The project management and control module comprises a cost management submodule, a progress management submodule and a risk management submodule; the cost management submodule is used for managing project cost and monitoring the cost and has a reminding function; the progress management submodule is used for monitoring the project progress, predicting the project completion degree and prompting in time; the risk management submodule is used for managing and controlling the risk which is convenient for the project and possibly occurs, and various suggestions for avoiding or reducing the risk are embedded.
The project experience module comprises a system module submodule, an implementation module submodule and a management module submodule; the system module submodule collects and arranges the discovered experience formed in the process of project development; the implementation module submodule records how to solve the communication problem with the client and the like in the implementation process; and the management module submodule is used for recording the solution of problems in the overall scheduling and supervision in the project management process and the like.
The economic feasibility analysis submodule of the embodiment is used for analyzing the capital required to be consumed in meeting the customer requirements, further analyzing the economic feasibility of the project, and performing economic feasibility analysis on the project from the aspects of net present value and investment recovery period by adopting linear regression or a neural network.
Please refer to fig. 2, the neural network algorithm adopts an improved genetic algorithm to predict project expected income and the like; the input end is enterprise scale, industry type, company architecture, enterprise requirement complexity, technical difficulty and the output end is expected income;
wherein, the company architecture can be divided according to types, such as flat, linear, function, linear-function, affairs department, matrix, etc.;
the enterprise demand complexity is determined according to the number of departments, data traffic between the departments, workload and the like which are required to be included by the project demand;
the technical difficulty is determined according to the system configuration level, the system hierarchy division, the data precision, the accuracy, the timeliness and the like; for example, the system configuration level can be divided into various types of combination and collocation such as a Server (Windows 2008 Server) + a client (Windows XP), a Server (above Windows 2008 Server) + a client (above Windows XP), and the like; the system level comprises a workpiece layer, a process layer, an inter-vehicle layer, a factory layer, an enterprise cooperation layer and the like, so different items have different level selections for the item system level division; the data precision, for example, the statistical precision of the product reject rate is 0.0001 or 0.00001; accuracy, which requires specific system analysis, for example, some systems can display or predict failure rate and qualification rate, and the accuracy here is based on the accuracy that can be realized on average; the timeliness refers to the processing speed of the system, for example, the time for the system to perform the reflection is measured in minutes or hours when the quality of the workshop product is abnormal, and similarly, the timeliness is determined based on the average achievable reflection time.

step 3.3: calculating new weight and threshold value, and calculating the weight and threshold value of each factor according to the weight iterative correction rule of the neural network;
step 3.4: and (5) error judgment and iteration, selecting the next input mode pair, returning to the step 3.2, and repeatedly training until the output error of the network is required to finish training.
And 4, step 4: solving;
and inputting new project parameters and predicting possible project gains after the precision of the algorithm model meets the requirement and the iteration is stopped.
The project profit prediction method comprises a plurality of algorithms, particularly a BP neural network model, and is applied to project profit prediction, so that project profits can be predicted more accurately.
The invention can realize the functions of synchronous tracking, classified management, comprehensive planning, project analysis, intelligent decision and the like of the informationized project, thereby solving the technical problem in the background technology.
