本文所用的清洁粉末组合物是指可水合且适于清洁皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体的组合物。包含羟乙基磺酸盐的固体表面活性剂体系是指清洁组合物粉末中表面活性剂的总来源可仅包含羟乙基磺酸盐或牛磺酸盐,或羟乙基磺酸盐和/或牛磺酸盐与本领域常用的其它所需表面活性剂的组合。在本发明的实施方案中,羟乙基磺酸盐占表面活性剂体系中表面活性剂的50-90重量%。在本发明的另一个实施方案中,羟乙基磺酸盐占体系中总表面活性剂的100重量%。在又一方面,牛磺酸盐占体系中表面活性剂的50至90重量%。还在另一方面,牛磺酸盐占体系中总表面活性剂的100重量%。多糖助洗剂是指在与水接触和/或用水稀释时不溶胀的碳水化合物或淀粉质材料。如本文所用,增粘剂为粘度调节剂或结构化剂,其在与水接触和/或用水稀释时即时溶胀,从而在室温(即25℃)下建立(即造成)最终用途洗涤组合物的粘度和/或建立光滑的感官益处。术语“酸”或“酸性物质”意图是指当以1%的浓度溶解在去离子水中时将具有小于7,优选小于6.5,更优选小于5的pH的任何物质,而术语“碱”或“碱性物质”意图是指当与水和酸接触时可产生气体如二氧化碳、氮气或氧气(即泡腾)的任何物质。如本文所用,术语“干燥”、“固体”或“无水”可互换使用并且意指基本上不含水(即,按指定成分的重量计存在0至5%的水,优选地0.01至3%,并且最佳地0.05至1%的水)。水合的水不被认为是用于无水定义的目的的水,但优选其最小化,优选消除任何水合的水。如本文所用,“logP”是指亲脂性的常规量度,具体地意指所需化合物的分配系数的对数值。较低的logP表示化合物对水相具有较高的亲和力(即,更亲水),而较高的logP表示化合物对油相具有较高的亲和力(即,更亲脂)。logP为0是指化合物在水相和油相之间均匀分配。如本文所用,“泡腾”是指由液体中的化学反应瞬时形成气泡(即发泡或起泡),并且该术语在本文中可与“自发泡”互换使用。泡沫体积是指当清洁粉末组合物用水水合时产生的泡沫体积。进而,本文所用的峰值泡沫体积旨在描述在反应过程中由上述泡腾反应而产生的泡沫的最大体积。
如本文所用,皮肤包括脚、面部、颈、胸、手臂(包括臂下)、手、腿、臀部、背部和头皮上的皮肤。无生命物体是指包括硬表面,如柜台、玻璃、家用电器门、车辆和瓷器固定装置如盘子、马克杯、水槽、浴盆或厕所。无生命物体还意在包括包含尼龙、棉和/或聚酯的材料(例如,衣服、窗帘、衬衫、小地毯、运动鞋、室内装饰)以及通常在消费前洗涤的水果和蔬菜。水合(即,与水组合)后的清洁粉末组合物在本文中称为可与“水合产品”互换的最终用途(洗涤)组合物。因此,清洁粉末组合物本身是最终用途组合物的前体。最终用途洗涤组合物包括用于毛发洗涤的洗发剂、沐浴剂、汽车洗涤产品以及家庭护理洗涤组合物如硬表面和窗户清洁剂、抽水马桶清洁剂和洗衣洗涤剂。在一个实施方案中,本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物是手、身体、面部、头皮和/或指甲洗涤组合物。在另一个实施方案中,最终用途洗涤组合物是洗发剂(即毛发洗涤)组合物。在又一个实施方案中,最终用途洗涤组合物是家庭护理组合物。如本文所用,粉末流动意指易于从振摇器中摇出,其中在视觉上观察不到粉末结块和静态凝聚。类似地,如本文所用,术语“自由流动”旨在描述以连续稳定流移动的粉末。

具体实施方式
本文公开的清洁粉末组合物包含具有干燥酸性物质和干燥碱性物质的泡腾体系。关于酸性物质,为此目的所需的是以干燥固体形式存在的任何酸。还期望的是具有2至12,优选地2至8,并且最优选地2至6的酸解离常数(pKa),及0,优选地-2至-0.05,并且最优选地-1.75至-0.01的logP值的任何酸。优选地,这样的酸是C2-C20有机单-和多-羧酸,更优选地α-和β-羟基羧酸。示例性但非限制性的实例包括C2-C20有机磷酸类,如植酸;过氧化物,如过氧化氢;羟基羧酸如戊二酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸和柠檬酸,以及酸形成乳糖如葡糖酸内酯和葡糖二酸内酯;及其混合物。具有期望的pKa和logP值的此类酸性物质的说明性实例包括柠檬酸(pKa=2.9、4.3、5.2;logP=-1.6)、乳酸(pKa=3.8;logP=-0.7)、乙酸(pKa=4.8;logP=-0.3)、葡糖酸内酯(pKa=11.6;logP=-2.2),和过氧化氢(pKa=11.6;logP=-0.4)。特别优选的是,干燥酸性物质包含柠檬酸。作为酸性物质还期望可以是包封的和/或包被的酸,其实例包括N,其是通过柠檬酸单钠壳包被的柠檬酸,并且其可从供应商Jungbunzlauer商购获得。酸性物质以清洁粉末组合物的5-35重量%,优选地7-32重量%,最佳地10-30重量%的量存在。在另一个优选的方面,清洁粉末组合物包含清洁粉末组合物的12-28重量%的酸性物质。
希望用于本发明清洁粉末组合物的碱性物质是无水的碳酸和重碳酸金属盐、碱性过氧化物(例如过硼酸钠和过碳酸钠)和叠氮化物(例如叠氮化钠)。优选的是碱性物质包括碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、倍半碳酸钠或其混合物。碱性物质以清洁粉末组合物的5-35重量%,优选地7-32重量%,最佳地10-30重量%的量存在。在另一方面,清洁粉末组合物包含清洁粉末组合物的12%至28重量%的碱性物质。
