Abstract
本发明涉及粘合材料技术领域,且公开了一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,从上到下依次为第一层基材抗静电丙烯酸压敏保护膜层和PET光学层、丙烯酸胶层和第二层基材PET离型膜层,该胶带产品贴合性能稳定,弯折过程中不脱落采用耐弯折丙烯酸胶黏剂,适用于OLED不同角度弯折提升了器件整体的挺度,防止器件的损伤和有效防止OLED器件在高温情况下因胶带粘性不足而导致器件损坏的风险,也适用于OLED支撑应用、曲面产品应用运输和储存运输及保存温度10‑30℃,相对湿度30%‑70%的情况下,产品最佳使用时间可达6个月,通过丙烯酸压敏保护膜、PET光学层处理以及丙烯酸胶层和PET离型膜处理,使胶带使用时有较好的抗静电性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粘合材料技术领域,具体为一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带。
背景技术
OLED生产过程中所需的基板支撑膜,其是一种粘合薄膜,这种支撑膜核心在于易贴、易撕,然而柔性OLED的基板是聚酰亚胺,因此该基板支撑膜是防止其干燥的增强膜,在柔性OLED生产线中,聚酰亚胺基板形成在载体玻璃上,OLED面板通过激光剥离工艺处理,已经通过激光剥离从载体玻璃中取出的PI基底很薄,因此如果不进行处理,很容易发生卷曲,所以一般会贴合防卷曲的支撑膜后进行触摸感应和偏光片贴合等作业,据了解,在传统的OLED封装中,一般采用玻璃基板和玻璃盖板,由于玻璃难以弯曲,传统OLED显示屏无法实现折叠和可卷曲的功能。如果要实现柔性的OLED显示,基板和盖板均需要更换为柔性材料。如论文《一种生物无机材料石质古迹上天然草酸钙保护膜的研究》中报道了一种以草酸钙为主要成分的致密的生物无机膜,其结晶颗粒细密,与基层岩石结合紧密,耐酸性和耐侯好,具有保护岩石表面细微结构的作用,但是其粘性较差,透光率较差。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,提高了胶带的粘性,抗静电,透明度。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,所述从上往下依次为保护膜基材层、光学PET层、丙烯酸胶层、PET离型膜基材层,所述第一基材层保护膜层厚度为50-100um,所述光学PET厚度为60-80um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为10-40um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为45-55um。
进一步地,所述第一基材层光学PET、第二基材层PET离型膜,透过率≥86%,雾度≤3%。
进一步地,所述保护膜基材层包括10-20份表面基材、15-20份乳液溶剂、12-16份丙烯酸系共聚物。
进一步地,所述表面基材为塑料薄膜、薄纸、纤维、布基中的任意一种,所述乳液溶剂为十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠中的任意一种,所述丙烯酸系共聚物为甲基丙烯酸正戊酯、2-丙烯酸十二烷基酯、邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述光学PET层包括10-20份热固化树脂、8-12份活性稀释剂。
进一步地,所述热固化树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种,活性稀释剂为乙醇、丙酮、乙醚中的任意一种,光引发剂为二苯甲酮、双咪唑、有机硅烷中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸胶层包括15-25份有机溶剂、1-2份固化剂、10-12份改性丙烯酸酯。
进一步地,所述有机溶剂为二甲苯、乙醇、二甲基乙酰胺、醋酸乙酯中的任意一种,所述固化剂为聚酰胺、醋酸酐、乙二胺、聚琉二醇、异氰酸酯,所述改性丙烯酸酯为带有羧基、羟基、氨基、环氧基、酰胺基中的一种或几种的丙烯酸酯共聚物。
进一步地,所述PET离型膜层,表面抗阻值为1-1011Ω,所述保护膜基材表面电阻为105-109Ω,所述离型膜基材表面电阻为105-109Ω,所述本体基材表面电阻为105-109Ω。
进一步地,制备方法为:
(1)将10-20份表面基材、15-20份乳液溶剂、12-16份丙烯酸系共聚物混合均匀涂抹在第一基材层一个面激光照射得到保护膜层;
(2)将10-20份热固化树脂、8-12份活性稀释剂混合后涂抹在第一基材层另一面得到光学PET层;
(3)在所述光学PET层末贴合涂抹15-25份有机溶剂、1-2份固化剂、10-12份改性丙烯酸酯得到丙烯酸胶层;
(4)在所述丙烯酸胶层末贴合第二基材层;
(5)在所述丙烯酸胶层末贴合PET离型膜层,得到柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带。
(三)有益的技术效果
