Abstract
本发明公开了一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸及其制备方法,包括上下分布的渗透涂层和衬纸基层,其特征在于:所述渗透涂层为由渗透型涂料渗入但非完全渗透衬纸原纸后形成,所述衬纸基层为衬纸原纸中未被渗透型涂料渗入的部分;渗透涂层由以下质量份的原料制成:80‑100份水、10‑20份渗透剂、80‑100份聚乙烯醇、5‑20份水蒸气阻隔剂、20‑40份纳米陶土、5‑10份表面活性剂、20‑40份乙醇;渗透涂层中纳米陶土占衬纸原纸质量的15‑35%。本发明通过将树脂和纳米陶土渗透至衬纸原纸的不同深度,使衬纸具有高可塑性、高阻湿性及防菌吸附功能,满足更高的包装需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纸张再加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上已有涂布法生产的衬纸、无铝衬纸及陶土衬纸。涂布法生产的衬纸由于其涂层仅涂布于纸张表面及涂层材料回塑性差的问题,导致衬纸折叠时的可塑性较差(一般衬纸在90度折叠后自然回弹角度在70~80度),另由于涂层与纸层仅为表层结合,也致使纸张在上包装机时不易切断。无铝衬纸虽可满足香烟包装等基本功能,但其水蒸气阻隔性能差(50-80μm厚无铝衬纸的水蒸气透过率通常在780~1500g/m2·24h),不能完全达到烟包阻湿性要求。陶土衬纸的陶土层涂布于衬纸内层(即面向香烟层),与外层涂层分别涂布,并不利于纸张成型,且由于内层涂层直接与香烟接触,也会给香烟卫生性带来影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸及其制备方法,通过将树脂和纳米陶土渗透至衬纸原纸的不同深度,使衬纸具有高可塑性、高阻湿性及防菌吸附功能,满足更高的包装需求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,包括上下分布的渗透涂层和衬纸基层,所述渗透涂层为由渗透型涂料渗入但非完全渗透衬纸原纸后形成,所述衬纸基层为衬纸原纸中未被渗透型涂料渗入的部分;渗透涂层由以下质量份的原料制成:80-100份水、10-20份渗透剂、80-100份聚乙烯醇、5-20份水蒸气阻隔剂、20-40份纳米陶土、5-10份表面活性剂、20-40份乙醇;纳米陶土用量占衬纸原纸质量的15-35%。
所述渗透型涂料渗入厚度达衬纸原纸厚度的18%以上。
所述渗透剂选自渗透剂JFC-1、渗透剂JFC-2、渗透剂T、渗透剂OEP-70、渗透剂JFC-M、渗透剂AEP中的一种。
所述水蒸气阻隔剂选自阻隔剂BYK02BLOCK-1200、SiO2阻隔剂中的一种。
所述表面活性剂选自土温-20、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、阿洛索-OT、西白林、司盘20、土温40、聚山梨酯40中的一种。
所述纳米陶土粒径小于等于100nm。
一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)配制渗透型涂料:先将1/4-1/2质量份的水与乙醇混合制成水/乙醇混合液;在90℃下,向容器中加入聚乙烯醇和剩余的水并搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入渗透剂、陶土、水/乙醇混合液、水蒸气阻隔剂、表面活性剂,搅拌混匀;
(b)涂布:平整地放卷卷筒形衬纸原纸,将渗透型涂料均匀涂布于衬纸原纸表面,经干燥、收卷制得渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸。
步骤(b)中,涂布压力0.35~0.45Mpa,涂布速率为100~120m/min,涂布温度为115-120℃,涂布量为15-35g/m2。
步骤(b)中,干燥温度为125℃、130℃、135℃、135℃、125℃。
步骤(b)中,放卷张力为15~25N,收卷张力为35~40N。
本发明的有益效果是:通过合理调配渗透型涂料组分及采用单面涂布加工方式,将渗透型涂料中的树脂和纳米陶土根据需要渗透至衬纸原纸不同深度,使产品成为具有强可塑性、高阻水率、防菌吸附功能及易切断的衬纸,满足烟酒高标准包装要求。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例
本发明渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,包括上下分布的渗透涂层和衬纸基层,所述渗透涂层为由渗透型涂料渗入但非完全渗透衬纸原纸后形成,所述衬纸基层为衬纸原纸中未被渗透型涂料渗入的部分,渗透涂层中纳米陶土占衬纸原纸质量的15-35%;渗透涂层由以下质量份的原料制成:80-100份水、10-20份渗透剂、80-100份聚乙烯醇、5-20份水蒸气阻隔剂、20-40份纳米陶土、5-10份表面活性剂、20-40份乙醇。所述渗透型涂料渗入厚度达衬纸原纸厚度的18%以上。所述渗透剂选自渗透剂JFC-1、渗透剂JFC-2、渗透剂T、渗透剂OEP-70、渗透剂JFC-M、渗透剂AEP中的一种。所述水蒸气阻隔剂选自阻隔剂BYK02BLOCK-1200、SiO2阻隔剂中的一种。所述表面活性剂选自土温-20、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、阿洛索-OT、西白林(氯化(溴化)十六烷基吡啶)、司盘20、土温40、聚山梨酯40中的一种。所述纳米陶土粒径小于等于100nm。