在所公开的清洁粉末组合物的一个方面,清洁粉末组合物中干燥酸性物质与干燥碱性物质的重量比为30:70至70:30,优选地40:60至60:40,并且更优选地45:55至55:45。
至于在清洁粉末组合物的固体表面活性剂体系中使用的羟乙基磺酸盐,其仅受到其适用于消费品和以固体形式使用的限制。清洁粉末组合物可包含C8-C18酰基羟乙基磺酸盐。这些酯通过碱金属羟乙基磺酸盐与具有6-18个碳原子和碘值小于20的混合脂族脂肪酸之间的反应制备。至少75%的混合脂肪酸具有12-18个碳原子,且至多25%具有6-10个碳原子。羟乙基磺酸盐可以以清洁粉末组合物的5-40重量%,优选地10-35重量%,更优选地12-30重量%的量存在。在另一个方面,羟乙基磺酸盐可以以清洁粉末组合物的15至30重量%的量包含。羟乙基磺酸盐可占总表面活性剂体系中表面活性剂的50-90重量%。在本发明的又一个实施方案中,羟乙基磺酸盐占体系中总表面活性剂的100重量%。
酰基羟乙基磺酸盐可以是烷氧基化的羟乙基磺酸盐,如描述于1995年2月28日授权的Ilardi等人的美国专利No.5,393,466,标题“Fatty Acid Esters ofPolyalkoxylated isethonic acid”中;在此引入作为参考。该化合物具有以下通式:

至于在清洁粉末组合物的表面活性剂体系中使用的牛磺酸盐,其仅受到适用于消费品的限制。可用于本发明清洁粉末组合物中的牛磺酸盐表面活性剂的示例性实例包括例如作为牛磺酸或N-甲基牛磺酸的酰基酰胺及其盐的那些。例如,适合使用的牛磺酸盐是由以下通式表示的酰基牛磺酸盐:

可用于本发明清洁粉末组合物的表面活性剂体系中的示例性酰基牛磺酸盐包括例如通常称为甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠、甲基肉豆蔻酰基牛磺酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、甲基油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、其混合物等的牛磺酸盐。在一个实施方案中,所用的牛磺酸盐是甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠。牛磺酸盐可以以清洁粉末组合物的5-40重量%,优选地10-35重量%,更优选地12-30重量%的量存在。在另一个方面,牛磺酸盐可以以清洁粉末组合物的15至30重量%的量包含。牛磺酸盐可占总表面活性剂体系中表面活性剂的50-90重量%。在另一方面,牛磺酸盐占体系中总表面活性剂的100重量%。
除了羟乙基磺酸盐之外,其它阴离子表面活性剂也可用于所公开的清洁粉末组合物中,只要它们可以以固体形式获得。这些另外的阴离子表面活性剂可以包括烷基磺基琥珀酸盐(包括单烷基和二烷基,例如C6-C22磺基琥珀酸盐);烷基和酰基肌氨酸盐、磺基乙酸盐、C8-C22烷基磷酸盐和膦酸盐、烷基磷酸酯和烷氧基烷基磷酸酯、酰基乳酸盐、C8-C22单烷基琥珀酸盐和马来酸盐、磺基乙酸盐、烷基葡糖苷和酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、酰基谷氨酸盐、甘氨酸盐等。

在清洁粉末组合物的一个方面中,所用的另外的阴离子表面活性剂为2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸、月桂基硫酸铵、全氟壬酸铵、月桂基硫酸钾、烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、月桂酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、硬脂酸钠、磺基琥珀酸酯钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰基谷氨酸钠、硬脂酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰基谷氨酸钾、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钾或其组合。这样的阴离子表面活性剂可从供应商如Galaxy Surfactants、Clariant、Sino Lion、Stepan Company和Innospec商购获得。优选地,使用的另外的阴离子表面活性剂是烷基硫酸钠如月桂基硫酸钠、酰基谷氨酸盐、甘氨酸盐或其混合物。
