Abstract
本发明涉及具有除草协同作用的组合物,该组合物含有故稗、自黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定中选择的化合物以及农学上可接受的载体以除去水稻中各种草和宽叶杂草。更具体地讲,所述的组合物在选择性地除去水稻中杂草(特别是禾本科杂草如稗子、芒稗、臂形草属草、千金子属草)时表现出协同的作用。本发明还涉及除去水稻中的杂草的方法,包括将有效除草量的本发明的组合物施用到杂草、杂草生长的场所或者所述杂草的生长介质上。
Description
本发明涉及具有除草协同作用的组合物。具体地讲,本发明涉及用含有敌稗、自黄草灵、去草胺(butamifos)和灭草定中选择的化合物以及农学上可接受的载体的组合物作为选择性的芽前(除草)组合物,以除去水稻中各种草和宽叶杂草。更具体地讲,所述的组合物在选择性地除去水稻中杂草(特别是禾本科杂草如稗子、芒稗、臂形草属草、千金子属草)时表现出协同的作用。所述的组合物在除去芒稗、对常规除草处理有抗性的一些生物型时,其作用特别显著。
含有化学杂草控制剂的典型组合物通过使植物的生长竞争最小化而更有效地提高作物产量。为了更好地除去在农学上重要的各种杂草,以获得更好的作物安全性并克服除草剂抗性,需要新的化学方法来控制所述不需要的植物。虽然人们熟知许多除草剂(包括敌稗、黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定)各自都是水稻作物的化学除草剂,但它们在以正常剂量使用时不足以将某些禾本科杂草有效地除去。这些杂草所产生的竞争使种植的水稻产量减少,并伴有经济上的劣势。如果将敌稗、黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定的剂量增加到能有效地控制杂草物种的程度,那么它对水稻作物的选择性则降低了。这就又会使水稻的产量减小。因此需要有一种更经济且选择性更强的方法,来将水稻作物中的所述杂草除去。
发明人意想不到地发现含有敌稗和选自黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定化合物的组合物在除去水稻中的杂草、特别是禾本科杂草时,除草效果提高,而无需增加使用剂量并且不产生对水稻作物的选择性问题。可将该组合物施用于水稻作物,或者在不需要的杂草长出之前、优选在不需要的杂草长出之后,将该组合物施用到要种植水稻作物的场所。
本发明的除草组合物包含
(i)敌稗;
(ii)选自黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定的化合物;
(iii)农学上可接受的载体。
本发明所述的敌稗是N-(3,4-二氯苯基)丙酰胺的俗名,所述的黄草灵是4-氨基苯磺酰基氨基甲酸甲酯的俗名,所述的去草胺是O-乙基-O-(3-甲基-6-硝基苯基)-N-仲丁基-硫代氨基磷酸酯的俗名,以及所述的灭草定是2-(3,4-二氯苯基)-4-甲基-1,2,4-噁二唑啉-3,5-二酮的俗名。
本发明的第二个实施方案涉及控制水稻中的杂草的方法,包括将有效除草量的组合物施用到杂草、杂草生长的场所或者所述杂草的生长介质上,所述的组合物含有(i)敌稗,(ii)选自黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定的化合物和(iii)农学上可接受的载体。用以增强除去水稻中杂草效果的敌稗与黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定量间的相对比例在约32-约1重量份的敌稗比1重量份的黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定间变化。
本发明的组合物可于芽前和芽后应用,特别可在芽后使用。通常将芽前组合物在播种之前、播种期间或播种之后但在作物长出之前施用到土壤中。在植物长出后和其生长期间使用芽后除草剂。本发明的组合物在可很好地将稗子、芒稗、臂形草属草和千金子属草除去的同时,对水稻表现出选择性。
在某些情况下,在作物种植之前可将本发明掺入到土壤或其它生长介质中。所述掺入可使用任何方便的方法,包括与土壤混合、将化合物应用到土壤的表面,然后通过圆盘耙耕作土壤或耙入而将之引入到土壤的预定深度,或者通过使用液体载体。