本发明渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)配制渗透型涂料:先将1/4-1/2质量份的水与乙醇混合制成水/乙醇混合液;在90℃下,向容器中加入聚乙烯醇和剩余的水并搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入渗透剂、陶土、水/乙醇混合液、水蒸气阻隔剂、表面活性剂,搅拌混匀;配制渗透型涂料时,搅拌转速在500~1000r.p.m之间。
(b)涂布:在放卷张力为15~25N下,平整地放卷卷筒形衬纸原纸;将渗透型涂料均匀涂布于衬纸原纸表面,涂布压力0.35~0.45Mpa,涂布速率为100~120m/min,涂布温度为115-120℃,涂布量为15-35g/m2;之后经干燥(干燥温度为125℃、130℃、135℃、135℃、125℃)、收卷(收卷张力为35~40N)制得渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸。涂布可采用网纹辊涂布、刮棒涂布、气刀涂布、刮刀涂布等工艺。
按表1所示渗透涂层配方及工艺条件并按上述制备方法分别生产渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸。

1.一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,包括上下分布的渗透涂层和衬纸基层,其特征在于:所述渗透涂层为由渗透型涂料渗入但非完全渗透衬纸原纸后形成,所述衬纸基层为衬纸原纸中未被渗透型涂料渗入的部分;渗透涂层由以下质量份的原料制成:80-100份水、10-20份渗透剂、80-100份聚乙烯醇、5-20份水蒸气阻隔剂、20-40份纳米陶土、5-10份表面活性剂、20-40份乙醇;纳米陶土用量占衬纸原纸质量的15-35%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,其特征在于:所述渗透型涂料渗入厚度达衬纸原纸厚度的18%以上。
3.如权利要求1所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,其特征在于:所述渗透剂选自渗透剂JFC-1、渗透剂JFC-2、渗透剂T、渗透剂OEP-70、渗透剂JFC-M、渗透剂AEP中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,其特征在于:所述水蒸气阻隔剂选自阻隔剂BYK02BLOCK-1200、SiO2阻隔剂中的一种。
5.如权利要求1所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂选自土温-20、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、阿洛索-OT、西白林、司盘20、土温40、聚山梨酯40中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸,其特征在于:所述纳米陶土粒径小于等于100nm。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(a)配制渗透型涂料:先将1/4-1/2质量份的水与乙醇混合制成水/乙醇混合液;在90℃下,向容器中加入聚乙烯醇和剩余的水并搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入渗透剂、陶土、水/乙醇混合液、水蒸气阻隔剂、表面活性剂,搅拌混匀;
(b)涂布:平整地放卷卷筒形衬纸原纸,将渗透型涂料均匀涂布于衬纸原纸表面,经干燥、收卷制得渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸。
8.如权利要求7所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(b)中,涂布压力0.35~0.45Mpa,涂布速率为100~120m/min,涂布温度为115-120℃,涂布量为15-35g/m2。
9.如权利要求7所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(b)中,干燥温度为125℃、130℃、135℃、135℃、125℃。
10.如权利要求7所述一种渗透型高可塑性高阻湿性防菌吸附衬纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(b)中,放卷张力为15~25N,收卷张力为35~40N。