任选地,两性表面活性剂可包含在本文公开的清洁粉末组合物中,只要它们可以固体形式获得。两性表面活性剂(其根据pH可以是两性离子的)包括酰基两性乙酸钠、酰基两性丙酸钠、酰基两性二乙酸二钠和酰基两性二丙酸二钠,其中酰基(即烷酰基)可以包含C7-C18烷基部分。两性表面活性剂的说明性实例包括月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠或其组合。在一个方面,清洁粉末组合物包含清洁粉末组合物的小于2重量%,优选地小于1重量%的两性表面活性剂。在另一方面,清洁粉末组合物包含清洁粉末组合物的0.001至小于1重量%,优选地0.001至0.85重量%,更优选地0.001至0.75重量%,并且还更优选地0.005至0.5重量%的两性表面活性剂。在又一方面,清洁粉末组合物包含清洁粉末组合物的0重量%的两性表面活性剂。
至于本发明清洁粉末组合物中使用的固体两性离子表面活性剂,此类表面活性剂包括至少一个酸基团。这样的酸基团可以是羧酸或磺酸基团。它们通常包括季氮,因此可以是季氨基酸。它们通常应包括7至18个碳原子的烷基或烯基,并且通常符合总体结构式:

期望使用的两性离子表面活性剂的示例性实例包括甜菜碱类,如月桂基甜菜碱、柠檬酸甜菜碱、椰油二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油烷基二甲基甜菜碱和月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱。期望使用的另外的两性离子表面活性剂包括椰油酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱,例如椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱。优选的两性离子表面活性剂包括月桂基甜菜碱、柠檬酸甜菜碱、羟甲基甘氨酸钠、(羧甲基)二甲基-3-[(1-氧代十二烷基)氨基]丙基氢氧化铵、椰油烷基二甲基甜菜碱、(羧甲基)二甲基油烯基氢氧化铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、(羧甲基)二甲基油烯基氢氧化铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、(羧甲基)二甲基(十八烷基)铵、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱或其组合。此类表面活性剂可从供应商如Stepan Company、Solvay、Evonik等商购获得,并且使用前述表面活性剂的混合物在本文所公开的清洁粉末组合物的范围内。
非离子表面活性剂可任选地用于清洁粉末组合物中。当使用时,非离子表面活性剂通常以低至0.01重量%、0.1重量%、1重量%或2重量%的水平和高至6重量%、8重量%、10重量%或12重量%的水平使用。可使用的非离子表面活性剂特别地包括具有疏水性基团和反应性氢原子的化合物(例如脂族醇、酸、酰胺或烷基酚)与氧化烯(尤其是单独的环氧乙烷或环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷一起)的反应产物。具体的非离子表面活性剂化合物是烷基(C6-C22)酚、环氧乙烷缩合物、脂族(C8-C18)直链或支链伯或仲醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物及通过环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷和乙二胺的反应产物缩合制备的产物。其它非离子表面活性剂包括长链叔胺氧化物、长链叔膦氧化物、二烷基亚砜等。
在一个方面,非离子表面活性剂可包括具有以下结构的脂肪酸/醇乙氧基化物:a)HOCH2(CH2)s(CH2CH2O)cH或b)HOOC(CH2)v(CH2CH2O)dH;其中s和v各自独立地为至多18的整数;并且c和d各自独立地为1或更大的整数。在一个方面中,s和v可各自独立地为6至18;并且c和d可以各自独立地为1至30。非离子表面活性剂的其它选择包括具有式HOOC(CH2)i-CH=CH-(CH2)k(CH2CH2O)zH的那些,其中i、k各自独立地为5至15;并且z为5至50。在另一方面,i和k各自独立地为6至12;并且z为15至35。
非离子表面活性剂还可以包括糖酰胺,如多糖酰胺。具体地,表面活性剂可以是1995年2月14日授予Au等人的题为“Compositions Comprising Nonionic GlycolipidSurfactants”的美国专利号5,389,279中所述的乳糖酰胺之一;其通过引用并入本文,或者其可以是1991年4月23日授予Kelkenberg的题为“Use of N-Poly Hydroxyalkyl FattyAcid Amides as Thickening Agents for Liquid Aqueous Surfactant Systems”的美国专利号5,009,814中所述的糖酰胺之一;在此引入本申请中作为参考。
可任选地用于本文所公开的清洁粉末组合物中的非离子表面活性剂的示例性实例包括但不限于多糖苷、鲸蜡醇、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、八乙二醇单十二烷基醚、正辛基β-d-硫代吡喃葡糖苷、辛基葡糖苷、油醇、聚山梨醇酯、脱水山梨糖醇、硬脂醇或其组合。
在一个方面,阳离子表面活性剂可任选用于本申请的清洁组合物中。
