Abstract
The invention discloses a performance evaluation system and a performance evaluation method, wherein the system comprises a performance evaluation project management module, a performance evaluation template management module and a performance evaluation plan management module, the performance evaluation project management module comprises a performance evaluation project library and a database, the performance evaluation template management module comprises a performance evaluation template, the performance evaluation plan management module comprises performance evaluation objects, the objects needing performance evaluation are selected in the performance evaluation plan management module, and the selection result information is sent to the performance evaluation template management module, the performance evaluation template management module calls a corresponding performance evaluation template according to the received selection result information, and the performance evaluation template management module calls data corresponding to the performance evaluation project from the database in the performance evaluation project management module according to the performance evaluation project in the called performance evaluation template to finish the performance evaluation. The problems of poor performance evaluation accuracy, poor efficiency and high labor cost are solved.

Wherein the evaluation of the performance of the suppliers becomes the most important index for the business transaction evaluation.
Most of the existing methods for evaluating the performance of suppliers pass through offline transfer statistics, consume a large amount of labor, have higher cost, easily cause poor accuracy of evaluation results due to data loss, and have low offline transfer data efficiency, thereby causing low performance evaluation efficiency.

The types of the performance evaluation templates comprise month, quarter and year, the performance evaluation templates can be changed in the system, and when the performance evaluation items of the performance evaluation objects and the corresponding weights of the performance evaluation items need to be changed, the performance evaluation templates are directly changed in the performance evaluation template management templates.

As shown in fig. 2, a performance evaluation method includes the following steps:

In step S2, the payment influence is 70% in weight in the delivery schedule, the on-time delivery rate is 30% in weight in the delivery schedule, the quality of service efficiency is 60% in weight in the service level, and the service time line is 40% in weight in the service level, as shown in fig. 4.
In step S3, the grade of the delivery impact includes no impact, slight impact, comparatively impact and serious impact, and the scores are respectively 0, -15, -30 and-50, and the on-time delivery rate is set to be full score 30, and the delivery progress score=30×0.3+ (-30) ×0.7= (-12) score.

The performance evaluation method according to claim 6, wherein in step S1, the evaluation factors of the delivery schedule include the delivery influence and the on-time delivery rate, and the evaluation factors of the service level include the service quality efficiency and the service timeliness.

The performance evaluation method according to claim 7, wherein in step S2, the weight of the payment influence in the delivery schedule is 70%, the weight of the on-time delivery rate in the delivery schedule is 30%, the weight of the quality of service efficiency in the service level is 60%, and the weight of the service timeliness in the service level is 40%.
