本发明涉及益生菌技术领域,且公开了一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,由晶球益生菌与胶囊壳制成,晶球益生菌填装于胶囊壳中,所述胶囊壳为透明的胶囊壳,所述晶球益生菌为益生菌滴丸;经过试验可以看出,采用肠溶明胶胶囊制成的晶球益生菌胶囊的稳定性更好,并且能够经过肠液消化后,具有更多的益生菌能够得到存活,从而大幅度的改善了肠道益生菌菌群种类,改善肠道环境,促进肠道对营养的吸收,消化等功能。

背景技术
益生菌是通过定殖在人体内,改变宿主某一部位菌群组成的一类对宿主有益的活性微生物。通过调节宿主黏膜与系统免疫功能或通过调节肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养吸收保持肠道健康的作用,从而产生有利于健康作用的单微生物或组成明确的混合微生物,迄今为止,已经发现的益生菌大体上可分成三大类:包括乳杆菌类(如嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、詹氏乳杆菌、拉曼乳杆菌等)、双歧杆菌类(如长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、卵形双歧杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌等)和革兰氏阳性球菌(如粪链球菌、乳球菌、中介链球菌等)。
目前市场上的益生菌剂型多为片剂,粉剂,胶囊剂,饮料等,越来越多的益生菌产品收到大众的欢迎,这些益生菌产品中,真正能够对人体起作用的不是益生菌的摄入量,而是摄入到人体内并定值到肠道的益生菌数量。传统益生菌制剂在食用前不能保证益生菌活菌数量,通过胃酸后是否能定值于肠道上,人们往往无法分辨究竟是益生菌没起作用还是活菌数量不够,从而误导消费者,产生不利的效果。
基于此,我们提出了一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,希冀解决现有技术中的不足之处。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂。

为实现上述的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,由晶球益生菌与胶囊壳制成,晶球益生菌填装于胶囊壳中,所述胶囊壳为透明的胶囊壳,所述晶球益生菌为益生菌滴丸。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述胶囊壳选自肠溶明胶胶囊或肠溶植物胶囊。
作为进一步的技术方案:所述益生菌滴丸其颜色为:红色、橙色、黄色、蓝色。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述益生菌滴丸配方由下述重量百分含量的原辅料制成:益生菌:10-15%,载体油:75-89%,乳化剂:1-10%;
所述乳化剂为MCT油。
作为进一步的技术方案:所述益生菌由嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳酸杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、费氏丙酸杆菌、粪肠球菌、乳酸乳球菌、嗜热链球菌、马克斯克鲁维酵母中一种或多种混合而成。

取配方量的蜂蜡,加入蜂蜡重量的2.5-3.5%的MCT油,于85-90℃化料,化料均匀后,加入剩余的MCT油中,加入配方量的益生菌粉搅拌均匀,转移到滴丸机于30-40℃滴制,得到晶球益生菌素丸,按照包衣增重6%的比例用水溶解肠溶型包衣材料,充分搅拌均匀后,将素丸转移到包衣设备中,在平均进风温度60℃,平均片床温度35-40℃,雾化压力2bar,平均转速10-20rpm,平均包衣液流速2-5g/min的条件下进行包衣,即得。
作为进一步的技术方案:所述晶球益生菌的粒径为0.5-3mm。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,具备以下
有益效果:
为了使益生菌得到最佳的保护且能大量定值的作用,本发明经过长时间的研究,不同材质的胶囊壳和不同颜色的晶球益生菌的稳定性。
经过试验可以看出,采用肠溶明胶胶囊制成的晶球益生菌胶囊的稳定性更好,并且能够经过肠液消化后,具有更多的益生菌能够得到存活,从而大幅度的改善了肠道益生菌菌群种类,改善肠道环境,促进肠道对营养的吸收,消化等功能。
通过采用本发明制备的晶球益生菌胶囊具有以下多种功能:
1.增强免疫力:本发明晶球益生菌胶囊能够改善肠道黏膜屏障的功能,从而有效的阻止病原体侵入,能够刺激免疫细胞的活性,增强机体免疫力。
2.促进消化吸收:本发明晶球益生菌胶囊能够促进分泌多种酶类,提高食物消化功能,促进营养的吸收。
3.维护肠道菌群平衡:本发明晶球益生菌胶囊能够促进有益菌的生长繁殖,进而抑制有害菌的生长,达到维持肠道菌群平衡。
4.改善肠道炎症:本发明晶球益生菌胶囊能够减轻肠道炎症,缓解腹泻、便秘等肠道问题。

一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,由晶球益生菌与胶囊壳制成,晶球益生菌填装于胶囊壳中,所述胶囊壳为透明的胶囊壳,所述晶球益生菌为益生菌滴丸。
胶囊壳选自肠溶明胶胶囊或肠溶植物胶囊。
益生菌滴丸其颜色为:红色、橙色、黄色、蓝色。
益生菌滴丸配方由下述重量百分含量的原辅料制成:益生菌:10-15%,载体油:75-89%,乳化剂:1-10%;
所述乳化剂为MCT油。
益生菌由嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳酸杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、费氏丙酸杆菌、粪肠球菌、乳酸乳球菌、嗜热链球菌、马克斯克鲁维酵母中一种或多种混合而成。
载体油包含亚麻籽油、红花籽油、紫苏籽油、油茶籽油、葵花籽油、沙棘籽油、大豆油、南瓜籽油、松籽油、沙棘果汁油、牡丹籽油、椰子油、核桃油、橄榄油、火麻仁油、小麦胚芽油、葡萄籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油、共轭亚油酸、共轭亚油酸甘油酯、中链甘油三酯、水飞蓟籽油、玉米油、花生油、乳木果油、番茄籽油、中长链脂肪酸食用油、元宝枫籽油、花生四烯酸油脂,盐地碱蓬籽油,茶叶籽油,杜仲籽油,御米油,γ-亚麻酸油脂,美藤果油,盐肤木果油,香榧油,翅果油,DHA藻油,光皮梾木果油,长柄扁桃油,甘油二酯油、蜂蜡、单双甘油脂肪酸酯、明胶、果胶、阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶、罗望子胶、黄原胶、海藻酸及其盐、琼脂、甘油中任一种或多种混合。

