Abstract
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,公开了一种护色、祛味的清洁组合物及其制备方法和应用。该清洁组合物包括组分:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、羟基硬脂精和醇类化合物;阴离子表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸盐和氨基酸表面活性剂。本发明清洁组合物通过十二烷基苯磺酸盐、氨基酸表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、羟基硬脂精和醇类化合物合理搭配,共同作用,无需添加荧光增白剂,对织物具有明显的护色作用,同时能够使微胶囊香精稳定悬浮于体系中而不影响产品的去污力,本发明清洁组合物去污力强,还可减少皮脂过氧化产生的异味,可应用于普通及浓缩洗涤体系中,还可以减少浓缩体系的凝胶化。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,特别涉及一种护色、祛味的清洁组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
织物由于经过长期洗涤后,容易褪色泛白,导致织物显旧、不美观。
中国专利CN103468426A公开了一种具有护色功能的漂白体系洗涤剂组合物。该发明通过添加烷基胺膦酸盐漂白护色增效剂及增白剂提升漂白体系的护色性及稳定性,其原理是护色增效剂保护染料不被漂白剂或自来水中的离子破坏,并且通过荧光增白剂物理提升产品视觉上的色彩艳丽。但漂白体系的洗涤剂一方面长期使用容易造成织物损伤变薄等,且无法做到普通体系的长期稳定性;另一方面荧光增白剂具有迁移性,用于贴身衣物,容易迁移于人体皮肤,且较难清洗干净。
另外穿着过程容易有皮脂附着在织物上,皮脂过氧化容易有异味。目前市售洗涤剂主要通过香气掩盖(添加微胶囊香精)或添加抑菌剂,以实现祛除由于微生物因素产生的异味,对于织物残存微量皮脂造成的异味,并未见较好的解决方案。传统为了使微胶囊香精能够悬浮在洗涤剂中,需要额外添加悬浮剂,但会影响产品的去污力。
因此,亟需提供一种无荧光增白剂的洗涤剂,不仅具有护色、祛味功能,而且能够使微胶囊香精稳定悬浮于体系中,不影响产品的去污力,是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种护色、祛味的清洁组合物及其制备方法和应用,该清洁组合物对织物不仅具有护色、祛味作用,而且能够使微胶囊香精稳定悬浮于体系中,去污力强。
本发明的第一方面提供一种清洁组合物,所述清洁组合物包括组分:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、羟基硬脂精和醇类化合物;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸盐和氨基酸表面活性剂。
可以理解的是,所述羟基硬脂精为部分氧化的硬脂酸和其他脂肪酸的甘油酯的混合物,分子式为C21H42O5。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述清洁组合物还包括助剂和溶剂;所述助剂包括抗再沉积剂、酶、微胶囊香精、色素、防腐剂、pH调节剂中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述溶剂为水。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述酶包括蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述清洁组合物由以下质量百分比的组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸盐0.5~20%、氨基酸表面活性剂0.1~10%、非离子表面活性剂0.1~20%、脂肪酸盐0.1~5%、羟基硬脂精0.01~1%、醇类化合物0.1~10%、助剂0.01~5%、溶剂余量。
进一步的,所述清洁组合物由以下质量百分比的组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸盐10~20%、氨基酸表面活性剂1~5%、非离子表面活性剂5~15%、脂肪酸盐0.5~5%、羟基硬脂精0.1~1%、醇类化合物3~10%、助剂0.1~5%、溶剂余量。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:(1~5)。进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为1:(2~3)。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述十二烷基苯磺酸盐为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基苯磺酸铵。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述氨基酸表面活性剂包括椰油酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰甘氨酸钠、棕榈酰甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺、乙氧基化失水山梨酸醇酯、脂肪酸乙氧基化物中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述脂肪酸盐包括月桂酸、椰油酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸中的至少一种脂肪酸的盐。盐是指钠盐或钾盐,例如脂肪酸盐包括但不限于月桂酸钠、椰油酸钠、油酸钠、蓖麻油酸钠、月桂酸钾、椰油酸钾、油酸钾、蓖麻油酸钾。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述醇类化合物包括丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇、双丙甘醇中的至少一种。进一步的,所述醇类化合物为丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物。更进一步的,在所述混合物中,所述丙二醇与丙三醇的质量比为1:(1~3)。
本发明的第二方面提供上述清洁组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将各组分进行混合,加热,搅拌溶解,得到所述清洁组合物。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述清洁组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将部分溶剂、部分非离子表面活性剂、醇类化合物、羟基硬脂精混合,加热,均质,得到物料A;
将剩余溶剂、剩余非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐混合,搅拌至完全溶解,得到物料B;
将物料A、物料B和助剂混合,搅拌分散均匀,得到所述清洁组合物。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述物料A的具体制备过程为:在辅锅中加入醇类化合物、部分非离子表面活性剂,升温至80~85℃,搅拌5~20min;边快速搅拌(500~700rmp/min)边撒入羟基硬脂精,混匀,至透明;加入部分86~88℃热水后,均质1~3min,中速搅拌(350~450rmp/min),降温至45℃以下,得到物料A。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述物料B的具体制备过程为:将剩余水、剩余非离子表面活性剂、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、氨基酸表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐加入反应锅中,升温至40~60℃,搅拌5~15min,至完全溶解透明,45℃保温,得到物料B。
本发明的第三方面提供一种织物洗涤剂,包括上述清洁组合物。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果以下:
本发明清洁组合物通过十二烷基苯磺酸盐、氨基酸表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、羟基硬脂精和醇类化合物合理搭配,共同作用,无需添加荧光增白剂,对织物具有明显的护色作用,同时能够使微胶囊香精稳定悬浮于体系中而不影响产品的去污力,本发明清洁组合物去污力强,可减少残存的皮脂过氧化产生的异味,可应用于普通及浓缩洗涤体系中,还可以减少浓缩体系的凝胶化。

