本发明涉及瓦楞纸板技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板及其制备方法,包括依次设置的下面纸层、下防水层、瓦楞纸层、上防水层以及上面纸层;所述上面纸层内以及下面纸层内均设有防水骨架层;所述下防水层与瓦楞纸层的波峰之间设有加强支撑层;所述加强支撑层的底部填充有粘接剂;所述上面纸层、上防水层、瓦楞纸层的波峰、加强支撑层、粘接剂、下防水层与下面纸层之间设有缝纫线。本发明通过采用缝纫线对瓦楞纸板的各层进行缝合代替胶粘工艺,可以大幅降低瓦楞纸板内甲醛与二甲苯等有毒有害气体的含量,环保性更好;另外通过设置下防水层与上防水层能够提高瓦楞纸板的防水能力;通过设置加强支撑层能够进一步提高瓦楞纸板的强度。

本发明涉及瓦楞纸板技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的瓦楞纸板生产中需要利用有机粘接剂将瓦楞纸板的面层纸和瓦楞纸进行粘合,由于瓦楞纸与面纸层的接触面积较大,所需的有机粘接剂的量也比较大,在瓦楞纸板的使用过程中,有机粘接剂中含的甲醛、二甲苯等有毒有害气体会挥发至环境中,对人体健康造成损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的上述不足,提供了一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,包括从下至上依次设置的下面纸层、下防水层、瓦楞纸层、上防水层以及上面纸层;
所述上面纸层内以及下面纸层内均设有防水骨架层;
所述下防水层与瓦楞纸层的波峰之间设有加强支撑层;所述加强支撑层的底部填充有粘接剂;所述粘接剂与下防水层连接;
所述上面纸层、上防水层、瓦楞纸层的波峰、加强支撑层、粘接剂、下防水层与下面纸层之间设有缝纫线。
本发明进一步设置为,所述上防水层的底部设有与瓦楞纸层的波峰匹配的上卡接槽。
本发明进一步设置为,所述下防水层的顶部设有与瓦楞纸层的波谷匹配的下卡接槽。
本发明进一步设置为,所述防水骨架层呈蜂窝状结构;
所述防水骨架层的材料为石蜡和/或环氧树脂。
本发明进一步设置为,所述上防水层与下防水层的材料为PVC。
本发明进一步设置为,所述加强支撑层为条状结构;所述加强支撑层通过纸纤维压制而成。
本发明进一步设置为,所述粘接剂的材料为浆糊和/或糊化玉米淀粉。
一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供下面纸层,在下面纸层通过针刺形成多个首尾连接的下针孔;
S2、向下针孔带位置涂布防水材料,使得防水材料经下针孔渗入下面纸层内,形成防水骨架层;
S3、提供下防水层,将下防水层贴合至下面纸层顶部;
S4、提供加强支撑层与粘接剂;将粘接剂填充至加强支撑层底部;将加强支撑层贴合至下防水层顶部;
S5、提供瓦楞纸层;将瓦楞纸层的波谷贴合至下防水层顶部;将瓦楞纸层的波峰贴合至加强支撑层顶部。
本发明进一步设置为,还包括以下步骤:
S6、提供上防水层,将上防水层贴合至瓦楞纸层的波峰顶部;
S7、提供上面纸层,在上面纸层通过针刺形成多个首尾连接的上针孔;
S8、向上针孔带位置涂布防水材料,使得防水材料经上针孔渗入上面纸层内,形成防水骨架层;
S9、将上面纸层贴合至上防水层的顶部;
S10、通过缝纫装置将上面纸层、上防水层、瓦楞纸层的波峰、加强支撑层、粘接剂、下防水层与下面纸层缝纫;
S11、通过裁切装置进行裁切。
本发明进一步设置为,在步骤S4中,所述加强支撑层通过离型膜保存。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过采用缝纫线对瓦楞纸板的各层进行缝合代替胶粘工艺,可以大幅降低瓦楞纸板内甲醛与二甲苯等有毒有害气体的含量,环保性更好;另外通过设置下防水层与上防水层能够提高瓦楞纸板的防水能力;通过设置加强支撑层能够进一步提高瓦楞纸板的强度。

由图1至图5可知,本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,包括从下至上依次设置的下面纸层1、下防水层2、瓦楞纸层3、上防水层4以及上面纸层5;
所述上面纸层5内以及下面纸层1内均设有防水骨架层6;
所述下防水层2与瓦楞纸层3的波峰之间设有加强支撑层71;所述加强支撑层71的底部填充有粘接剂72;所述粘接剂72与下防水层2连接;
所述上面纸层5、上防水层4、瓦楞纸层3的波峰、加强支撑层71、粘接剂72、下防水层2与下面纸层1之间设有缝纫线10。
