Abstract
一种用于柴油机的粒子收集器,其经济性,粒子收集效率,再生性能,耐用性均高,而由收集的粒子造成的压力损失低。由耐热金属纤维的非编织物制成的偶数的平滤芯与同样数量的由耐热金属制成的波纹片间隔地叠置。将如此形成的叠置件卷绕成柱形。在每隔一个插入有波纹片的相邻的平滤芯之间的每个空间在滤清部件的一端由一个闭合件闭合,在该相邻的平滤芯之间的另外的空间在滤芯部件的另外一端闭合。
Description
本发明涉及用于收集和清除例如含在柴油机排气中的碳之类的粒子和用于清除在排气中的任何有害成分的粒子收集器。
来自汽车的排气是空气污染的主要原因。因此,开发一种用来清除排气中的有害成分的技术是极为重要的。
特别是,开发出一种用来清除主要由NOX和碳组成的柴油机排放物的粒子成分的技术是最为迫切需要的。
为了清除这种排气中的有害成分,未经审查的日本专利公开文本58-51235提出在排气管中设置一个排气收集器,以便收集任何有害成分并通过后处理清除它们。其它惯用的排气净化装置包括诸如排气再循环(EGR)系统的发动机本身的各种改进和改进的燃油喷射系统。但是它们当中没有一个是有决定性作用的答案。到目前为止,后处理方法被认为是排气净化方法的更为实际的方法。现在正在进行艰苦的努力,来开发后处理式的排气净化系统。
用于收集含在柴油机排放物中的粒子的粒子收集器要求满足所有下列要求。
1)粒子收集能力
粒子收集器必须能够以这样高的效率来收集粒子使得排气被净化到令人满意的程度。平均收集含在柴油机排放物中的至少60%的粒子被认为是需要的。但是含在排气中的粒子的量取决于柴油机的排量和所施加的负荷。
直径2微米或者更小的气载粒子可以进入人的胸腔,并且据报道可以引发肺癌。因此粒子收集器能够有效地收集甚至这样小的悬浮粒子是必要的。
2)压力损失
粒子收集器必须能够保持排气中的压力损失至最小。如果它引起很大的压力损失,背压将作用在发动机上,这将以各种方式恶化发动机的性能。因此,在正常状态下必须保持压力损失小于30KPa。为此,粒子收集器必须具有足够小的初始排气压力损失,并且即使在它收集了大量的粒子之后也能够保持压力损失至最小。
3)再生(回用)
第三个要求是收集器必须能够以低能耗再生回用。这是因为粒子收集器必须能够通过燃烧所收集的粒子而再生或再循环许多次以便重复使用。电加热器或者轻油燃烧器被认为是用于烧掉粒子的适宜装置。
4)耐用性
第四,收集器必须足够耐用。当它暴露于热的排气和受到燃烧粒子时产生的热冲击时,必须能够特别抵抗腐蚀。
5)与催化转换器的整体性。
另外,必须提供一个与收集器结合成整体的催化转换器。为了清除排气中的有害气体成分,可以在发动机的排气管中设置一个携带有有害气体清除催化剂的催化转换器。如果需要在同一个排气管中再设置一个单独的粒子收集器,可能在排气管中没有可利用的安装空间。另外,单独地设置这样两种不同的后处理式的排气净化系统的费用往往是很高的。
在现有的能够满足上列要求的滤清部件材料中,由堇青石陶瓷制成的壁流式蜂窝多孔件被认为是最实用的。但是该滤芯具有几个问题。一个问题是粒子往往在局部聚集。另外一个问题是,由于堇青石陶瓷的低的热传导性,该滤芯往往在再生期间产生过热点。结果滤芯可能由于热应力而熔化或者产生裂纹。这样的滤芯不够耐用。通过将陶瓷纤维形成蜡烛状而制成的陶瓷纤维收集器目前受到很大的注意。但是这种收集器也不够耐用,因为形成收集器的纤维当其暴露于高温排气时因为强度降低而往往会断裂。
金属收集器(如在未经审查的日本专利公开文本6-257422,6-294313,7-731,和7-51522)目前被认为更有前景,因为它们热传导性高,不太可能产生过热点和裂纹,并且在高温排气中有高的腐蚀抵抗力。
我们将结合上述要求1)-5)讨论惯用金属收集器的问题。
惯用金属收集器基本上能够满足要求1)和3),但是就要求1)的收集直径2微米或者更小的悬浮粒子的能力来说,还要求更高的性能。
