本发明提供一种可适合于小批量生产,具有高性能耐水耐磨的光致变色或温感变色珠片,具有PET片材和光致变色或温感变色涂层,其制作方法包括:A.配制光致变色或温感变色涂层油墨,将无油醇酸树酯溶于溶剂,加入云母钛珠光颜料,光致变色或温感变色颜料,微晶蜡粉,气相二氧化硅,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷混合分散制成A组分;二异氰酸酯溶于乙酸乙酯形成B组分,涂布前A组分和B组分混合,将光致变色或温感变色涂层油墨涂布于PET片材表面,经干燥,固化形成珠片片材,珠片片材进一步分切成为耐磨耐水的光致变色或温感变色珠片。涂层表面硬度达3H,在沸水中煮沸45分钟后无涂层脱落、复合层剥离现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物珠绣用的珠片,尤其是耐水耐磨光致变色或温感变色珠片。
背景技术
珠片广泛用于服装鞋帽、手袋、饰品、工艺品等作为特别的色彩或闪光装饰,织物绣花用珠片跟随织物穿戴,洗涤,因此需要耐水耐磨,其材质通常是高分子聚合物,色彩颜料,光致变色或温感变色功能颜料需添加到珠片片材中与珠片片材一起成型,经分切成为珠片。但这种方式生产批量大,由于珠绣用的珠片色彩需求繁多,成百上千的色彩需求造成产品大量积压,因此需要寻求适合于小批量生产的珠片片材。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可适合于小批量生产,具有高性能耐水耐磨的光致变色或温感变色珠片。
本发明的珠片具有PET片材和光致变色或温感变色涂层,其制作方法包括如下步骤:
A.配制光致变色或温感变色涂层油墨,按重量百分比的A组分组成和含量为:无油醇酸树酯10—20%,云母钛珠光颜料 5—15%,光致变色或温感变色颜料10—15%,微晶蜡粉5—10%,气相二氧化硅1—5%,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5—2%,余量为溶剂;将无油醇酸树酯溶于溶剂,加入云母钛珠光颜料,光致变色或温感变色颜料,微晶蜡粉,气相二氧化硅,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷混合分散制成A组分;二异氰酸酯溶于乙酸乙酯形成二异氰酸酯含量30—70wt%的溶液成为B组分,涂布前A组分和B组分按重量比10:(1—2)比例混合;
B.用涂布机将光致变色或温感变色涂层油墨涂布于PET片材表面,经120—180℃温度干燥后,形成厚度120—250g/M2的涂层,再经40—60℃固化10—40小时,形成珠片片材,珠片片材进一步分切成为耐磨耐水的光致变色或温感变色珠片。
在优选方案中,所述PET片材上相对于光致变色或温感变色涂层的另一表面有透明硫化锌介质层,透明硫化锌介质层有氨基树脂油墨层,氨基树脂油墨层为氨基树脂油墨涂覆形成的涂层,所述氨基树脂油墨按重量百分比,由醇酸树脂0.2—1%,氨基树脂1—5%,醋酸丁酸纤维素树脂1—5%,环氧丙烯酸改性羧酸酯0.1—1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5—2.5%,甲苯磺酰胺0.1—1%,甲醇3—10%,余量为溶剂组成,氨基树脂油墨涂布后经150—220℃干燥固化形成涂布量为3—10g/M2的涂层。
在优选方案中,所述PET片材上相对于光致变色或温感变色涂层的另一表面有紫外线阻隔层,该紫外线阻隔层按重量百分比由醇酸树脂0.2—1%,氨基树脂1—5%,醋酸丁酸纤维素树脂1—5%,环氧丙烯酸改性羧酸酯0.1—1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5—2.5%,甲苯磺酰胺0.1—1%,甲醇3—10%,0.2—3%紫外线吸收剂,余量为溶剂组成的油墨涂覆而成,涂覆后经150—220℃干燥固化,干燥固化涂布量为5—10g/M2。
所述紫外线吸收剂选自苯并三唑紫外线吸收剂,二苯甲酮紫外线吸收剂,三嗪紫外线吸收剂,苯甲酸酯紫外线吸收剂,芳基酯紫外线吸收剂或噁唑啉紫外线吸收剂中的至少一种。
