the receiving module is also used for acquiring target requirements, and the target requirements at least comprise one or more project requirements in industry categories, industry sub-categories and project scales;
a determination module: the system comprises a database, a database server and a database server, wherein the database server is used for storing a plurality of project requirements, and is used for determining N suppliers from a supplier database according to the project requirements selected by target requirements, wherein the N suppliers are suppliers meeting the project requirements and are formed into a potential supplier database;
a display module: the system is used for displaying basic information of the N suppliers in real time, wherein the basic information at least comprises acquired qualification, qualification certificate and performance condition.
Examples
Taking the reconstruction engineering design of a certain 220kV line as an example:
1. item type: service class
2. The type of industry: electric power
3. And (4) item classification: design class → power transmission engineering
4. Project size: larger than 330 KV-large scale
5. Qualification screening results: a comprehensive engineering design class, a class A in power engineering design industry, a class A in power engineering transmission engineering (if meeting the class B, the class B is displayed preferentially, and then the class A is displayed)
6. Listing relevant conditions required by the grade A qualification
7. Listing the related enterprises meeting the first-level qualification (listing the enterprises meeting the second-level and the first-level respectively, defaulting to first second and then first A [ defaulting to ascending order ], the user can select the ascending order or descending order of the qualification grade, the registered fund, etc.)
Please refer to fig. 3; firstly, a user determines a target screening condition, the power industry in the service class, and then a standard qualification grade in the service class power industry and a qualification condition required under the corresponding grade are constructed; meanwhile, supplier information is crawled, and further, a user determines specific target requirements, such as a delivery point engineering project in a large project; then screening and grading are carried out on the database again, so that potential suppliers meeting all conditions are extracted, and the public data of the potential suppliers are crawled; and displayed. For example, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, supplier selection needs to be performed on a large scale in the power transmission project of the construction project of the power industry, conditions and ranges of the project design comprehensive first-level qualification are obtained through the scheme, and the first-level grading of the project design industry qualification is refined; the published conditions are all standard conditions in the industry. Then, after the potential suppliers are obtained according to the condition, the relevant supplier information meeting all the conditions can be displayed according to the ranking, please refer to fig. 6-fig. 7; and obtain the performance of the supplier; then, an alternative business is selected, and relevant information and performance of the business are listed.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the potential suppliers meeting the conditions can be selected and inspected in the project pre-research stage;
2. the suppliers meeting the conditions can be quickly screened out.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic screening method for procurement item qualification is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring target screening conditions, wherein the target screening conditions at least comprise industry categories and project types;
obtaining standard qualification grades corresponding to each industry category and standard qualification conditions corresponding to each standard qualification grade according to the target screening conditions;
obtaining supplier information, and classifying suppliers according to the standard qualification grade and the standard qualification condition to form a supplier database;
acquiring target requirements, wherein the target requirements at least comprise one or more project requirements in industry categories, industry sub-categories and project scales;
determining N suppliers from the supplier database according to the project requirement selected by the target requirement, wherein the N suppliers are suppliers meeting the project requirement and are formed into a potential supplier database;
and acquiring and displaying the basic information of the N suppliers in real time according to the potential supplier database.
2. The automatic screening method of procurement project qualification of claim 1, characterized by constructing a multi-level classification framework according to the stepped subordinate sequence of the project types, the industry categories and the industry subcategories to which the projects belong after acquiring the target screening condition, and taking the project types as the total classification; in the supplier database, the multi-stage classification architecture affiliated to each supplier is included, and when N suppliers are offered, the corresponding affiliated multi-stage classification architecture is shown.
3. The automatic screening method for qualification of procurement projects of claim 2, characterized in that the project types at least comprise a service type, an engineering type and a material type; the industry categories include at least electric power, water machines and water works; the sub-classification of the project at least comprises power equipment, engineering design, hydroelectric installation and test verification.
4. The automatic screening method of the qualification of the procurement item of claim 2 is characterized in that the public information of the preset internet website is crawled by a network data crawler when the standard qualification grades corresponding to each industry category and the standard qualification conditions corresponding to each standard qualification grade are obtained; comparing the standard qualification grades with the classification grades in the multi-stage classification framework, and writing the corresponding standard qualification conditions into each classification grade in the multi-stage classification framework.
5. The automatic screening method for qualification of procurement projects of claim 4, characterized by further comprising a first condition added manually when crawling the public information of the preset internet website by a web data crawler, wherein the first condition is classified with the standard qualification grade, and the standard qualification condition is classified as belonging to suppliers.
6. The automatic screening method of procurement item qualification of claim 1, characterized in that, when acquiring the basic information of the N suppliers in real time, crawling the public information of a preset Internet website by a web data crawler, and updating the basic information of the original N suppliers according to the latest crawling.
7. The automatic screening method of qualification of procurement projects according to claim 6, further comprising manually added first information when crawling basic information of public information of a preset internet website by a web data crawler, wherein the basic information is updated by the first information, and the priority of the first information is higher than that of the public information of the preset internet website.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein when N suppliers are determined, if N is equal to 0, the updated target demand is cyclically obtained until N is greater than or equal to 1.
9. The method for automatically screening the qualification of the procurement project of claim 6 is characterized by receiving a basic information display instruction of a supplier, wherein the basic information at least comprises the acquired qualification, the qualification certificate and the performance condition; and displaying the performance condition, qualification, qualification certificate and performance condition of the supplier in response to the basic information display instruction.
10. An automatic screening system for quality of procurement projects, which is characterized in that the screening method of any one of claims 1 to 9 is adopted; the method comprises the following steps:
a receiving module: the system comprises a data processing system and a data processing system, wherein the data processing system is used for acquiring target screening conditions, and the target screening conditions at least comprise industry categories and project types;
a processing module: obtaining standard qualification grades corresponding to each industry category and standard qualification conditions corresponding to each standard qualification grade according to the target screening conditions;
a comparison module: classifying and attributing suppliers according to the standard qualification grades and the standard qualification conditions to form a supplier database;
the receiving module is further used for acquiring target requirements, wherein the target requirements at least comprise one or more project requirements in industry categories, industry subcategories and project scales;
the determining module: the system comprises a database of suppliers, a database of potential suppliers and a database of target suppliers, wherein the database of potential suppliers is used for storing a plurality of project requirements of the project;
a display module: and the basic information is used for displaying the basic information of the N suppliers in real time, and the basic information at least comprises the acquired qualification, qualification certificate and performance condition.
