发明内容
各种实施方式涉及一种用于车辆的照明装置,其可以通过使用一个光源来选择性地实现驱动照明和动态格栅照明。
在一个实施方式中,一种用于车辆的照明装置包括:中央主体单元;驱动透镜单元,其设置于中央主体单元的两侧,并且被配置为提供驱动照明;格栅透镜单元,其设置在中央主体单元和驱动透镜单元之间,并且被配置为提供格栅照明;光源单元,其被配置为选择性地向驱动透镜单元和格栅透镜单元发射光。
驱动透镜单元可以包括:第一驱动透镜部,其暴露于外部;以及第二驱动透镜部,其被配置为从第一驱动透镜部向后延伸围绕光源单元,以透射从光源单元发射的光,并且将光引导至格栅透镜单元。
驱动透镜单元还可以包括:第三驱动透镜部,其设置在第一驱动透镜部的内部,并且被配置为防止第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。
第三驱动透镜部可以包括不透明材料并且可以安装或涂覆在第一驱动透镜部的内部。
格栅透镜单元可以提供用于在自主驾驶模式下通信的格栅照明。
格栅透镜单元可以向驾驶员提供欢迎或再见的运动照明。
格栅透镜单元可以包括:第一格栅透镜部,其设置在中央主体单元与驱动透镜单元之间以透射光;以及第二格栅透镜部,其设置在第一格栅透镜部的内部,并且被配置为允许从光源单元提供的光的一部分穿过。
在第二格栅透镜部中,阻挡左右横向光的第二阻挡部和透射光的第二透射部可以交替地设置。
格栅透镜单元还可以包括:第四格栅透镜部,其涂覆在第一格栅透镜部上,并且被配置为透射光并具有与中央主体单元的颜色相对应的颜色。
格栅透镜单元可以包括:第一格栅透镜部,其设置在中央主体单元与驱动透镜单元之间以透射光;以及第三格栅透镜部,其设置在第一格栅透镜部的外侧并且被配置为允许透射过第一格栅透镜部的光的一部分穿过。
在第三格栅透镜部中,阻挡左右横向光的第三阻挡部和透射光的第三透射部可以交替地设置。
格栅透镜单元还可以包括:第四格栅透镜部,其涂覆在第一格栅透镜部上,并且被配置为透射光并具有与中央主体单元的颜色相对应的颜色。
光源单元可以包括:光生成部,其被配置为在施加电力时生成光;光连接部,其联接至光生成部;以及光旋转部,其被配置为使光连接部旋转,使得光生成部向驱动透镜单元发射光或向格栅透镜单元发射光。
在光生成部中,多个LED灯可以垂直设置。
当光生成部通过光旋转部旋转以向驱动透镜单元发射光时,可以提供驱动照明。
当光生成部通过光旋转部旋转以向格栅透镜单元发射光时,可以提供格栅照明。
光源单元还可以包括:遮光部,其安装在光生成部的外侧,并且被配置为防止第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。
在一个实施方式中,一种用于车辆的照明装置包括:驱动透镜单元,其被配置为提供驱动照明;格栅透镜单元,其与驱动透镜单元相邻设置,并且被配置为提供格栅照明;以及光源单元,其被配置为选择性地向驱动透镜单元和格栅透镜单元发射光。
光源单元可以包括:光生成部,其被配置为在施加电力时生成光;光连接部,其联接至光生成部;以及光旋转部,其被配置为使光连接部旋转,使得光生成部向驱动透镜单元发射光或向格栅透镜单元发射光。
光源单元还可以包括:遮光部,遮光部安装在光生成部的外侧,并且被配置为防止第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参考附图通过各种示例性实施方式描述根据本公开的用于车辆的照明装置。在该过程中,为了清楚和方便解释,可以夸大附图中所示的线的粗细或元件的尺寸。此外,稍后将描述的术语是考虑其在本公开中的功能而定义的术语,并且可以根据用户或操作者的意图或根据实践而改变。因此,应当基于本说明书的公开内容来定义这样的术语。
图1是示意性地示出根据本公开的实施方式的用于车辆的照明装置1的图,图2是示意性地示出根据本公开的实施方式的实现驱动照明的状态的图,并且图3是示意性地示出根据本公开的实施方式的实现格栅照明的状态的图。参照图1至图3,根据本公开的实施方式的用于车辆的照明装置1包括中央主体单元10、驱动透镜单元20、格栅透镜单元30和光源单元40。
中央主体单元10可以设置在车身100的前表面的中央部分处。在内燃机车辆的情况下,用于冷却发动机的散热器可以设置在中央主体单元10内部,并且中央主体单元10可以形成有允许空气从中穿过的孔。
驱动透镜单元20可以设置在中央主体单元10的两侧,并且可以提供驱动照明。驱动透镜单元20可以安装在车身100上并与中央主体单元10间隔开。在这种情况下,驱动照明是用于在夜间或日间驾驶期间诱导驾驶员视野的固定的照明,并且可以由近光灯和远光灯实现。