一类阳离子表面活性剂包括杂环铵盐,如十六烷基或十八烷基氯化吡啶、烷基酰胺乙基吡咯烷酮甲基硫酸盐和拉匹氯铵。
四烷基铵盐是另一类有用的阳离子表面活性剂。实例包括十六烷基或十八烷基三甲基铵氯化物或溴化物;氢化棕榈或牛油三甲基铵卤化物;二十二烷基三甲基铵卤化物或甲基硫酸盐;癸基异壬基二甲基铵卤化物;二牛油基(或二硬脂基)二甲基铵卤化物,和二十二烷基二甲基氯化铵。
可以使用的再其他类型的阳离子表面活性剂是各种乙氧基化的季胺和酯季铵盐。实例包括PEG-5硬脂基乳酸铵(例如,Clariant制造的Genamin KSL)、PEG-2椰油氯化铵、PEG-15氢化牛油氯化铵、PEG 15硬脂基氯化铵、二棕榈酰乙基甲基氯化铵、二棕榈酰基羟乙基甲基硫酸盐和硬脂基酰胺丙基二甲基乳酸胺。
再其它有用的阳离子表面活性剂包括丝、小麦和角蛋白蛋白质的季铵化水解产物,并且使用上述阳离子表面活性剂的混合物在清洁粉末组合物的范围内。
如果使用,阳离子表面活性剂占清洁粉末组合物的不超过5重量%。当存在时,阳离子表面活性剂通常占清洁粉末组合物的0.01至2重量%,更通常0.1至1重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
除羟乙基磺酸盐和牛磺酸盐之外,用于本发明清洁粉末组合物的特别优选的表面活性剂包括其中表面活性剂是椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基硫酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钾、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠或其组合。
用于本发明的清洁粉末组合物的固体表面活性剂体系通常占清洁粉末组合物的总共5-40重量%,优选地10-35重量%,更优选地12-30重量%。在一个方面,表面活性剂体系可以清洁粉末组合物的15-30重量%的量包含。在另一方面,表面活性剂体系占清洁粉末组合物的22-28重量%。
所公开的清洁粉末组合物还包含含有多糖助洗剂和羧酸盐的稳定体系。已经确定这样的稳定体系在以高湿度和/或高温为特征的条件下出乎意料地导致增强的稳定性。高湿度的代表性条件是25℃下80%相对湿度(RH),并且高湿度和高温的代表性条件是40℃下75%RH。不希望受理论束缚,据信这种体系有助于保护清洁粉末组合物中的粉末材料在高湿度和/或高温条件下不结块和沉降。
本文公开的稳定体系包含羧酸盐。在一个方面,羧酸是柠檬酸。优选的是柠檬酸的盐是碱金属柠檬酸盐、碱性柠檬酸盐或其混合物。说明性而非限制性的实例包括柠檬酸三钙、柠檬酸三镁、柠檬酸三钠、柠檬酸单钠及其混合物。柠檬酸三钙、柠檬酸三镁和柠檬酸三钠都可从供应商如Jungbunzlauer商购获得。柠檬酸单钠可通过供应商Sigma-Aldrich获得。清洁粉末组合物包含1-20重量%,优选地1.5-15重量%,更优选地2-10重量%的羧酸盐。特别优选地,清洁粉末组合物包含2.5至8重量%的羧酸盐。代替羧酸盐,还已发现滑石、二氧化硅及其衍生物或它们的混合物在所公开的稳定体系中类似地发挥功能,并且此类化合物也可与羧酸盐结合使用。
所用的多糖助洗剂仅受到其适用于局部组合物中的限制。这些包括纤维、淀粉和未改性的纤维素(例如,纤维素微纤丝、纤维素纳米晶体或微晶纤维素)。代表性的淀粉是化学改性的淀粉如羟丙基淀粉磷酸钠和淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝和非改性的淀粉如玉米淀粉、大米淀粉、木薯淀粉和麦芽糊精。优选的是多糖助洗剂包括玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素或其混合物。至于清洁粉末组合物中所用的多糖助洗剂,清洁粉末组合物中8-60重量%,优选地10-50重量%,更优选地12-40重量%的多糖助洗剂。在特别优选的方面,清洁粉末组合物中使用13-35重量%的多糖助洗剂。
在本申请的一个方面,所使用的多糖助洗剂是大米淀粉和/或称为INCI:Zea mays(Corn)Starch的玉米淀粉,如例如由Ingredion以商品名FarmalTM CS 3757出售的产品。在本申请的另一方面,所使用的多糖助洗剂是称为INCI:Oryza sativa(rice)starch的未改性大米淀粉,其也可从Ingredion以名称NativacareTM商购获得。在本申请的再另一个方面,所使用的多糖助洗剂是由Ingredion以FarmalTM MD 15提供的麦芽糊精。甚至在另一个方面,所使用的多糖助洗剂是由Active Organics以名称12(CAS 9004-34-6)获得的微晶纤维素。
纤维素微纤丝的期望来源包括次生细胞壁材料(例如,木浆、棉花)、细菌纤维素和初生细胞壁材料。优选地,初生细胞壁材料的来源选自果实、根、鳞茎、块茎、种子、叶及其组合的薄壁组织;更优选地选自柑橘果实、番茄果实、桃果实、南瓜果实、猕猴桃果实、苹果果实、芒果果实、甜菜、甜菜根、芜菁、欧洲防风草、玉米、燕麦、小麦、豌豆及其组合;甚至更优选地选自柑橘果实、番茄果实及其组合。初生细胞壁材料的最优选来源是来自柑橘果实的薄壁组织。柑桔纤维,如由以AQ Plus获得的那些也可用作纤维素微纤丝的来源。纤维素来源可以通过任何已知的方法进行表面改性,包括在Colloidal PolymerScience,Kalia等,"Nanofibrillated cellulose:surface modification and potentialapplications"(2014),Vol 292,第5-31页中描述的那些。
