Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clothes washing, in particular to a composition for removing camphor and ball taste of clothes, a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
At present, many consumers put camphorballs into clothes for insect prevention, moth prevention and mildew prevention. The main component of the camphora pill is paradichlorobenzene, naphthalene or 2-camphene, wherein the content of paradichlorobenzene accounts for about 80%, and paradichlorobenzene has irritation to eyes and upper respiratory tract, has inhibitory effect on central nerve and mainly causes liver damage. 2-camphene has small toxicity, has excitation effect on central nervous system, has stimulation effect on mucous membrane, has stimulation and sensitization effect on skin, and naphthalene is a condensed ring aromatic compound extracted from crude oil or coal tar, and has stimulation effect, and high concentration is easy to cause hemolytic anemia and liver and kidney damage. The camphor balls of clothes stored in the wardrobe have obvious smell, and naphthalene or paradichlorobenzene on the clothes has a stimulating effect on skin and respiratory tract, so that liver damage is easy to occur. And clothes stained with camphor ball smell can only fade smell after washing for many times, and the camphor ball smell can not be completely removed. At present, products and a removal method for removing camphor balls on clothes temporarily have no pertinence in the market, the effects of concentrated laundry liquid, peculiar smell removing laundry liquid, full-effect laundry liquid and the like on the aspect of removing the camphor balls are not obvious, and the camphor balls on the clothes after washing remain obvious, so that the health and wearing mood of consumers are influenced. Therefore, the clothes with camphor ball smell can be completely removed only by hanging and ventilating for a long time, and the smell removal time is long.

As is clear from tables 5-9, the residual concentration of the camphor ball on the polyester and down jacket clothes is higher than that on the cotton and wool clothes, and the currently marketed laundry detergent has poor deodorizing effect on the camphor ball clothes.
In the prior art, the effect of removing camphor balls on clothes by natural ventilation is also commonly adopted, the inventor ventilates terylene materials, cotton materials, wool materials, silk materials and down jackets with D-class peculiar smell grades at room temperature, and records the peculiar smell degree on the clothes when the natural ventilation is carried out for 7D and 14D respectively, and the specific test results are shown in table 10.
Table 10 Natural Ventilation deodorizing Effect of clothing made of different materials
Sequence number | Terylene | Cotton cotton | Wool | Silk | Down jacket |
Type of odor | Camphor pill flavor | Camphor pill flavor | Camphor pill flavor | Camphor pill flavor | Camphor pill flavor |

Natural draft 14d | Class A | Class A | Class A | Class A | Class B |
As can be seen from table 10, the camphor ball smell on the clothes can be removed by natural ventilation, but the removal time is long, and more than two weeks are required to completely remove the smell.
(2) Effect on fabric color (chroma)
The method is characterized by selecting a reactive dye cloth piece which is possibly hydrolyzed, a direct dye with lower color fastness and an acid dye cloth piece which is not alkali-resistant for testing, wherein the specific testing method is as follows:
the processing method of the test cloth sample comprises the following steps: putting 500g of water into a beaker, adding 10g of the composition for removing camphor balls of the clothes in the embodiment 1, uniformly stirring, putting into a cloth piece, soaking the cloth piece for 5min, respectively stirring for 5min clockwise and anticlockwise, rinsing, putting the cloth piece on a tray flatly after rinsing, and baking for 30min at 50 ℃ for culture.
The processing method of the standard cloth sample comprises the following steps: putting 500g of water into a beaker, putting the cloth pieces, soaking the cloth pieces for 5min, stirring for 5 clockwise and anticlockwise respectively, rinsing, putting the cloth pieces on a tray flatly after rinsing, and baking for 30min in culture at 50 ℃.
The delta E value of the cloth piece after the test cloth sample and the standard cloth sample are tested and treated by a light-splitting color meter, wherein the delta E value is less than 1.0 and represents that the color fastness has small influence, and no obvious difference exists in naked eyes; the ΔE value of 1.0 or more represents a large effect on color fastness, and a clear difference can be observed with naked eyes, and then the test results are recorded in the following Table 11.
Table 11 effect of the garment camphorball-taste removal composition of example 1 on fabric color
As can be seen from Table 11, the cloth piece treated with the inventive composition has a DeltaE value < 1.0, i.e., the color fastness of the cloth piece is less affected by the treatment with the composition, and the composition can be used for removing the camphor balls on clothes of different colors and materials.

TABLE 12 cosmetic safety specification index test results
TABLE 13 sensory physicochemical index test results
(4) Validity test
The specific test method comprises the following steps:
collecting clothing information
Selecting clothes: 156 pieces of clothing with camphor ball taste (grade D) selection
And (3) grouping design: all the clothes are randomly divided into 6 groups of 26 pieces, and the 4 groups of clothes have no obvious difference in material ratio and camphor ball taste concentration and are comparable.
The testing method comprises the following steps:
taking 500mL of tap water in a washtub, respectively adding 10g of the compositions for removing camphor balls from the clothes in the examples 1 and 5-9, uniformly stirring, and properly adjusting the preparation dosage of the diluent according to the size of the clothes; then putting the clothes, fully soaking the clothes, standing for 5min, rubbing the whole clothes for 10min, then manually rinsing or washing by a conventional machine, hanging the clothes for airing or drying, then evaluating the odor grade of camphor ball on the clothes according to the clothes odor evaluation method in Table 3, and then calculating the total effective rate, wherein the specific test result is shown in Table 14.
Table 14 results of the test for the effectiveness of the compositions for removing camphorball taste for clothes of example 1, examples 5 to 9
/>
As can be seen from Table 14, the effective rate of removing the camphor ball taste of the clothes in the composition for removing the camphor ball taste of the clothes reaches more than 90 percent, and the composition for removing the camphor ball taste of the clothes with various materials can be used for removing the camphor ball taste of the clothes.