在优选方案中,珠片片材的光致变色或温感变色涂层上涂覆胶黏剂,与另一珠片片材的光致变色或温感变色涂层贴面复合,形成光致变色或温感变色涂层夹于两层PET片材之间的光致变色或温感变色涂层珠片片材。
在优选方案中,所述溶剂选自甲苯,二甲苯,甲基乙基甲酮,乙酸乙酯,乙酸丁酯中的至少一种。
在优选方案中,所述二异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,赖氨酸二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
本发明珠片的光致变色或温感变色涂层表面硬度达3H,在沸水中煮沸45分钟后无涂层脱落、复合层剥离现象,在烫印温度160℃,烫印时间15秒的情况下烫印无涂层脱落和复合层剥离现像,具有较高的耐水耐磨性能,可以小批量制成珠片片材,适合品种繁多的各种色彩珠片需求。将两个珠片片材的光致变色或温感变色涂层之间进行复合,涂层包覆在两个PET片材之间,可进一步保护光致变色或温感变色涂层,使光致变色温致变色涂层不受水浸泡和摩擦影响。涂层中的光致变色或温感变色颜料可表现出其光致变色或温感变色功能,在不同强度和波长的光照或不同温度下发出变化的色彩。

选用0.125mm厚度的PET片材经真空镀铝机镀上一层透明硫化锌介质层,在硫化锌介质层上凹版印刷氨基树脂油墨,经150℃—220℃的干燥,涂层干燥后涂布量为5 g/M2。该氨基树脂油墨层与透明硫化锌涂层结合,可以通过折射和反射外来光线构成光干涉,成为有彩虹色彩效果的装饰层。所述氨基树脂油墨按重量百分比有下列成分组成:醇酸树脂0.5%,氨基树脂3%,醋酸丁酸纤维素2.5%,环氧丙烯酸改性羧酸酯0.5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1%,甲苯磺酰胺0.2%,甲醇5%,乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯67.3%。
配制光致变色涂层油墨:按重量百分比,将无油醇酸树酯25%溶解于由二甲苯37.5%和甲基乙基甲酮37.5%组成的混合溶剂中制成聚酯光油;按重量百分比将聚酯光油66%和誉铭杰MJ201云母钛珠光颜料8%、盛色18-3027光致变色颜料15%、微晶蜡粉8%、气相二氧化硅2%、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1%混合分散,制成A组分。按重量百分比将50%六亚甲基二异氰酸酯溶于50%乙酸乙酯成为B组分,涂布前AB组分按重量比10︰1混合成为光致变色涂层油墨。
用狭缝式涂布机将所述光致变色涂层油墨涂布于已形成装饰层的PET片材的背面,经150℃温度干燥后收卷,干燥后涂布量160g/M2,经50℃固化室固化24小时,形成具有光致变色涂层的珠片片材。
经检测,珠片片材的光致变色涂层表面硬度3H,在烫印温度160℃,烫印时间15秒下进行烫印,烫印部位无涂层脱落和复合层剥离现象,按AAMA 标准的方法,用划格器在光致变色涂层表面画出间距为2mm的平行线,分别经20min、30min、45min 沸水试验后拿出来用 Scolch 60 胶带粘撕,观察试样划格区域涂层的附着性评级结果为0级,即未发现涂层剥离现象。
上述珠片片材进一步分切可成为用于珠绣的耐磨耐水光致变色的单独珠片或带状的珠片带。
实施例2
采用盛色TPMB4505的温感变色颜料替代实施例1的光致变色颜料,其含量与实施例1的光致变色颜料相同,此外的其它组分和含量,操作步骤均与实施例1相同,得到耐磨耐水温感变色珠片片材。彩虹色彩效果的装饰层干燥后涂布量5 g/M2,光致变色涂层干燥后涂布量168g/M2。
经检测,珠片片材的光致变色涂层表面硬度3H,在烫印温度160℃,烫印时间15秒下进行烫印,烫印部位无涂层脱落和复合层剥离现象,按AAMA 标准的方法,用划格器在珠片片材试样的光致变色涂层表面画出间距为2mm的平行线,分别经20min、30min、45min 沸水试验后拿出(图1-3所示)来用 Scolch 60 胶带粘撕,观察试样划格区域涂层的附着性评级结果为0级,即未发现涂层剥离现象。
