背景技术
基于液体的清洁组合物诸如洗发剂、沐浴露和硬质表面清洁剂很常见,并且被许多消费者喜爱。这些常规组合物通常以水为主要成分,并且它们通常在塑料瓶、塑料泵容器和管中出售。该组合物按惯例被配制成具有消费者习惯使用的粘度,并且易于从他们被销售的包装中排出。

发明内容
在第一方面,本发明涉及一种清洁粉末组合物,该清洁粉末组合物包含:
a)表面活性剂体系,其包含牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐;
b)多糖助洗剂;和
c)HLB为至少8的乳化剂。
在第二方面,本发明涉及用本发明的第一方面的清洁粉末组合物进行清洁的方法,该方法通过用剪切使组合物水合,以产生最终用途洗涤组合物,并使皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体与最终用途洗涤组合物接触。
在第三方面,本发明涉及组合物清洁皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体的用途,该组合物包含:

发明详述
关于在清洁粉末组合物的表面活性剂体系中使用的牛磺酸盐,其仅受适合在消费品使用的牛磺酸盐的程度的限制。可用于本发明的清洁粉末组合物的牛磺酸盐表面活性剂的示例性实例包括,例如,作为牛磺酸或N-甲基牛磺酸的丙烯酰胺及其盐的那些。例如,适合使用的牛磺酸盐是由以下通式表示的酰基牛磺酸盐:

本发明的清洁粉末组合物中使用的表面活性剂体系通常占清洁粉末组合物的12至38重量%、优选16至32重量%、最优选20至30重量%。在本发明的一个实施方案中,表面活性剂体系占清洁粉末组合物的22至28重量%。
关于所存在的牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐,基于表面活性剂体系中的牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐的总重量,牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐的组合通常为至少50重量%、优选至少60重量%、最优选至少70重量%的牛磺酸盐。在本发明的一个实施方案中,甘氨酸盐占表面活性剂体系中牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐的总重量的2重量%至25重量%。在另一个实施方案中,甘氨酸盐占表面活性剂体系中牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐总重量的3.5重量%至12重量%。在甚至另一个实施方案中,甘氨酸盐占表面活性剂体系中牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐总重量的4重量%至8重量%。
基于清洁粉末组合物中甘氨酸盐的总重量,在清洁粉末组合物中使用的甘氨酸盐在水合之后应包含不超过5重量%的非离子甘氨酸盐,优选不超过3重量%的非离子甘氨酸盐。在本发明的一个实施方案中,基于清洁粉末组合物中使用的甘氨酸盐的总重量,在清洁粉末组合物水合之后,小于1.5%、优选没有(0.0重量%)甘氨酸盐是非离子的(即,它是阴离子的)。因此,通过水合,预期清洁粉末组合物的pH可以是5以上至约8、优选5.4至7.5、最优选6.2至7.2,其中pH是使用Thermo Fisher Scientific pH计测定的。

本发明中使用的多糖助洗剂仅受适用于局部组合物的程度的限制。这些包括纤维、淀粉、树胶和纤维素。淀粉的代表是化学改性的淀粉,诸如羟丙基淀粉磷酸钠和淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝。木薯淀粉通常是优选的,麦芽糖糊精也是如此。合适的树胶包括黄原胶、菌核、果胶、刺梧桐树胶、阿拉伯树胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶(包括阿拉伯胶树胶)、角叉菜胶、藻酸盐及其组合。合适的纤维素包括羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠(纤维素胶/羧甲基纤维素)和纤维素(例如,纤维素微纤丝、纤维素纳米晶体或微晶纤维素)。