具体实施方式
为了让本领域技术人员更加清楚明白本发明所述技术方案,现列举以下实施例进行说明。需要指出的是,以下实施例对本发明要求的保护范围不构成限制作用。
以下实施例中所用的原料、试剂或装置如无特殊说明,均可从常规商业途径得到,或者可以通过现有已知方法得到。
实施例1~5均提供了一种清洁组合物,具体组分及质量含量(按总量100%计)如表1所示。所述原料均为市售原料。

实施例1~5提供的清洁组合物,均采用以下方法进行制备,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、在辅锅中加入醇类化合物、部分非离子表面活性剂,升温至85℃,搅拌20min;边快速搅拌边撒入羟基硬脂精,混匀,至透明;加入部分88℃热水后,均质1min,中速搅拌,降温至45℃以下,得到物料A;
S2、将剩余水、剩余非离子表面活性剂、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、氨基酸表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐加入反应锅中,升温至60℃,搅拌15min,至完全溶解透明,45℃保温,得到物料B;
S3、在步骤S2得到的物料B中加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH至7.0~8.5,再加入聚丙烯酸钠、步骤S1得到的物料A,搅拌混匀,降温至40℃以下,然后加入蛋白酶、卡松、微胶囊香精,搅拌均匀,得到清洁组合物。
需要说明的是,上述制备方法中,提及的“部分”是指该组分总添加量的10%,例如实施例1中非离子表面活性剂的总添加量是5%,则部分非离子表面活性剂的添加量是0.5%。
对比例1~10
对比例1采用国家标准洗衣液,对比例2~10均提供了一种清洁组合物,具体组分及质量含量(按总量100%计)如表2所示。