上述珠片片材进一步分切可成为用于珠绣的耐磨耐水温感变色的单独珠片或带状的珠片带。
实施例3
用狭缝式涂布机在实施例1制得的珠片片材的光致变色涂层表面涂覆胶黏剂,与另一片材的光致变色涂层贴面复合,形成双面具有彩虹色彩的光致变色珠片片材,使珠片制品双面都有彩虹色彩效果,光致变色涂层夹于两层PET片材之间,可进一步保护光致变色涂层。经检测,珠片片材表面硬度达7H,珠片片材式样在沸水中煮沸30分钟后无涂层脱落、复合层剥离现象。
上述珠片片材进一步分切可成为用于珠绣的耐磨耐水光致变色的单独珠片或带状的珠片带。
实施例4
PET片材厚度0.075mm。按重量百分比,将无油醇酸树酯20%溶解于二甲苯40%和甲基乙基甲酮40%的混合溶剂中制成聚酯光油。按重量百分比,聚酯光油77%和誉铭杰MJ201云母钛珠光颜料5%、盛色16-1723光致变色颜料10%、微晶蜡粉5%、气相二氧化硅2%、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1%混合分散制成A组分;按重量百分比将50%六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)溶于50%乙酸乙酯成为B组分,涂布前AB组分按10︰2比例混合成为光致变色涂层油墨。
用狭缝式涂布机将光致变色油墨涂布于PET片材,经180℃温度干燥,干燥后涂布量145 g/M2,经50℃固化室固化24小时,成为珠片片材。
用狭缝式涂布机在制得的珠片片材的光致变色涂层表面涂覆胶黏剂,与另一珠片片材的光致变色涂层贴面复合成为光致变色涂层夹于两个PET片材中间的珠片片材,进一步分切成为可用于珠绣的耐磨耐水光致变色的单独珠片或带状的珠片带。
实施例5
选用厚度0.05mm的PET片材,PET片材表面上凹版印刷氨基树脂油墨,氨基树脂油墨按重量百分比,由醇酸树脂3%,氨基树脂12%,醋酸丁酸纤维素树脂8%,环氧丙烯酸改性羧酸酯2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷1%,甲醇20%,甲苯磺酰胺2%,苯并三唑紫外线吸收剂2%,乙酸乙酯20%,乙酸丁酯30%组成,经150℃—220℃干燥形成涂布量8g/M2的紫外线阻隔层。
按重量百分比,将无油醇酸树酯25%溶解于由甲苯40%和乙酸乙酯35%组成的混合溶剂中制成聚酯光油。按重量百分比将聚酯光油70%和誉铭杰MJ201云母钛珠光颜料7%、盛色18-3027光致变色颜料12%、微晶蜡粉6%、气相二氧化硅3%、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2%混合分散,制成A组分。按重量百分比将50%异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯溶于50%乙酸乙酯成为B组分,涂布前AB组分按重量比10︰1混合成为光致变色涂层油墨。
用狭缝式涂布机将所述光致变色涂层油墨涂布于已形成装饰层的PET片材与装饰层相对的背面,经150℃温度干燥后收卷,干燥后涂布量158g/M2,经50℃固化室固化24小时,形成具有光致变色涂层的珠片片材。
经检测,珠片片材的光致变色涂层表面硬度3H,在烫印温度160℃,烫印时间15秒下进行烫印,烫印部位无涂层脱落和复合层剥离现象,按AAMA 标准的方法,用划格器在光致变色涂层表面画间距为2mm的平行线,分别经20min、30min、45min 沸水试验后拿出来用Scolch 60 胶带粘撕,观察试样划格区域涂层的附着性评级结果为0级,即未发现涂层剥离现象。
用狭缝式涂布机在制得的珠片片材的光致变色涂层表面涂覆胶黏剂,与实施例1制得的珠片片材的光致变色涂层贴面复合,成为光致变色涂层夹于两个PET片材中间的珠片片材,进一步分切可成为用于珠绣的单面光致变色的耐磨耐水光致变色的单独珠片或带状的珠片带。
Claims (7)
