背景技术
随着物质生活水平的提高,人们对贴身衣服的要求也越来越高,现在市面上的内裤面料从成分上主要包括棉、粘胶、莫代尔和锦纶,并配合上氨纶丝的使用。从面料结构来看,大多数内裤都采用针织面料,只有少数阿罗裤会采用梭织面料;从厚度及克重来看,这些面料的克重及厚度基本在130-200g/m2,从功能上来看,这些内裤的面料基本上都具有良好的吸湿性,但速干性较差,特别是碰到雨季或者男方的回南天,内裤很难迅速干燥,并会产生一种阴干的味道,容易滋生细菌。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,原料选择;
步骤S2,面料织造;
步骤S3,烧毛,通过烧毛机对织造好的面料进行烧毛处理,使面料表面光洁;
步骤S4,胚布定型,通过定型机对烧毛后的面料进行定型;
步骤S5,退浆,将定型后的胚布放入退浆酶中浸泡,并通过轧辊将面料上的浆料去掉;
步骤S6,煮练,将退浆后的胚布进行煮练操作;
步骤S7,漂白,将煮练后的胚布进行漂白;
步骤S8,长车染色,将漂白后的胚布放入轧车内进行染色;
步骤S9,烘干,将染色后的胚布放入定型机内进行烘干;
步骤S10,定型,将烘干后的胚布放入定型机内加入定型助剂进行定型;
步骤S11,预缩,将定型后的胚布进行预缩处理。
作为优选的技术方案,所述原料采用棉纤维、纱线和棉氨包芯纱,所述棉纤维采用80S长绒棉,所述棉纤维的纤维长度>36mm,所述棉纤维的马克隆值为3.7-4.2,所述棉纤维的断裂强度>40cn/tex;
所述纱线为80S精梳紧密纺纱,所述纱线的捻度为1300捻/米-1400捻/米,所述纱线的单纱断裂强力≥150cn,所述纱线的断裂强度≥20cn/tex;
所述棉氨包芯纱为80S棉纤维包40D氨纶的棉氨包芯纱,所述棉氨包芯纱的捻度为1200捻/米-1300捻/米,所述棉氨包芯纱的单纱断裂强力>150cn,所述棉氨包芯纱的断裂强度>140cn/tex;
所述面料织造的具体方法为:经纱采用精梳紧密纺纱,所述经纱的密度为80根/英寸,纬纱采用精梳紧密纺纱与棉氨包芯纱交织,所述纬纱的密度为70根/英寸,其中所述纬纱每英寸中具有10-20根棉氨包芯纱,所述面料为采用提花复合结构织造而成的单层纱布。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S3中,采用气体烧毛机对面料进行多次正面烧毛,所述气体烧毛机的机速为80-140m/min,火焰温度为1200℃。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S4中,所述胚布定型的具体方法为:将面料放入定型机中并添加助剂对面料进行定型,所述助剂为水,所述定型机的机速为60-80m/min,定型温度为195-200℃,定型时间为50-60s,面料下机规格为60-70g/㎡,面料的门幅为133-135cm。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S5中,所述胚布退浆的具体方法为:出料槽的轧辊压力为0.6KN,带液率为90-110%,进料槽的轧辊压力为0.6KN,带液率为50-60%,退浆酶的浓度为0.5-0.8%,浸泡时间为40min,温度控制在60-70℃,并在所述胚布退浆过程中使用渗透剂,渗透剂的浓度为0.4-0.5%。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S6中,所述胚布煮练的具体方法为:胚布煮练浴比为1:8,煮练时间为45min,在煮练过程中添加烧碱和精炼渗透剂,烧碱的的添加量为50-60g/L,温度为95℃,精炼渗透剂的添加量为8-10g/L。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S7中,加入双氧水和双氧水稳定剂对煮练后的胚布进行漂白,双氧水的添加量为15-20g/L,双氧水稳定剂的添加量为5-8g/L,温度为95℃。
作为优选的技术方案,步骤S8中长车染色的工艺流程包括浸轧染液、热风预烘、烘筒烘干、堆置过度、浸轧盐碱液、汽蒸固色、冷水洗、热水洗、皂洗和水洗,车速为45-50m/min,轧余率为55%-65%。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S9中,烘干温度为130-150℃,定型机车速为50-80m/min。
作为优选的技术方案,在步骤S10和S11中,定型机的车速为60-80m/min,温度为150-160℃,定型助剂为保湿乳霜,保湿乳霜的浓度为5%,所述面料门幅为133-135cm,缩水率控制在3%内,弹性伸长控制率为20-40%。
一种全棉轻盈速干纱布面料,采用所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法制备而成。