除了多糖助洗剂之外,合成聚合物(非多糖)可任选地用作助洗剂。该类别包括交联聚丙烯酸酯如Carbomers、聚丙烯酰胺如Sepimax Zen和牛磺酸盐共聚物如AristoflexAVC,该共聚物通过相应的INCI命名法确定为丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠和丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸酯/乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物。
多糖助洗剂可以作为通常圆形或不规则形状的颗粒存在。这样的颗粒也理想地是亲水性的。在本发明清洁粉末组合物的一个方面,颗粒可具有0.5至300微米,优选地5至250微米,最优选地10至175微米的平均粒径。本文所用的平均粒径是指称为水性分散体中颗粒直径的体积平均粒径。对于不是球形的聚合物颗粒,颗粒的直径是颗粒的长轴和短轴的平均值。粒径可以在Beckman-Coulter LS13 320激光衍射粒度分析仪上用本领域公认的筛或任何其它本领域公认的装置测量。
本发明人还惊奇地发现,本文公开的清洁粉末组合物可包含高于预期量的增粘剂,如本领域普通技术人员通常已知的,增加增粘剂的包含水平可显著抑制峰值泡沫体积。用于本发明清洁粉末组合物的理想增粘剂包括树胶和化学改性纤维素材料。期望的树胶包括黄原胶、小核菌胶、果胶、刺梧桐树胶、阿拉伯树胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶(包括阿拉伯胶瓜尔胶)、角叉菜胶、藻酸盐、刺云实(即塔拉胶)及其组合。理想的化学改性纤维素材料包括羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠(纤维素胶/羧甲基纤维素)。在优选的方面,增粘剂是黄原胶、小核菌胶、刺云实胶、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基淀粉磷酸盐、羧甲基淀粉钠或其混合物。如果包含,本发明组合物包含清洁粉末组合物的0-10重量%,优选地0.1-8重量%,更优选地0.3-5重量%的增粘剂。
当使用本发明的清洁粉末组合物时,粉末和水可以(非以特定顺序)置于混合容器中,并在中等剪切下摇动、搅拌和/或搅动。所得最终用途洗涤组合物可根据需要使用(例如在手、脸、身体和/或毛发上)。制成的最终用途洗涤组合物的量由消费者偏好决定。对于单次使用的手、脸、身体或毛发洗涤,通常使用0.25-12克,优选地0.3-10克,最优选地0.5-8克清洁粉末组合物。与清洁粉末组合物一起使用以制备最终用途组合物的水的量也由消费者偏好决定。通常,与清洁粉末组合物一起使用以产生最终用途洗涤组合物的水的量/重量为所用的清洁粉末组合物的量/重量的1至10倍,优选地3至7倍,最优选地4至6倍。
在一个实施方案中,清洁粉末组合物和水(非以特定顺序)置于手中。用双手混合和剪切导致手洗和最终用途洗涤组合物同时产生。用于毛发洗涤的最终用途洗涤组合物也可以在手中产生。在本发明的一个实施方案中,可将水和清洁组合物置于手中,随后将其提供到面部或头部以进行面部洗涤或毛发和头皮洗涤,其中洗涤运动根据具体情况提供剪切力以制备面部洗涤或洗发剂组合物。在又一个实施方案中,可将清洁粉末组合物以干的形式施用到基材如毛发、地毯或室内装饰(其为干的或湿的)上,然后施用水(如果需要,在预湿基材的情况下),由此来自手或物体如擦洗刷子的剪切导致清洁和同时清洁洗涤组合物的产生。
可用于本发明清洁粉末组合物的任选成分包括防腐剂以在制备最终用途洗涤组合物时帮助对抗潜在有害微生物的生长。可以使用的合适的传统防腐剂包括乙内酰脲衍生物、丙酸盐和多种季铵化合物。通常优选的防腐剂是山梨酸钾、碘丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、基于芥末的防腐剂、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、咪唑烷基脲、脱氢乙酸钠和苯甲醇。特别优选的适用于本发明清洁粉末组合物的添加剂是1,2-链烷二醇如1,2-辛二醇、1,2-己二醇或其混合物。在一个方面,清洁粉末组合物可包含防腐剂体系,其是不含甲醛、不含对羟基苯甲酸酯或不含两者的。
传统的芳香剂组分如丁子香酚、香豆素、乙酸里哪酯、香茅醛、鸢尾浓缩物、乙酸萜品酯、萜品醇、百里酚、蒎烯(例如,α和β蒎烯)和香茅醇也可任选地添加到清洁粉末组合物中。