1.一种耐磨耐水光致变色或温感变色珠片,具有PET片材和光致变色或温感变色涂层,其特征在于,所述珠片制作方法包括如下步骤:
A.配制光致变色或温感变色涂层油墨,按重量百分比的A组分组成和含量为:无油醇酸树酯10—20%,云母钛珠光颜料 5—15%,光致变色或温感变色颜料10—15%,微晶蜡粉5—10%,气相二氧化硅1—5%,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5—2%,余量为溶剂,将无油醇酸树酯溶于溶剂,加入云母钛珠光颜料,光致变色或温感变色颜料,微晶蜡粉,气相二氧化硅,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷混合分散制成A组份;二异氰酸酯溶于乙酸乙酯形成二异氰酸酯含量30—70wt%的溶液成为B组分,涂布前A组分和B组分按重量比10:(1—2)比例混合;
B.用涂布机将光致变色或温感变色涂层油墨涂布于PET片材表面,经120—180℃温度干燥后,形成厚度120—250g/M2的涂层,再经40—60℃固化10—40小时,形成珠片片材,珠片片材进一步分切成为耐磨耐水的光致变色或温感变色珠片。
2.根据权利要求1所述珠片,其特征在于,所述PET片材上相对于光致变色或温感变色涂层的另一表面有透明硫化锌介质层,透明硫化锌介质层有氨基树脂油墨层,氨基树脂油墨层为氨基树脂油墨涂覆形成的涂层,所述氨基树脂油墨按重量百分比,由醇酸树脂0.2—1%,氨基树脂1—5%,醋酸丁酸纤维素树脂1—5%,环氧丙烯酸改性羧酸酯0.1—1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5—2.5%,甲苯磺酰胺0.1—1%,甲醇3—10%,余量为溶剂组成,氨基树脂油墨涂布后经150—220℃干燥固化形成涂布量为3—10g/M2的涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述珠片,其特征在于,所述PET片材上相对于光致变色或温感变色涂层的另一表面有紫外线阻隔层,该紫外线阻隔层按重量百分比由醇酸树脂0.2—1%,氨基树脂1—5%,醋酸丁酸纤维素树脂1—5%,环氧丙烯酸改性羧酸酯0.1—1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5—2.5%,甲苯磺酰胺0.1—1%,甲醇3—10%,0.2—3%紫外线吸收剂,余量为溶剂组成的油墨涂覆而成,涂覆后经150—220℃干燥固化,干燥固化涂布量为5—10g/M2。
4.根据权利要求3所述珠片,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂选自苯并三唑紫外线吸收剂,二苯甲酮紫外线吸收剂,三嗪紫外线吸收剂,苯甲酸酯紫外线吸收剂,芳基酯紫外线吸收剂或噁唑啉紫外线吸收剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1—3任一权利要求所述珠片,其特征在于,所述珠片片材的光致变色或温感变色涂层上涂覆胶黏剂,与另一珠片片材的光致变色或温感变色涂层贴面复合,形成光致变色或温感变色涂层夹于两层PET片材之间的光致变色或温感变色涂层珠片片材。
6.根据权利要求1—3任一权利要求所述珠片,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自甲苯,二甲苯,甲基乙基甲酮,乙酸乙酯,乙酸丁酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1—3任一权利要求所述珠片,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯选自甲苯二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,赖氨酸二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
