the lining mounting mechanism comprises a second mounting frame, a first rotary driving part, a crank part, a rocking rod piece, a pin shaft part and an actuating rod, wherein the first rotary driving part is mounted on the second mounting frame, one end of the crank part is mounted on an output shaft of the first rotary driving part, one end of the rocking rod piece can be vertically rotated and mounted on the second mounting frame, a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove are formed in the rocking rod piece along the axial direction of the rocking rod piece, a first sliding block is mounted in the first sliding groove in a sliding manner, the other end of the rocking rod piece is rotatably mounted on the first sliding block, a second sliding block is mounted in the second sliding groove in a sliding manner, a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate are arranged on the second mounting frame at intervals, a first vertical sliding groove is formed in the first clamping plate, two ends of the V-shaped sliding groove are respectively communicated with the end parts of the second vertical sliding groove, and the actuating rod is located between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the actuating rod is located at the other end of the first sliding pin shaft part and penetrates through the first limiting pin shaft part, and the actuating rod is connected with the second limiting rod.