如果使用的话,传统的防腐剂,邻二醇和/或芳香剂组分占本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物的不超过2重量%,优选不超过1重量%,最优选0.2-0.85重量%。在本发明的一个实施方案中,基于最终用途洗涤组合物的总重量,使用0.2-0.8重量%的任选的防腐剂,邻二醇和/或芳香剂组分。在本发明的一个实施方案中,在最终用途洗涤组合物中不使用传统的防腐剂,邻二醇和/或芳香剂组分(除了可以在最终用途洗涤组合物中使用的芳香剂中提供的物质外),因为这样的洗涤组合物可以根据需要制备和使用,如果需要,给予消费者具有不含防腐剂的洗涤产品的选择。
适用的其它任选成分包括吡啶硫酮锌、羟甲辛吡酮或其混合物,尤其是当最终用途洗涤组合物是提供去头皮屑益处的洗发剂时。这些物质中的每一种可以为最终用途洗涤组合物总重量的0.05-3重量%,优选0.1-2重量%的范围。
可以使用的其它任选成分包括感观油(sensory oil)和/或去角质剂。理想的油包括玫瑰油、酸橙油、椰子油、熏衣草油、摩洛哥坚果油、甜杏仁油或其混合物。所需使用的说明性去角质剂包括盐、糖、杏、胡桃壳、大米、肉豆蔻和/或燕麦粉。当使用时,感观油和去角质剂可占最终用途洗涤组合物的0.1-2重量%,条件是芳香剂和感观油的总量不超过最终用途组合物的2.5重量%,优选不超过组合物的2.0重量%。
本文公开的化妆品粉末组合物可包含维生素。说明性的维生素是维生素B2、维生素B3(烟酰胺)、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素E、叶酸和生物素。也可以使用维生素的衍生物。例如,维生素C衍生物包括抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸磷酸镁和抗坏血酸糖苷。维生素E的衍生物包括醋酸生育酚、棕榈酸生育酚和亚油酸生育酚。也可以使用DL-泛醇和衍生物。当存在时,维生素的总量可以为化妆品粉末组合物的0.001-10重量%,优选地0.01-5重量%,最佳地0.1-3重量%的范围。
期望使用的其它任选的添加剂包括间苯二酚类,如4-乙基间苯二酚、4-己基间苯二酚、4-苯乙基间苯二酚、二甲氧基甲苯酰基丙基间苯二酚、4-环戊基间苯二酚、4-环己基间苯二酚、肽安密多(thiamidol);α-和/或β-羟基酸;视黄酸及其衍生物(例如,顺式和反式);视黄醛;视黄醇;视黄酯如乙酸视黄酯、棕榈酸视黄酯和丙酸视黄酯;岩芹酸;共轭亚油酸;12-羟基硬脂酸;其混合物等。还可以包括其它任选的添加剂,如乙醇、季铵化合物(如西曲氯铵、苯扎氯铵等)。在清洁粉末组合物中可以使用其它任选的添加剂,包括乳化剂。调理剂如聚季铵盐化合物(例如,聚季铵盐-67)也可期望包含在本发明的组合物中。当使用时,这些添加剂总共占最终用途洗涤组合物的0.001-3重量%,优选0.01-2重量%,最优选0.1-1.5重量%。
可以存在脱屑促进剂。说明性的是α-羟基羧酸、β-羟基羧酸。术语“酸”意味着不仅包括游离酸,还包括其盐和C1-C30烷基或芳基酯以及通过除去水以形成环状或线性内酯结构而产生的内酯。代表性的酸是乙醇酸及其衍生物、乳酸和苹果酸。当存在时,这些材料的量可以为最终用途洗涤组合物的0.01-3重量%,优选0.1-2重量%的范围。
多种草药提取物可以任选地包含在本发明的化妆品洗涤组合物中。说明性的提取物包括从绿茶、蓍草、人参、万寿菊、木槿、银杏、甘菊、甘草、芦荟、葡萄籽、蜜柑、柳树皮、鼠尾草和迷迭香中移除的那些提取物。也可以包括保湿剂如甘油和其它多元醇。当使用时,保湿剂和/或提取物,如山梨醇,通常占最终用途组合物的0.01-5重量%,优选0.01-4重量%,最优选0.02-3重量%。
适用的另一种任选添加剂包括含有2.5-25重量%大麻萜酚和/或0.5-10重量%大麻二酚的大麻油。当使用时,这样的油占组合物的0.0001-12重量%,优选最终用途组合物的0.01-5重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
还任选地适合使用的包括如螯合剂(例如,EDTA)、遮光剂(如TiO2,粒径50至1200nm,并且优选50至350nm)、高岭土、膨润土、氧化锌、氧化铁、云母、C8-22脂肪酸取代的糖、硫辛酸、视黄氧基三甲基硅烷(可以Silcare 1M-75商标获自Clariant Corp.)、脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)或其混合物的材料。还可以任选地包括神经酰胺(包括神经酰胺1、神经酰胺3、神经酰胺3B和神经酰胺6)以及假神经酰胺,如可以是10-和/或12-羟基硬脂酸。当使用时,提取物、多元醇和这些附加材料的量可以为最终用途洗涤组合物的0.0001-3重量%,优选0.001-2重量%,最优选0.001-1.5重量%的范围。
着色剂或染料也可包括在所公开的组合物中。这些物质可以为组合物的0.05-5重量%,优选0.1-2重量%的范围。
可以使用调理剂如羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、5-脲基乙内酰脲和/或尿囊素。当使用时,这些组分占清洁粉末组合物的0.5-4重量%,优选0.75-4重量%,最优选1-3重量%。
