In recent years, the livestock and poultry cultivation scale is gradually enlarged, and the industrialized cultivation scale brings great economic benefit to farmers, but the adverse factors such as the deterioration of cultivation environment, the prevention of drug abuse by antibiotics and the like, epidemic disease and the like greatly influence the microecological balance in the livestock and poultry bodies, so that the digestive tract development, physiological metabolism energy supply, anti-stress capability and the like of the livestock and poultry are at lower level, and further the production performance of the livestock and poultry is reduced, and the genetic potential cannot be fully exerted; with the rapid development of modern livestock and poultry breeding industry, the standardized and intensive livestock and poultry breeding process is accelerated, so that the consumption demand of domestic markets on livestock and poultry meat products is favorably ensured; however, in recent years, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and higher demands are put on the quality of livestock and poultry meat.
At present, the growth speed of livestock and poultry is increased by 1.0% -1.5% per year, the livestock and poultry have over-fattened carcasses, and the meat quality becomes coarse, old, loose and lacks flavor; therefore, exploring safe and effective technical means, improving the growth performance of livestock and poultry and the quality of livestock and poultry meat products is an important technical problem to be solved urgently for livestock and poultry cultivation.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, the present application is directed to providing a composition for improving meat quality and intestinal health of livestock and poultry, and preparation and application thereof, so as to solve the problems set forth in the background art.
The application solves the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme:
the application provides a composition for improving the quality and intestinal health of livestock and poultry, which comprises the following raw materials: corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, soybean oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, salt, premix and additive;
the specific formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 69.42% of corn, 16.49% of soybean meal, 8.00% of wheat bran, 2.60% of soybean oil, 0.38% of lysine, 0.05% of methionine, 0.06% of threonine, 0.01% of tryptophan, 0.91% of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.78% of stone powder, 0.30% of salt and 1.00% of premix, wherein the additive is nano zinc oxide, and the addition amount of the nano zinc oxide is 300mg/kg.
Preferably, the composition for improving the quality and intestinal health of livestock and poultry comprises the following raw materials: corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, soybean oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, salt, premix and additive;
the specific formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 69.12% of corn, 16.29% of bean pulp, 7.60% of wheat bran, 2.60% of soybean oil, 0.38% of lysine, 0.05% of methionine, 0.06% of threonine, 0.01% of tryptophan, 0.81% of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.78% of stone powder, 0.30% of salt, 1.00% of premix and 1.00% of chicory polysaccharide as an additive and 300mg/kg of nano zinc oxide.

Preferably, the premix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of compound vitamin, 10-30 parts of compound trace element, 0.007-0.2 part of iodine, 1-3 parts of antioxidant, 0.8-5.2 parts of phytase, 1-5 parts of choline chloride, 1-3 parts of sweetener and 5-15 parts of microecological preparation.
Preferably, each kilogram of the compound vitamin contains 20000000-30000000IU of vitamin A, 36000000-10000000IU of vitamin D, 80000-100000IU of vitamin E, 35-10g of vitamin K, 15-9g of vitamin B, 215-30g of vitamin B, 610-20g of vitamin B, 1290-110mg of vitamin B, 60-80g of nicotinamide, 50-80g of D-calcium pantothenate, 3-5g of folic acid and 0.3-0.9g of D-biotin.
Preferably, each kilogram of the compound trace elements contains 6-12g of copper sulfate, 130-160mg of ferric sulfate monohydrate, 12-18g of ferric glycinate, 11-17g of manganese sulfate, 0.1-0.15g of sodium selenite and 0.1mg of chromium picolinate.
Preferably, the microecological preparation consists of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus acidophilus in a weight ratio of 1:1-1.5:1-1.8:2.
The application also provides a preparation method of the composition for improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat and intestinal health, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing materials according to a formula, removing impurities from corn, bean pulp and wheat bran, and crushing;
and step two, uniformly mixing corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, soybean oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, salt, premix, additive, chicory polysaccharide and sea buckthorn extract, and granulating to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, in the first step, corn, bean pulp and wheat bran are crushed by adopting a sieve sheet with the aperture of 2mm, and in the second step, a horizontal double-shaft paddle type mixer is adopted for mixing, the mixing time is 5-10min, and the variation coefficient of the mixing uniformity is below 7%.
The application also provides application of the composition for improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat and intestinal health in livestock and poultry cultivation.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
the composition for improving the quality and the intestinal health of livestock and poultry can regulate the muscle metabolism of livestock and poultry, improve the health condition of the intestinal tract of livestock and poultry and increase the yield of livestock and poultry meat by arranging the additive, has remarkable effect especially for raising fattening pigs, and can well meet the increasing demands of people on pork products.