一种贴身服装,所述贴身服装采用的纱布面料采用所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法制备而成或采用的纱布原料为所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所提供的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料具有易洗快干、触感柔软舒适、透气性强、重量轻的特点,能够应用于贴身服装如内裤的制作;本发明所提供的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的克重为50-100g/㎡,采用80S的高支纱和单层纱布结构的面料,具有易洗快干、触感柔软舒适、透气性强、重量轻的特点,制得的面料通过一系列的处理,使面料的吸湿速干性能更好。

请参照图1,本发明一实例提供的一种全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,原料选择;所述原料选用棉纤维、纱线和棉氨包芯纱,所述棉纤维采用80S长绒棉,所述棉纤维的纤维长度>36mm,所述棉纤维的马克隆值为3.7-4.2,所述棉纤维的断裂强度>40cn/tex;
其中,纤维长度为36mm以上的棉纤维细且长,纤维强度较强,整齐度和平行度较好,纺纱和织造时易于加工,这样生产出的织物触感更舒适、具有优秀的吸湿性;断裂强度40cn/tex以上的纤维越坚固,能够更好地承受日常使用和洗涤等环境下的应力,有助于提高织物的耐久性;马克隆值为3.7-4.2的白棉具有相对较低的杂质含量并保持较高的纯度,可以确保纤维表面相对干净,减少杂质对纺织品质量和外观的影响,具有较好的舒适性和耐用性。
所述纱线为80S精梳紧密纺纱,所述纱线的捻度为1300-1400捻/米,所述纱线的单纱断裂强力≥150cn,所述纱线的断裂强度≥20cn/tex;
其中,纱线捻度越高,则纱线的强度、耐磨性和耐用性越好,因此捻度为1300-1400捻/米的纱线具有较好的抗皱性和抗扭曲性,不易形成毛羽和起球,延长纱线的使用寿命;单纱断裂强力≥150cn和断裂强度≥20cn/tex的纱线具有较高的强度和耐久性,使纱线能够承受更大的的张力和应力,不易断裂;
所述棉氨包芯纱为80S棉纤维包40D氨纶的棉氨包芯纱,所述棉氨包芯纱的捻度为1200捻/米-1300捻/米,所述棉氨包芯纱的单纱断裂强力>150cn,所述棉氨包芯纱的断裂强度>140cn/tex;
其中,所述棉氨包芯纱是一种混纺纱线,其中棉纤维是主要成分,氨纶纤维则作为包芯纤维,棉氨包芯纱的结构是将氨纶纤维包覆在棉纤维的外层形成。这种结构可以赋予纱线更好的弹性、耐久性和抗皱性能;
步骤S2,面料织造;
所述面料织造的具体方法为:经纱采用精梳紧密纺纱,所述经纱的密度为80根/英寸,纬纱采用精梳紧密纺纱与棉氨包芯纱交织,所述纬纱的密度为70根/英寸,其中所述纬纱每英寸中具有10-20根棉氨包芯纱,所述面料为采用提花复合结构织造而成的单层纱布。其中,经纱的密度越高,纱线相互之间的间隔越小,面料的质感和稠密度会增加,且由于每英寸纬纱中具有10-20根棉氨包芯纱,这种设计可以增加面料的结实度、强度和耐用性,并且所述面料是经纱和纬纱通过提花复合结构织造而成的单层纱布,具有独特的立体感、装饰效果和质感;
步骤S3,烧毛,通过烧毛机对织造好的面料进行烧毛处理,使面料表面光洁;所述烧毛机为气体烧毛机,通过控制机速和火焰温度可以对面料进行多次正面烧毛,机速为80-140m/min,火焰温度为1200℃,增加面料的立体感、柔软度和触感,增加面料的光泽和弹性;其中毛羽外观等级为4级或4级以上;
步骤S4,胚布定型,通过定型机对烧毛后的面料进行定型;所述胚布定型的具体方法为:将面料放入定型机中并添加水作为助剂对面料进行定型处理,所述定型机的机速为60-80m/min,定型温度为195-200℃,定型时间为50-60s,面料下机规格为60-70g/㎡,面料的门幅为133-135cm;
在定型过程中,添加水作为助剂可以增加面料的柔软度和舒适性,其中助剂的量可以根据不同的面料和定型效果进行调整和控制。
步骤S5,退浆,将定型后的胚布放入退浆酶中浸泡,并通过轧辊将面料上的浆料去掉;所述胚布退浆的具体方法为:将胚布放入退浆槽中,加入适量水和退浆酶,浸泡时间为40min,退浆酶的浓度为0.5-0.8%,在浸泡过程中温度控制在60-70℃,然后在胚布退浆过程中实用渗透剂,渗透剂的浓度为0.4-0.5%,帮助退浆液更好地渗透进胚布内部,从而提高退浆效果,最后将胚布送入出料槽,出料槽的轧辊压力为0.6KN,带液率为90-110%,再将胚布送入进料槽,进料槽的轧辊压力为0.6KN,带液率为50-60%,将胚布中的退浆液彻底清除;
