Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pelvic inflammation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), which is a disease of the upper genital tract of females and the surrounding tissues (uterus, fallopian tube, ovarian parauterine tissue and pelvic peritoneum), often involves adjacent tissues, and can be classified into acute pelvic inflammatory disease and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease according to the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations.
The common causes of pelvic inflammatory disease are infection after postpartum or abortion, infection after intrauterine operation, direct spreading of menstrual hygiene and inflammation of adjacent organs, and other causes; the main clinical manifestations of the acute pelvic inflammatory disease are lower abdominal pain, fever, increased vaginal secretion, persistent abdominal pain, and serious activity or sexual intercourse, if the illness is serious, chills, high fever, headache and inappetence can occur, the further development of the acute pelvic inflammatory disease can cause diffuse peritonitis, septicemia and infectious shock, and serious people can endanger lives; the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is mainly caused by incomplete treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease or poor constitution of patients and prolonged disease course, and symptoms of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease are lower abdomen distention, pain and lumbosacral part ache, which are often aggravated after fatigue and intercourse and before and after menstruation, often can be healed after long time and repeatedly attack, resulting in infertility and tubal pregnancy, and seriously affecting the health of women.
At present, the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is mainly carried out by antibiotic treatment in Western medicine, generally broad-spectrum antibiotics or combined medicines are selected, and the antibiotics can clear pathogens and improve symptoms and signs, and although the treatment effect is good, normal flora can be easily destroyed when the antibiotics are used, once the antibiotics recur again, drug resistance can be generated, and the treatment is affected; in recent years, as the research of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pelvic inflammatory disease achieves a larger result, more and more patients choose traditional Chinese medicine treatment; the traditional Chinese medicine for treating pelvic inflammatory disease contains more than twenty medicinal materials, even more than thirty medicinal materials, and has more medicinal materials, more complicated preparation, increased medicine cost and no contribution to popularization and effective quality control in the market.