纤维素微纤丝的来源包括次生细胞壁材料(例如,木浆、棉花)、细菌纤维素和初生细胞壁材料。优选地,初生细胞壁材料的来源选自来自果实、根、鳞茎、块茎、种子、叶子及其组合的薄壁组织;更优选地选自柑桔果实、番茄果实、桃果实、南瓜果实、猕猴桃果实、苹果果实、芒果果实、甜菜、甜菜根、萝卜、欧洲防风草、玉米、燕麦、小麦、豌豆及其组合;甚至更优选地选自柑橘果实、番茄果实及其组合。初生细胞壁材料的最优选来源是来自柑橘果实的薄壁组织。柑橘纤维,诸如由以AQ Plus获得的那些也可以用作纤维素微纤丝的来源。所述纤维素源可以通过任何已知方法进行表面改性,包括在Colloidal PolymerScience,Kalia等,"Nanofibrillated cellulose:surface modification and potentialapplications"(2014),第292卷,5-31页中描述的那些。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,所使用的多糖助洗剂是大米淀粉和/或玉米淀粉,所述玉米淀粉称为INCI:玉米(Zea Mays)(玉米)淀粉,例如,由Ingredion以商业名称FarmalTMCS 3650销售的产品。在另一个实施方案中,所使用的多糖助洗剂是未改性的大米淀粉,称为INCI:水稻(Oryza sativa)(大米)淀粉,其也可从Ingredion以NativacareTM名称商购获得。在又一个实施方案中,所使用的多糖助洗剂是由Ingredion以FarmalTM MD 10提供的麦芽糖糊精(即,右旋糖当量(DE)9.0至12.0)。在甚至另一个实施方案中,所使用的多糖助洗剂是由Active Organics以名称12名称(CAS 9004-34-6)提供的微晶纤维素。
除了多糖助洗剂之外,合成聚合物(非多糖)可以任选地用作所述助洗剂。这一类别包括交联的聚丙烯酸酯如卡波姆、聚丙烯酰胺如Sepigel 305,和牛磺酸酯共聚物如Simulgel EG和Arlstoflex AVC,该共聚物通过各自的INCI命名法确定为丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠和丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸酯/乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物。适合用于增稠的另一种优选的合成聚合物是由Seppic商业上提供并以名称Simulgel INS100出售的丙烯酸酯系聚合物。也可以任选地使用碳酸氢钙、气相二氧化硅和硅酸镁铝;然而,清洁粉末组合物优选基本上不含碳酸氢盐。
关于本发明的清洁粉末组合物中使用的总助洗剂(即总的多糖和非多糖助洗剂),基于清洁粉末组合物中的助洗剂的总重量,使用不超过20重量%、优选不超过8重量%、最优选不超过3重量%的非多糖助洗剂。当任选地使用时,基于清洁粉末组合物中的助洗剂的总重量,非多糖助洗剂可以低至0.001重量%的量存在。在本发明的一个实施方案中,不使用非多糖助洗剂(0.0重量%);因此,清洁粉末组合物中唯一的助洗剂是多糖助洗剂。在又一个实施方案中,所使用的多糖助洗剂包含微晶纤维素、麦芽糖糊精和水稻(大米)淀粉,基于多糖助洗剂的总重量,它们的重量比为35至75重量%的微晶纤维素∶3至15重量%的麦芽糖糊精∶20至60重量%的水稻(大米)淀粉,并且优选地,它们的重量比为40至70重量%的微晶纤维素∶4至12重量%的麦芽糖糊精∶25至55重量%的水稻(大米)淀粉,并且最优选地,它们的重量比为45至65重量%的微晶纤维素∶5至10重量%的麦芽糖糊精∶35至50重量%的水稻(大米)淀粉。在另一个优选的实施方案中,多糖助洗剂基本上由微晶纤维素、麦芽糖糊精和水稻(大米)淀粉组成,最优选由微晶纤维素、麦芽糖糊精和水稻(大米)淀粉组成。
基于清洁粉末组合物的总重量,清洁粉末组合物包含55至80重量%、优选57.5至77.5重量%、最优选58至70重量%的总助洗剂。在本发明的一个实施方案中,基于清洁粉末组合物的总重量,清洁粉末组合物包含61.5至68.5重量%的助洗剂。