就要求2)来说,惯用金属收集器在收集粒子之后可能引起显著的压力损失。如果需要特别低的发动机背压,这些收集器将不能令人满意。
为了即使在滤清部件收集了大量的粒子之后也能使压力损失最小,滤清部件必须有大的表面面积(过滤面积)。但是为了增加惯用金属收集器的滤清部件的过滤面积,必须使用极大的收集器。
在要求4)方面:惯用金属收集器的滤清部件由于引入的排气压力会产生微观变形,并且可能由于微观变形产生的应力而破坏。另外,因为收集器安装在排气管中,它的滤清部件与收集器一起振动,其可以导致滤清部件的破坏。这些问题在苛刻的耐久试验中可以观察到。
关于要求5),有时需要在惯用金属收集器上整体地提供催化转换器。例如,催化剂可以被整体地附在由堇青石陶瓷制成的蜂窝多孔件上,其最初被作为DPF(柴油机粒子滤清器)开发出来了。在这种情况下,将催化剂加热到其起作用的温度可能是困难的,因为要使有大热容量的蜂窝多孔件热起来是缓慢的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种能够避免所有上述问题并且满足所有要求1)-5)的粒子收集器。
增加这种金属收集器的过滤面积的而又不过分地增加整个收集器的尺寸的一种方法是将所有滤清部件的两端以很高的精确度焊接在侧板上,同时保持滤清元件以小的间隔彼此隔开。但是这样精确的焊接在技术上是困难的,因此其可行性值得怀疑。即使可行,这种焊接方法也将招致成本过高。
根据本发明,提供一种用于柴油机的粒子收集器,它包括一个插入柴油机排气管中的滤清部件,所述滤清部件包括两个或者更多的偶数的由耐热材料制成的非编织纤维形成的平滤芯,两个或者更多的偶数的由耐热金属制成的波纹片,所述平滤芯和所述波纹片彼此间隔地叠置起来并且螺旋地卷绕成柱状,使所述平滤芯或者所述波纹片在内侧,使得所述波纹片的波纹出现在如此形成的卷筒的两端,在所述平滤芯之间形成的奇数的螺旋空间在所述卷筒的一端闭合起来,而偶数的所述螺旋空间在所述卷筒的另外一端闭合起来,借此,排气从其一端被引入所述滤清部件,通过所述平滤芯,并从其另外-端排出去。
叠置的平滤芯和波纹片可以在平滤芯或者波纹片在内侧的情况下卷绕起来。叠置件可以卷绕起来,使得所述滤清部件具有基本上圆形,椭圆形或多边形截面。
用于闭合在平滤芯之间的空间的每个闭合装置可以包括两个相邻的所述平滤芯的伸出端,其彼此相向弯曲并且焊接在一起。另外,闭合装置可以由耐热金属制成。
所述波纹片可以是耐热金属片或者是由耐热金属制成的三维网状多孔件(类似于泡沫材料)。每个波纹片在滤清元件厚度方向的尺寸(即相邻的所述平滤芯之间的空间尺寸)最好是10毫米或少些,以便获得紧凑的粒子收集器。
为了使压力损失最小,每个所述平滤芯可以包括至少两层有不同孔径的耐热金属纤维的非编织物,使得靠近排气进入侧的那层具有较大的孔。
氧化铝晶须可以形成在或者一层的或者多层的平滤芯的表面上,以便收集微观气载粒子。
另外,催化剂可以被携带在每个平滤芯和/或波纹片上,使得粒子收集器具有催化转换器的附加功能。这样的催化剂可以被直接携带在每个平滤芯的一侧或者两侧上,或者被携带在有彼此沟通的孔并且设置在每个平滤芯的一侧或者两侧上的三维网状多孔金属件上。
在该布置下,可以通过减小相邻的平滤芯之间的空间来增加滤清部件的过滤面积,而不会增加其尺寸。被夹在平滤芯之间的波纹片这样布置,使得它们的波纹在平行于排气在滤清部件中流动的方向延伸。这样排气可以顺利地流过整个过滤面积,因此由于流动不良而造成的压力损失便可以避免。也就是说,即使滤芯的孔径被减小以便高效率地收集粒子,滤芯也不太可能被粒子阻塞,因为过滤表面面积相当大,使得在单位面积上所收集的粒子量少。
因为滤清部件是通过将上述叠置件卷绕起来而形成的,所以不需要精确的焊接,因此可以以低成本制造。
小体积,大表面面积的滤清器可以通过高度精确地将滤清元件焊接在侧板上而制造出来。但是将滤清元件焊接在侧板上同时以小间隔将它们彼此隔开在技术上是很困难的或者说是不实际的。即使这样精确的焊接是可能的,其制造成本也是极高的。本发明对此问题也提供了答案。