格栅透镜单元30可以设置在中央主体单元10和驱动透镜单元20之间,并且可以提供格栅照明。格栅透镜单元30可以连接到车身100、中央主体单元10和驱动透镜单元20中的一个或更多个。在这种情况下,可以在车身100的左右横向方向上提供格栅照明。格栅照明可以用于自主驾驶模式中的通信或向驾驶员提供欢迎或再见的运动照明。
光源单元40可以选择性地向驱动透镜单元20和格栅透镜单元30发射光。在光源单元40中,多个LED灯可以垂直设置,上LED灯可以用作近光灯,下LED灯可以用作远光灯。这样的LED灯可以向驱动透镜单元20发射光,或者向格栅透镜单元30发射光。
根据本公开的另一实施方式的用于车辆的照明装置1可以设置在车辆的后部、侧部和前部的各个点处,并且可以提供照明。即,根据本公开的另一实施方式的用于车辆的照明装置1包括驱动透镜单元20、格栅透镜单元30和光源单元40。驱动透镜单元20、格栅透镜单元30和光源单元40不限于中央主体单元10的两侧,并且可以设置在车辆中的各个点处。
根据本公开的实施方式的驱动透镜单元20可以包括第一驱动透镜部21和第二驱动透镜部22。
第一驱动透镜部21可以暴露于外部。例如,第一驱动透镜部21可以安装在车身100上,并与相邻的格栅透镜单元30连接。第一驱动透镜部21可以由能够透射光的材料制成。
第二驱动透镜部22可以从第一驱动透镜部21向后延伸并围绕光源单元40。第二驱动透镜部22可以透射光源单元40发出的光线,并将光线引导至格栅透镜单元30。第二驱动透镜部22可以从第一驱动透镜部21的一端延伸,以分隔其中设置有光源单元40的空间。另外,第二驱动透镜部22可以从第一驱动透镜部21的两端延伸以覆盖光源单元40。第二驱动透镜部22的一部分可以透射光,而其余部分可以阻挡光。
根据本公开的实施方式的驱动透镜单元20还可以包括第三驱动透镜部23。第三驱动透镜部23可以设置在第一驱动透镜部21的内部,并且可以防止第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。第三驱动透镜部23可以包括不透明材料,并且可以安装或涂覆在第一驱动透镜部21内。
根据本公开的实施方式的光源单元40可以包括光生成部41、光连接部42和光旋转部43。
当电力被施加时,光生成部41可以生成光。在光生成部41中,多个LED灯可以垂直设置,一些LED灯可以作为近光灯,而其它LED灯可以作为远光灯。
光连接部42可以联接到光生成部41。光连接部42的一端可以联接到光生成部41,并且光连接部42的另一端可以联接到光旋转部43。根据驱动透镜单元20的内部空间的设计,光连接部42可以具有直的、弯曲的或弯折的形状。
光旋转部43可以使光连接部42旋转,使得光生成部41向驱动透镜单元20发射光或向格栅透镜单元30发射光。光旋转部43可以可旋转地安装在车身100上,并且光连接部42可以联接到光旋转部43的外部。当光生成部41通过光旋转部43设置为面向第一驱动透镜部21时,可以提供驱动照明。光生成部41面向第一驱动透镜部21的含义可以表示光生成部41向驱动透镜单元20发射光。当光生成部41通过光旋转部43设置为面向第二驱动透镜部22时,可以提供格栅照明。光生成部41面向第二驱动透镜部22的含义可以表示光生成部41向格栅透镜单元30发射光。
根据本公开的实施方式的光源单元40还可以包括遮光部44。遮光部44可以安装在光生成部41的外侧,并防止第一驱动透镜部21的内部被肉眼可见。光连接部42可以联接到光生成部41的一侧,并且遮光部44可以联接到光生成部41的另一侧。当光生成部41被旋转而进行格栅照明时,遮光部44可以设置为面向第一驱动透镜部21,并防止第一驱动透镜部21的内部从外侧可见。遮光部44可以制造成与第三驱动透镜部23具有相同的材料和颜色。第一驱动透镜部21可以形成为具有曲率,并且遮光部44可以形成为具有与第一驱动透镜部21的曲率相对应的曲率。当遮光部44限制第一驱动透镜部21的内视场的固定时,遮光部44和第三驱动透镜部23可以连续设置。
图4是示意性地示出根据本公开的第一实施方式的格栅透镜单元的图。参照图4,根据本公开的第一实施方式的格栅透镜单元30可以包括第一格栅透镜部31和第二格栅透镜部32。
第一格栅透镜部31可以设置在中央主体单元10和驱动透镜单元20之间以透射光。第一格栅透镜部31可以安装在车身100上并与中央主体单元10和第二驱动透镜部22连接。第一格栅透镜部31可以由透明材料制成。
