Description

一种手动变速箱油添加剂组合物
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动变速箱油添加剂组合物,尤其是一种卡车手动变速箱用润滑油的添加剂组合物,属于润滑油添加剂技术领域。
(二)背景技术
手动变速箱油复合剂是用于调制各种粘度牌号并满足国际标准API MT-1的卡车手动变速箱油复合剂,其加剂量是衡量该复合剂水平、技术经济性最重要的指标之一。通过国外专利查询,US 5763372公开的手动变速箱油复合剂由烃基的丁二酰亚胺和含硫抗磨剂、含磷抗磨剂组成,与本发明组合物组成不同。国内专利齿轮润滑油添加剂组合物(97112341.1)及专利97112340.3涉及到手动变速箱油及其复合剂,但其复合剂的加剂量与本发明相比明显偏高,而且使用该复合剂调制的手动变速箱油达不到API MT-1规格要求。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种手动变速箱油添加剂组合物,可适用于各种基础油,用其调制的90、140、85W/90、85W/140、80W/90、80W/140、75W/90等粘度牌号的卡车手动变速箱油均满足API MT-1规格要求。
本发明为了实现上述目的,对添加剂组合物中的各种添加剂组分进行精心选择。除了考虑各组分功能添加剂自身的性能和突出的优点外,同时把热安定性、防腐性及耐久性作为优先考虑的条件之一。因此,仅靠添加剂各组分的性能远远不能实现上述目的,还必须对组合物中的各添加剂组分之间的性能进行平衡考察,以达到复合剂整体性能的平衡与统一。
本发明调配的卡车手动变速箱油复合剂,产品的硫含量为26.0~30.0wt%,磷含量为1.50~2.00wt%,氮含量为0.20~0.60wt%。具有良好的热安定性、防腐性及高温耐久性,产品以2.4wt%加剂量调制的90、140、85W/90、85W/140、80W/90、80W/140、75W/90等各种粘度牌号的卡车手动变速箱油均满足API MT-1规格要求。该产品加剂量低,生产成本低,具有很好的经济效益与社会效益。该复合剂组合物调配方便,性能优良,有广阔的推广应用前景。
本发明的卡车手动变速箱润滑油添加剂组合物,它含有:(A)至少一种含硫的极压抗磨剂;(B)至少一种抗氧抗腐剂;(C)至少一种含磷的抗磨剂;(D)至少一种摩擦改进剂;(E)至少一种防锈剂;(F)至少一种抗氧剂。所说的(A)为硫化异丁烯,所说的添加剂组合物,含(A)组分40~90wt%;所说的(B)为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐及其衍生物,所说的添加剂组合物,含(B)组分1~20wt%;所说的(C)为亚磷酸酯及其衍生物,或磷酸酯及其衍生物,或它们任意组合的混合物,所说的添加剂组合物,含(C)组分10~40wt%;所说的(D)为苯三唑脂肪胺盐及其衍生物,或二烷基二硫代磷酸硫氧化钼及其衍生物,或脂肪酸酯及其硼化物,或它们任意组合的混合物,所说的添加剂组合物,含(D)组分0.5~10wt%;所说的(E)为丁二酰亚胺及其硼化物,或有机磺酸盐,或脂肪酸酰胺及其硼化物,或它们任意组合的混合物,所说的添加剂组合物,含(E)组分2~15wt%;所说的(F)为硼酸酯及其衍生物,或胺类抗氧剂,或酚类抗氧剂,或它们任意组合物的混合物,所说的添加剂组合物,含(F)组分0.5~10wt%。
更进一步,本发明的卡车手动变速箱润滑油添加剂组合物,它含有:(A)至少一种含硫的极压抗磨剂;(B)至少一种抗氧抗腐剂;(C)至少一种含磷的抗磨剂;(D)至少一种摩擦改进剂;(E)至少一种防锈剂;(F)至少一种抗氧剂。
其中所说的(A)组分较适宜的是硫化异丁烯,组分(A)在添加剂组合物中的适宜含量为40~80wt%;
(B)组分较适宜的是二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐及其衍生物,组分(B)在添加剂组合物中的适宜含量为1~15wt%;
(C)组分较适宜的是酸性亚磷酸酯,或中性磷酸酯,或它们任意组合的混合物,组分(C)在添加剂组合物中的适宜含量为10~30wt%;
(D)组分较适宜的是苯三唑脂肪胺盐及其衍生物,或二烷基二硫代磷酸硫氧化钼及其衍生物,或脂肪酸及其硼化物,或它们任意组合的混合物,组分(D)在添加剂组合物中的适宜含量为1.0~8.0wt%;
(E)组分较适宜的是丁二酰亚胺及其硼化物,或有机磺酸盐,或脂肪酸酰胺及其硼化物,或它们任意组合的混合物,组分(E)在添加剂组合物中的适宜含量为2~10wt%;
(F)组分较适宜的是硼酸酯及其衍生物,或胺类抗氧剂,或酚类抗氧剂,或它们任意组合的混合物,组分(F)在添加剂组合物中的适宜含量为1.0~8.0wt%。
制法:上述卡车手动变速箱润滑油添加剂组合物的制备方法是:先将按比例所需要的极压抗磨剂(A)、抗磨剂(C)、摩擦改进剂(D)加入带搅拌器的搪瓷调合釜中,其次按比例加入所需的抗氧抗腐剂(B)、防锈剂(E)、抗氧剂(F),在60~70℃下,搅拌4h,至混合物全部溶解,并均匀透明。
为了筛选添加剂组分和添加剂组合物,本发明在实验室采用了各种试验方法进行模拟评定。其中有润滑油极压性能测定法(GB/T3142),润滑油抗磨性能测定法(SH/T0189)。
为了评价添加剂组合物加入基础油后,是否符合API MT-1的国际标准,进行了石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法(GB/T5096或ASTM D130),润滑油承载能力测定法(CL-100)(SH/T0306或ASTM D5182),齿轮油热氧化安定性测定法(L-60、L-60-1),齿轮油高温稳定性测定法(ASTM D5579),与密封材料的适应性(ASTM D5662),润滑油抗泡性能测定法(ASTM D892)。
(四)具体实施方式
本发明的效果通过下面的实施例进一步说明。但应明白,下面的实施例不是限制本发明的范围,任何不超过本发明的构思和范围的改动,都在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1:
添加剂组合物(I),它包括:70wt%硫化异丁烯(组分A);5wt%二烷基二硫代磷酸锌碱式盐(组分B);15wt%酸性亚磷酸酯(组分C);3wt%二烷基二硫代磷酸硫氧化钼(组分D);5wt%中碱值石油磺酸钙(组分E);2wt%胺类抗氧剂(组分F)。添加剂组合物(II)除不含二烷基二硫代磷酸锌碱式盐(组分B)外,其余均用组合物(I)。组合物(I)和(II)均以2.4wt%加入85W/90基础油中,其评定结果列表2中。

