Abstract
一种以碳酸钙为主要成分的环境降解包装材料及其制法和用途,它是由含量90%以上碳酸钙和粘合剂聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚氯乙烯,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物中的任一种,复合偶联剂三油酰基钛酸异丙酯,r-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,稀释剂氯化石蜡所组成,经混合、挤压、造粒、再模压成一次性快餐盒,能在15—86天内进行环境降解,降解产物可参加自然界的循环,是一种最新的环境降解包装材料。
Description
本发明涉及一种以碳酸钙为主要成份的包装材料及其制法和用途,特别涉及一种以碳酸钙为主成份的环境降解包装材料及其制法和用途。
众所周知,直到目前为止市面上通用的以聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚氯乙烯等为主要成份的包装材料,一般是配入一定量的无机物填料如碳酸钙、二氧化硅、二氧化钛填料,其加入量最高只达到60%左右,如JP7033151,否则此种材料质地太脆,更主要的是这些高聚物与碳酸钙配套而制成的包装材料是不能降解的,而不能生物降的或光降解或环境降解的(如水降解或风化等)。近年来有生物降解或光降解的包装材料的出现,但其制备工艺复杂,原料规格要求高,从而成本高及所降解后的塑料碎片对土壤团粒结构没有危害。
本发明的目的在于提供一种以碳酸钙为主要成份(其重量份占90%以上)配合以乙烯等作为粘结剂和少量氧化石蜡的增塑齐制成的包装材料,能在使用的环境下进行风化降解,风化的产物又参加了自然界的循环,所以对环境及土壤结构没有危害。
本发明的实施方案如下:
一、配方(以重量份计)
碳酸钙(粒度320-500目) 90-100
粘结剂:如乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯
乙烯--乙酸乙烯酯共聚物 4-6
复合偶联剂:三油酰基钛酸异丙酯 0.5-1
r-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷 0.1-0.5
稀释剂:氧化石蜡 1-1.5
二、制备方法
(1)将碳酸钙粉碎,取320-500目粒度在干燥器内于150-300℃温度下干燥至含水份0.3%。
(2)将上述的碳酸钙粉与粘结剂,复合偶联剂,稀释剂先在混合器进行预混合,然后送入挤压机进行充分混合和挤压、造粒而成包装材料的母粒。
(3)将母粒模压成包装盒如快餐盒。
本发明制成的快餐盒之所以能进行环境降解,其机理,初步探讨如下:众所周知,碳酸钙吸收空气中的二氧化碳和在环境的水份下生成可溶性的碳酸氢钙而被风化,生成可溶性的碳酸氢钙,参加了自然界的循环。
根据羰基的紫外吸收光谱理论如《高等无机化学》北京大学出版社1987出版,碳酸钙分子中的羰基可吸收太阳光中的紫外线而呈激发状态,该激发态分子很不稳定,在恢复到稳定态时,将释放所吸收的能量,当此能量传给相邻的聚丙烯分子的长链锁上,引起聚丙烯分子长链的断裂即促进了聚丙烯的降解。至于复合偶联剂,其作用是促进碳酸钙分子与聚丙烯的结合,提高制品的强度和韧性。稀释剂如氧化石蜡,其作用是除具有增塑作用外还有对偶联剂的稀释作用。
下面的优选例对本发明作详细说明,但不意味着对本发的范围的限制。
例1,在一个体积为120升的带有搅拌的通用混合器内,放入已预先在干燥器(250±10℃)干燥至含水份为0.25%,粒度为380目的碳酸钙91千克,随后依次加入聚丙烯粉状4.2千克,r-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(简写A-1100)0.1千克,氧化石蜡(含氯量41%)1千克,三油酰基钛异丙酯(简OL-T951)0.5千克。开动搅拌半小时混合均匀,然后将混合物送入通用挤压机中挤出造粒,母粒共得94.5千克。将此母粒制成样片测其物理性能列于表1。
例2,除将碳酸钙改为98千克,聚丙烯改为6千克,三油酰基钛异丙酯改为1千克,r-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷改为0.5千克,氯化石蜡改为1.5千克外,其余条件与例1相同,所得母粒制成的试样测得的物理性能也列于表1 。
例3,除以聚乙烯4.2千克代替聚丙烯外,其余条件与例1相同,制得母粒制成试样其物理性能也列于表1
例4,除以聚氯乙烯4.2千克代替聚丙烯外,其余条件与例1相同,制得母粒制成试样其物理能也列于表1
例5,除以乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物4.2千克代替丙烯外,其余条件与例1相同,制得母粒制成试样其物理能也例于表1

例6,将例1所得的母粒1千克在通用的模具中注塑成型为一次性快餐盒共24只,其长×宽×深=190×130×45毫米,厚度为1.2毫米每个重45±3克。与目前市面上所用的发泡聚苯乙烯快餐盒的性能比较见表2

本发明的优点从表3可以看出本发明制成的快餐盒具有很好的降解性能,完全符合环保要求,从表2上也可以说明本发明的快餐盒其机械性能远比目前市场上不能环境解降的发泡聚苯乙烯优越得多,本发明的的材料及制品可以被环境风化降解,风化的产物又参加了自然界的循环。因而对环境没有任何危害,同时其他如原料来源丰富,制法简单,造价低等优点。
Claims (3)
1.一种以碳酸钙为主要成份的环境降解包装材料,其特征在于:它由下列组分,混合挤压而成,按重量份计:碳酸钙(粒度320-500目) 90-100粘合剂:聚丙烯,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯
乙烯-酸乙烯酯共物 4-6复合偶联剂:三油酰基钛酸异丙酯 0.5-1
r一氯丙基三乙氧基钙烷 0.1-0.5稀释剂:氯化石蜡 1-1.5。
2.一种以碳酸钙为主要成份的环境降包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将碳酸钙粉碎,取320-500目粒度,在干燥器内于150-300℃
温度下干燥至含水份≤0.3%,
(2)将(1)的碳酸钙粒与聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚氯乙烯和乙烯-乙酸
乙烯酯共聚物中的任一种混合,
(3)将(2)混合物再与三油酰基钛酸异丙酯,r-氯丙基三乙氧基硅
烷,氯化石蜡在混合器内混合均匀,
(4)将(3)的混合物在挤压机下挤压造粒。
3.一种以碳酸钙为主要成份的环境降解包装材料的用途,其特征在于:可制成各种一次性包装盒。