以下具体说明对比例1~10与实施例的差异:
对比例1为国家标准洗衣液配方;为更好的作比较各方面的性能,在国标洗衣液中添加等量的微胶囊香精。
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于,制备方法不同,主要体现在羟基硬脂精不使用辅锅与醇等预溶,而是采用更高的温度(90℃)进行溶解。对比例2的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应锅中加入足量的水,开启搅拌,加入十二烷基苯磺酸铵,脂肪酸乙氧基化物升温至90℃,再加入羟基硬脂精,搅拌25min至其完全溶解分散;
S2、降温至60℃,将氨基酸表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、醇类化合物加入反应锅中,搅拌15min,至完全溶解透明;
S3、降温至45℃,加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH至7.0~8.5,再加入聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌混匀,降温至40℃以下,然后加入蛋白酶、卡松、微胶囊香精,搅拌均匀,得到清洁组合物。
对比例3与实施例1的区别在于,制备方法不同,对比例3中的羟基硬脂精的预融过程未添加脂肪酸乙氧基化物,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、在辅锅中加入醇类化合物,升温至85℃,搅拌20min;边快速搅拌边撒入羟基硬脂精,混匀,至透明;加入部分88℃热水后,均质1min,中速搅拌,降温至45℃以下,得到物料A;
S2、将剩余水、脂肪酸乙氧基化物、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、氨基酸表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐加入反应锅中,升温至60℃,搅拌15min,至完全溶解透明,45℃保温,得到物料B;
S3、在步骤S2得到的物料B中加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH,再加入聚丙烯酸钠、步骤S1得到的物料A,搅拌混匀,降温至40℃以下,然后加入蛋白酶、卡松、微胶囊香精,搅拌均匀,得到清洁组合物。
对比例4与实施例1的区别在于,制备方法不同,对比例4中的羟基硬脂精的预融过程未添加醇类化合物,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、在辅锅中加入部分脂肪酸乙氧基化物,升温至85℃,搅拌20min;边快速搅拌边撒入羟基硬脂精,混匀,至透明;加入部分88℃热水后,均质1min,中速搅拌,降温至45℃以下,得到物料A;
S2、将剩余水、剩余脂肪酸乙氧基化物、醇类化合物、十二烷基苯磺酸铵、氨基酸表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐加入反应锅中,升温至60℃,搅拌15min,至完全溶解透明,45℃保温,得到物料B;
S3、在步骤S2得到的物料B中加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠调节pH,再加入聚丙烯酸钠、步骤S1得到的物料A,搅拌混匀,降温至40℃以下,然后加入蛋白酶、卡松、微胶囊香精,搅拌均匀,得到清洁组合物。
对比例5与实施例1的区别在于,对比例5将十二烷基苯磺酸铵替换成AES,其他组分、含量和制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例6与实施例1的区别在于,对比例6未添加椰油酸钾,其他组分、含量和制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例7与实施例1的区别在于,对比例7未添加月桂酰肌氨酸钠,其他组分、含量和制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例8与实施例1的区别在于,对比例8未添加丙三醇,其他组分、含量和制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例9与实施例1的区别在于,对比例9未添加羟基硬脂精,其他组分、含量和制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例10与实施例1的区别在于,对比例10未添加丙二醇,其他组分、含量和制备方法与实施例1相同。
产品性能测试
1、护色测试:
选用红色纯棉布,在水中添加1g待测样品搅拌溶解后,放入6cm×6cm的红色纯棉布,浸泡30min后,用自来水漂洗2次,室内自然晾干后,用白度仪读取数值,通过洗前、洗后的色差值的大小判断布片的颜色变化,评价样品的护色效果;待测样品为实施例1~5、对比例1~10的产品。测试结果如表3所示。

备注:Δ值的绝对值越接近0,表明红色纯棉布褪色越少,样品的护色程度越好;Δ值的绝对值越大,表明红色纯棉布的颜色改变越大,样品的护色程度差。
由表3的测试结果可知,实施例1~5组的红色纯棉布的色差值变化不大,说明均有明显的护色效果。
对比例2~4,护色效果均差于实施例1,优于标准洗衣液,说明实施例1对工艺的改进,会进一步提升样品的护色效果。对比例5~10的护色效果也差于实施例1。
以上说明本发明清洁组合物通过十二烷基苯磺酸盐、氨基酸表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、羟基硬脂精和醇类化合物共同作用,对织物具有明显护色作用,同时对工艺的改进,还会进一步提升产品的护色效果。
2、去污力测试:
测试方法:依照GBT 13174衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定进行实验。实施例1~5和对比例1~10的测试结果如表4所示。