波纹片可以防止平滤芯由于流过粒子收集器的排气压力而产生微小变形,因此,滤清部件不太可能被损坏,因而是耐用的。
因为平滤芯和波纹片是间隔叠置的,所以平滤芯在两端被支承着。因此,滤芯振动较小,振动应力也较小。因此,滤芯不易受到疲劳破坏。也就是说,滤清部件的耐用性可以得到进一步的改进。因为滤清部件是通过将叠置件卷绕起来形成的,所以在相邻的平滤芯和波纹片之间不形成间隙,因此可以使滤清部件摇动的可能性减至最小。这是滤清器的耐用性得以改善的另外一个因素。
通过将叠置件卷绕起来,可以使形成的滤清部件具有任何希望的截面,例如圆形,椭圆形或者多边形截面。这使得可以调节收集器的形状和尺寸,从而它可以紧贴地安装在排气管的空间中。因此排气管的空间可以被有效地利用。
通过由耐热金属的非编织物形成滤芯,则滤芯的内部由于其高的热传导性在再生作业期间可以被均匀地加热。因此,滤芯不太可能产生过热点或者产生热裂纹,也不太可能由于热应力而被熔化或者产生裂纹。
作为闭合件的相邻滤芯片的伸出端可以彼此相向弯曲和焊接在一起,以便减轻滤清部件因而整个收集器的重量。为同一目的,波纹片可以由耐热金属的三维网状多孔材料形成。
滤清元件可以使其孔从排气进入侧向着排气离开侧减小,以便滤清器可以在其整个厚度上均匀地收集粒子。在此布置下,压力损失可以保持最小,因此压力损失特性将可以更进一步改进。
相邻平滤芯之间的距离最好是10毫米或者更小,因为为了使置于有限空间中的滤芯具有尽可能大的过滤表面面积,上述距离必须尽可能小。限制上述距离至10毫米或者更小的其它优点是,收集的粒子可以利用安装在平滤芯之间的电加热器被有效地燃烧。
通过在作为滤芯的耐热金属的非编织物上形成氧化铝晶须,则可以将滤芯孔的尺寸减小到这样的程度,使得滤芯可以捕捉直径2微米甚至更小的微观气载粒子。
在催化剂被携带在由耐热金属的非编织物制成的每个平滤芯的一侧或者两侧上的布置中,粒子收集器可以用作催化转换器,因此不需要提供单独的催化转换器。这样的催化剂可以被携带在具有彼此沟通的孔和设置在每个平滤芯的一侧或者两侧上的耐热金属的三维网状多孔件上。或者,这样的催化剂可以被携带在每个波纹片上。所用的催化剂的承载者填充空间的比例低因而热容量低,因此被承载其上的催化剂可以由排气迅速加热到催化剂变成活性的温度。
从下面结合附图所作的描述将可以更加明了本发明的其它特征和目的。

图1示出了在体现本发明的粒子收集器中使用的滤清元件。滤清元件1是由层叠的平滤芯A1,A2形成的圆柱形部件,而平滤芯A1,A2是由耐热金属的非编织纤维形成的,其间间隔着由耐热金属制成的波纹片B1和B2,并且将它们卷起来而形成。
图2A-2C示出了滤清部件1的的两端是如何闭合的。在滤清部件的一端,在平滤芯A1和A2之间形成的从外侧数起的单数空间,即有波纹片B1的空间,由闭合件2所闭合。在另外一端,在平滤芯A1和A2之间形成的偶数空间,即有波纹片B2的空间,由另外一个闭合件2所闭合。
层叠的滤芯沿着波纹片B1和B2打折的方向卷起来。如果沿着交叉方向卷起来,波纹片会妨碍排气的顺利流动。另外,沿着这样的方向来卷绕波纹片是困难的。通过在波纹片打折的方向卷绕层叠滤芯,则在平滤芯之间可以形成一个排气进口空间3和一个排气出口空间4,如图3所示。排气首先被引入排气进口空间3,通过滤芯A1和A2,进入排气出口空间4,通过其后端离开滤清部件1。滤清部件可以以另外的方式卷绕安装,此时,排气被引入空间4,然后进入空间3。
图4示出了本发明的滤清部件的另外一个实施例。该滤清部件10通过卷绕层叠的平滤芯A1和A2以及波纹片B1和B2而形成,使得滤清部件具有一个椭圆截面。除了截面形状以外,该实施例的滤清部件在结构上与图1的滤清部件1是一样的。
具体来说,如图5所示,该实施例的滤清部件10所有的其间隔空间由在一端和另外一端的闭合件2闭合。排气在一端被引入滤清部件,通过平滤芯,在另外一端离开滤清部件,其方式完全与图3所示相同。闭合件2可以由滤清材料制成。在本例中,从其一端引入排气进口空间的排气将直接局部流向闭合着排气进口空间另外一端的闭合件,并通过闭合件,而不是流过平滤芯进入排气出口空间。