具体地,本实施例所述的高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,通过设置下防水层2与上防水层4能够提高瓦楞纸板的防水能力;通过设置加强支撑层71能够进一步提高瓦楞纸板的强度;另外防水骨架层6由防水材料渗入面纸层内部固化后形成,防水材料包括有石蜡和/或环氧树脂等;与普通的瓦楞纸板相比,由于防水骨架为设置在上面纸层5内部以及下面纸层1内部的封闭结构,在上面纸层5或者下面纸层1受到外界飞溅的水浸染时,防水骨架可以将水滴的润湿范围控制在对应的蜂窝网格中,有效避免上面纸层5或者下面纸层1表面的水在面纸层的虹吸作用下向周边扩散,造成更大的区域被润湿,导致瓦楞纸板的强度降低。
另外,本实施例通过采用缝纫线10对瓦楞纸板的各层进行缝合代替胶粘工艺,可以大幅降低瓦楞纸板内甲醛与二甲苯等有毒有害气体的含量,环保性更好;同时,为了降低缝纫线10对各层之间的剪切作用的影响,本实施例通过设置加强支撑层71,缝纫线10的缝合部位从加强支撑层71内贯穿,以增强加纸层与缝纫线10之间的接触面积,降低缝纫线10对各层的剪切作用;另外在加强支撑层71内填充粘接层,一方面可以使得在放置加强支撑层71时加强支撑层71与下防水层2之间的结合更加稳固;另一方面在缝纫线10贯穿粘接层的过程中,粘附于缝纫线10上的粘接层材料也可以被带出,对上针孔或者下针孔进行密封;同时使得缝纫线10被粘附于上面纸层5或者下面纸层1表面,贴合度更好。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,所述上防水层4的底部设有与瓦楞纸层3的波峰匹配的上卡接槽41。具体地,通过上述设置使得瓦楞纸层3的波峰位置嵌入至上卡接槽41内,从而能够增强多层环保瓦楞纸板的强度。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,所述下防水层2的顶部设有与瓦楞纸层3的波谷匹配的下卡接槽21。具体地,通过上述设置使得瓦楞纸层3的波谷位置嵌入至下卡接槽21内,从而能够增强多层环保瓦楞纸板的强度。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,所述防水骨架层6呈蜂窝状结构;在上面纸层5或者下面纸层1受到外界飞溅的水浸染时,防水骨架可以将水滴的润湿范围控制在对应的蜂窝网格中,有效避免上面纸层5或者下面纸层1表面的水在面纸层的虹吸作用下向周边扩散,造成更大的区域被润湿,导致瓦楞纸板的强度降低。
所述防水骨架层6的材料为石蜡和/或环氧树脂;通过上述设置使得多层环保瓦楞纸板更加环保。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,所述上防水层4与下防水层2的材料为PVC。通过上述设置使得多层环保瓦楞纸板更加环保。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,所述加强支撑层71为条状结构;所述加强支撑层71通过纸纤维压制而成。通过上述设置使得多层环保瓦楞纸板更加环保。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,所述粘接剂72的材料为浆糊和/或糊化玉米淀粉。通过上述设置使得多层环保瓦楞纸板更加环保。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供下面纸层1,在下面纸层1通过针刺形成多个首尾连接的下针孔;具体地,下面纸层1通过第一针刺装置91,第一针刺装置91在下面纸层1针刺形成多个首尾连接的排列为封闭图形的下针孔带;
S2、向下针孔带位置通过第一涂布装置93涂布防水材料,使得防水材料经下针孔渗入下面纸层1内,形成防水骨架层6;其中该防水材料为石蜡和/或环氧树脂,防水材料渗入下面纸层1后进行固化,固化后从而形成蜂窝状的防水骨架层6;
S3、提供下防水层2,将下防水层2通过第一贴合装置81贴合至下面纸层1顶部;
S4、提供加强支撑层71与粘接剂72;将粘接剂72填充至加强支撑层71底部;通过第二贴合装置82将加强支撑层71贴合至下防水层2顶部;其中加强支撑层71的底部设有容置槽,通过在容置槽内填充粘接剂72;该粘接剂72的材料为浆糊和/或糊化玉米淀粉;将各条状的加强支撑层71按照预定的间距贴合于下防水层2的顶部;
S5、提供瓦楞纸层3;通过第三贴合装置83将瓦楞纸层3的波谷贴合至下防水层2顶部;将瓦楞纸层3的波峰贴合至加强支撑层71顶部。其中,下防水层2的顶部设有下卡接槽21,将瓦楞纸层3的波谷位置嵌合至下卡接槽21的位置;