配方用量:
益生菌粉:15g
蜂蜡:10g
MCT油:75g
取配方量的蜂蜡,加入蜂蜡重量的2.5%的MCT油,于85℃化料,化料均匀后,加入剩余的MCT油中,加入配方量的益生菌粉搅拌均匀,转移到滴丸机于55℃滴制,得到晶球益生菌素丸。
其中,益生菌为嗜酸乳杆菌、保加利亚乳酸杆菌;
胶囊壳选自肠溶植物胶囊。
实施例2、晶球益生菌包衣丸
配方用量:
益生菌粉:12g
蜂蜡:5g
MCT油:83g
取配方量的蜂蜡,加入蜂蜡重量的3%的MCT油,于88℃化料,化料均匀后,加入剩余的MCT油中,加入配方量的益生菌粉搅拌均匀,转移到滴丸机于60℃滴制,得到晶球益生菌素丸。按照包衣增重6%的比例用水溶解肠溶型包衣材料,充分搅拌均匀后,将素丸转移到包衣设备中,在平均进风温度60℃,平均片床温度35℃,雾化压力2bar,平均转速10rpm,平均包衣液流速2-5g/min的条件下进行包衣,即得。
其中,益生菌为嗜酸乳杆菌;
胶囊壳选自肠溶明胶胶囊。
实施例3、晶球益生菌包衣丸
晶球成分、制法同实施例2,包裹红色的包衣。
实施例4、晶球益生菌包衣丸
晶球成分、制法同实施例2,包裹橙色的包衣。
实施例5、晶球益生菌包衣丸
晶球成分、制法同实施例2,包裹黄色的包衣。
实施例6、晶球益生菌包衣丸
晶球成分、制法同实施例2,包裹蓝色的包衣。
试验:
晶球益生菌检测:取5g的晶球益生菌,先用浓度为60mmol/L柠檬酸钠溶液溶解,再参照《GB4789.35-2016食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验乳酸菌检验》检测活菌数;

由表1可以看出,本发明制备的益生菌制剂中含有较高量的活菌数。
模拟胃液消化
人体胃液pH值通常在3.0左右,空腹时在2.0左右,消化时间通常为2~3h。取1g的晶球益生菌胶囊,置于模拟胃液中(2015版中国药典),60min:

由表2可以看出,由表2可以看出,本发明制备的晶球益生菌胶囊能够抗住胃液的消化60min不崩解,从而顺利进入到肠道中,进而改善肠道健康。
模拟胆汁与肠液消化
食物在小肠内停留时间比在胃中长,约3~8h。食物过胃后进入十二指肠,胆汁和胰液在此被注入,小肠内胆盐的质量分数在0.3%左右,测试晶球益生菌胶囊中益生菌在模拟胆盐和人工肠液中的存活情况:

由表3可以看出,本发明制备的晶球益生菌胶囊只需要3个小时左右,就能够在肠道中溶解,晶球益生菌胶囊中益生菌经过胆盐溶液消化3.0h后,依旧具有较高的存活率,从而,能够有效的改善肠道环境。

Claims (2)
1.一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,其特征在于,由益生菌滴丸与胶囊壳制成,益生菌滴丸填装于胶囊壳中,所述胶囊壳为透明的胶囊壳;
所述益生菌滴丸的颜色为:红色、橙色、黄色、蓝色;
所述益生菌滴丸由下述重量百分含量的原辅料制成:益生菌:10-15%,载体油:75-89%,乳化剂:1-10%;
所述乳化剂为中链脂肪酸甘油三酯;
所述益生菌由嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳酸杆菌、约氏乳杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌、费氏丙酸杆菌、粪肠球菌、乳酸乳球菌、嗜热链球菌、马克斯克鲁维酵母中一种或多种混合而成;
所述载体油为蜂蜡;
所述益生菌滴丸为素丸或包衣丸;
所述益生菌滴丸的素丸具体制法为:
取配方量的蜂蜡,加入蜂蜡重量的2.5-3.5%的中链脂肪酸甘油三酯,于85-90℃化料,化料均匀后,加入剩余的中链脂肪酸甘油三酯中,加入配方量的益生菌粉搅拌均匀,转移到滴丸机于30-40℃滴制,即得;
所述益生菌滴丸的包衣丸具体制法为:
取配方量的蜂蜡,加入蜂蜡重量的2.5-3.5%的中链脂肪酸甘油三酯,于85-90℃化料,化料均匀后,加入剩余的中链脂肪酸甘油三酯中,加入配方量的益生菌粉搅拌均匀,转移到滴丸机于30-40℃滴制,得到益生菌滴丸的素丸,按照包衣增重6%的比例用水溶解肠溶型包衣材料,充分搅拌均匀后,将素丸转移到包衣设备中,在平均进风温度60℃,平均片床温度35-40℃,雾化压力2bar,平均转速10-20rpm,平均包衣液流速2-5g/min的条件下进行包衣,即得;
所述益生菌滴丸的粒径为0.5-3mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐酸耐胆盐的益生菌制剂,其特征在于,所述胶囊壳选自肠溶明胶胶囊或肠溶植物胶囊。
