the adjustable distance mechanism (800) comprises a first fixed block (810) and a second fixed block (820), a threaded rod (830) and a limiting rod (840) are rotatably arranged between the first fixed block (810) and the second fixed block (820), a distance adjusting slide block (880) is sleeved on the outer side of the threaded rod (830) and the outer side of the limiting rod (840), the distance adjusting slide block (880) is in threaded engagement with the threaded rod (830), the distance adjusting slide block (880) is in sliding fit with the limiting rod (840), and the finishing polishing mechanism (700) is arranged at the bottom of the distance adjusting slide block (880);
a first bevel gear (850) is fixedly arranged at one end of the threaded rod (830), a transmission mechanism (900) for driving the threaded rod (830) to rotate is arranged at the side part of the first fixed block (810), and the first bevel gear (850) is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism (900);
