Description

Vinasse traditional Chinese medicine bag for treating rheumatic arthralgia, lumbar muscle strain and joint injury
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a vinasse traditional Chinese medicine bag for treating rheumatic arthralgia, lumbar muscle strain and joint injury.
Background
White spirit is a traditional beverage in China, and the brewing history of the white spirit has been thousands of years. With the industrialization of white spirit production, the amount of vinasse as a byproduct is increasing, and reaches 2100 ten thousand tons each year. Because it is acidic, it is easy to decay, if it is not treated in time, it will cause serious pollution, and the distillers' grains themselves still have certain value and availability due to various reasons such as incomplete fermentation.
At present, China has achieved certain achievements in the research on the aspect. For example, the method uses distiller's grains to prepare glycerol, culture edible fungi, extract compound amino acid and trace elements, extract phytic acid and calcium phytate, brew vinegar, extract protein and cellulase, uses the anaerobic fermentation of the distiller's grains to recover methane, prepares SCP feed, produces feed protein, prepares active carbon for sugar, uses the fermentation of the active carbon and lime as dyeing reducing agents, is used for regenerating raw wine to produce fertilizers, and is externally applied to treat arthritis and the like.
The traditional brewing process is a multi-purpose solid fermentation method, the raw materials are added with bran, rice husk, corncob, grass meal and other auxiliary materials before fermentation, so that the crude fiber content in the vinasse is increased, the vinasse is fermented by yeast, then the alcohol is recovered by a distillation method, the residue precipitated after the alcohol is extracted is re-blended and dried to obtain the dry vinasse.
The traditional method for treating the vinasse is to return the vinasse to the field or directly use the vinasse as livestock feed, so how to discover new bioactive substances from the vinasse and improve the secondary utilization value of the vinasse is the direction of the stress of a plurality of workers, and therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine package for the vinasse for treating the rheumatic arthralgia, the lumbar muscle strain and the joint injury is provided.

Theoretical basis of formulation
Song. "holy economical bibliography" book twenty notes: the symptoms of heaviness and pain of the body, spasm of limbs, even pain of the extremities, or numbness of the hands and feet due to the qi and blood stagnation caused by the three mixed qi of wind, cold and dampness. Wind-cold-dampness arthralgia is the main symptom of restlessness and pain or numbness of limbs, and is caused by wind, cold and dampness which are usually on the body surface. The three qi mixed in the body invade the limbs, close the striae, spasm of tendons and vessels, disturbance of qi and blood circulation, and obstruction of body fluid circulation. So it is manifested as pain or numbness of limbs. Su Wen Bi Lun (plain questions and Bi Lun): wind, cold and dampness are mixed to cause arthralgia, which means the condition of the qi system. The three pathogenic factors are necessarily different, and the symptoms are different according to the deviation. The wind-prevailing one is arthralgia-syndrome, the cold-prevailing one is arthralgia-syndrome, and the damp-prevailing one is arthralgia-syndrome. Migratory arthralgia is characterized by wind pathogen attacking the striae and skin striae, but wandering pain; arthralgia pain is mainly caused by cold stagnation in tendons and vessels, and is characterized by severe pain; the main reason for arthralgia is that the body fluids are condensed into dampness, which is characterized by serious emphasis. These characteristics reflect not only the deviation of the etiology but also different pathological changes. It is mainly in the striae, which is the part of the triple energizer of shaoyang meridians and the membrane striae, and it is the reason why defensive qi goes upward and downward, so wind affecting the membrane striae and the membrane meridians and pain, which often goes around with qi. It is mainly caused by muscle, and the interstitial space of muscle is the triple energizer of membrane and striae, and the region where body fluid goes up and down, it stagnates in the striae and muscle, and it is difficult to move the muscle due to the accumulation of body fluid in the interstitial space. Arthralgia pain is mainly caused by the diseases in the tendons and vessels, and the tendons and vessels are contracture and urgent when encountering cold, i.e., the "skin, flesh, vessels, tendons and bones" five kinds of arthralgia syndromes are classified according to the "plain questions and Bi Lun" to reflect the depth of the disease position, which has guiding significance. However, arthralgia syndrome usually presents with the same diseases of skin, flesh, tendon, pulse and bone, and the emphasis is only on the side, and the basic pathology is: wind, cold and dampness mix to treat skin, flesh, tendons, vessels and bones, and the stagnation of qi, blood and body fluids, the stagnation of skin and hair, dampness stagnation of muscle and bone joints and spasm and urgency of muscles and vessels become migratory arthralgia, painful arthralgia and migratory arthralgia.
Because arthralgia syndrome involves five levels of skin, flesh, vessels, tendons and bones, the formula for treating arthralgia syndrome reflects the basic structure of simultaneous treatment of five bodies.
The vinasse is pungent in flavor and warm in nature. Pungent and pungent herbs can disperse and move qi, and they are pungent in flavor for relieving exterior syndrome, moving qi and blood (blood-activating herbs). Therefore, pungent flavor is indicated for exterior syndrome and qi and blood stagnation. The 'pungent flavor can dissipate nodulation', namely pungent flavor herbs, are proposed in the 'medical records of reading book' to have the action of dissipating lumps and masses. It is also proposed from Zhen Zhu Yao Bu Yi (Pearl sac drug property) that the pungent herbs to induce resuscitation refer to pungent herbs which can move and disperse and induce resuscitation, and also have the actions of inducing resuscitation, alleviating pain, inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind. However, pungent herbs have the action of inducing resuscitation, and also have aromatic smell, so aromatic herbs also have the action of inducing resuscitation, so they are often called "pungent and fragrant" in combination. The blood-activating action of pungent herbs is mainly manifested in the aspect of action on blood circulation system. The commonly used medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis contain more than half of pungent drugs, and besides volatile oil, mainly contain alkaloid and glycosides.
The distiller's grains account for 70% of the medicinal bag, mainly for its pungent and warm properties, warming the middle-jiao, promoting blood circulation and dispelling cold, the rest of the Chinese medicines account for 30%, 13 types. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the raw materials of pungent and warm exterior-syndrome-relieving medicines (cassia twig, notopterygium root, schizonepeta, divaricate saposhnikovia root and dahurian angelica root), pungent and cool exterior-syndrome-relieving medicines (mulberry leaf), heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicines (figwort root), aromatic and dampness-resolving medicines (wrinkled gianthyssop herb), diuresis-inducing and dampness-excreting medicines (coix seed and fourstamen stephania root), rheumatism-expelling medicines (pubescent angelica root, homalomena rhizoma, mulberry twig and clematis root), interior-warming medicines (dried ginger and cinnamon), qi-regulating medicines (costustoot), blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines (ligusticum wallichii, frankincense, myrrh, salvia miltiorrhiza, suberect spatholobus stem, safflower, corydalis tuber and achyranthes root), tonifying medicines (liquorice and bighead atractylodes rhizome), blood-tonifying medicines (angelica, liver-calming and wind-extinguishing medicines (uncaria rhynchophylla.
