该中药制剂的制备方法是按组方配伍将食用葡萄糖、葛根、人参(人工种植)、茯苓、黄精、枸杞子混合加水煎煮2次,第一次加水量为总药物重量体积的10-12倍量的水,煎煮1小时,第2次加总药物重量体积8-10倍量的水,煎煮1小时,合并2次提取液浓缩干燥粉碎,再按颗粒剂制备方法制成颗粒即可,必要时也可直接煎煮服用。所说的重量体积是指100克总药物加水量为1000-1200ml或800- 1000ml的水,以此类推,也就是说药物用重量计,液体用与药物相同量的体积计,即称重量体积。

黄精:黄精性平、味甘,具备补脾润肺、滋阴生津、补中益气;黄精根茎中含有黄精低聚糖、黄精多糖、黄酮类、醌类、黏液质、氨基酸,Zn、Cu和Fe等多种人体必需的元素。
黄精富含低聚糖、黄酮类等具有生物活性的化学成分;低聚糖有利于改善人体肠道生物环境,使有益菌群增殖,减少和抑制有害物质对人体的侵害;
黄酮类化合物具有较强的抗癌防癌、消炎、抗溃疡作用,黄酮类化合物还具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗突变性、抗衰老、保护神经系统,改善记忆力等作用;同时,黄精还具有显著的抗菌和抗病毒功用,可增强人体免疫力,增强体内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,可减速机体衰老;
人参:人参味甘、微苦,性微温,归脾、肺、心、肾经,气雄体润,升多于 降;具有补气固脱,健脾益肺,宁心益智,养血生津的功效。
人参主治大病、久病、失血、脱液所致元气欲脱,神疲脉微;脾气不足 之食少倦怠,呕吐泄泻;肺气虚弱之气短喘促,咳嗽无力;心气虚衰之失眠多梦,惊悸健忘,体虚多汗;津亏之口渴,消渴;血虚之萎黄,眩晕;肾虚阳萎,尿频,气虚外感。
枸杞:能够“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑,补精气不足,养颜,肌肤变白, 明目安神。”
枸杞是传统中药材,也是一种营养滋补品,性平味甘,药食两能从上到 下养全身。
葛根:提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积。
促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤。
对高血脂形成的冠状动脉硬化,通过改善心肌缺血状态,防治冠心病、 心绞痛、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病。
对高血脂形成的脑动脉硬化,通过改善脑缺血状态,防治脑梗塞、偏瘫、血管性痴呆等脑血管疾病。
强化肝胆细胞自身免疫功能,抵抗病毒入侵。