步骤S6,煮练,将退浆后的胚布进行煮练操作;所述胚布煮练的具体方法为:将水注入煮练槽中,与胚布的比例为1:8,在煮练浴液中加入烧碱,烧碱的的添加量为50-60g/L,并将煮练槽加热至95℃,在煮练浴液中添加精炼渗透剂,精炼渗透剂的添加量为8-10g/L,将胚布放入煮练槽中,确保煮练浴液足够覆盖胚布,保持煮练槽中的温度在95℃下,煮练时间为45min,当煮练结束后,将胚布从煮练槽取出,进行冷却,并彻底清洗以去除浴液残留和杂质;
其中,在煮练浴液中添加烧碱,烧碱具有碱性,可以帮助去除胚布中的杂质和非纤维成分,同时有助于增强纤维的柔软度和光泽度;在煮练浴液中添加精炼渗透剂,可以促进浴液的渗透性,使其更好地渗透到纤维内部,并改善纤维的柔软性和光泽度;
步骤S7,漂白,将煮练后的胚布进行漂白;所述胚布漂白的具体方法为:在漂白槽中加入双氧水和双氧水稳定剂,双氧水的添加量为15-20g/L,双氧水稳定剂的添加量为5-8g/L,将漂白槽加热至95℃,将煮练处理后的胚布放入漂白槽中,确保它完全浸没在漂白液中,在漂白槽中进行漂白处理,去除残留的色素和杂质,使胚布更加纯白和光滑;
步骤S8,长车染色,将漂白后的胚布放入轧车内进行染色;长车染色的工艺流程包括浸轧染液、热风预烘、烘筒烘干、堆置过度、浸轧盐碱液、汽蒸固色、冷水洗、热水洗、皂洗和水洗,车速为45-50m/min,轧余率为55%-65%;即将漂白后的胚布通过浸泡槽,使其完全浸泡在染液中,其中染液为现有的常规配方,当需要什么颜色的面料时则加入对应的染料,将染液浸染后的织物送入烘干机,在适宜的温度下进行预烘处理,加速染液的固附和渗透,再将预烘干后的织物送入烘筒,通过热风循环的方式进行烘干,能够快速而均匀地去除织物中的水分,并固定染色效果,在烘干后,将胚布堆置一段时间,以促进颜料的充分固附、颜色的深入渗透和染色效果的稳定,将染过的面料送入盐碱液槽中,进行盐碱处理,中和织物表面的碱性残留,调节pH值,并提高染色效果的色牢度,再将经过盐碱处理的织物送入汽蒸机中,进行固色处理,通过高温和蒸汽的作用,使染料与纤维更好地结合,提高染色牢度和颜色的鲜艳度,最后再经过冷水洗、热水洗、皂洗和水洗,去除染液残留、剩余染料和其他杂质;
步骤S9,烘干,将染色后的胚布放入定型机内进行烘干;烘干温度为130-150℃,定型机车速为50-80m/min;
步骤S10,定型,将烘干后的胚布放入定型机内加入定型助剂进行定型;定型机的车速为60-80m/min,温度为150-160℃,并在定型机中添加5%浓度的保湿乳霜作为定型助剂,帮助胚布更好地保持形状和特性;
步骤S11,预缩,将定型后的胚布进行预缩处理;使预缩后的面料门幅为133-135cm,缩水率控制在3%内,弹性伸长控制率为20-40%。
其中,步骤S4、S10和S11中的定型机为门富士10箱定型机。
通过以上步骤制得的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料克重为50-100g/m2,透气率为2072mm/s。制得的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料通过国标:GB/T 21655.2-2019《纺织品功能要求和试验方法第2部分:吸湿速干性能》对吸湿速干性能进行测试,测试结果如下:
由此可得,全棉轻盈速干纱布面料具有易洗快干、触感柔软舒适、透气性强、重量轻的特点,能够应用于贴身服装如内裤的制作;本发明所提供的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的克重为50-100g/㎡,采用80S的高支纱和单层纱布结构的面料,具有易洗快干、触感柔软舒适、透气性强、重量轻的特点,制得的面料通过一系列的处理,使面料的吸湿速干性能更好。
一种全棉轻盈速干纱布面料,采用所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法制备而成。
将制得的成品进行测试,测试结果如下:
由此可见,本实施例的面料具有良好的性能,极好的透气性、耐洗性和拉伸性,20cm2的面料在100Pa的压强下透气性可以达到2072mm/s,在洗涤程序为4N,干燥方式为悬挂凉感的状态下水洗尺寸变化率能够控制在3%内。
其中抗起球测试方法为:压力490cN、起毛0次,起球50次,可得知面料的抗起毛起球级数为4级;拉伸弹性的测试方法为:5次反复拉伸,经向:定负荷:25N,预加张力:2N;纬向:定负荷:25N,预加张力:0.3N。
一种贴身服装,所述贴身服装采用的纱布面料采用所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法制备而成或采用的纱布原料为所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料。

Claims (12)
1.一种全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,原料选择;
步骤S2,面料织造;