从上表4可看出,实施列1~5的样品,对各污布的去污力均合格,其中实施例3的效果最好。实施例3为最佳配比,其护色效果及去污能力均处于中上水平。
对比例1在国标洗衣液基础上添加微胶囊香精后,由于微胶囊香精的沉积影响了其对污垢的洗脱能力,其去污力下降。
对比例1~10的去污力亦符合标准要求,但相较实施例1差,特别是对比例10,蛋白污布的去污力相差2.2。表明不添加丙二醇,对体系中的酶活性有影响,从而影响产品的去污力,说明醇在体系中除了有利于其他物质的分散,还能协同提升酶的稳定性,让体系展现更好的稳定性和清洁效果。
3、悬浮稳定性测试:
进行1个月的耐热稳定性测试,测试结果如表5所示。

实施例1~5的样品,经过室温及高温稳定性测试1个月后均正常,其中实施例1的样品经高温稳定性测试1个月后的实物图如图1中(a)所示;表明实施例1~5的样品对微胶囊香精有很好的悬浮稳定作用。
对比例1在国标洗衣液中直接添加等量微胶囊香精,无悬浮作用,室温及高温测试后,样品中的微胶囊香精上浮析出。
对比例2与实施例1相比,配制温度更高,样品分散效果一般,因此高温测试后的样品变透,少量微胶囊香精上浮表明悬浮力也变差,说明改变本发明的工艺后,就算提升温度,也不能制备出质量稳定的产品。
对比例3~4与实施例1相比,改变了配制工艺中的预溶方案,导致出料时样品仍有未彻底溶胀分散的颗粒,影响样品的外观,悬浮效果也差。
由此可见,采用本发明的制备方法有利于在较低温度下制备外观正常、悬浮稳定的护色清洁组合物。
对比例8未添加丙三醇,对比例10未添加丙二醇,均导致样品的外观不正常,且悬浮不稳定,其中对比例8的样品经高温稳定性测试1个月后的实物图如图1中(b)所示;对比例9完全没有悬浮效果,证明添加羟基硬脂精对体系的悬浮性至关重要。
4、消费者试用评价
实验方法:招募志愿者共150人,分15组,每组10人,每组分别试用1款样品,1个月后,依据有色衣物的色泽变化情况进行评价打分,有明显效果的打5分,无改善的打1分。测试结果如表6所示。

由表6可知,本发明实施例1~5的综合得分均大于4.5分,而对比例1~10中各个效果的平均得分的偏差较大,说明本发明清洁组合物在各组分的共同作用下,综合(去污、祛味、护色)效果较好。对比例1~10说明无论是工艺条件的改变或改动本发明中的各组分都影响本发明的护色、悬浮或祛味效果。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物包括组分:阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐、羟基硬脂精和醇类化合物;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸盐和氨基酸表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物还包括助剂和溶剂;所述助剂包括抗再沉积剂、酶、微胶囊香精、色素、防腐剂、pH调节剂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物由以下质量百分比的组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸盐0.5~20%、氨基酸表面活性剂0.1~10%、非离子表面活性剂0.1~20%、脂肪酸盐0.1~5%、羟基硬脂精0.01~1%、醇类化合物0.1~10%、助剂0.01~5%、溶剂余量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述十二烷基苯磺酸盐为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和/或十二烷基苯磺酸铵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂包括椰油酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、棕榈酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰甘氨酸钠、棕榈酰甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺、乙氧基化失水山梨酸醇酯、脂肪酸乙氧基化物中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸盐包括月桂酸、椰油酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸中的至少一种脂肪酸的盐;所述醇类化合物包括丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇、双丙甘醇中的至少一种。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述的清洁组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将各组分进行混合,加热,搅拌溶解,得到所述清洁组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将部分溶剂、部分非离子表面活性剂、醇类化合物、羟基硬脂精混合,加热,均质,得到物料A;
将剩余溶剂、剩余非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐混合,搅拌至完全溶解,得到物料B;
将物料A、物料B和助剂混合,搅拌分散均匀,得到所述清洁组合物。
10.一种织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~7任一项所述的清洁组合物。