The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Example 1.
The application provides a composition for improving the quality and the intestinal health of livestock and poultry, which comprises the following raw materials: corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, soybean oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, salt, premix and additive;
the specific formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 69.42% of corn, 16.49% of soybean meal, 8.00% of wheat bran, 2.60% of soybean oil, 0.38% of lysine, 0.05% of methionine, 0.06% of threonine, 0.01% of tryptophan, 0.91% of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.78% of stone powder, 0.30% of salt and 1.00% of premix, wherein the additive is nano zinc oxide, and the addition amount of the nano zinc oxide is 300mg/kg.
The premix of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of compound vitamin, 10 parts of compound trace element, 0.007 part of iodine, 1 part of antioxidant, 0.8 part of phytase, 1 part of choline chloride, 1 part of sweetener and 5 parts of microecological preparation.
The vitamin complex of this example contains vitamin A20000000IU, vitamin D36000000IU, vitamin E80000 IU, vitamin K35g, vitamin B15g, vitamin B215g, vitamin B610g, vitamin B1290mg, nicotinamide 60g, D-calcium pantothenate 50g, folic acid 3g, and D-biotin 0.3g per kilogram of vitamin complex.
The compound trace elements of this example each kilogram of compound trace elements contains 6g of copper sulfate, 130mg of ferric sulfate monohydrate, 12g of ferric glycine, 11g of manganese sulfate, 0.1g of sodium selenite and 0.1mg of chromium picolinate.
The microecological preparation of the embodiment comprises bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus acidophilus in a weight ratio of 1:1:1:2.
The preparation method of the composition for improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat and intestinal health of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing materials according to a formula, removing impurities from corn, bean pulp and wheat bran, and crushing;
step two, uniformly mixing corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, soybean oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, salt, premix and additive, and granulating to obtain a finished product.

The premix of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of compound vitamin, 30 parts of compound trace element, 0.2 part of iodine, 3 parts of antioxidant, 5.2 parts of phytase, 5 parts of choline chloride, 3 parts of sweetener and 15 parts of microecological preparation.
The vitamin complex of this example contains 30000000IU of vitamin A, 310000000IU of vitamin D, 100000IU of vitamin E, 310g of vitamin K, 19g of vitamin B, 230g of vitamin B, 620g of vitamin B, 12110mg of vitamin B, 80g of nicotinamide, 80g of D-calcium pantothenate, 5g of folic acid and 0.9g of D-biotin per kilogram of vitamin complex.
The compound trace elements of the embodiment contain 6-12g of copper sulfate, 160mg of ferric sulfate monohydrate, 18g of ferric glycine, 17g of manganese sulfate, 0.15g of sodium selenite and 0.1mg of chromium picolinate per kilogram of compound trace elements.
The microecological preparation of the embodiment consists of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus acidophilus in a weight ratio of 1:1.5:1.8:2.
The preparation method of the composition for improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat and intestinal health of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

The premix of the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of compound vitamin, 20 parts of compound trace element, 0.1 part of iodine, 2 parts of antioxidant, 3 parts of phytase, 3 parts of choline chloride, 2 parts of sweetener and 10 parts of microecological preparation.
The vitamin complex of this example contains 25000000IU of vitamin A, 38000000IU of vitamin D, 90000IU of vitamin E, 37.5g of vitamin K, 17g of vitamin B, 223g of vitamin B, 615g of vitamin B, 12100mg of vitamin B, 70g of nicotinamide, 65g of D-calcium pantothenate, 4g of folic acid and 0.6g of D-biotin per kilogram of vitamin complex.
The compound trace elements of this example each kilogram of compound trace elements contained 9g of copper sulfate, 145mg of ferric sulfate monohydrate, 15g of ferric glycine, 14g of manganese sulfate, 0.13g of sodium selenite and 0.1mg of chromium picolinate.
The microecological preparation of the embodiment consists of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus acidophilus in a weight ratio of 1:1.2:1.4:2.
The preparation method of the composition for improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat and intestinal health of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing materials according to a formula, removing impurities from corn, bean pulp and wheat bran, and crushing;
and step two, uniformly mixing corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, soybean oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, calcium hydrophosphate, stone powder, salt, premix, additive, chicory polysaccharide and sea buckthorn extract, and granulating to obtain a finished product.

The test was performed on the pigs according to the examples of the application, the specific procedure being as follows:
fattening pig test design:
the test selects 128 healthy 'Dux long x big' ternary hybrid sows with similar initial weight (87.08+/-0.25) kg, adopts a single-factor completely random test design, and randomly distributes the sows into 4 kinds of daily ration treatments according to the weight, and takes each group as a unit, wherein 8 columns (repetition) are arranged in each group, and 4 pigs are arranged in each column; selecting corn and soybean meal and other raw materials as basic ration of fattening pigs, and preparing the corn and soybean meal by referring to pig raising standards (NY/T65-2004) in China; the control group was fed a basal diet, the test group 1 was fed the composition of example 1, the test group 2 was fed the composition of example 2, and the test group 3 was fed the composition of example 3. Control group: CON; test group 1: t1; test group 2: t2; test group 3: t3; the basic ration formula is shown in Table 1.