图6示出了滤清部件端部闭合的具体实例。如所示,平滤芯Al11和A2比波纹片B1和B2宽。在滤清部件的一端,从波纹片B1和B2伸出的平滤芯A1和A2的端部5,6彼此相向弯曲,盖住其内插入有波纹片B1的空间并且焊接在一起。在滤清部件的另外一端,伸出端部5,6彼此相向弯曲,盖住其内插入有波纹片B2的空间并且焊接在一起。
在任何实施例中,为了使在滤芯A1和A2之间形成的空间的宽度(沿着滤芯的厚度方向,图3中的H)最小,波纹片的B1和B2的波峰的高度应当限于10毫米或者更小。
图7示出了用于粒子收集器的滤清部件是如何制造的。如图7A所示,根据本发明,平滤芯A1,波纹片B1,平滤芯A2和波纹片B2彼此层叠起来并且在一端例如通过焊接连接在一起。这样形成的层叠部件在波纹片B2在内侧的情况下卷绕起来,形成一个具有预定截面的卷状部件。为了改善形状的不变性和滤清部件的强度,每当层叠件卷了几圈时,层叠件卷绕部分的端部应当焊接在内圈上或者利用其它方法固定在其上。当层叠件完全卷绕起来时,两端由闭合件闭合起来,于是便制成了图1或图4所示的滤清部件。
每个平滤芯A1和A2是由耐热金属制成的至少两个非编织纤维层叠置起来的,靠近排气进口空间的该纤维层有较大的孔眼。
如图8所示,每个滤芯可以由纤维骨架7制成,在纤维骨架7上形成许多比构成纤维骨架7的纤维还细的氧化铝晶须8。在氧化铝晶须之间形成许多细小的孔。
图9是与波纹片合用的平滤芯的放大截面。它包括由滤清材料制成的粒子收集层31和任选的多个催化剂携带层(图中的标号32,33)。
波纹片可以是由耐热材料制成的薄片。这种波纹片可以被穿孔,以便减轻重量。另外,它可以是由耐热材料制成的三维网状多孔件。
图10示出了本发明的粒子收集器。该粒子收集器20包括一个安装在柴油机排气管上的金属容器21和一个安装在容器21中的上述滤清部件(图1中的1或者图4中的10)。标号22表示一个尾管。
图11示出了一个用于评价粒子收集效率,收集粒子时的压力损失,耐久性,NO净化率和SOF净化率的试验装置。该装置包括一辆安装有一台3400立方厘米,四缸,直接喷射柴油机的汽车,底盘测功仪和一个稀释管。
(实例1)
包括有在图1示出的滤清部件的粒子收集器20安装在图11所示的试验装置上。采用在表1所示的样品A和B作为滤清部件。任何一个样品A和B都有1.2米2的排气进入表面面积,并且安装在一个2.5升的壳体中。
虽然样品A和B分别由Fe-Cr-Al合金和Ni,-Cr-Al合金制成,但是它们仅仅是实例,也可以有不同的成分。
出于比较目的,已知有足够高的粒子收集容量的蜂窝式柴油机粒子收集器(是由Japan Insulator制造的由堇青石制成的)被制备成样品G,并且经受与上述相同的试验。该收集器也具有2.5升的内部容积,因此样品G的试验条件与样品A和B的试验条件是一样的。
首先,就粒子收集效率和压力损失对于样品进行评价。
试验结果示于图12和13中,其示出了作为每个样品的粒子收集容量的压力损失和粒子收集效率随所收集的粒子量的变化情况。结果清楚表明,样品A和B与样品G即由堇青石制成的蜂窝式柴油机粒子收集器都有高的粒子收集容量。
接着,对再生期间的耐久性试验了每个滤清部件样品。
在该试验中,当15克的从柴油机排出的粒子被收集时,柴油机降低到怠速,包围着滤芯的粒子收集表面的整个表面的电加热器被致动,通过将由加热器加热到600℃的气体引入收集器而产生粒子的收集。当按照上述方式每个样品A,B,和G被再生5次后,观察它们,以便检查它们是否断裂和断裂多少。结果示于表2中。
如表2所示,样品A和B没有断裂,而样品G产生了断裂。
从这些试验结果明显可以看出,作为蜂窝式堇青石收集器的本发明的样品A和B表现出非常良好的粒子收集和压力损失特性,并且可以承受通过燃烧的再生。
