The RGV mobile platform 5-2 is provided with a detachable storage box body for storing and placing files, and the storage box body is provided with an RFID reader which is integrally fixed on the storage box body or is hand-held.
In the above embodiment, in the use state, the control terminal 1 is located in the central control room, and the control terminal 1 is a cradle head control system based on an AVR single chip microcomputer, and the control terminal 1 controls the RFID management system 3 and the intelligent management unit 4;
in a file retrieving state, the control terminal 1 controls the position recognition device 5, and the position recognition devices 5 are positioned at two sides of the file rack 2 due to the positioning rails 5-1 and the RGV moving platforms 5-2, and the RGV moving platform 5-2 on each position recognition device 5 corresponds to a unique file compact shelf 2;
the control terminal 1 controls the position recognition device 5 to move to the corresponding compact shelving 2-1 position of the file shelf 2, the control terminal 1 controls the compact shelving 2-1 to be opened along the positioning track A2-2, each compact shelving 2-1 position corresponds to only one longitudinal positioning track 5-1, and the longitudinal positioning tracks 5-1 are arranged in parallel with each compact shelving 2-1.
By arranging the RGV moving platform to move along the longitudinal positioning rails 5-1, the RGV moving platform can move to a designated position, and a positioning rail connected with the positioning rail 5-1 is arranged between each two adjacent compact shelving 2-1 and is parallel to the opening direction of the compact shelving 2-1, so that the RGV moving platform can reach the designated compact shelving 2-1.
After the archives are extracted, the RGV mobile platform 5-2 is provided with an RFID reader which is used for automatically transmitting the storage position to the control terminal 1 after corresponding to the information of the scanned archives, and the control terminal 1 uploads the data to the cloud archive for storage. Or after the files are stored, the RGV mobile platform 5-2 is provided with an RFID reader which is used for automatically transmitting the storage position to the control terminal 1 after corresponding to the information of the scanned file labels (the RFID reader is connected with the control terminal through wireless transmission), and the control terminal 1 uploads the data to the cloud archive for storage.
The archive management terminal control method comprises the following steps:
the first step, the control terminal 1 is positioned in a central control room, and bidirectional communication is realized between the control terminal 1 and the file rack 2 through an AVR control module;
secondly, the RFID management system 3 comprises an RFID channel 3-1 and a regional workstation 3-2, when a file manager enters a file room, check-in is carried out on the regional workstation 3-2, and check-in information is uploaded to a control terminal 1 positioned in a central control room;
the RFID management system 3 comprises an RFID channel 3-1 and a regional workstation 3-2, wherein the regional workstation 3-2 is positioned in the archive management room, and the RFID channel 3-1 is positioned between the regional workstation 3-2 and the archive management room;
thirdly, after registering information in the regional workstation 3-2, the archive manager enters an archive room through the RFID channel 3-1;
fourth, because the intelligent management unit 4 at least comprises 5-10 groups of position recognition devices 5, the control terminal 1 or the regional workstation 3-2 controls the position recognition devices 5, namely the RGV mobile platform 5-2, to move to the designated file frame 2 position;
the RGV mobile platform 5-2 on each of the location identification devices 5 corresponds to a unique one of the file racks 2;
fifthly, controlling the corresponding position of the file rack 2 to be unfolded through the control terminal 1 while realizing bidirectional communication between the control terminal 1 and the file rack 2 through the AVR control module;
sixthly, taking the RGV mobile platform 5-2 on the position recognition device 5 in the archive as a mobile terminal, and arranging an RFID reader on the RGV mobile platform 5-2;
a position label is fixedly arranged on each compact shelf 2-1, and the position label corresponds to an RFID reader arranged on the RGV moving platform 5-2;
when taking or storing files, the movable RGV platform 5-2 is used for fixing position labels on the compact shelf 2-1.

Claims (10)

1. the control terminal (1) further comprises an RFID management system (3) and an intelligent management unit (4), the intelligent management unit (4) at least comprises 5-10 groups of position identification devices (5), the position identification devices (5) comprise positioning rails (5-1) and RGV mobile platforms (5-2), the position identification devices (5) are positioned on two sides of the file rack (2), and the RGV mobile platform (5-2) on each position identification device (5) corresponds to the only file compact rack (2);
the file rack (2) is installed in a file management room, the file rack (2) comprises a compact shelf (2-1) and a positioning track A (2-2), the positioning track A (2-2) is fixed in the file management room in a buried mode, and the compact shelf (2-1) is matched with the positioning track A (2-2).
2. Archive management terminal device according to claim 1, characterized in that the RGV mobile platform (5-2) on the location recognition means (5) is provided as a mobile terminal, on which RGV mobile platform (5-2) an RFID reader is arranged;
a position tag is fixedly arranged on each compact shelf (2-1), and the position tag corresponds to an RFID reader arranged on the RGV moving platform (5-2).

A archive management terminal device according to claim 3, wherein the archive shelf (2) comprises a plurality of independent compact shelves (2-1), the compact shelves (2-1) are arranged in parallel, the compact shelves (2-1) can slide on the positioning track a (2-2), a plurality of grid blocking areas are respectively arranged on the compact shelves (2-1), and each grid blocking area corresponds to a different position identification tag.
6. A archive management terminal device according to claim 3, wherein each of said shelves (2-1) is positioned in correspondence with a single longitudinal positioning track (5-1), the longitudinal positioning track (5-1) being arranged parallel to each of said shelves (2-1).

A archive management terminal device according to claim 3, wherein the archive shelf (2) is provided with a wireless scanner, the wireless scanner automatically transmits a storage position to the control terminal (1) after scanning archive label information, and the control terminal (1) uploads data to a cloud archive for storage.

A archive management terminal device according to claim 3, wherein the RGV mobile platform (5-2) is provided with an RFID reader for automatically transmitting a storage location to the control terminal (1) after scanning archive tag information, and the control terminal (1) uploads data to a cloud archive for storage.