多糖助洗剂可以以通常圆形或不规则形状的颗粒存在。此类颗粒合意地也是亲水性的。在本发明的一个实施方案中,多糖助洗剂可以具有在175和3000之间的聚合度。在又一个实施方案中,所述颗粒可以具有0.5至250微米、优选5至200微米、最优选10至175微米的平均粒度。如本文所用的平均粒度是指体积平均粒度,其是指水分散体中颗粒的直径。对于非球形的聚合物颗粒,颗粒的直径是颗粒长轴和短轴的平均值。粒度可以在BeckmanCoulter LS13 320激光衍射粒度分析仪上用本领域认可的筛网或任何其他本领域认可的装置进行测量。在本发明的一个实施方案中,微晶纤维素的平均粒度比清洁粉末组合物中使用的总多糖助洗剂的剩余部分的平均粒度小3至10倍、优选4至9倍、最优选5至8倍。
适合在清洁粉末组合物中使用的乳化剂通常具有至少8的HLB,其中HLB是两亲性分子的亲水性和亲脂性部分之间的平衡关系的量度。可用于本发明的组合物的示例性乳化剂包括聚乙烯月桂醚(30)、聚氧乙烯月桂醚(/>35)、卵磷脂、甲基纤维素(MethocelTM)、聚氧乙烯月桂醚、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯(MyrjTM 45)、油酸三乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯烷基酚/>聚乙二醇400单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(/>80)、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单月桂酸酯(/>20)、聚山梨醇酯60、PEG 8月桂酸酯、油醇聚醚10、杏仁甘油酯、油酸钠、油酸钾或它们的混合物。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,所使用的乳化剂具有10至20的HLB。在另一个实施方案中,乳化剂具有12至18、优选13.5至17.5的HLB。在本发明的又一个实施方案中,液体的乳化剂被喷洒在清洁粉末组合物成分上,以避免任何颗粒结块或团聚。在另一个实施方案中,清洁粉末组合物中使用的乳化剂是聚山梨醇酯,并且优选20。
基于清洁粉末组合物的总重量,清洁粉末组合物中使用的乳化剂的量通常为1至4重量%、优选1.5至3.5重量%、最优选1.75至2.75重量%。在本发明的一个实施方案中,乳化剂的量为清洁粉末组合物总重量的2.0至2.5重量%。
当使用本发明的清洁粉末组合物时,粉末和水可以不按特定顺序放置在混合容器中,并以中等剪切进行摇动、搅拌和/或搅动。所得到的最终用途洗涤组合物可以根据需要使用(例如,用在手、面部和/或毛发上)。所制成的最终用途洗涤组合物的量由消费者偏好决定。对于单次使用的洗手液、洗面奶或洗发露,通常使用1.0至12克、优选1.5至10克、最优选2至8克的清洁粉末组合物。与清洁粉末组合物一起用于制备最终用途组合物的水的量也由消费者偏好决定。通常,与清洁粉末组合物一起用于生产最终用途洗涤组合物的水的量/重量是所用清洁粉末组合物的量/重量的0.25至4倍、优选0.5至3倍、最优选1至2倍。在本发明的一个实施方案中,用于制备最终用途组合物的水与清洁粉末组合物的重量比为45∶55至55∶45。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,清洁粉末组合物和水不按特定顺序放置在手中。用双手进行混合和剪切导致同时产生手清洗和最终用途洗涤组合物。用于毛发洗涤的最终用途洗涤组合物也可以在手中产生。在本发明的一个实施方案中,水和清洁组合物可以放在手中,随后供应到面部或头部,用于面部洗涤或毛发和头皮洗涤,其中洗涤运动提供剪切,以根据情况制备洗面奶或洗发剂组合物。在又另一个实施方案中,清洁粉末组合物可以干燥地施加到干燥或湿润的基材如毛发、地毯或家具装饰品上,随后施加水(如果需要,在预润湿的基材的情况下),由此来自手或物体如擦洗刷的剪切导致清洁,并同时产生清洁洗涤组合物。