本发明公开了一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,该胶带产品贴合性能稳定,弯折过程中不脱落采用耐弯折丙烯酸胶黏剂,适用于OLED不同角度弯折提升了器件整体的挺度,防止器件的损伤和有效防止OLED器件在高温情况下因胶带粘性不足而导致器件损坏的风险,也适用于OLED支撑应用、曲面产品应用运输和储存运输及保存温度10-30℃,相对湿度30%-70%的情况下,产品最佳使用时间可达6个月,通过丙烯酸压敏保护膜、PET光学层处理以及丙烯酸胶层和PET离型膜处理,使胶带使用时有较好的抗静电性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,50-100um的第一基材层保护膜层、60-80um的光学PET、10-40um的丙烯酸胶层、45-55um的第二基材层PET离型膜层,光学PET:透过率≥86%,雾度≤3%,保护膜基材层由10-20份表面基材、15-20份乳液溶剂、12-16份丙烯酸系共聚物,其中表面基材为塑料薄膜、薄纸、纤维、布基中的任意一种,具有透明性好,乳液溶剂为十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠中的任意一种,丙烯酸系共聚物为甲基丙烯酸正戊酯、2-丙烯酸十二烷基酯、邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯中的任意一种,具有较好的粘度,光学PET层包括10-20份热固化树脂、8-12份活性稀释剂,其中热固化树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种,活性稀释剂为乙醇、丙酮、乙醚中的任意一种,提高透明度,丙烯酸胶层包括15-25份有机溶剂、1-2份固化剂、10-12份改性丙烯酸酯,其中有机溶剂为二甲苯、乙醇、二甲基乙酰胺、醋酸乙酯中的任意一种,固化剂为聚酰胺、醋酸酐、乙二胺、聚琉二醇、异氰酸酯,改性丙烯酸酯为带有羧基、羟基、氨基、环氧基、酰胺基中的一种或几种的丙烯酸酯共聚物,提高了粘性,PET离型膜层,表面抗阻值为1-1011Ω,所述保护膜基材表面电阻为105-109Ω,所述离型膜基材表面电阻为105-109Ω,所述本体基材表面电阻为105-109Ω。
上述结构的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将丙烯酸胶层3的原料混合后通过Slot-die/CED/刮刀等涂布方式涂布第二基材层的一个面上,得到特殊聚丙烯酸胶层3;
将保护膜层1的原料混合后通过微凹涂布方式涂布在第一基材层的一个面上,得到保护膜层1;
在保护膜层1的未贴合面通过Slot-die等涂布方式涂布光学PET层原料,得到第一基材层;
在第一基材层末贴合丙烯酸胶层3,在丙烯酸胶层3末贴合PET离型膜得到柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带。
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明的范围并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
本实施例的一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其为多层结构,第一基材层保护膜层厚度为50um,所述光学PET厚度为60um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为10um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为45um。.
以质量百分含量计,保护膜基材层包括10份表面基材、15份乳液溶剂、12份丙烯酸系共聚物,表面基材为塑料薄膜,乳液溶剂为十二烷基醇聚氧乙,丙烯酸系共聚物为甲基丙烯酸正戊酯。
以质量百分含量计,光学PET层包括10份热固化树脂、8份活性稀释剂、热固化树脂为环氧丙烯酸树,活性稀释剂为乙醇。
以质量百分含量计,丙烯酸胶层包括15份有机溶剂、1份固化剂、10份改性丙烯酸酯,有机溶剂为二甲苯,固化剂为聚酰胺,所述改性丙烯酸酯为带有羧基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
实施例2
本实施例的一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其为多层结构,第一基材层保护膜层厚度为100um,所述光学PET厚度为80um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为40um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为55um。.
以质量百分含量计,保护膜基材层包括20份表面基材、20份乳液溶剂、16份丙烯酸系共聚物,表面基材为薄纸,所述乳液溶剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,所述丙烯酸系共聚物2-丙烯酸十二烷基酯。
以质量百分含量计,光学PET层包括20份热固化树脂、12份活性稀释剂、热固化树脂为酚醛树脂,活性稀释剂为丙酮。
以质量百分含量计,丙烯酸胶层包括25份有机溶剂、2份固化剂、12份改性丙烯酸酯,有机溶剂为乙醇,固化剂为聚酰胺、醋乙二胺,改性丙烯酸酯为带有羟基、氨基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
实施例3
本实施例的一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其为多层结构,第一基材层保护膜层厚度为75um,所述光学PET厚度为70um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为25um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为50um。.