(实例2)
包括示于图2的滤清部件的粒子收集器20安装在图11的试验装置上。采用了示于表3的样品C和D作为滤清部件。样品C和D中任何一个都有1.2米2的排气进入表面面积并且被安装在一个2.5升的壳体中。样品C和D中任何一个都包括一个NOX催化剂携带层(图9中的32),一个粒子收集层(图9的31),和另外一个NOX催化剂携带层(图9中的33)。NOX催化剂携带层包括由掺合有Ni-Cr-Al合金的Ni基三维网状多孔材料(商标名称:CELMET#7由Sumitomo Electric Industries Led制造)而形成的基体并且以每升金属纤维100克的比例涂覆γ氧化铝以便携带催化剂。然后将Cu催化剂以每升金属纤维1克的比例均匀地附在基体上。
虽然样品C和D分别由Fe-Cr-Al和Ni-Cr-Al合金制成,但是它们仅仅是实例,还可以有不同的成分。
为比较目的,与实例1所用的相同的样品G受到如上所述的相同的试验。该收集器也有2.5升的内部容积,因此样品G的试验条件将完全与样品C和D的试验条件相同。
对粒子收集效率和压力损失进行了评价。
试验结果示于图14和15中,该图示出了作为每种样品的粒子收集能力的压力损失和粒子收集效率与所收集的粒子量的变化关系。该结果清楚表明,样品C和D与样品G,即由堇青石制成的蜂窝式柴油机粒子收集器有同样高的粒子收集能力。
接着,对于再生期间的耐用性试验了每种滤清部件样品。每种样品经受回收的次数与实例1相同。在此试验之后,观察样品,来检查是否它们断裂了和断裂多少。结果示于表4中。
如表4所述,样品C和D没有断裂,而样品G有裂纹。
然后就NO净化率试验了样品C和D.
在该试验中,C2H4作为还原剂被引入排气中。排气条件示于表5中。
在排气温度保持在250℃大约2分钟的情况下,测量了NO的浓度。它们的平均值示于表4中。
通过利用样品C和D,NO的浓度降低了一半。
从这些试验结果明显可以看出,本发明的样品C和D表现出与蜂窝式堇青石收集器一样良好的粒子收集和压力损失特性,并且能够承受通过燃烧的再生,具有很高的可靠性。另外,由于这些样品具有NO降低能力,所以无需提供单独的催化转换器。因此能够降低整个柴油机排气处理装置的安装空间和制造成本。
(实例3)
包括示于图1的滤清部件的粒子收集器20安装在图11的试验装置上。采用了示于表7中的样品E和F作为滤清部件。样品E和F中的任何一个都有1.2米2的排气进入表面面积并且安装在一个2.5升的壳体中。样品E或者F都包括一个粒子收集层(图9中的31),和一个SOF催化剂携带层(图9中的33)。后一层包括由掺合有Ni-Cr-Al合金的金属纤维的非编织物或者Ni基三维网状多孔材料(商标名称:CELMET#7,由Sumitono Electric Industries Ltd制成)形成的一个基体(金属编织物)并且以每升金属编织物150克的比例涂覆γ氧化铝,以便附上催化剂。然后以每升金属编织物1.5克的比例将Cu催化剂均匀地附在基体上。
虽然形成样品E和F的非金属编织物,金属多孔件,和金属波纹片分别由Fe-Cr-Al合金和Ni-Cr-Al合金制成,但是它们仅仅是一些实例,它们可以有不同的成分。
出于比较的目的,与实例1中采用的相同的样品G受到了与上述相同的试验。该收集器也有2.5升的内部容积,因此,样品G的试验条件将与样品E和F的试验条件相同。
评价了粒子收集效率和压力损失。结果示于图16和17中,该图示出了作为每种样品的粒子收集能力的压力损失和粒子收集效率与所收集的粒子量的变化关系。该结果表明,样品E和F与样品G,即由堇青石制成的蜂窝式柴油机粒子收集器具有同样高的粒子收集能力。
接着就再生期间的耐用性,试验了每种滤清部件样品。
每种样品受到的回收次数和其它试验条件与实例1和2的相同。在进行了5次再生试验之后,观察每个样品,看看是否断裂或者断裂多少。结果示于表8中。
如表8所示,样品E和F没有断裂,而样品G有裂纹。
接着就SOF的净化率试验了样品E和F.