可用于本发明的清洁粉末组合物的任选成分包括防腐剂,以在制备最终用途洗涤组合物时帮助防止潜在有害的微生物的生长。可用于本发明的组合物中的合适的传统防腐剂包括对羟基苯甲酸的烷基酯。其他防腐剂包括乙内酰脲衍生物、丙酸盐和各种季铵化合物。通常优选的防腐剂是苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、碘代丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、基于山葵的防腐剂、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、咪唑烷基脲、去氢醋酸钠和苯甲醇。适用于本发明的清洁粉末组合物的特别优选的添加剂是1,2-烷二醇,如1,2-辛二醇、1,2-己二醇或它们的混合物。
传统的芳香剂组分如丁香酚、香豆素、乙酸芳樟酯、香茅醛、鸢尾浓缩物、乙酸萜品酯、萜品醇、百里酚、蒎烯(例如α和β-蒎烯)和香茅醇也可以任选地添加到清洁粉末组合物中。
如果使用,则传统防腐剂、邻二醇(vicinal diol)和/或芳香剂组分可以占本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物的不超过2重量%、优选不超过1重量%、最优选0.2至0.85重量%。在本发明的一个实施方案中,基于最终用途洗涤组合物的总重量,使用0.2至0.8重量%的任选的防腐剂、邻二醇和/或芳香剂组分。在本发明的一个实施方案中,在最终用途洗涤组合物中不使用传统的防腐剂、邻二醇和/或芳香剂组分(除了可在最终用途洗涤组合物中使用的芳香剂中所提供的之外),因为如果需要的话,这种洗涤组合物可以根据需要制造和使用,从而给与消费者不含防腐剂的洗涤产品的选项。
芳香剂、固定剂和研磨剂可任选地用于本发明的清洁粉末组合物中。适合使用的其他任选成分包括吡啶酮锌、羟甲辛吡酮(octopirox)或它们的混合物,特别是当最终用途洗涤组合物是提供抗头屑益处的洗发剂时。这些物质中的每一种可以占最终用途洗涤组合物总重量的0.05至3%、优选0.1至2%。
可以使用的额外的任选成分包括感官油和/或去角质剂。合适的油包括玫瑰油、梨莓油、椰子油、薰衣草油或它们的混合物。适合使用的示例性去角质剂包括盐、糖、杏、核桃壳、大米、肉豆蔻和/或燕麦粉。当使用时,感官油和去角质剂可占最终用途洗涤组合物的0.1至2重量%,条件是芳香剂和感官油的总量不超过最终用途组合物的2.5重量%,优选不超过组合物的2.0重量%。
本发明的化妆品粉末组合物可以包含维生素。示例性维生素是维生素B2、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素E、叶酸和生物素。也可以使用维生素的衍生物。例如,维生素C衍生物包括抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸磷酸镁和抗坏血酸糖苷。维生素E的衍生物包括生育酚乙酸酯、生育酚棕榈酸酯和生育酚亚油酸酯。还可以使用DL-泛醇和衍生物。当存在时,维生素的总量可为化妆品粉末组合物的0.001至4重量%、优选0.01至3.5重量%、最佳地0.1至2.5重量%。
适用于本发明的其它任选添加剂包括间苯二酚,如4-乙基间苯二酚、4-己基间苯二酚、4-苯基乙基间苯二酚、二甲氧基甲苯基丙基间苯二酚、4-环戊基间苯二酚、4-环己基间苯二酚、α-和/或β-羟基酸、欧芹酸、共轭亚油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、它们的混合物等。还可以包括其它任选的添加剂,如乙醇、季铵化合物(如西曲氯铵、苯扎氯铵等)。当使用时,此类添加剂共同占最终用途洗涤组合物的0.001至3重量%、优选0.01至2重量%、最优选0.1至1.5重量%。
可以存在脱屑促进剂。示例是α-羟基羧酸、β-羟基羧酸。术语“酸”意指不仅包括游离酸,而且包括其盐和C1-C30烷基或芳基酯,以及通过去除水以形成环状或线性内酯结构而产生的内酯。代表性酸是乙醇酸及其衍生物、乳酸和苹果酸。水杨酸是β-羟基羧酸的代表。当存在时,这些材料的量可为最终用途洗涤组合物的0.01至3重量%、优选0.1至2重量%。
多种草药提取物可任选地包含在本发明的化妆品洗涤组合物中。示例性提取物包括从绿茶、蓍草、人参(ginsing)、万寿菊、木槿、银杏、洋甘菊、甘草、芦荟、葡萄籽、蜜柑、柳皮、鼠尾草和迷迭香中提取的那些。还可以包括保湿剂如甘油和其他多元醇。保湿剂和/或提取物在使用时通常占最终用途组合物的0.01至0.2重量%、优选0.01至0.15重量%、最优选0.02至0.1重量%。