第二格栅透镜部32可以设置在第一格栅透镜部31的内部,并且可以允许从光源单元40提供的光的一部分穿过。第二格栅透镜部32可以是联接到第一格栅透镜部31的内部的边框或施加到第一格栅透镜部31的内部的涂层。在第二格栅透镜部32中,可以交替地设置阻挡左右横向光的第二阻挡部321和透射光的第二透射部322。当第二格栅透镜部32具有边框形状时,第二格栅透镜部32的孔形状可以为第二透射部322。当第二格栅透镜部32涂覆在第一格栅透镜部31上时,通过蚀刻工艺去除第二格栅透镜部32的其上涂覆有光阻挡材料的一部分,从而形成第二透射部322。
图5是示意性地示出根据本公开的第二实施方式的格栅透镜单元的图。参照图5,根据本公开的第二实施方式的格栅透镜单元30可以包括第一格栅透镜部31和第三格栅透镜部33。
第一格栅透镜部31可以设置在中央主体单元10和驱动透镜单元20之间以透射光。第一格栅透镜部31可以安装在车身100上并与中央主体单元10和第二驱动透镜部22连接。第一格栅透镜部31可以由透明材料制成。
第三格栅透镜部33可以设置在第一格栅透镜部31的外侧,并且可以允许穿过第一格栅透镜部31的光的一部分穿过。第三格栅透镜部33可以联接到车身100或者可以与车身100一体地形成。在第三格栅透镜部33中,可以交替地设置阻挡左右横向光的第三阻挡部331和透射光的第三透射部332。第三格栅透镜部33的左右横向方向的孔形状可以为第三透射部332。
图6是示意性地示出根据本公开的第三实施方式的格栅透镜单元的图。参照图5和图6,格栅透镜单元30还可以包括第四格栅透镜部34。第四格栅透镜部34可以涂覆在第一格栅透镜部31上,可以透射光,并且可以形成为具有与中央主体单元10的颜色相对应的颜色。第四格栅透镜部34可以涂覆在第一格栅透镜部31的内侧。当第二格栅透镜部32具有边框形状时,第四格栅透镜部34可以设置在第二格栅透镜部32和第一格栅透镜部31之间。另外,第四格栅透镜部34可以涂覆在第一格栅透镜部31的内侧上,并且阻挡光的第二格栅透镜部32可以部分地涂覆在第四格栅透镜部34上。
具有上述结构的根据本公开的实施方式的用于车辆的照明装置的操作将描述如下。
中央主体单元10设置在车身100的中央部分,驱动透镜单元20设置在车身100的左右边缘,并且格栅透镜单元30设置在中央主体单元10和驱动透镜单元20之间。在这种情况下,中央主体单元10、格栅透镜单元30和驱动透镜单元20依次设置,如果需要,可以依次设置中央主体单元10、驱动透镜单元20和格栅透镜单元30。光源单元40设置于驱动透镜单元20的内部。
在上述状态下,当根据驾驶员的操作信号或感测到的照度值需要驱动照明时,光生成部41设置为面向驱动透镜单元20并提供光。
另一方面,当通过驾驶员的操作信号或在自主驾驶期间驱动光旋转部43,以便与其它车辆或行人通信或与驾驶员通信时,光生成部41在被旋转的同时朝向格栅透镜单元30发射光。在这种情况下,由光生成部41生成的光可以透射驱动透镜单元20并且在穿过格栅透镜单元30的同时提供格栅照明。
在根据本公开的实施方式的用于车辆的照明装置1中,光源单元40可以在被旋转的同时选择性地向连续设置的驱动透镜单元20和格栅透镜单元30发射光,从而提供驱动照明和格栅照明。
尽管已经参考附图中所示的实施方式描述了本公开,但是本公开的实施方式仅用于说明性的目的,并且本领域技术人员将理解,根据实施方式,各种修改和其它等效实施方式是可能的。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于车辆的照明装置,所述用于车辆的照明装置包括:
中央主体单元;
驱动透镜单元,所述驱动透镜单元设置于所述中央主体单元的两侧,并且被配置为提供驱动照明;
格栅透镜单元,所述格栅透镜单元设置在所述中央主体单元和所述驱动透镜单元之间,并且被配置为提供格栅照明;以及
光源单元,所述光源单元被配置为选择性地向所述驱动透镜单元和所述格栅透镜单元发射光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述驱动透镜单元包括:
第一驱动透镜部,所述第一驱动透镜部暴露于外部;以及
第二驱动透镜部,所述第二驱动透镜部被配置为从所述第一驱动透镜部向后延伸以围绕所述光源单元,透射从所述光源单元发射的光,并且将所述光引导至所述格栅透镜单元。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述驱动透镜单元还包括:
