Extracting second characteristic information of a second file, and carrying out hash operation on the second characteristic information to obtain a second characteristic hash value of the second file;
the second characteristic hash value is used as an index, and the second archive is imported into a pre-established digital archive;
and when receiving a file inquiry command, traversing the archive digital archive based on an inquiry index in the file inquiry command, acquiring the second characteristic hash value conforming to the inquiry index, calling the corresponding second file based on the second characteristic hash value, and pushing the second file.