还任选地适合的包括材料如螯合剂(例如EDTA)、遮光剂(例如TiO2,粒度为50至1200nm、优选50至350nm)、高岭土、膨润土、氧化锌、氧化铁、云母、C8-22脂肪酸取代的糖、硫辛酸、视黄氧基三甲基硅烷(可从Clariant Corp.以Silcare 1M-75商标购得)、脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)或它们的混合物。也可以任选地包括神经酰胺(包括神经酰胺1、神经酰胺3、神经酰胺3B和神经酰胺6)以及类神经酰胺,如可以是10和/或12-羟基硬脂酸。提取物、多元醇和这些附加材料的量在使用时可以在最终用途洗涤组合物的0.0001至3重量%、优选0.001至2重量%、最优选0.001至1.5重量%的范围内。
抗结块剂如磷酸三钙可任选地用于清洁粉末组合物中。当使用时,抗结块剂占清洁粉末组合物的0.01至3.5重量%、优选0.5至3重量%、最优选1至3%。可以使用调理剂如羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、5-尿基乙内酰胺和/或尿囊素。当使用时,所述组分占清洁粉末组合物的0.5至4重量%、优选0.75至4重量%、最优选1至3重量%。
封闭剂(Occlusive)如杏仁油、橄榄油、红花油和矿物油也可用于本发明的清洁粉末组合物中。当使用时,这些材料占清洁粉末组合物的小于0.06重量%、优选小于0.03重量%。
防晒剂活性物质也可以任选地包含在本发明的化妆品粉末组合物中。特别优选的是这样的材料,如可以Parsol获得的对甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、可以Parsol/>获得的阿伏苯宗Avobenzene和二苯甲酮-3,也称为氧苯酮。可以使用无机防晒剂活性物质,诸如超细二氧化钛、氧化锌、聚乙烯和各种其他聚合物。当存在时,防晒剂的量通常可以为最终用途洗涤组合物的0.01至3重量%、优选0.5至2重量%、最佳地0.75至1.5重量%。
可以使用常规的缓冲剂/pH调节剂。这些包括常用的添加剂,如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、盐酸、柠檬酸、三乙醇胺、柠檬酸盐/柠檬酸缓冲剂或它们的混合物。这些材料以获得最终用途洗涤组合物的所需pH的量添加。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物优选不含硫酸盐,并且因此具有小于2.5重量%、优选小于1.5重量%、最优选小于0.5重量%的硫酸盐。在一个特别优选的实施方案中,最终用途洗涤组合物不具有(0.0重量%)含硫酸盐的组分。在又另一个优选的实施方案中,最终用途洗涤组合物的小于5重量%、优选小于3重量%、最优选小于1.5重量%包含水不溶性成分。在最优选的实施方案中,本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物不具有(0.0%重量)水不溶性成分。在另一个优选实施方案中,在化妆品粉末组合物中不使用会增强并导致粉末组合物结块或团聚的成分。
化妆品粉末组合物的堆密度通常为0.2至1.2、优选0.3至0.9、最优选0.35至0.7g/cm3,其中堆密度是通过使用例如可由Microtrac MRB商购得到的气体比重瓶的本领域认可技术测量的。
本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物的粘度通常为100至8,000cp、优选120至7,000cp、最优选200至6,000cp。所述粘度可以用本领域认可的仪器如布氏粘度计RV5,型号D220,使用RV主轴5,在25℃下以20RPM测量60秒,其中最终用途洗涤组合物是用水和清洁粉末组合物的50∶50混合物制备的。
当制备清洁粉末组合物时,可以在大气压下混合和/或搅动各成分。混合和搅动发生的温度通常为20至50℃。当获得均匀混合物并且所得清洁粉末组合物不含聚集的颗粒时,停止混合和/或搅动。清洁粉末组合物的颗粒可以具有0.2至600微米、优选0.3至500微米、最优选0.4至350微米的尺寸,如本文所述的用本领域认可的装置所确定的。
