氨水1-10份,间苯二酚-甲醛缩合物1-10份,甲醛1-5份,丁吡胶乳30-50份,天然胶乳1-10份,液体炭黑5-10份,去离子水50-100份;
所述水胶浆三浴浸渍液包括以下质量分数配方:水性氧化锌1-5份,水性硫磺1-5份,水性促进剂DM,水性增粘树脂1-5份,天然胶乳20-50份,丁吡胶乳20-50份,液体炭黑1-10份,去离子水40-80份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,其特征在于,所述一浴活化浸渍液的制备方法如下:将去离子水加入反应釜中,搅拌中速依次加入环氧树脂和水性异氰酸酯,搅拌至原材料完全溶解待用。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,其特征在于,所述二浴RFL浸渍液的制备方法如下:将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入氨水,间苯二酚和甲醛缩合物,搅拌至原材料完全溶解,制得溶液A,将水加入到反应釜中,加入甲醛,搅拌1-5分钟,制得溶液B,将水加入到反应釜中,将氨水、丁吡胶乳、天然胶乳依次加入到反应釜中,制得溶液C,先将溶液A加入到溶液C中,然后将溶液B加入到溶液C中,然后将液体炭黑加入到液体C中,搅拌10-30min后最终制得RFL浸渍液。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,其特征在于:RFL浸渍液置于20-30℃下熟化8-24H后使用。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水胶浆线绳的水胶浆,其特征在于,所述水胶浆三浴浸渍液的制备方法如下:将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入水性氧化锌,水性硫磺,水性促进剂DM和水性增粘树脂,低速搅拌下搅拌10-30min,制得溶液A,将水加入到反应釜中,依次加入天然胶乳、丁吡胶乳,低速搅拌下搅拌1-5min,制得溶液B,将溶液A加入到溶液B中,在将液体炭黑加入到溶液B中,最终制得水胶浆三浴浸渍液。
6.一种如权利要求1所述水胶浆线绳的水胶浆的使用方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将涤纶纤维加捻后,浸入一浴活化浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在200-230℃,在浸入二浴RFL浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在220-260℃,在浸入水胶浆三浴浸渍液中,然后进烘箱进行热处理,其中烘箱温度在100-150℃烘干即可。