本发明的组合物可被应用到各种位置如土壤或叶子上。通常将组合物溶入载体或将之配制,以使它们作为除草组合物适于随后的扩散。例如,可将这些化学试剂配制成可湿粉、可乳化的浓缩物、粉剂、粒状制剂、烟雾剂或者可流动的乳化浓缩物。在这些制剂中,本发明的组合物与液体或固体载体掺和,而且如果需要,与适当的表面活性剂掺和。
根据农业实践,通常需要(特别是在叶用喷雾制剂的情况下)包含辅助剂如湿润剂、铺展剂、分散剂、粘着剂、粘合剂等等。本领域经常使用的这些辅助剂可在John W.McCutcheon,Inc.的出版物″Detergentsand Emulsifiers,Annual.″(去污剂和乳化剂年鉴),Allured PublishingCompany,Ridgewood,New Jersey,USA。
通过经常使用的方法,可将本发明的组合物用作喷洒型除草农药,例如常规的高加仑液压喷洒型农药、低加仑喷洒型农药、空气鼓风喷洒型农药、气雾喷洒型农药和粉剂。稀释比例和施用量依赖于所用的仪器类型、使用的方法和要被除去的杂草的种类,但优选的有效量通常为活性组分敌稗1.2kg/公顷和活性组分黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定约0.3-约0.02kg/公顷。
在其使用之前,还可将本发明的组合物与化肥或肥料混合。在一种使用可本发明组合物的固体化肥组合物中,可用本发明的组合物包被化肥或肥料如硫酸铵、硝酸铵或磷酸铵颗粒。该固体化合物和固体肥料可在混合器或掺和器中混合,或者在制粒过程中将之掺入化肥。化肥的相对比例可采用对要被处理的作物和杂草而言适当的任何比例。这些组合物提供的肥料使所需的植物快速生长,而同时使不需要的植物的生长得到控制。
采用温室测试法评估本发明组合物对常见杂草的除草活性。采用下文描述的温室测试法,测试敌稗、黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定以及含有敌稗、黄草灵、去草胺的本发明组合物对水稻中的下列杂草的除草作用:

可将所选植物的种子种植在浅苗床或花盆中。对于芽前试验,在种植后立即将试验化合物直接喷洒到土壤的表面。先将浅苗床或花盆置于温室,然后浇水。对于芽后试验,使种子萌发并生长10-21天。在施用前,对各组受试植物的一致性、大小和发育阶段进行选择。然后用试验化合物处理受试植物,将受试植物移回到温室中并浇水。
将要被评估的化合物或组合物溶解在适当的溶剂(通常为丙酮)中,并用每公顷234升或268升的载体以表I所列的用量(单位为克/公顷(g/Ha))在浅苗床或花盆上喷洒。施用试验化合物约2或3周后,观察植物的生长状态。每个草种以0-100级进行评估,其中0表示没有活性,而100等于除草完全。

1.除草组合物,含有
(i)敌稗;
(ii)选自黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定的化合物;以及
(iii)农学上可接受的载体。
2.权利要求1的除草组合物,含有敌稗和黄草灵。
3.权利要求1的除草组合物,含有敌稗和去草胺。
4.权利要求1的除草组合物,含有敌稗和灭草定。
5.控制水稻中杂草的方法,包括将有效除草量的组合物施用到杂草、杂草生长的场所或者所述杂草的生长介质上,所述的组合物含有:
(i)敌稗;
(ii)选自黄草灵、去草胺和灭草定的化合物;以及
(iii)农学上可接受的载体。
6.权利要求5的控制水稻中杂草的方法,其特征在于被控制的杂草为稗子、芒稗、臂形草属草和千金子属草。
7.权利要求6的方法,其特征在于被控制的杂草为稗子、芒稗和千金子属草。
8.权利要求5的方法,其特征在于敌稗与黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定的相对量为约32-约1重量份的敌稗比1重量份的黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定。
9.权利要求8的方法,其特征在于敌稗与黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定的相对量为约16-约3重量份的敌稗比1重量份的黄草灵、去草胺或灭草定。