防晒活性物质也可任选地包含在所公开的化妆品粉末组合物中。特别优选的是如对甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯(其以Parsol获得)、Avobenzene(其以Parsol/>获得)和二苯甲酮-3(也称为氧苯酮)的物质。可以使用无机防晒活性物质,例如微细二氧化钛、氧化锌、聚乙烯和各种其它聚合物。当存在时,防晒剂的量通常可以为最终用途洗涤组合物的0.01-3重量%,优选地0.5-2重量%,最佳地0.75-1.5重量%。
可以使用常规的缓冲剂/pH调节剂。这些包括常用的添加剂,如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、盐酸、柠檬酸/柠檬酸盐缓冲剂、三乙醇胺或其混合物。这些材料以获得最终用途洗涤组合物的所需pH的量加入。当需要水合时,期望的是清洁粉末组合物的pH为3.5-7.5,优选4.0-6.5,最优选4.5-5.5的范围,其中pH使用Thermo Fisher Scientific pH计测定。
在本发明的实施方案中,本发明的最终用途洗涤组合物优选不含硫酸盐,并且因此具有小于2.5重量%,优选小于1.5重量%,并且最优选小于0.5重量%的硫酸盐。在特别优选的实施方案中,最终用途洗涤组合物不含(具有0重量%)的含硫酸盐的组分。
最终用途洗涤组合物的粘度通常为2,000-70,000cPs,优选3,500-50,000cPs,更优选3,000-30,000cPs。在另一方面,最终用途组合物的粘度为3,500至62,500cPs。粘度可用本领域公认的仪器如Discovery HR-2Hybrid Rheometer在25℃和4/s下测量30秒,其中最终用途洗涤组合物通过将1份清洁粉末稀释到3份水中来制备。
当制备清洁粉末组合物时,成分可在大气压下混合和/或搅拌。进行混合和搅拌的温度通常为20℃至50℃。当获得均匀混合物时停止混合和/或搅拌,且所得清洁粉末组合物不含团聚颗粒。清洁粉末组合物的颗粒的平均粒径为0.5-300微米,优选5-250微米,最优选10-175微米,如用本文所述的本领域公认的装置测定。
广泛多样的包装可用于储存本发明的清洁粉末组合物。可以使用罐、囊袋、振摇器、袋、泵、瓶子、金属容器以及塑料容器。优选地,与本发明的清洁粉末组合物一起使用的包装是由回收材料如消费后树脂或可生物降解材料制成的包装。最优选地,清洁粉末组合物在可生物降解的包装材料如纸或纸板材料中出售,其中视情况而定,罐或瓶用在可生物降解的包装材料中出售的清洁粉末组合物再填充。在特别优选的实施方案中,清洁粉末组合物由消费者直接从可生物降解的包装使用。
实施例
提供以下实施例以便于理解本发明。实施例不旨在限制权利要求的范围。
实施例1:样品制剂
根据本发明用表I中列出的成分和量作为两种不同的制剂样品制备清洁粉末组合物。通过在大气压和25℃下搅拌将成分组合。令人惊讶地,甚至在将产物在代表性的热和潮湿条件(40℃下75%RH)和代表性的高湿度条件(25℃下80%RH)下储存一周后,也没有观察到组合物的明显结块或团聚。另外,清洁粉末组合物具有约0.55g/cm3的堆积密度,并且在没有可见的静态凝聚的情况下容易地流动。

将约一(1)克的实施例1中提供的表中所述的清洁粉末组合物施用于受过训练的专家小组成员的左前臂,然后施用约四(4)克水。专门小组成员采用右手适度剪切能够将水和清洁粉末组合物混合以产生最终用途洗涤组合物,其不是粒状的并且当使用时提供消费者可接受的(奶油状)起泡。粉末的流动性使其易于从具有开口的包装和可生物降解的囊袋或小袋中取出。在由专门小组成员使用之前,对根据本发明组合物制备的清洁粉末组合物进行评估并确认其易于水合且易于作为自由流动的粉末分配。
实施例2:在改变增粘剂特性和浓度时的粘度和自发泡能力以类似于实施例1中所述的方式混合实施例2中制备的制剂的成分。
使用流变仪(即,具有40mm喷砂板的Discovery HR-2混合流变仪)以4/s的设置在25℃下测量粘度30s。在准备用于粘度测量时,稀释所需样品(1份清洁粉末组合物对3份水)。使样品静置过夜,然后进行粘度测量。
峰值泡沫体积是本发明人特别感兴趣的另一标准。通过将1克(g)清洁粉末组合物置于100毫升(mL)量筒中来测量泡沫体积。将9g水加入到1g清洁粉末组合物中而不对所述清洁粉末组合物进行任何剪切或搅拌。干燥酸性物质和干燥碱性物质在水中的反应导致二氧化碳气体的形成,其立即在本发明组合物中触发水合的组合物自发泡。以mL为单位测量峰值泡沫体积。随后从所获得的峰值泡沫体积测量值中减掉1g清洁粉末组合物和9g水。当前在本实施例中给出的所有测量已经考虑了这种消减。
当根据前述方法所得的峰值泡沫体积超过20mL时,认为最终用途洗涤组合物具有优异的自发泡能力。大于3,500厘泊(cPs)的粘度也与优异的消费者使用体验相关。
出乎意料地确定,本文公开的根据本发明组合物制备的清洁粉末组合物能够耐受高的增粘剂量,而不会导致通常预期的峰值泡沫体积方面的显著折衷。例如,在该特定实施例中,范围内的组合物能够具有4重量%的黄原胶,同时仍然产生优异的泡沫体积。还应注意,包含此类增粘剂不会负面地影响清洁粉末组合物的流动性,也就是说,组合物保持无团聚(即,是自由流动的)。