实验结果表明,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐及其衍生物可明显改善卡车手动变速箱油添加剂组合物的防腐性能。
实施例2:
添加剂组合物(III)除不含酸性亚磷酸酯(组分C)外,其余均同组合物(I)。组合物(I)和(III)均以2.4wt%加入75W/90基础油中,其评定结果列表4中。

实验结果表明,酸性亚磷酸酯(组分C)可明显提高卡车手动变速箱油添加剂组合物的极压抗磨性能。
实施例3:
添加剂组合物(IV),它包括:60wt%硫化异丁烯(组分A);8wt%二烷基二硫代磷酸锌碱式盐(组分B);15wt%中性磷酸酯(组分C);5wt%苯三唑脂肪胺盐(组分D);10wt%硼化丁二酰亚胺(组分E);2wt%酚类抗氧剂(组分F)。添加剂组合物(IV)以2.4wt%加入85W/90基础油中,其评定结果列表5。
实验结果表明:添加剂组合物(IV)具有良好的热安定性、防腐性及高温耐久性,以2.4wt%(质量)加剂量调制的85W/90卡车手动变速箱油完全满足API MT-1规格要求。

Claims (8)

1.一种手动变速箱油添加剂组合物,其特征在于它含有:
(A)至少一种含硫的极压抗磨剂。为硫化异丁烯,组合物含组分(A)40~90wt%,
(B)至少一种抗氧抗腐剂,为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐及衍生物,组合物含组分(B)1~20wt%,
(C)至少一种含磷的抗磨剂,为亚磷酸酯及其衍生物,或磷酸酯及其衍生物,或它们任意组合的混合物,组合物含组分(C)10~40wt%,
(D)至少一种摩擦改进剂,为苯三唑脂肪胺盐及其衍生物,或二烷基二硫代磷酸硫氧化钼及其衍生物,或脂肪酸酯及其硼化物,或它们任意组合的混合物,组合物含组分(D)0.5~10wt%,
(E)至少一种防锈剂,为丁二酰亚胺及其硼化物,或有机磺酸盐,或脂肪酸酰胺及其硼化物,或它们任意组合的混合物,组合物含组分(E)2~15wt%,

3.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂组合物,其特征在于(B)组分含量为1~15wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂组合物,其特征在于(C)组分为酸性亚磷酸酯,或中性磷酸酯,或它们任意组合的混合物,含量为10~30wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂组合物,其特征在于(D)组分含量为1.0~8.0wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂组合物,其特征在于(E)组分含量为2~10wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂组合物,其特征在于(F)组分含量为1.0~8.0wt%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的添加剂组合物的应用,其特征在于该添加剂组合物以2.4wt%加剂量调制的卡车手动变速箱油满足APIMT-1规格,用于车辆变速箱的润滑。
