Abstract
The invention discloses an online service management system and a management method based on a public security system in the technical field of the public security system, wherein the online service management system based on the public security system comprises a service query module, a link cloud storage module, a keyword output module and a link loading module; the business query module is used for acquiring business handling keywords input by a user and querying official keywords stored in the system; the invention relates to a method for searching official keywords related to business handling of a public security system, which comprises the steps of searching the official keywords related to business handling of the public security system in a keyword query mode, automatically skipping corresponding webpage links by the official keywords, accurately searching business handling webpages needed by a user, and searching other links having a top-bottom relationship with the links for selection.

the link cloud storage module is used for classifying and cloud-storing the serial number links and the official keywords corresponding to the serial number links;
the keyword output module is used for outputting all the inquired official keyword information which has specified similarity with the typed keyword and manually selecting the official keyword information;
the link loading module is used for collecting manual selection information of a user and loading links corresponding to official keywords in the link cloud storage module.
