The embodiment provides a sparassis crispa health-care beverage which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of pear, 3 parts of flavoring agent, 6 parts of adenophora stricta, 2 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 17 parts of tremella, 1.0 part of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and 26 parts of sparassis crispa. The flavoring agent is Glycyrrhrizae radix.
A preparation method of sparassis crispa health-care beverage based on the sparassis crispa comprises the following steps:
(1) freeze-drying Tremella and Sparassis crispa at low temperature, and pulverizing to obtain mixed powder;
(2) cutting fresh fructus Pyri, leaching fructus Pyri and powder in water at high temperature, and filtering to obtain filtrate
Extracting at 88 deg.C for 1.5 h;
(3) decocting flavoring agent, radix Adenophorae, rhizoma Polygonati, radix Ophiopogonis, and low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose in water

The volunteers, which were divided into 5 groups on average, were 100 persons per group, and were numbered group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4, and group 0, respectively, and group 1, group 2, group 3, and group 4 were regularly administered with the beverages of example 1, example 2, example 3, and example 4 every day, and group 0 was used as a control group and administered with the same amount of plain boiled water every day. The facial pictures were taken for volunteers at day one and 60 days later, the volunteers of groups 1, 2, 3, and 4 became smooth and ruddy on their faces, and the skin of the group 0 consumer appeared rough and unchanged from the original.
The Chinese medicinal composition is added with various yin-nourishing Chinese medicaments, is favorable for improving the digestive absorption capacity in a female body, is favorable for digesting and absorbing beneficial substances in the sparassis crispa, realizes a better health-care effect, contains rich collagen, and can improve the skin and smooth the skin. The preparation method comprises extracting nutrient substances contained in Chinese medicinal materials, Sparassis crispa and Tremella.

A sparassis crispa health-care beverage is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of pear, 2-4 parts of flavoring agent, 5.5-7 parts of adenophora stricta, 1.2-3 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 4-6 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 15-21 parts of tremella, 0.8-1.4 parts of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and 21-32 parts of Sparassis crispa.

The sparassis crispa health-care beverage as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of pear, 3 parts of flavoring agent, 6 parts of adenophora stricta, 2 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 17 parts of tremella, 1.0 part of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and 26 parts of sparassis crispa.
3. The sparassis crispa health beverage as claimed in claim 2, further comprising goat milk and starch.
4. The sparassis crispa health beverage as claimed in claim 3, wherein the goat milk is 5-8 parts by weight and the starch is 0.5-0.8 part by weight.
5. The sparassis crispa health beverage as claimed in claim 4, wherein the goat milk is 6 parts by weight and the starch is 0.7 part by weight.
6. The sparassis crispa health beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flavoring agent is licorice.
7. A preparation method of sparassis crispa health drink based on any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) freeze-drying Tremella and Sparassis crispa at low temperature, and pulverizing to obtain mixed powder;
(2) chopping fresh pears, putting the pears and mixed powder into water for high-temperature leaching, and filtering to obtain a leaching solution;
(3) decocting flavoring agent, radix Adenophorae, rhizoma Polygonati, radix Ophiopogonis, and low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose in water, and filtering to obtain mixed solution;
(4) mixing the leaching solution and the mixed solution to obtain the Sparassis crispa health beverage.