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板的制备方法,还包括以下步骤:
S6、提供上防水层4,通过第四贴合装置84将上防水层4贴合至瓦楞纸层3的波峰顶部;其中,上防水层4的顶部设有上卡接槽41,将瓦楞纸层3的波峰位置嵌合至上卡接槽41的位置;
S7、提供上面纸层5,在上面纸层5通过针刺形成多个首尾连接的上针孔;具体地,上面纸层5通过第二针刺装置92,第二针刺装置92在上面纸层5针刺形成多个首尾连接的排列为封闭图形的上针孔带;
S8、向上针孔带位置通过第二涂布装置94涂布防水材料,使得防水材料经上针孔渗入上面纸层5内,形成防水骨架层6;其中该防水材料为石蜡和/或环氧树脂,防水材料渗入上面纸层5后进行固化,固化后从而形成蜂窝状的防水骨架层6;
S9、然后通过第五贴合装置85将上面纸层5贴合至上防水层4的顶部;
S10、通过缝纫装置95将上面纸层5、上防水层4、瓦楞纸层3的波峰、加强支撑层71、粘接剂72、下防水层2与下面纸层1缝纫;通过缝合装置从加强支撑层71上方入针,使得缝纫线10贯穿瓦楞纸板的各层,将瓦楞纸板的各层缝合形成整体;缝合的针距与各个加强支撑层71的间距相等;
S11、通过裁切装置96进行裁切;通过裁切装置96按照预定的尺寸对瓦楞纸板进行裁切,经干燥后即得到成品瓦楞纸板。
本实施例所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板的制备方法,在步骤S4中,所述加强支撑层71通过离型膜73保存。通过上述设置便于对加强支撑层71进行存储。

Claims (10)
1.一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括从下至上依次设置的下面纸层、下防水层、瓦楞纸层、上防水层以及上面纸层;
所述上面纸层内以及下面纸层内均设有防水骨架层;
所述下防水层与瓦楞纸层的波峰之间设有加强支撑层;所述加强支撑层的底部填充有粘接剂;所述粘接剂与下防水层连接;
所述上面纸层、上防水层、瓦楞纸层的波峰、加强支撑层、粘接剂、下防水层与下面纸层之间设有缝纫线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述上防水层的底部设有与瓦楞纸层的波峰匹配的上卡接槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述下防水层的顶部设有与瓦楞纸层的波谷匹配的下卡接槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述防水骨架层呈蜂窝状结构;
所述防水骨架层的材料为石蜡和/或环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述上防水层与下防水层的材料为PVC。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述加强支撑层为条状结构;所述加强支撑层通过纸纤维压制而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述粘接剂的材料为浆糊和/或糊化玉米淀粉。
8.一种基于权利要求1-7任一所述的高强度的多层环保瓦楞纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、提供下面纸层,在下面纸层通过针刺形成多个首尾连接的下针孔;
S2、向下针孔带位置涂布防水材料,使得防水材料经下针孔渗入下面纸层内,形成防水骨架层;
S3、提供下防水层,将下防水层贴合至下面纸层顶部;
S4、提供加强支撑层与粘接剂;将粘接剂填充至加强支撑层底部;将加强支撑层贴合至下防水层顶部;
S5、提供瓦楞纸层;将瓦楞纸层的波谷贴合至下防水层顶部;将瓦楞纸层的波峰贴合至加强支撑层顶部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种制备方法,其特征在于:还包括以下步骤:
S6、提供上防水层,将上防水层贴合至瓦楞纸层的波峰顶部;
S7、提供上面纸层,在上面纸层通过针刺形成多个首尾连接的上针孔;
S8、向上针孔带位置涂布防水材料,使得防水材料经上针孔渗入上面纸层内,形成防水骨架层;
S9、将上面纸层贴合至上防水层的顶部;
S10、通过缝纫装置将上面纸层、上防水层、瓦楞纸层的波峰、加强支撑层、粘接剂、下防水层与下面纸层缝纫;
S11、通过裁切装置进行裁切。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S4中,所述加强支撑层通过离型膜保存。
