Description

A series of Chinese medicinal preparations for treating femur head necrosis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a series of traditional Chinese medicines taking an oral preparation as a main treatment for femoral head necrosis.
Background
In modern society, people's diet range is becoming wider. Moreover, with the development of social economy, the physical labor of people is gradually reduced, and the intake of various kinds of pungent foods such as raw foods, cold foods, spicy foods and the like, and the lack of exercise, the symptoms such as body ache and swelling and the like can be generated for a long time. This characteristic is aggravated by prolonged cold in the local body, moisture is formed in the body, liquid is formed by prolonged moisture accumulation in the body, symptoms such as effusion prevent bone blood supply, and further bone does not absorb nutrition and gradually changes color, and finally necrosis phenomena such as typical femoral head necrosis occur. Currently, there is no effective treatment for femoral head necrosis (especially in severe cases), most of which is surgically replaced by stainless steel. Stainless steel can absorb temperature and energy in the body, bring local low temperature conditions and cause various sequelae. Meanwhile, the treatment mode of the operation belongs to wound treatment, and not only causes huge economic burden to patients, but also brings various infection risks.
The Chinese traditional medicine of China further explores femoral head necrosis, basically takes internal treatment as the main part and external treatment as the auxiliary part, and the femoral head necrosis takes dialectical treatment as the principle due to different etiology and symptoms, clinically takes internal treatment as the main part and cooperates with external treatment, and the internal and external treatment can accelerate metabolism of organisms and regeneration of capillary vessels, thereby being beneficial to necrotic bone absorption and new bone growth.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed in the prior art generally treats femoral head necrosis with basic curative effect, and does not have dialectical treatment, so that the curative effect of some symptoms is not good.

The specific expression is that the pain of the hip is distending pain or stabbing pain, the pain is fixed and not moved, the pain is aggravated after sitting for a long time, the pain is relieved after proper movement, but the pain can be caused by the relatively large passive or active movement of the hip joint in any direction, the tongue is slightly dark, and the pulse is deep and astringent. It should promote qi circulation and remove blood stasis. The second composition is taken orally. If distending pain is the main ingredient, the decoction for guiding qi downward and activating blood circulation is taken together; if the stinging pain is the main aspect, the decoction is taken together with the decoction for restoring normal function and activating blood.
2. Qi deficiency and blood stasis type
The specific expression is that the pain of the hip joint is not severe, or only slight pain is felt. Mainly, the functional disorder is that the serious people can not move freely in any direction, even bed or crutch walking is sometimes accompanied by slight muscular atrophy, the complexion is lusterless, the people are less qi and lazy to talk, the tongue is dark red, and the tongue coating is thin and white. It should be effective in invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation. The second composition and/or the third composition are taken orally.
3. Deficiency of both qi and blood
The specific manifestation is that qi and blood circulation is unsmooth, muscles and bones are malnourished, so that the muscles are atrophic, blood supply is insufficient after activity, pain is aggravated, and the pain is not obvious when the rest is carried out. Pale complexion due to blood deficiency, pale lips and nails, shortness of breath and hypodynamia due to qi deficiency. A weak pulse, a pale tongue with thin and white coating, both of which are the symptoms of qi and blood deficiency. It should be used for invigorating qi and nourishing blood. The third composition is taken orally. Spleen is the source of qi and blood, and if stomach is not good, spleen-invigorating and stomach-nourishing herbs should be combined according to the syndrome.

The capacity and speed of necrotic bone absorption, bone repair and reconstruction in treatment are related to various factors, and besides age and emotional changes of patients outside treatment, the pure administration of drugs is also closely related to other auxiliary therapies. The time and completeness of the bone repair and reconstruction are also directly related to the size of the necrosis range. The absorption of dead bone can be seen from X-ray films in general from 3 months to half a year of treatment, and in some cases 40 days of treatment the top half moon dead bone is reduced from 3.8cm X1.9cm to 3cm X1.5cm. There were cases where the 2-half month top center dead bone was reduced from 4.0cm x2.5cm to 3.4cm x1.0cm. Many patients have significantly improved symptoms and functions in one or two months or less after treatment, and have absorbed and cracked dead bones after treatment, have had changes in capsules, have had free bone fragments filled, have had dead bone fragments absorbed, have had collapse and deform, and have no longer collapsed as seen from X-ray films. The above results occur mainly because the type of necrosis is different from the timing of treatment and should be considered as repair in general. Can improve symptoms and functions through repair. Many patients recover normal work after 1-2 years of treatment, and some cases follow-up for 15-20 years without recurrence, and the curative effect is stable.