步骤S3,烧毛,通过烧毛机对织造好的面料进行烧毛处理,使面料表面光洁;
步骤S4,胚布定型,通过定型机对烧毛后的面料进行定型;
步骤S5,退浆,将定型后的胚布放入退浆酶中浸泡,并通过轧辊将面料上的浆料去掉;
步骤S6,煮练,将退浆后的胚布进行煮练操作;
步骤S7,漂白,将煮练后的胚布进行漂白;
步骤S8,长车染色,将漂白后的胚布放入轧车内进行染色;
步骤S9,烘干,将染色后的胚布放入定型机内进行烘干;
步骤S10,定型,将烘干后的胚布放入定型机内加入定型助剂进行定型;
步骤S11,预缩,将定型后的胚布进行预缩处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,所述原料采用棉纤维、纱线和棉氨包芯纱,所述棉纤维采用80S长绒棉,所述棉纤维的纤维长度>36mm,所述棉纤维的马克隆值为3.7-4.2,所述棉纤维的断裂强度>40cn/tex;
所述纱线为80S精梳紧密纺纱,所述纱线的捻度为1300捻/米-1400捻/米,所述纱线的单纱断裂强力≥150cn,所述纱线的断裂强度≥20cn/tex;
所述棉氨包芯纱为80S棉纤维包40D氨纶的棉氨包芯纱,所述棉氨包芯纱的捻度为1200捻/米-1300捻/米,所述棉氨包芯纱的单纱断裂强力>150cn,所述棉氨包芯纱的断裂强度>140cn/tex;
所述面料织造的具体方法为:经纱采用精梳紧密纺纱,所述经纱的密度为80根/英寸,纬纱采用精梳紧密纺纱与棉氨包芯纱交织,所述纬纱的密度为70根/英寸,其中所述纬纱每英寸中具有10-20根棉氨包芯纱,所述面料为采用提花复合结构织造而成的单层纱布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,采用气体烧毛机对面料进行多次正面烧毛,所述气体烧毛机的机速为80-140m/min,火焰温度为1200℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S4中,所述胚布定型的具体方法为:将面料放入定型机中并添加助剂对面料进行定型,所述助剂为水,所述定型机的机速为60-80m/min,定型温度为195-200℃,定型时间为50-60s,面料下机规格为60-70g/㎡,面料的门幅为133-135cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S5中,所述胚布退浆的具体方法为:出料槽的轧辊压力为0.6KN,带液率为90-110%,进料槽的轧辊压力为0.6KN,带液率为50-60%,退浆酶的浓度为0.5-0.8%,浸泡时间为40min,温度控制在60-70℃,并在所述胚布退浆过程中使用渗透剂,渗透剂的浓度为0.4-0.5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S6中,所述胚布煮练的具体方法为:胚布煮练浴比为1:8,煮练时间为45min,在煮练过程中添加烧碱和精炼渗透剂,烧碱的的添加量为50-60g/L,温度为95℃,精炼渗透剂的添加量为8-10g/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S7中,加入双氧水和双氧水稳定剂对煮练后的胚布进行漂白,双氧水的添加量为15-20g/L,双氧水稳定剂的添加量为5-8g/L,温度为95℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤S8中长车染色的工艺流程包括浸轧染液、热风预烘、烘筒烘干、堆置过度、浸轧盐碱液、汽蒸固色、冷水洗、热水洗、皂洗和水洗,车速为45-50m/min,轧余率为55%-65%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S9中,烘干温度为130-150℃,定型机车速为50-80m/min。
10.根据权利要求1所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤S10和S11中,定型机的车速为60-80m/min,温度为150-160℃,定型助剂为保湿乳霜,保湿乳霜的浓度为5%,所述面料门幅为133-135cm,缩水率控制在3%内,弹性伸长控制率为20-40%。
11.一种全棉轻盈速干纱布面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-10中任一项所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法制备而成。
12.一种贴身服装,其特征在于,所述贴身服装采用的纱布面料采用权利要求1-10任一项所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料的制造方法制备而成或采用的纱布原料为权利要求11所述的全棉轻盈速干纱布面料。