可以采用多种包装来储存本发明的清洁粉末组合物。可以使用罐子、小袋、振动器、袋子、泵、瓶子、金属容器以及塑料容器。优选地,与本发明的清洁粉末组合物一起使用的包装是由回收材料如消费后树脂或可生物降解材料制成的包装。最优选地,清洁粉末组合物在可生物降解的包装材料如纸或纸板材料中出售,由此用在可生物分解的包装中用出售的清洁粉末组合物再填充所述罐子或瓶子,视情况而定。在一个特别优选的实施方案中,由消费者直接从可生物降解的包装中使用所述清洁粉末组合物。

1.一种清洁粉末组合物,其包含:
a)表面活性剂体系,其包含牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐;
b)多糖助洗剂;和
c)HLB为至少8的乳化剂,

4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中基于所述表面活化剂体系中牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐的总重量,所述表面活性剂体系为至少50重量%、优选至少60重量%,最优选至少70重量%的牛磺酸盐。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中甘氨酸盐占所述表面活性剂体系中牛磺酸盐和甘氨酸盐总重量的2重量%至25重量%、优选3.5重量%至12重量%、最优选4重量%至8重量%。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述组合物是对于手、面部、身体、指甲或无生命物体洗涤组合物的前体。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含HLB为10至20、优选为12至18的乳化剂。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所使用的表面活性剂体系占所述清洁粉末组合物的12至38重量%、优选16至32重量%、最优选20至30重量%,以及甚至更优选22至28重量%。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述多糖助洗剂包含微晶纤维素、麦芽糖糊精和水稻(大米)淀粉,基于所述多糖助洗剂的总重量,它们的重量比为40至70重量%的微晶纤维素∶4至12重量%的麦芽糖糊精∶25至55重量%的水稻(大米)淀粉,并且优选地,它们的重量比为45至65重量%的微晶纤维素∶5至10重量%的麦芽糖糊精∶35至50重量%的水稻(大米)淀粉。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述乳化剂具有10至20、优选12至18、最优选13.5至17.5的HLB。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中基于所述清洁粉末组合物的总重量,所述清洁粉末组合物包含55至80重量%、优选57.5至77.5重量%、最优选58至70重量%的总助洗剂。
12.一种洗涤组合物,其包含用水水合的前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁粉末组合物。
13.根据权利要求12所述的洗涤组合物,其中水以清洁粉末组合物重量的0.25至4倍的重量存在,以用于制备所述洗涤组合物。
14.根据权利要求12和13所述的洗涤组合物,其中所述洗涤组合物是用于皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体的组合物。
15.一种洗涤方法,包括以下步骤:
a)使根据权利要求1至11所述的清洁粉末组合物水合以产生洗涤组合物;和
b)使皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体与所述洗涤组合物接触,
其中所述清洁粉末组合物在与所述皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体接触之前或之后用剪切进行水合,以产生洗涤组合物。