The breeding results are shown in Table 2, table 3, table 4, table 5 and Table 6.

From Table 2, it can be seen that the average daily feed intake of CON, T1, T2 and T3 is not greatly different, but the average daily gain of T3 is larger than that of the three groups of CON, T1 and T2, and according to the weight ratio, the weight ratio of T3 is obviously smaller than that of the other three groups, so that the composition of example 3 is used for feeding sows, and the growth of sows can be promoted more quickly.

As can be seen from Table 3, the drip loss 24h of the meat quality of the T3 sow in the table is 1.77.+ -. 0.03 d Tenderness N is 51.19.+ -. 1.43 b Are smaller than other three groups of sows, and the marbling is 3.33+/-0.11 a Are all larger than the other three groups, and the value of b is 45min which is 1.67 plus or minus 0.12 b Are smaller than the other three groups, and inosinic acid (mg/g) is 2.13+/-0.04 a Are all larger than the other three groups, and the crude fat value is 4.31 plus or minus 0.12 a All three groups were larger than the other three groups, thus it was seen that the meat quality of the sow was greatly improved after feeding with the composition of example 3.

From Table 4 it can be seen that the TAOC (U/mg prot) value of the pork quality of the sow in the T3 experimental group is significantly greater than the values of the other three groups, indicating that the anti-oxidant properties of the pork quality can be greatly improved and the shelf life greatly prolonged by feeding the composition of example 3 to the sow.

From tables 5 and 6, it can be seen that the values of IL-22, sIgA, igG and IgM in jejunum immunity and ileal immunity IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and sIgA are significantly greater than those of the other three groups, indicating that the immunity of the sow fed with the composition of example 3 is greatly improved and better tolerance to feed is achieved.
From the above, it was found that the best effect was T3 group by the above experiment.
Meanwhile, the quality of the broiler chickens can be improved by adding the additive into the basic feed of the broiler chickens, and the broiler chickens are specifically referred to as the broiler chickens test:
the test comprises the steps of selecting 720 fast-growing yellow feather chickens of 43 days old, randomly dividing the chickens into 4 groups (6 repeats of each group and 30 repeats of each group), selecting corn bean pulp and other raw materials for 21 days, preparing the chickens according to NRC (1994) and combining with the agricultural industry standard of the people's republic of China (NY/T33-2004), preparing granules, feeding the basic ration into a control group, adding 300mg/kg of nano zinc oxide (test group 1), 300mg/kg of nano zinc oxide+1% chicory polysaccharide (test group 2), 300mg/kg of+1% chicory polysaccharide+0.1% sea buckthorn extract (test group 3) into the basic ration, and preparing the granules according to a basic ration formula shown in Table 7, wherein the test group ration is added with 300mg/kg of nano zinc oxide+1% chicory polysaccharide (test group 3), and the control group: CON; test group 1: t1; test group 2: t2; test group 3: t3.

The breeding results are shown in Table 8, table 9, table 10, table 11 and Table 12.

From table 8, it can be seen that average daily feed intake of CON, T1, T2 and T3 is not greatly different, but average daily gain of T3 is larger than average daily gain of three groups of CON, T1 and T2, and according to the weight ratio, the weight ratio of T3 is obviously smaller than the weight ratio of the other three groups, so that the composition of example 3 can promote growth of broiler chickens more quickly when being used for feeding broiler chickens.

As can be seen from Table 9, the minimum water drop loss 24h of the meat quality of the T3 broiler chickens in the table is 2.87+/-0.08 d Tenderness N is 17.2.+ -. 0.71 b Are smaller than those of other three groups of broiler chickens, and the value of b is 17.99+/-1.03 in 45min b Are smaller than the other three groups, and inosinic acid (mg/g) is 273.94 +/-3.14 a All three groups were larger than the other three groups, and thus it was seen that the meat quality of broiler chickens was greatly improved after feeding with the composition of example 3.

From table 10, it can be seen that the TAOC (U/mg prot) value of the meat quality of the broiler chickens in the T3 experimental group is significantly greater than that of the other three groups, which indicates that the oxidation resistance of the meat quality of the broiler chickens can be greatly improved and the shelf life thereof can be greatly prolonged by feeding the composition of the experimental group 3 to the broiler chickens.

From tables 11 and 12, it can be seen that the values of IL-22, sIgA, igG and IgM in jejunal immunity and ileal immunity IgG, igM, IL-10 and sIgA are significantly greater than those of the other three groups, indicating that the immunity of broilers fed with the composition of test group 3 is greatly improved and has better tolerance to feed.
From the above, it was found that the best effect was T3 group by the above experiment.
The innovation point of the application is that:
the composition for improving the quality and the intestinal health of livestock and poultry can regulate the muscle metabolism of livestock and poultry, improve the health condition of the intestinal tract of livestock and poultry and increase the yield of livestock and poultry meat by arranging the additive, has remarkable effect especially for raising fattening pigs, and can well meet the increasing demands of people on pork products.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the application is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present application may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof.