该试验是在排气温度保持在250℃和350℃的条件下进行的。试验结果示于表9。
通过利用都携带有Pt催化剂的样品E和F,SOF的浓度降低了40%或者50%。
从这些试验结果可以明显看出,本发明的样品E和F显示出与蜂窝式堇青石收集器一样良好的粒子收集和压力损失特性,并且能够承受通过燃烧的再生,具有很高的可靠性。另外,因为这些样品有SOF降低能力,所以无需提供单独的催化转换器。因此可以减小整个柴油机排气处理装置的安装空间和制造成本。
本发明的粒子收集器尺寸小,同时保持有足够大的滤清表面面积,伴随着很高的粒子收集效率和最小的压力损失。由于其金属性质,它可以很好地承受再生。总之,它是高性能的收集器并且能够防止由发散到大气中的粒子产生的空气污染。
因为滤清部件通过将叠置的由耐热金属纤维的非编织物形成的平滤芯和耐热金属的波纹片卷起来而形成,所以它可以很好地抵抗气体压力和振动。因此可以在不牺牲其耐用性的情况下减小收集器的重量和以低能消耗再生滤清部件。另外,这样的滤清部件能够以低成本制造,因为不需要精确的焊接。
因为滤清部件的截面形状可以仅仅通过改变叠置件卷起来的方式而自由选择地改变,所以它可以根据在其中安装有粒子收集器的柴油机车辆上的的排气空间的形状来成形。
通过利用其微孔直径向着排气出口侧逐渐减小的滤清材料,可以使滤芯阻塞的可能性减小至最小,因此压力损失特性可以进一步改进。
通过在滤芯纤维骨架的表面上形成氧化铝晶须,滤芯微孔尺寸可以减小。这可以使它捕捉直径为2微米或者更小的气载粒子,并且还可以增加催化剂携带面积。
通过使催化剂附在滤芯上,可以消除单独提供催化转换器的必要性。这也可以降低排气处理装置的尺寸和成本。因为滤芯基体的热容量低,所以催化剂可以很容易地被加热到其成为活性的温度。本发明的粒子收集器可以对环境的净化产生巨大的贡献。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于柴油机的粒子收集器,包括一个插入柴油机排气管中的滤清部件,所述滤清部件包括两个或者更多的偶数的由耐热材料制成的非编织纤维形成的平滤芯,两个或者更多的偶数的由耐热金属制成的波纹片,所述平滤芯和所述波纹片彼此间隔地叠置起来并且螺旋地卷绕成柱状,使所述平滤芯或者所述波纹片在内侧,使得所述波纹片的波纹出现在如此形成的卷筒的两端,在所述平滤芯之间形成的奇数的螺旋空间在所述卷筒的一端闭合起来,而偶数的所述螺旋空间在所述卷筒的另外一端闭合起来,借此,排气从其一端被引入所述滤清部件,通过所述平滤芯,并从其另外一端排出去。
2.如权利要求1所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,所述滤清部件具有基本上圆形,椭圆形或多边形截面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,每个所述闭合件包括两个相邻的所述平滤芯的伸出端,其彼此相向弯曲并且焊接在一起。
4.如权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,所述波纹片是由耐热金属制成的三维网状多孔件形成的。
5.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,相邻的所述平滤芯彼此隔开10毫米或少些。
6.如权利要求1-5中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,每个所述平滤芯包括至少两层有不同孔径的耐热金属纤维的非编织物,所述平滤芯这样布置,使得靠近排气进入侧的那层具有较大的孔。
7.如权利要求1-6中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,每个所述波纹片在其一侧或两侧上携带有催化剂。
8.如权利要求1-7中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,每个所述平滤芯是在其一侧或两侧上携带有催化剂的耐热金属的非编织物。
9.如权利要求1-8中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,每个所述平滤芯在其一侧或两侧上有一个由耐热金属制成的三维网状多孔层,其中所述孔彼此沟通,所述多孔层携带着催化剂。
10.如权利要求1-9中任何一项所述的粒子收集器,其特征在于,所述滤清元件是由在其上形成有氧化铝晶须的耐热金属的非编织物形成的。