第三驱动透镜部,所述第三驱动透镜部设置在所述第一驱动透镜部的内部,并且被配置为防止所述第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述第三驱动透镜部包括不透明材料并且安装或涂覆在所述第一驱动透镜部的内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述格栅透镜单元提供用于在自主驾驶模式下通信的格栅照明。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述格栅透镜单元向驾驶员提供欢迎或再见的运动照明。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述格栅透镜单元包括:
第一格栅透镜部,所述第一格栅透镜部设置在所述中央主体单元与所述驱动透镜单元之间以透射光;以及
第二格栅透镜部,所述第二格栅透镜部设置在所述第一格栅透镜部的内部,并且被配置为允许从所述光源单元提供的光的一部分穿过。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,在所述第二格栅透镜部中,阻挡左右横向光的第二阻挡部和透射光的第二透射部交替地设置。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述格栅透镜单元还包括:
第四格栅透镜部,所述第四格栅透镜部涂覆在所述第一格栅透镜部上,并且被配置为透射光并具有与所述中央主体单元的颜色相对应的颜色。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述格栅透镜单元包括:
第一格栅透镜部,所述第一格栅透镜部设置在所述中央主体单元与所述驱动透镜单元之间以透射光;以及
第三格栅透镜部,所述第三格栅透镜部设置在所述第一格栅透镜部的外侧并且被配置为允许透射过所述第一格栅透镜部的光的一部分穿过。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,在所述第三格栅透镜部中,阻挡左右横向光的第三阻挡部和透射光的第三透射部交替地设置。
12.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述格栅透镜单元还包括:
第四格栅透镜部,所述第四格栅透镜部涂覆在所述第一格栅透镜部上,并且被配置为透射光并具有与所述中央主体单元的颜色相对应的颜色。
13.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述光源单元包括:
光生成部,所述光生成部被配置为在施加电力时生成光;
光连接部,所述光连接部联接至所述光生成部;以及
光旋转部,所述光旋转部被配置为使所述光连接部旋转,使得所述光生成部向所述驱动透镜单元发射光或向所述格栅透镜单元发射光。
14.根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,在所述光生成部中,多个LED灯垂直设置。
15.根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,当所述光生成部通过所述光旋转部旋转以向所述驱动透镜单元发射光时,提供驱动照明。
16.根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,当所述光生成部通过所述光旋转部旋转以向所述格栅透镜单元发射光时,提供格栅照明。
17.根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述光源单元还包括:
遮光部,所述遮光部安装在所述光生成部的外侧,并且被配置为防止第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。
18.一种用于车辆的照明装置,所述用于车辆的照明装置包括:
驱动透镜单元,所述驱动透镜单元被配置为提供驱动照明;
格栅透镜单元,所述格栅透镜单元与所述驱动透镜单元相邻设置,并且被配置为提供格栅照明;以及
光源单元,所述光源单元被配置为选择性地向所述驱动透镜单元和所述格栅透镜单元发射光。
19.根据权利要求18所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述光源单元包括:
光生成部,所述光生成部被配置为在施加电力时生成光;
光连接部,所述光连接部联接至所述光生成部;以及
光旋转部,所述光旋转部被配置为使所述光连接部旋转,使得所述光生成部向所述驱动透镜单元发射光或向所述格栅透镜单元发射光。
20.根据权利要求19所述的用于车辆的照明装置,其中,所述光源单元还包括:
遮光部,所述遮光部安装在所述光生成部的外侧,并且被配置为防止第一驱动透镜部的内部被肉眼可见。
