Ginseng: the name of the traditional Chinese medicine. Is root of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. Has effects of invigorating primordial qi, invigorating spleen, benefiting lung, promoting salivation, tranquilizing mind, and improving intelligence. Is mainly used for treating qi deficiency, hypofunction of pulse, spleen qi deficiency, sinking of middle-jiao qi, lung deficiency, asthma and cough, short breath and hypodynamia, body fluid deficiency and thirst, deficiency heat and thirst, insomnia and amnesia, palpitation, blood deficiency and sallow complexion, impotence and cold womb, etc.
Ganoderma lucidum: ganoderma lucidum and Chinese medicine. Is a dried fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum Ganoderma lucidum (Leys. Ex Fr.) Karst or Ganoderma sinense Ganoderma sinense Zhao, xu et Zhang belonging to Polyporaceae genus Ganoderma. Has effects of invigorating qi, tranquilizing mind, relieving cough and asthma. Pine mushroom: the tricholoma matsutake has high nutritive value and medicinal value. soaking pretreated Ginseng radix, pretreated Ganoderma, pretreated fructus Lycii and pretreated Tricholoma matsutake with 32% vol Kaoliang spirit respectively; obtaining ginseng extract, ganoderma extract, medlar extract and tricholoma matsutake extract, concentrating the extracts respectively to obtain ginseng liquid, ganoderma liquid, medlar liquid and tricholoma matsutake liquid;
wherein, the concentration of the sorghum liquor obtained by respectively soaking and soaking the pretreated ginseng, the pretreated ganoderma lucidum, the pretreated medlar and the pretreated matsutake is 32 percent vol white liquor, and the use amount is 5 per mill, 7.5 per mill, 15 per mill and 7.5 per mill of the 32 percent vol white liquor;

1. A preparation method of an organic germanium-rich tricholoma matsutake wine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, processing and soaking raw materials
Respectively pretreating Ginseng radix, ganoderma, fructus Lycii and Tricholoma matsutake to obtain pretreated Ginseng radix, pretreated Ganoderma, pretreated fructus Lycii and pretreated Tricholoma matsutake; soaking pretreated Ginseng radix, pretreated Ganoderma, pretreated fructus Lycii and pretreated Tricholoma matsutake with Kaoliang spirit respectively;
obtaining ginseng extract, ganoderma extract, medlar extract and tricholoma matsutake extract, concentrating the extracts respectively to obtain ginseng liquid, ganoderma liquid, medlar liquid and tricholoma matsutake liquid;
step two, mixing
Mixing Ginseng radix solution, ganoderma solution, fructus Lycii solution and Tricholoma matsutake solution, adding high-alcohol Chinese liquor, soaking for the second time, and filtering to obtain initial liquor;
step three, blending
Adding Mel and organic germanium water solution into the initial liquor, mixing, and filtering for the second time to obtain Tricholoma matsutake liquor rich in organic germanium.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the ginseng pretreatment comprises drying the ginseng until the moisture content is not more than 5%, and pulverizing the ginseng until the mesh size is not more than 300 mesh.

The method for preparing the pine mushroom wine rich in organic germanium according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, the ganoderma lucidum pretreatment comprises the steps of drying ganoderma lucidum, and then breaking the wall to ensure that the wall breaking rate of ganoderma lucidum spore powder is more than 99%.

7. The method for preparing an organogermanium enriched matsutake wine according to claim 1, wherein in said step two, the mesh size of the filtration is 120 mesh.

The method for preparing the pine mushroom wine rich in organic germanium according to claim 1, wherein in the third step, the adding amount of the honey is 5-15 per mill based on 32% vol white spirit; the addition amount of the organic germanium is 5 per mill based on 32 percent volume of white spirit.
9. The method for preparing an organogermanium enriched matsutake wine according to claim 1, wherein in said step three, the pore size of the secondary filtration membrane is 0.65. Mu.m.
10. An organic germanium-rich tricholoma matsutake wine is characterized by comprising ginseng, ganoderma lucidum, medlar, tricholoma matsutake, honey and organic germanium.