以质量百分含量计,保护膜基材层包括15份表面基材、22.5份乳液溶剂、14份丙烯酸系共聚物,表面基材布基,乳液溶剂十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,所述丙烯酸系共聚物邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯。
以质量百分含量计,光学PET层包括15份热固化树脂、10份活性稀释剂,热固化树脂为不饱和聚氨酯树脂,活性稀释剂为乙醚。
以质量百分含量计,丙烯酸胶层包括20份有机溶剂、1.5份固化剂、11份改性丙烯酸酯,有机溶剂二甲基乙酰胺、醋酸乙酯,固化剂为聚琉二醇、异氰酸酯,改性丙烯酸酯为带环氧基、酰胺基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
实施例4
本实施例的一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其为多层结构,第一基材层保护膜层厚度为100um,所述光学PET厚度为70um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为25um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为50um。
以质量百分含量计,保护膜基材层包括20份表面基材、20份乳液溶剂、16份丙烯酸系共聚物,表面基材为薄纸,所述乳液溶剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,所述丙烯酸系共聚物2-丙烯酸十二烷基酯。
以质量百分含量计,光学PET层包括20份热固化树脂、12份活性稀释剂,热固化树脂为酚醛树脂,活性稀释剂为丙酮。
以质量百分含量计,丙烯酸胶层包括15份有机溶剂、1份固化剂、10份改性丙烯酸酯,有机溶剂为二甲苯,固化剂为聚酰胺,所述改性丙烯酸酯为带有羧基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
实施例5
本实施例的一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其为多层结构,第一基材层保护膜层厚度为75um,所述光学PET厚度为80um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为10um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为55um。.
以质量百分含量计,保护膜基材层包括20份表面基材、20份乳液溶剂、16份丙烯酸系共聚物,表面基材为薄纸,所述乳液溶剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,所述丙烯酸系共聚物2-丙烯酸十二烷基酯。
以质量百分含量计,光学PET层包括10份热固化树脂、8份活性稀释剂。热固化树脂为不饱和聚氨酯树脂,活性稀释剂为乙醇。
以质量百分含量计,丙烯酸胶层包括20份有机溶剂、1.5份固化剂、11份改性丙烯酸酯,有机溶剂二甲基乙酰胺、醋酸乙酯,固化剂为聚琉二醇、异氰酸酯,改性丙烯酸酯为带环氧基、酰胺基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
对以上各个实施例保护膜胶带进行性能测试,并与普通型高粘保护膜胶带对比,粘性GB/T2972-1988、基材硬度GB/T4851-2014、残留电压GB/T所得数据如下表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明实施例1-5的OLED支撑用保护膜胶带常温下有优异的粘性,对比普通丙烯酸胶带,实施例1-5在100℃高温下粘性有所提高,可有效防止OLED器件在使用中发热或手机屏幕热拆解过程中因胶带粘性不足而导致器件损坏的风险,同时基材表面保护膜的选用,防止部件运输、组装过程中受到损伤,通表面丙烯酸胶层抗静电处理以及离型膜的抗静电处理,保证了胶带在使用时有优异的抗静电效果,防止静电压过大损伤OLED部件及吸附灰尘污染部件。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述从上往下依次为保护膜基材层、光学PET层、丙烯酸胶层、PET离型膜基材层,所述第一基材层保护膜层厚度为50-100um,所述光学PET厚度为60-80um、所述丙烯酸胶层厚度为10-40um、所述第二基材层PET离型膜层厚度为45-55um。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述第一基材层光学PET、第二基材层PET离型膜,透过率≥86%,雾度≤3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述保护膜基材层包括10-20份表面基材、15-20份乳液溶剂、12-16份丙烯酸系共聚物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述表面基材为塑料薄膜、薄纸、纤维、布基中的任意一种,所述乳液溶剂为十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠中的任意一种,所述丙烯酸系共聚物为甲基丙烯酸正戊酯、2-丙烯酸十二烷基酯、邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述光学PET层包括10-20份热固化树脂、8-12份活性稀释剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述热固化树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和聚氨酯树脂中的任意一种,活性稀释剂为乙醇、丙酮、乙醚中的任意一种,。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸胶层包括15-25份有机溶剂、1-2份固化剂、10-12份改性丙烯酸酯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为二甲苯、乙醇、二甲基乙酰胺、醋酸乙酯中的任意一种,所述固化剂为聚酰胺、醋酸酐、乙二胺、聚琉二醇、异氰酸酯,所述改性丙烯酸酯为带有羧基、羟基、氨基、环氧基、酰胺基中的一种或几种的丙烯酸酯共聚物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:所述PET离型膜层,表面抗阻值为1-1011Ω,所述保护膜基材表面电阻为105-109Ω,所述离型膜基材表面电阻为105-109Ω,所述本体基材表面电阻为105-109Ω。
10.根据权利要求1所述的柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带,其特征在于:制备方法为:
(1)将10-20份表面基材、15-20份乳液溶剂、12-16份丙烯酸系共聚物混合均匀涂抹在第一基材层一个面进行激光照射得到保护膜层;
(2)将10-20份热固化树脂、8-12份活性稀释剂混合后涂抹在第一基材层另一面得到光学PET层;
(3)在所述光学PET层末贴合涂抹15-25份有机溶剂、1-2份固化剂、10-12份改性丙烯酸酯得到丙烯酸胶层;
(4)在所述丙烯酸胶层末贴合第二基材层;
(5)在所述丙烯酸胶层末贴合PET离型膜层,得到柔性OLED支撑用保护膜胶带。