还测量了市场上可商购的用于面部和身体使用的几种竞争清洁粉末产品的粘度和峰值泡沫体积,并且观察到这种粉末状产品在稀释时不产生所需的峰值泡沫体积或粘度。相反,根据本申请的清洁粉末组合物即使在增粘剂的特性和/或量改变时也能够提供这些益处。
实施例3:改变多糖助洗剂、羧酸盐及其量的清洁粉末组合物
实施例3出乎意料地表明,当组合物被制成与所公开的清洁粉末组合物一致时,观察到本发明的泡腾清洁粉末组合物的最佳稳定性。以类似于实施例1中所述的方式混合该实施例中制备的制剂的成分。本实施例中的样品显示仅包含单独的多糖助洗剂对于在40℃下75%RH的条件下稳定的清洁粉末组合物而言是不够的,但是一旦根据本申请添加羧酸盐,立即实现期望的稳定性。
类似地,样品8仅具有羧酸盐(即,不存在多糖助洗剂),并且观察到其在指定的热和潮湿条件下被发现不是稳定的,再次说明仅具有羧酸盐而不具有多糖助洗剂的组合物没有给出当包含两种组分时观察到的稳定益处。
实施例4:不在本申请范围内的样品制剂

实施例4中的所有样品在高湿度和高温条件(即,40℃下75%RH)下1周后不具有稳定性。发现产品已经沉降/结块并且也失去自由流动性。以类似于实施例1中所述的方式混合该实施例中制备的制剂的成分。本实施例中制备的制剂中没有一种是用与本发明清洁粉末组合物一致的成分制备的。非根据本发明制备的制剂不可用,因为其在40℃ 75%RH条件下团聚和/或沉降/结块。
实施例5:改变表面活性剂的清洁粉末组合物

Claims (14)
1.一种清洁粉末组合物,其包含:
a)包含羟乙基磺酸盐、牛磺酸盐或其混合物的固体表面活性剂体系;
b)泡腾体系,其包含具有2-12,优选地2-8,最优选地2-6的酸解离常数(pKa)和小于0,优选地-2至-0.05,最优选地-1.5至-0.01的logP值的干燥酸性物质,和干燥碱性物质;
c)包含多糖助洗剂和羧酸盐的稳定体系;和
d)任选地增粘剂;
其中所述清洁粉末组合物是无水的,
其中所述羧酸盐为碱金属柠檬酸盐、碱性柠檬酸盐或其混合物,其包含所述羧酸盐的1至20重量%,优选地1.5至15重量%,和更优选地2至10重量%的量的柠檬酸三钙、柠檬酸三镁、柠檬酸三钠、柠檬酸单钠及其混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述固体表面活性剂体系包含所述清洁粉末组合物的5至40重量%,优选地10至35重量%,和更优选地12至30重量%的量的羟乙基磺酸盐、牛磺酸盐或其混合物。
3.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述固体表面活性剂体系包含椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂基硫酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠、月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠或其混合物。

7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述多糖助洗剂包括所述清洁粉末组合物的8至60重量%,优选地10至50重量%,和更优选地12至40重量%的多糖助洗剂的量的微晶纤维素、麦芽糊精、玉蜀黍(玉米)淀粉、木薯淀粉或其混合物。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述增粘剂包含所述清洁粉末组合物的0至10重量%,优选地0.1至8重量%,和更优选地0.3至5重量%增粘剂的量的黄原胶、小核菌胶、刺云实胶、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丙基淀粉磷酸盐、羧甲基淀粉钠或其混合物。

10.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述清洁粉末组合物是稳定的并且在高湿度和高温(40℃下75%相对湿度)的条件下至少7天不团聚。
11.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述清洁粉末组合物为易于通过小孔分配的自由流动粉末的形式。
12.如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物,其中所述清洁粉末组合物在用水水合时即时泡腾(自发泡),从而产生最小20mL的峰值泡沫体积,并且进一步地其中水以用于制备洗涤组合物的所述清洁粉末组合物重量的1至10倍,优选地3至7倍,和最优选地4至6倍的重量存在。
13.一种制备洗涤组合物的方法,所述方法包括用水水合如前述任一项权利要求所述的清洁粉末组合物的步骤。
14.一种用于洗涤的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)使根据权利要求1-13所述的清洁粉末组合物水合以产生洗涤组合物;和
b)使皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体与所述洗涤组合物接触,
其中所述清洁粉末组合物在与所述皮肤、毛发、指甲或无生命物体接触之前或之后伴随剪切进行水合以产生所述洗涤组合物。
